I had to do this positive review for an appt that was greatly done when most reviews arent. I was seen within 5 mins of arrival. Everyone was very down to earth and very polite. They informed me of everything and asked permission before doing anything. Ms Ariel annswewd all my questions, we both have 2020 babies and shes a melanin queen. I was so delighted to see this since zocdoc didnt have her information when i made the appointment. Thanks to everyone there for making this an easy switch. Also the setup is beautiful and clean

This clinic opened recently in July. I usually go to their UES location. Everything was brand new, clean, and welcoming. Staff was friendly and took care of me. Since I was the 8am appt, there was hardly any wait time. I was in and out within 1.5 hours.

The staff is super friendly. My nurse practitioner was very attentive and knowledgeable about managing my women’s health needs with consideration of my separate chronic illness. The sonography tech was speedy and talked me through the process. Oh and the place is pretty cute! (Much of rest of the building is still under construction). Glad they opened this location.

The nicest gyno I have ever been too! From the upscale pretty decor and furniture to the friendly staff. They were thorough with my work up and listened to all my questions. My concerns were met with ease and they assured me if there was any other issues to feel free to reach out or come back. There was limited to no wait time and everyone was very professional. They are fairly new but doing a great job in my opinion. Im so happy I found this place. Patient for life!Each doctor was accompanied by an intern but everyone was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! That I didn’t mind the extra people or helping to advance their learning experience.(Pictures don’t do the place Justice. The back room where patients are actually seen is a dream!)

What a great experience for me an older woman who hasn’t been to a gynecologist in a long time. I highly recommend this community of caring, kind, professionals. I’ll be going back and will recommend Garden OB/GYN Brooklyn to everyone. They took care of all my needs! No wait time at all. I’ve never been to a doctor’s office that I was seen and cared for as quickly. Every member of the staff is outstanding.

The NP Aeriel chambers showed me that she was very concerned about me. Miss A Chambers made sure I was able to understand everything about my appointment, i appreciate her get assistance from another department that service within thier clinic. Her team and where excellent. Thank you for you all service.

Terrible front desk. We just left without bothering to see the doctor. I would bet a thousand dollars that other reviews are fake. Checked out the yelp reviews and they are rated 1.3/5. If you check their ratings on garden’s site it’s 5/5 for 10,000+ reviews. What a joke. There should be legal action and cancellation of license for such an act. Imagine what else the doctors will be willing to do to make money, if this is how they are duping people to bring in traffic.Everyone that walks in regardless of their symptom is presumed to be there for an annual visit, if it’s their first visit- this what the front desk told us. And that was after she banged the pee cup and all she said is “bathroom is behind you.” She couldn’t get the name right after giving her the license and spelling it out 3 times. And then she got up and was ready to leave. You should just be fired on the spot and never again be at any front desk.It’s a shame that NYC doesn’t have good options or immediate appointments. But even for the same day appointment, don’t take a risk on this place and try other options please. Else you might end up offending the front desk or worse, be required to take tests/be feared into situations that make you pay more than what you ought to.

I recently visited this practice for the first time. Overall, I had a good experience. The staff and NP were very friendly, and the office is clean and nice. However, I was told the policy for refilling my birth control requires me to come back in two months which means I would have to pay for a copay rather than just refill the Rx- even if I have no other issues (the reason for my visit was preventive annual check up which means no copay). It’s such a waste of time and money. I’ve been on this Rx for years. I just don’t like that I now have to pay my copay which isn’t cheap just for refill (bc now it means I have to go back and pay for a visit that’s not just preventive). With other docs, if you go on a new Rx, they may ask how I’m adjusting and if I’m ok, they refill it. However, this practice will charge me to refill it (coming back into the office as diagnostic care vs preventive -basically pay $50 just to get a refill) and it’s not a new rx for me. I left disappointed. A shame because everyone was super nice including the receptionist (didnt get her name) and Belinda, the nurse.

Office is gorgeous!Community now has a wonderful Obgyn Center with highly skilled clinicians offering excellent patient care- you must stop in to say Hi and see what I mean !

I wanted to give this place a try as I was going through some symptoms. They stated they will send over my medication, I’ve been contacting this practice for two days! Every time I contact them, they state the medication has been sent, however every time I go to the pharmacy they do not have my medications. Never coming back !

It was everything perfect. The front desk ladies was kind and helpful. The doctor it was a professional and a good person too. I highly recommend 👌

Horrible place ! It’s been 2-3 weeks I was there & I’m still waiting on the doctor to call me for my blood work results. Btw Dr. Marina said I wasn’t pregnant & this past Monday I had a sonogram where I could see the fetus !!!

They will schedule your appointment and lie to you that they accept your insurance—then call you a day before to confirm then text you that they actually DONT take your insurance. Don’t bother after they do it to you once. Trust me.

This place has wasted my friends time on multiple occasions and now they won’t give her the test results and it has been over a week!

Initially I wanted to like it here but this has been a very bad experience that has left me in the dark with no one knowing where my test results are. I had an appointment September 10th. That morning I was running behind and called to let them know and was told that it was ok. About 5 minutes later I received a call from the office asking where I was and that I was about to be marked as a no show. I was super confused because I just called? Now my test results. I had a full blood test, STD Panel, and Pap smear done on the 10th and have been waiting weeks to hear back from them. Ive been calling every week and they just keep telling me that they aren’t available. I call Monday and demand my results. The office manager found a provider in the office to share my results with me but I was told that the lab only gave them some results and not all so I have to come back and get another pap?!!!!then got another call a couple hours later saying that my results were in- only to be told the same results for vitamin D deficiency and a yeast infection. (Which they just told me about so basically have been unknowingly living with an infection for 3 weeks that has gotten worse but i did not know why or why it was ). I have no idea if my pap is normal and am un aware of my std status. I don’t feel comfortable coming back here because who is to say this won’t happen again. Better off going to planned parenthood because this was a disaster10/3 update: stayed on the phone for 30 minutes only to speak with with a medical assistant Aliyah who laughed in my face! She then proceeded to say that I was the only one with testing issues but there are several reviews from people who have this problem as well. Jas at the front desk did her best in trying to help me and I appreciate that a lot. Hire more people like her and maybe things won’t be this disorganized
