Showed true effort in making me feel like my time was of importance. Had some computer issues, but they worked quickly to find a solution that would get me in and out. No bruising from the blood draw. Overall great staff.

ARCpoint Labs is a nice place to get your DOT random drugs/alcohol and others test done. Saturdays arent guarantee but if you call, they just might like they did to me so I wouldnt lose a day of work which worked great for me.

As a contractor and an HCW, lets just say that UAs are typical in my line of employment and not all are equal. There are some that make you feel like your dirty (pos) upon showing up which I do not care for. This place did good ensuring I was just someone who was there for a test with no bias; quick and easy! Congrats ARCpoint Labs...congrats for yalls humanity!

Fantastic place for a drug test. I travel for work and do this often. Unlike most other places it was a very quick, efficient and pleasant experience. Check in is easy and staff is friendly. I highly recommend them.

Sooo so greatful for this place and for the serum tears they can make. So quick and easy and much cheaper than the other main serum tears company.

I had a 9:30 appointment and arrived around 9. I was only there for I9 verification but Pritesh was so welcoming and the receptionist was friendly, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. When I arrived, there was one other client who was out by the time I signed in and Pritesh offered to take me back immediately as he walked the previous client out. I will definitely be going back for all of my lab needs too.

The staff at ARCpoint Labs were attentive to my needs. They were well versed with my particular health problem and answered all of my questions showing a vast amount of wisdom. They were polite, took me on time, and were very professional over all. I will definitely go back for my next blood draw and serum tears!

Technician was great. Stayed for me even though I was the last appointment and showed up 2 minutes late. Also, helped with with two fingerprinting requests even though my appointment was only for one.

ARCpoint Labs of Harrisburg is the only lab that I found locally that would fill my Rx for Serum Tears. I tried Hershey; but, the lab only compounds these eye drops for patients who see their physicians, and my Rx was from out of the area. My experience was very pleasant. The phlebotomist was very personable, and gave me a detailed explanation of the process of compounding the eye drops. The process was very quick, painless, the lab was spotless, and easily accessible. This is a lab that does not take insurance, and does not require a hand carried Rx for bloodwork, urinalysis, etc. Out of pocket prices for standard testing are very reasonable. The owner is present, and willing to explain the process of having testing at his facility. This lab saved me a 2 hour ride to Philadelphia, the next closest lab that would fill my Rx. I highly recommend ARCpoint of Harrisburg.

Pritesh was knowledgeable and helpful. The entire staff was friendly and made sure I was taken care of, answering all my questions! They are familiar with Vibrant America testing and that’s exactly what I needed help with. Would recommend!

I needed fingerprinting done ASAP and was to drive up, be in and out, and back home for my next work meeting. Nice and easy! Don’t suspect I should need fingerprinting again anytime soon but would definitely go back!
