Egg Donor & Surrogacy Institute (EDSI)

My experience with the Egg Donor and Surrogacy Institute has been outstanding from start to finish. Right from my initial contact, the team was not only highly professional but also incredibly compassionate and well-informed. I had countless questions and concerns, but every staff member took the time to address each one with patience and clarity, which put me at ease. Their genuine care for the intended parents they work with really shines through. Choosing EDSI was the best decision, and I wholeheartedly recommend them!

This is hands down the best surrogacy agency in CA! Ive connected with many agencies over the years, but my experience with EDSI has been exceptional. Their staff is great, experienced, professional, and understanding. I cant recommend enough.

I cant say enough about how wonderful my experience has been with the Egg Donor and Surrogacy Institute. From the moment I reached out, their staff was incredibly professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I had so many concerns and questions about the process, but every member of their team took the time to patiently explain every detail, which gave me such a sense of comfort. I started my journey with EDSI in 2016 and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I still go through them. Its not just a business for them they genuinely care about everyone involved. At any time of day or night if I needed anything, they responded quickly to me. Any concerns I had were washed away. They really care and they make sure they are there for you at all times, no matter how big or small.

I have had an amazing experience with EDSI. The staff is very friendly and also just a phone call away. I thought the first time I went would be a little weird for me because I was going by myself, but I was so comfortable it was like we have been friends forever. It has been an amazing experience and I am so glad I choose them. They make you feel like you are family.

I have completed 1 journey with Edsi, I delivered twins in 2017 and I have already started the process for another journey. Everyone at Edsi that I have met has been incredible. They’re always available to talk and always there for us. They make the whole process as easy as possible for us. I’m so glad I found them and would never go to a different agency.

I was a surrogate with EDSI and my journey started around August of 2019, ending with me delivering a healthy baby girl the day before Thanksgiving (November 24th 2020). Once I started to receive my medical bills (which by contract the agency would pay) I started sending them to the owner. He then chose not to respond to any of the emails or phone calls. I then emailed the attorneys that were brought in by agency who said they would handle it and get back to me. That never happened. Nine months later, these bills are now hitting my credit. The only good thing to come from this agency was my case coordinator.

Such an amazing team! I couldnt have gone through the process without them. There was always great communication between us, I never felt alone. A pregnancy journey is stressful on its own, but being a surrogate intensifies that stress and EDSI made it seem like a walk in the park. I cant wait to start a new journey with them.

I am currently a surrogate with EDSI and I have to say it has been the greatest experience! The EDSI family has made everything so easy and simple for me to complete this life long dream of mine! They all are very considerate, kind and beyond helpful! Theyve never left me hanging with a question or concern. I am so happy to be working with them!

EDSI is a wonderful agency. Everyone there is extremely supportive and friendly, not just with me but my entire family! They keep in close communication throughout the entire process. You will feel like family, not just a client. I would highly recommend EDSI to anyone considering fertility.

I started my surrogacy process in 2020 and couldnt have chosen a better agency! From the very first phone call to the transfer, to all the follow up appointments, EDSI was there every step of the way. Parham and his staff are amazing and communicate well. They make sure that the only thing you have to do is take care of your body and mind, and they handle the rest. Once all your paperwork is complete, and the medical screening is done, everything moves pretty quickly. Im proud to be a surrogate with EDSI.

I had 4 case managers in my journey. My first case manager was only there when I started paperwork and then she left edsi. Then my 2nd case manager was only there till I got matched and then she left edsi. My 3rd case manager was there for most of my journey and she was amazing. I was so sad when she left edsi. My last case manager came when I was about to give birth. She was only apart of my journey for a month and a half till I gave birth.The first real time I talked to her at the very end she told me she wont be there for my birth and she wouldnt come and visit me.. When I needed to get a hold of her, I had a very hard time. She would never answer her phone until easiest was 10am. She didnt even know when I gave birth till after 10am that day.When I needed the most support my casemanager was not there.I had to fight to get my hospital bill paid for on time. They put me on a payment plan for my bill without telling me. After fighting with them for a while they finally paid my bill in full.No communication at all. I felt like a paycheck to them. I would not recommend anyone going here unless you want to be treated like a paycheck and not a person.Update: after a minute or so after making this review Parham sent me a text asking to change my review.It seems like all he cared about is a good review. I do have pictures of our conversations if anyone would like to see how he treated me.

EDSI is amazing. The team makes personal investments in each doner or gestational surrogate. They treat everyone as an important person and cater to the needs of their network. I would love to work with them again, hopefully sooner than later. They help orchestrate all aspects, help with education, are always available to communicate, and offer the best support.

Fantastic group of people. I was a first-time surrogate, and I recently had a beautiful set of twins this June. Parham and Julie were there for me 100% of the time. If I ever had any questions or concerns regarding my journey, they were there for me when I needed them... day or night. I am so happy that I went with this company over any other. They matched me with the perfect intended parents (ips). I cannot wait to start another Journey with another couple. Overall, great experience.

I am not through the process of being a Surrogate with EDSI but so far I am very happy with their help, love, support and guiding through the whole process. And can’t wait to update this review at the end of my first journey.

Amazing agency! They are with you every step of the way! Answer all your questions! Even though they have their hands full they will be there no matter what! And no matter the time as well! Currently doing my second journey with this agency and I love it!

Not sure what is going on Had a phone interview a week ago heard nothing back. Was also told that I do not have to fill out the application process because the system was glitching to sign the agreements. I have not been updated AT ALL but I’m pretty sure signing the application & letting them do a background check was NEEDED to go on with the process..

Always a problem with my monthly payments,then when I would addres the issue there was always questioning about what I would addres.Had to get emergency C-section done. Didnt even get a call from the owner in this you would think they would be more concerned after almost going through a near death experience. Next day they had someone at the hospital making me sign documents while still under heavy pain medication. I was told I could never be a surrogate again which is understandable then I asked for information two times to be an egg donor no one got back to me threw me away like I was trash.

I had the most amazing experience with this company. All the staff was so professional and compassionate throughout my journey. Love EDSI!!!

The experience i had with this company truly changed my life , they are caring and kind. I couldnt have asked for a better team of support to walk me through the surrogacy . in the process of starting journey #2.
