I started the shock treatment with no effect until the p-shot and 2 weeks later had morning wood. That was the first time in almost 4 years. After the second p- shot and 3 weeks, I was able to perform much to both of us being quite pleased.I highly recommend this program. There is no guarantee your results will be as good as mine, we are all different, but if it works for you as it did for me, you can avoid urological surgery and best of all have the serial performance you once had. I have been a patient for the past 3 years and this year is by far the worst. My patient care coordinator is no more. You can’t talk to an actual person on the phone and instead you have to speak to some random employee via text messages who doesn’t respond. They have no issues taking your money, never ordering your medication and then giving you the silent treatment.This time I was charged over $600 for two medication THREE WEEKS AGO that have still not been ordered or shipped. No tracking numbers, no follow up, nothing but silence!This behavior is completely unacceptable and as far as I know it’s also illegal too!The order before this one they shipped to the wrong address, didn’t order one of the medications and then tried to blame me for their mistake when I have it in writing!I repeatedly asked for the manager or medical director of the Brandon office to call me. What have I gotten? Silence!My hands have been numb for 3 months now because of the one medication never being ordered. I have now been without a second medication for two weeks now which has cause a horrible imbalance which is absolutely miserable! My thyroid medication….Ha! I was prescribed a thyroid medication that couldn’t be filled for six months! I raised all of these issues and what have I gotten in response? Silence!

Allison is a very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind practitioner. It’s helpful to have someone who really listens and gives you informed consent.I’m just at the start of this journey, but I feel hopeful that the treatment will work based on her feedback about my labs and the first few weeks on my protocol. With what Alison recommended I am able to focus on eating the way I always wanted to without the awful blood sugar swings and cravings. I’m hoping to continue this lifestyle change after I’ve completed the protocol.My only constructive criticism is I wish it was easier to reach people directly on the phone at the office.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I was right on time for my appointment and they took me as soon as I got there. They treated me with care and made me happy with what I needed. I can tell Alison has a lot of experience and really knows what she’s doing plus she’s very professional and friendly. Amanda is a very sweet girl and also very professional and knowledgeable. The front desk ladies were very pleasant and I even met the office manager Michelle who was very welcoming and professional. I’m a new customer and will definitely go back. They got me! :)

I have been with the Brandon Office for close to a decade. This year has been the worst year working with them, by far. The ability to speak to people is difficult, there have been multiple times messages go un answered for days (text, phone and email). These delays affect my ability to get refills on medication in a timely manner. Other than Taylor, and my APrN Allyson I haven’t felt like a customer who is valued ant this office. Especially one who’s been there for a decade. It shouldn’t be this hard to get medication and care. I have voiced this concern numerous times and have been told changes are being made. The pharmacy you all switched to has also been a challenge. I have to take two different capsules for thyroid. They are both identical, large white capsules. If I drop either of them out of the bottle I have no idea what they are. It’s happened. The last vial refill I got lasted a month and yesterday I was being told by staff that I have to be mistaken. I haven’t been mistaken in all my years with you. No one finished the conversation with me about it. I’m Just trying to figure out how to get refill. Instead of trying to call me they texted most of the day, and at one point stopped replying and left me not knowing where I stand. So now after a week of no supply I’m at least 5 days out from another refill and that’s IF someone responds to me Monday. Some days I’ve gone several days without anyone responding to me. The side effects of not having refills areaffecting me physically this weekend and there’s nothing I can do about it. It’s not like an urgent care or ER can supply HRT. It wasn’t like this before this last year. I don’t know what changed. I’ve been holding off in my decision to leave this clinic but after numerous complaints and months of waiting for changes to come, I think now the time has come.

I really wish I hadnt come here to get answers. Although blood work did find some issues, I was immediately put on hormone meds that were way too strong. At no point did anyone check in on me to see how I was reacting to it. Stopped taking the one med, was told I need to take something else, decided to get a second opinion before that upcoming appoitmment. I was told there was no way I should be on the medication. Problem is I prepaid for that medicine, when asking for a refund I was told it would take 4-5 weeks to get a refund and it has been since March that I canceled that appt for that medicine. I just want my $700ish back and yet no one will give me answers. So here I am as a last resort to get your attention. I am utterly shocked by my experience.

The staff have been helpful, no matter when I come in or call. The doctor on staff is extremely knowledgeable and was/is empathetic to my concerns, which was comforting.

Fantastic place and staff. I had done pellets for the last 12 years. And they just stopped worki g for me. But too many pills for my taste and I didnt feel a difference taking them or not taking them. Prices were high for what I needed. Awesome that they have a traveling lab to come to you for testing your blood ect. I only tried 1 year because it was just too much money to do more.

They have a great team now. Allison and Taylor took care of everything I needed. I feel Fabulous!!

I have been working with nutritionist Terry for the last part of my program and she is amazing! She helped me to decipher the program plan with useful recipes, tips, ideas and guidance during the short time we had--so very knowledgeable. I can tell that she also cares about her clients with flexible hours and time. Her support made my program journey worth it and without her getting me through the plateaus I would not have had the same success.

She did a great job inserting the pellets, but didnt seem to be interested in hearing the answers to questions she asked ... shed ask a question and not wait for an answer and would talk to the medical assistant about something else. Shes great at the medical care, but didnt seem to care about the person she was helping. She was most likely busy, but none of the previous providers made me feel like I was just a number.

A little more expensive than going the online TRT route but the personalized care and face to face time with the doctors is absolutely worth it. They also offer InBody scans at no extra charge at the time of visits which is a great benefit to anyone closely monitoring body weight and muscle mass. The staff are all very friendly.

Called office 2 weeks ago, running out of meds, told someone would get back to me. Its been 2 weeks.......still waiting. Today Brett called, we discussed the issues that I seemed to be having, was immediately called back by local office staff and given better options to use to get in touch with them. Im 5 months in , have lost 50 lbs, thinking Id like to lose another 20. Love the size I am. Feel better. Ordered more meds. Please don’t go here ! I was denied meds then refused a refund . I was counter offered a partial credit or a store credit for face value . Them deemed me medically not safe to take meds … you would think I would receive a refund but no. Super unprofessional and they don’tCare about the customer . It’s now going on 2 months and I have yet to receive a refund .

Update: I am still getting hormone therapy through Age Rejuvenation. My biggest suggestion is to stick with it! I stopped taking my hormone meds and noticed a huge difference. So, Im back on now.Ive only been to my first appointment, however, the staff is very pleasant and motivated to help. Be prepared to spend 2.5 hours for your first and second appointments. That includes 30-40 minute wait time in the lobby.After explaining my issues with sleep, overweight, etc. Angela suggested a 20 week program. I am excited to get started on my journey.

I have told my primary care doctor so many times that I thought my hormones were off because of my weight gain and being tired all the time. She told me no, it was because of my age! AgeRejuvenation verified through blood testing that my hormones are out of balance. I am starting hormone replacement therapy and am excited that help is on it’s way.Update: 2 months later: the hormone replacement implant started me back into menstruation. I am not a happy camper. They told me that sometimes it happens, and they would just have to adjust my dosage to find the right one. I am not willing to spend the additional time or money that this would require. I decided to discontinue their hormone services, however, the information they gave me on supplements, dieting, and lifestyle changes was goodUpdate to update: back in menopause and taking supplements recommended by AR as well as doing self care. Feeling less stress and better overall.

When you go to the free consultation...this is when they tell you its 12 monthly payments at the price above, and then out of pocket lab costs of $300.A total waste of my time

You are just a dollar amount to these people. I got none of the result that they promised and as soon as I mentioned it was not working their first solution was to offer me to switch medications which were twice as expensive for half of the duration. Id never recommend these people to anyone.

I had a great experience with their telecommunications team and in person team. All of my questions were answered in detail and they were able to work around my busy work schedule! They took the time and care to make sure my program is tailored to me and I can’t wait for this journey with them! Couldn’t be more happy!!

With every place you go to you will encounter some hiccups, but I can tell you Charles gets to the grit of it and makes it right. The providers Kelly and Jessica are awesome and have educated me on many things to make me a better me. It took approximately a year to get me to feel better about myself. I have lost weight and the belly fat is almost gone. For me it was more than needing pellet therapy. After 3 months I was depressed and stated to Kelly that I just wasnt feeling right. Kelly ask me questions and acted on it right away, found I had a problem with my cortisol and a few other things that were way out of balance. She put me on the right path even when I was hesitant to her recommendations. They both take time out to listen and educate me on my labs so I can understand what the labs mean. Note: Be honest and tell them what you are feeling with the treatments because sometimes it could be other things that are hindering your well being. I’ve been going to my GYNECOLOGIST and he never mentioned I had low testosterone or how the symptoms I’ve been having were ALL related to my hormones being out of balance. Staff is so kind, and the doctors really listen to concerns. If you get bloodwork done here, they really take the time to explain the purpose of every blood panel and how it effects the body.

I can only speak about the Brandon location, but I am going to give them 2 stars because there were a few among the staff that were indeed professional and genuinely interested in your progress and nutrition.That being said, my experience there each week was both disappointing and stressful. The contract states that if you are late, or miss an appointment, you will incur a financial penalty, but as I arrived early for my 5 minute appointment each week, they would consistently be 30-45 minutes late. The waiting room is often filled with loud, rude, and obnoxious people.The FDA, Mayo Clinics, as well as Live Strong has published articles that B12 Supplements are not necessary for those that do not have a specific deficiency. I brought in a couple of these articles when I came in for consultation, and I wasnt given a real good answer, other than it was part of the overall treatment. Many articles on the net state that it is simply another tool used for revenue generation and only provides a placebo effect. I took the shots for 2 months and experienced no change. My energy has actually gone up since I quit taking the shots a few weeks ago, but that may be unrelated since I have continued exercise.I stayed with the program just less than 2 months and I only saw the Doctor once; during my initial visit. After that, my prescription for appetite suppressants were waiting at the front counter when the refill was due. I lost 7 pounds the week before beginning the program, because I got a head-start on my diet and exercise. I joined because I wanted an added layer of accountability. I lost another 15 pounds over those 6-7 weeks, mostly because I was dedicated to my diet and exercise.I had planned on joining for another month, but I couldnt take the noise in the waiting room, and the late appointments any longer. When I was checking out of my last appointment, I still had another appointment paid, and the receptionist asked if I wanted the same time the next week. When I told her I didnt think I wanted to come back, she simply said: OK, Later! I was speechless at the indifference.I responded to the feedback request from Tampa Rejuvenation when they sent it to me, and I told them everything I thought they did right, and I also shared my grievances. They have yet to respond with a single word.So in short, this is strictly a money operation. As long as you go into it with that understanding, and realize that Customer Service is not going to be their forte, and the work needs to come from you, then this place may be for you.In the past 11 weeks, I have lost 34 pounds, 15 of that was while at Tampa Rejuv, but all of it has been because of diet, daily exercise, and 100% commitment. Nobody and no system will replace that.

Dr Ericsson is absolutely amazing! She’s was thorough in reviewing my past medical history which seems no longer the norm. She was very detailed in the treatment recommendations and the whys. Never once did I feel rushed or herded through the office!! Wish I had found this years ago!!!

There was a mix up with my apt. I had one date, they had another. When the scheduler and I had some difficulties scheduling another apt without going another week - it took a week to get in from my first initial call, she asked if the office manager could call me back to work out some details. Sure. No problem.I received a call from the owner a few hours later. He wanted to take the opportunity to apologize about the mix up. After apologizing, he proceeded to make an apt for me that best fit my schedule. He didnt transfer me, he fixed it himselfImpressed is an understatement! I will never forget his kindness, compassion and determination to serve my needs.Very caring owner and staff!!

I am most pleased with the staff and their excitement to be able to make a difference in my life. I find them very helpful in explaining procedures and patient with decision making. Never feel rushed and my visits and communications with staff are very pleasant and uplifting.

I’m very dissatisfied with Tampa Rejuvenation. I Was seen at the North Tampa office two years ago and had an incredible experience. However, just a few weeks ago, I went to the Brandon location to try and get some help in weight loss. I only wanted to loose 15-20 pounds, so I wasn’t looking for anything extreme. Previously, I had used the appetite suppressants and the B12 shots, which I felt were helpful. That is really all I wanted. The bare minimum assistance, and I explained that.However, I was told I needed to do more bloodwork and pay an extra $200 for the doctor to review the results with me. (I was desperate to get started so I drained my bank account to do this!) The doctor review was done over the phone and nothing new was explained to me from what was told two years ago or what my general practitioner has said.The most unfortunate part is that when the doctor, who was very kind and congenial, said she would write me a prescription for 1 pill a day, (30 pills for the month I was paying for) I suggested a half pill a day (so instead 15 pills). I had heard that since I am smaller now, I wouldn’t require a full pill anymore to suppress my appetite. After the first two days, my body decided I did, in fact, need the whole pill. I checked in with staff to see if this was okay, especially considering this is what the doctor was *already going* to prescribe me. They gave me the go ahead.I called earlier this week to get the extra 15 to finish off the rest of the month and was told I would have to pay another $175! I was legitimately in SHOCK. I could not believe that Tampa Rejuvenation, who have always been so wonderful to me, said I could not have the extra 15 pills.So essentially, I paid nearly $500 (the price of one month medical weight loss plan) for only half a month’s supply. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I feel so taken advantage of and jipped. It is really unfortunate and before this, I couldn’t stop raving about them. But moving forward, I will not be able to recommend Tampa Rejuvenation to anyone.

This is my 2nd time being a patient at AgeRejuvenation. They really care about how you feel and about getting to the bottom of the issue. They are not in the business of treating your symptoms. When other Drs want to say here take this or we will monitor this. The drs and staff here really want you to feel your best and want to heal you. I will continue to be a patient of them because I went from feeling in pain, lack of energy, insomnia etc to feeling like a normal person again. All because they listened to me, put me on the right stuff and gave me a plan I can follow. Yes I mess up here and there, but they are right there to support and encourage you and explain WHY!! If you have thyroid issues to include hashimotos, hormone issues or just know you are not yourself - dont walk....RUN to age rejuvenation!!

Everyone is very friendly, helpful and professional. I’ve been going for about a year now and getting the pellet inserts done. They’ve changed my quality of life as a 44 yr old. No more low energy, knees don’t hurt anymore, and my libido is way better than before.

Paid in full up front for 1year of treatment do not receive 1yr more like 8months but paid for 1year.Everything that was talked about prior to treatment did not happen I can honestly say that everything I received and paid for did not happen and was told that sometimes it just don’t work for everyone. All of the hype that they present you with upfront seems like a good idea and kinda makes y’all feel like it’s a well worth treatment but I am sad to say it did absolutely nothing for me.And might I add it ended up costing me about 1200.00 more than the upfront cost that I was told. After I asked about the rest of my treatment because I had a year I was told that’s it I already used up my year even tho a year had not passed eventually they did not contact me nor did they follow up anymore because I would say they wanted more money Only for something that I had already paid for in FULL. I would say beware and understand what you are doing and how much real money is it gonna cost not just the upfront cost they failed tremendously on representing the total cost and the true length of the treatment for monies paid.BEWARE just a heads up.

This place charged me $300 for a consultation that was supposed to be free an doing lab work in which I never received my results. I canceled before the second appointment because I knew this was not for me because it was too expensive for me and I only needed to lose 40 lbs. They didn’t communicate with me that I would still be charge even if I didn’t go through with the program. Very unprofessional!

I was looking for a place that delves in body comp & physiology, instead of, simply, limit yourself to these foods/portions to lose weight. Age Rejuvenation does that pretty well. Periodic reviews, based on extensive blood tests, address individual needs.Of course, as expected, this comes at a premium price that are not covered by most health insurance policies. When I first started their programs I had issues with slow response to my queries but found that it was due to a Care Coordinator that was fired. Since then, NO PROBLEMS.

I joined TR on October 25th for the HCG diet with injections. I’ve tried other diets and NOTHING was working. The staff there is amazing, they are very encouraging and keep you going on the right track each week! My personal nutritionist is always there for me when I have a question. Sometimes it’s about making sure I’m eating property or just emotional support. This is been a very successful journey for me as I am down about 15 lbs to date and couldn’t be happier. I feel better! I have more energy and fitting better in my clothing is a big plus also! I would say if you’ve ever been at the point where you’ve tried everything, or maybe just feel like you have, go to TR and get started today! Why wait.. I wish I didn’t! I have an outstanding relationship with my primary physician but because my bloodwork was not showing any red flags on the typical scale I was at an impass. However, Dr Evans agrees with me that not all women are typical and therefore need to be treated as individuals. I have been going to Tampa Rejuvenation for almost a year, for Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. Natasha, the Nurse Practioner, is great to work with! She ordered the right bloodwork because it revealed that I’m battling a low thyroid auto immune issue which can lead to other issues if left untreated! The first visit was a comprehensive medical workup, with many followups, at a very reasonable cost. They order natural source meds and have them delivered to my door. All of the staff have been very pleasant and knowledgeable, from Patient care coordinators (Cree is great!), medical assistants, to the receptionists. They offer many services for anti-aging that few medical offices offer.

I keep going to be accountable. If I skip a week, I tend to cheat and eat more. Have lost 19 pounds in 2 months and one week. The b12 shots help to give me energy and the diet pills to reduce my appetite. I truly believe I wouldnt be close to my goal of 150 without Tampa Rejuvenation. Also, the blood work was able to find my thyroid was low in T3 and T4. So Feeling better now with proper medication.

I decided to visit Tampa Rejuvenation because I saw they specialized in Hormone Therapy and I really wanted to see if my migraines were hormone related. The initial meeting I paid $299 for their “plan” that I thought included blood work and the ability to speak to a Doctor at anytime as that’s what they had explained. The lady explained that they do not work with insurance at all, so nothing could be billed. I explained all of my concerns to the lady and had my blood drawn. I was told that they would insure I had an appointment with the Doctor to go over my results at my next appointment.I received a call from their office to schedule my follow-up appointment with a Doctor. They tried to schedule me with a Nurse practitioner, and I explained I wanted the appointment with the actual Doctor since she practiced OBGYN and I felt more comfortable with her. So I arrive at my appointment and they sit me with a NP. She went over all of my results and explained what was low on my charts and basically said my hormone levels were actually fine so she mentioned several different vitamins that would possibly help my migraines since everything else seemed pretty normal. She discussed prescribing Progesterone to see if that would help my migraines despite my progesterone levels being normal. I asked if this would affect my ability to conceive as I did not want to take anything that would affect it. She insured it would not have any affect at all.I began my prescription along with my vitamins as told to do so. Within a few days I began severe cramping. I read it was a possible side affect so went along with it. After several more days of taking the progesterone I decided to stop because the cramps were severe and worse than any normal period cramping. I called the Office to speak to a Doctor in regards to my problem and they said I would get a call back. A day later, an assistant called me and asked what was going on. I explained everything to her despite her not being a medical professional. She said she would relay the message and to take a lower dose of progesterone. (Every other day) I told her I stopped the pill completely and wanted to speak to someone else about my issue. She advised she would call me back. The next day another person called and stated they were a liaison for the Nurse practitioner and asked what was going on. I explained everything again and wanted to know what the purpose of paying $299 was if I couldn’t even speak to someone who could actually help me. She stated someone would call me that day because the NP was on vacation……… Fast forward to the following week and a NP called me. She said to stop taking the pill. So basically the pill was prescribed “just to see whether it would help my Migraines, not because my progesterone levels were low”.After that conversation I went to see my OBGYN and explained everything that was going on. She was in shock that I was prescribed progesterone with normal levels and expressed her concern that Progesterone actually suppresses ovulation and that’s most likely why I did not conceive that month. (NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH FERTILITY BEFORE. The OBGYN asked what MG I was prescribed and I told her 100. She said theres no way I could or would have been prescribed that amount. Sure enough, its 100mg. I immediately called and asked to speak to a supervisor at Tampa Rejuvenation to express my frustrations. I asked for a refund for the $299 as I wanted to discontinue my services with their business. She explained this could not be done. But yet, my insurance company WAS billed for Blood work and Labs… SO basically I paid $299 for an EKG and services that I will never ever use again.Also, a representative from the company asked me to leave a POSITIVE review in return for a $50 credit that I will also never use. So this is why I originally gave this business 5 stars. I am disappointed in the way this process went. Had I known it was going to be this way, I could have saved over $300 and just started taking over the counter vitamins. Disappointed. $300 gone........

I love this place!! I cant tell you how I feel in just one word!! Ok, maybe I can! FANTASTIC!!I had a complete hysterectomy 5 years ago. And the hot flashes were terrible!! Weight gain, bad mood swings, no nothing... I felt like my life was ending!! I got so tired of feeling horrible, I started out getting hormone replacements at my Obgyn. They didnt help me at all... I searched for a specialist on google, and low and behold I found Tampa Rejuvenation! I thought to myself, it cant hurt. So here I am , living proof that they are the best in town. Im currently attending Age Rejuvination office in Brandon doing their weight loss program since March. 2021 so far Ive lost 50 pounds and still losing. Im 45 and taking so many medications for high blood pressure, cholesterol and my sugar getting almost to a pre diabetic state thats when i decided to do the program there Dr Ericsson its really nice and easy to talk to also the nutritionist staff follow up your progress so its nice to have a whole team helping and encouraging you thru your journey.It deserves 5 stars but I took 1 just cause for me I feel its a bit off expensive price wise.

Awesome treatments target to your own individual needs but unfortunately not cover by most insurances which made it unaffordable for most people. I gave it a 4 stars because of that. Everything else is awesome!

I was very pleased with the attention I received from the doctor. She spent a lot of time explaining the results of all the test and how the results related to the other components. I left understanding what she was recommending and why. Im looking forward to see the results.

Ive spent several hundred dollars here since July 2019. Other than being insanely expensive, the staff is disrespectful and condescending. Cash only injection shops like these are popping up like weeds. If youre wanting to be treated humanely, choose another.
