I went in for an annal physical . The Medical Assistant Nicolette was really nice. Dr. Crevecorur was knowledgeable, kind and took time to listen and address all of my concerns. Just the personal care I needed. Happy to have them as my primary care team. Also Ms. Marlyn at the front was helpful and kind.

I visited this center for my annual physical. The whole staff is so nice and friendly. Nicolette, Aliya and Stephanie made sure the visit was a comfortable one and Dr Chung was lovely and very thorough with his examination. They also gave me a cute goodie bag with sunglasses on my way out!

I came here earlier today because I was browsing the area for a close and efficient urgent care. And I’m happy I decided to pay this facility a visit. The front desk staff were very inviting and my nurse Nephie was amazing. All the staff were caring and I will definitely be returning back!

This location was super clean, super efficient, and super friendly! I went in and both Nepthali and Zauditu were amazing in helping me out as a new patient! They got me all checked in and after like 5 minutes they had me in a waiting room. Did all the necessary testing and had Ryan come in and help out.I seriously cannot explain how smooth this whole situation went. I was expecting a long wait time and uncomfortable chairs and Doral on Eastern Parkway proved me wrong. I’ll be recommending this Urgent Care to everyone as it’s amazing.

My experience at this urgent care was flawless. I hate needles absolutely terrified and the nurse Nephie was so flawless I didn’t even fill she’s is definitely professional and on top of her game. I went to 2 urgent cares including your competitors down the block and a hospital and not one nurse could get my vein on the first try like she did so effortlessly. I will recommend this urgent care to anyone and she’s so sweet and pretty! 5 stars this is my go to urgent care from now on. Please don’t go anywhere!!!

I appreciate the actual time for being seen was seamless. They are quite busy but I’m pretty patient- being out within 90 mins (wait time included) isn’t too bad. Most urgent cares in the city are around this time frame.The staff was friendly and concise! This place is so clean and I appreciate it. This is one of the better urgent cares I have been to in years. They also took my reason for coming in seriously. I’m young and wanted an EKG bc of left arm pain.I recommend this place.

Doral and Wellness have a great service especially with their first come first serve. The workers especially the doctors and nurses are so kind. They are patient and will put effort into helping their patients. Medical assistant like Nicolette is sweet and her tone make us and the patient feel welcome and comfortable. Aesha is kind too, she’s very passion.

I was so scared it was the first time as a new mom I dealt with my 14 month old having a fever. Nurse Louanna and Dr. Tamika were very helpful and attentive to my son and I. They made me feel comfortable and I knew my son was in good hands. It’s really hard to go to hospitals and urgent cares these days with Covid scares, but this was a great clean and friendly place. I will definitely come again and recommend.

Went to Doral Health and Wellness for the first time today and the staff are incredibly nice and welcoming! The whole facility is clean, decorated and comfortable. The whole treatment process ran smoothly and on the way out I was even given a free bag full of goods.

It was my first time here visiting the OBGYN and what an amazing experience it was. Not only was my provider incredible, the staff were awesome as well! They all even made sure my sweet 2 year old daughter had a world class experience - Baby Shark and all.If you are in the neighboring Crown Heights area, I would highly recommend visiting their practice and experience their wonderful level of care for yourself.

Nice clean facility. I walked in today anf no one was at the receptionist desk for 10 mins. Another person walked in and waited as well.When someone finally came to the front neither of us could be seen.Someone should be in the front at the receptionist desk to handle incoming patients at all times.Do better !

Came in this morning for some quick testing after a friend recommended this place to me and was so impressed with the level of service - Louana was so kind and helpful and made sure that I was well taken care of. The facilities are clean and the staff is very efficient. Would highly recommend this location if you have any urgent or non-essential needs (they have a PCP and GYN on site as well).

I left the urgent care down the block and came across this one and it was the best decision I ever made. Nurse nephie greeted me and she was so sweet from the first impression to treating me in the back. I told her about my bad experience at the other urgent care and she took care of me with grace she said “well I’ll be happy to steal you from them “ and I was happy to be stolen she is the sweetest young lady I wish well with all your endeavors for school you will be awesome !!

I recently visited Doral Urgent Care and was impressed by their efficient service. There was no wait time, and Melina ( hope I spelled her names right 😬) who checked me in and took my vitals, was fantastic. She was friendly, caring, and listened attentively to my concerns. Her positive demeanor made a big difference in my experience. I highly recommend Doral Health and Wellness .

Worst health care experience. I walked in and there was no one in the waiting room and the woman at the front desk wouldn’t acknowledge me. When I signed in and she seemed annoyed that I didn’t follow protocol despite not being instructed on any. I couldn’t get her to focus or pay attention to me and then finally when she did she wasnt listening to what I was saying. I asked her what the protocol is for throat pain and told her I was just tested for strep (negative) and was treated for it with amoxicillin but did not get better. She said the only thing they would do is the strep test and wouldn’t acknowledge what I was saying to her. Incredibly rude and not patient friendly. Do not recommend this place

Completely disorganized and revenue driven not health care driven. Called ahead with specific agenda, no notes were taken Dr. Crevecoeur was unprepared, ended up being charged for unnecessary labs and if it weren’t for the nurse it would’ve been worse. Made second appointment with Dr. Chung also called with agenda and request for call back to confirm, never was called, followed up and similarly no notes on file, no plan, still don’t have meds I need, do not go here it’s a scam

Today was my first visit for Primary care services with Dr. Harry Crevecoeur. Marilyn was very pleasant and helpful. Dr Crevecoeur was personable, funny and thorough. Nicolette, his assistant was very nice and made taking all those blood samples a breeze. I recommended this place to my boyfriend before my appointment was completed. I have been looking for a black prima care Dr and Im glad I found this place. Its close to home and its nice and clean!

I was MORTIFIED when I saw what my co-pay would be with my Massachusetts state insurance, but Nephies care and comedic relief made it worth every penny. Love this place! Was having a bad day due to my Ear Pain! Went in to your Urgent Care on Eastern Pkwy and was greeted by Louana at the front Desk and who also Took care of me in the exam room. I must Admit she was the best. Then I was Greeted by the Provider David who very knowledgeable and took care of my discomfort.very plowing the Place and. And would definitely to my customers.

Ive been to this urgent care several times since they opened semi-recently in the neighborhood. I hadnt had an unpleasant experience until a few days ago when I went on a weekend day, experiencing pain from a cyst that had been keeping me up at night and interfering with my work.I am not someone who typically writes negative reviews because I dont want people to lose their livelihoods, but in the realm of healthcare and as the daughter of a nurse, I just want people to know what they may be getting into if they come to Doral Health in pain and seeking help.When I entered Doral, there was no one at the front desk. There was a vague print out on the front desk to have a seat and wait to be assisted. There was a sign-in sheet as well and an iPad to enter patient information. Not really knowing what exactly I should do and wanting to expedite the process of being seen, I entered my info on the iPad. My insurance had changed since my last visit, so I needed to update that as well, which could be done on the iPad.When the receptionist came out, I told her about my painful cyst. She advised me that I would need to be seen by an OB-GYN specialist, and that there was no OB-GYN there that day. However, my cyst was not located anywhere near the genitalia, which I reiterated to her. I thought maybe she had misheard or misunderstood my problem. Then, she said she would have to check with the nurse practitioner to see if he would be comfortable seeing me. I didnt understand this--would he be uncomfortable because he might not have the tools or experience to treat me, or is it because Im a woman with a sensitive issue and he would not even be comfortable examining me? Then, she asked what insurance I have. She told me that they dont take Fidelis insurance. I was surprised by this because I had used Fidelis insurance there for all my previous visits. I said, You used to take my insurance. To which she replied, seeming truly annoyed, When? in the past month?At this point when I realized I could not receive care here, I said, Ok. Thank you have a nice day. My information was still up on the iPad, so I tried to log out of the system to protect my privacy and information. She continued on, If youve been here before you dont need to use the iPad. I said, Ok, I just wasnt sure what to do because there was no one at the desk when I came in. She then spoke to me passive aggressively, Thats why we have the sign here to take a seat. Referring to the vague sign I mentioned before. I wish that if there was a time where the receptionist cant be at the desk, the instructions would be a bit more clear, something like I had to step away from the desk for x amount of minutes, please have a seat and someone will be back to sign you in. Anything more specific would be helpful.I went down the street to Statcare, which I hadnt been to in years. They take my insurance and were really kind at every step of the process. It may not be shiny and new like Doral, but its better to be substance over style anyway. By the way, I was seen by a male nurse practitioner at Statecare.My experience at Doral left me frustrated, in pain and in tears over the frustrating encounter at the front desk. Ive worked in customer service for many years now, in reception, in restaurants etc and thats when you learn the front desk is the first and last impression of a company, and the most important role. Even if ultimately they could not treat me due to my insurance, the whole scenario could have been handled in a kinder way. Patient care starts when someone walks in the door seeking healing.

What an incredible facility! After wanting more clarity following an online appointment, I visited Dr. Fetah and her staff at the Eastern Parkway location. I was immediately greeted by the kind front desk agents, who were so professional and showed me to my room promptly. As usual, Dr. Fetah was SO informative and helpful, even providing additional research for me. If you’re in search of a kind, professional and speedy doctor’s office, look no further.

Hey my name is Christopher Guevara first time patient of Dr. Crevecoeur. Man first let me talk about the office super clean and beautiful fresh air calm atmosphere. The front desk nurse Nephie super informative and helpful I had a situation at home where I needed to reschedule and go back home only to go next door funny thing, as soon as I got next door to the urgent care she already had my next appointment ready calling me I was able to catch her before she finished the voicemail that was crazy fast it was a very important appointment I had to keep but instead at the same time squeezed me back in just in time for me to be seen and get the physical done. Then the nurse who did my vitals Nicollette this is a wonderful woman, I was so stressed about the situation I was dealing with she calmed down brought back down to earth I felt grounded again she was patient and super professional let me give a pro example of hers lol so I usually have a lot of trouble with blood being drawn from me no lie within seconds Ms. Nicollette found a vein she was able to draw blood I was like what in the world that never happens I adore this woman she’s careful also not a nurse to make any mistakes super good at her job. Dr. Crevecoeur he listened to me everything I was stressed with I felt comfortable to let it out and he also checked for anything that may have needed attention to told me everything I needed to hear about what I needed to do about my health made me believe I can take back my health back as long as I’m willing. This is such an amazing place no judgement zone no disrespectful people no lie i wish I could’ve stayed longer I felt worries go.

If I could rate this place a zero!!!! I definitely would. First off, the receptionist is very rude and nasty. She lacks professionalism and needs to be reassigned!!! I complained to her supervisor on multiple occasions, which even the supervisor agreed that the receptionist is VERY unprofessional. It’s really SAD how people could come on the Internet and give false praises to a facility that has such a nasty receptionist.

This Urgent care is clean and the customer service is excellent. Louanna and Maha took care of my son very well and I we will definitely return should I need to.

One of the rare instances where I can say a Gyn appointment was enjoyable. The staff are friendly the facilities are modern and super clean . My nurse practitioner Ufeta Ominiabohs was very pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. She answered all my questions and was very easy going . Definitely will be back got my yearly exams .

My experience at the 391 Eastern Parkway location was very exceptional. I was under the weather and was not in the right head space. My blood pressure was very high and I couldn’t focus properly. Marilyn, the front desk personnel assisted me with the information I needed to complete. Nurse Nicolette called for me from the waiting room to the back room where she was patient with me while taking my vitals. When it was time for the Dr. Crevecoeur to attend to me, which I wasn’t waiting to long, he was very mild mannered. He broke down exactly what it was that was wrong with me and prescribed the proper medication for me and told me to go straight the E.R. When I went to the hospital the Dr. in the E.R. tried to prescribe the same blood pressure medication which I told him I already had. Thanks to the staff at Doral Health and Wellness on Eastern Parkway for helping me in my time of need.

This is my first time visiting the center and the experience was amazing. Staff are super nice especially Louanna super caring. Definitely recommend.

Expensive and not very helpful. I had a fever + sore throat and was supposed to go on a trip in a week, so I went in to Doral to see if they could help. All they did was give me a covid test, tell me it was negative, and then send me on my way. No medicine or anything. And then charged me $390 for it. I saw the doctor for maybe 2 minutes total. I couldve purchased a covid test kit for a few dollars and received the same level of care.

Thats true dedication. 5 stars.The 4 v 5 stars is for a lack of urgency on behalf of medical staff with handling an urgent situation but overall a good experience, nice facilities, and accessible location. There is a primary care provider attached as well.

Dear David, CEO, this place is outstanding but the kind people who work both the front desk, clean the rooms and do vitals, are spread to thin. Make an effort to provide you staff with the tools to succeed by not overwhelming them with 3 people’s jobs, that makes it impossible to deliver the service demanded of them. Coincidentally, Neffie (?) at the front desk, was somehow able to manage all 3 and gave me an amazing first experience at your urgent care. She was very sincere, helpful and kind.But it was clear that having someone do all those jobs puts immense pressure on the people who work for you. So do better

I escorted someone in today who was experiencing significant, overwhelming back pain, very high blood pressure, and lightheadedness. I had to holler to the back a couple times to get lunching receptionists to come up. I said I was worried the patient was having a heart attack. The receptionist did even pretend to move with haste and made sure I paid well before examining the person. Thank god they weren’t in fact having a heart attack, but please - take your emergencies elsewhere.

This Eastern Parkway urgent care location is the best, The urgent care staff is great, especially Nurse Nephie, and Dr. Crenshaw is great, and the primary care physician Dr. Crevecoeur, and their staff especially, Mrs L. Mrs. Marilyn are amazing. And the Nurse, Mrs Nikki is so so nice. I love This Office. They also do abscess and cyst drainage if necessary which most urgent care facilities do not offer. So this particular office has many beat by far. I hope this location permanently stays here. All they need is a Dental Office here and they will be completely unmatched. Its also super clean.

This review is exclusively regarding the phone customer service that I received. I first spoke with the after hours customer service representative to find out if my insurance was accepted and was told that they didn’t know and I was told wrongly that they wouldn’t be open until Monday (it was Sunday morning when I called), at 9am. I called after 9am and spoke with someone (I thought) at the clinic and was told that my insurance was accepted with no additional fees. After I checked in the receptionist then told me that my insurance was not in network and I would need to pay $45 to be seen. I walked out and found a clinic close by who accepted my insurance without charging various fees.

The service was phenomenal, Louana was amazing and sweet very attentive and caring as well as Ryan Hall very informative I was in and out. Thank you.

Came in for pain and redness on one side of my face. NP didn’t even examine me. Didn’t even get within five feet of me and told me there was no infection because there is no open wound or puss. He didn’t look in my nose or mouth or ears. Didn’t listen to my lungs. No examine given. Total waste of time and money. When I asked if the infection could be inside my nose or face he didn’t examine but just said in his expertise this isn’t an infection. I left and then received a prescription for hydrocortisone without any discussion of applying any topical cream from the NP. I called the practice back and they said he prescribed it for me to use… why he didn’t offer that in the exam room is beyond me. Also if there’s no issue why is he prescribing me something? I’ll never return to Dorsal

I have to say, the woman (African American) at the front desk has terrible attitude. I arrived with the worst flu I’ve ever had and she chastised me for checking in on the tablet before speaking to an employee (note: the tablet reads “sign in here” or something to that effect and no one was at the front desk when I arrived). I believed that she treated me the way I looked (unkempt and sick), she then began to drill me about what insurance I have. I offered to leave and her tone changed. I recommended that they post a sign that encourages patients to check in with the staff first. The bedside manner of this person is just awful. My wife has had two negative encounters with this woman also. My advice would be to consider the number of urgent cares in Brooklyn these days— there’s another one within one block—and provide customer service training ASAP.

Okay so I’m not even from New York so I had to go off reviews on Google to find and urgent care center and I’m so glad I found this place. It’s clean, bright and welcoming from the jump. The front desk made me feel welcomed right away and the blood draw from Nephie was good — no pain! And the doctor I spoke to was very warm and reassuring.

My second time here and I am again impressed. Louann the nurse was excellent and very gentle with taking my blood. I will definitely return and also refer my friends and family to the Doral 391 Eastern Parkway location.

During my visit today, I met the most caring, sweetest, most amazing person/RN Nephie. The first time I met Nephie I was absolutely blown away with her professionalism and care to me as her patient. She listens to my concerns and really makes me feel heard and of course I had the same experience today. She is very easy to talk to!! When you meet people like this, it restores hope that there are some really great individuals left on this earth and I am happy I got the pleasure of having her as my nurse. The Medical Assistant on staff was also sweet and professional and my intake was smooth, thank you! I really love this urgent care because each time I come my wait time is never long, I spent less than 5 minutes waiting today, which is a plus when you aren’t feeling your best. Thank you Nephie for how soft spoken and kind and patient you are. Thank you for making my visit wonderful!

I had a very wonderful experience and met louanna and Ryan. Everything was explained well to me and at understood everything at first l.

I walked in at 4:25 and was turned away. I was told the provider was out to lunch and would not see me upon their return. Go to the emergency room. I simply needed a Covid test. The posted hours say 9-5. If this is not correct then post the actual hours of service provided.
