An unsolicited package with covid 19 tests. I can assure you the taxpayers dont appreciate you offloading your tests to the general public.When looking further into this company, their website is a 2/10. How can a professional medical company have such a piss poor website?When attempting to call them, it brings up a phone number to a coffee shop in New York. Then another in Indiana. When I dialed the number manually it gave me someone in India. She couldnt tell me anything about the company or this location.AVOID this company and all of its locations at all costs. God knows where your information is going and how much theyve charged medicaid/medicare

My minor son keeps getting covid tests we never ordered, we have never been to urgent care. He is getting them every week. Ive contacted Medicaid they dont seem to care. Today Im going to the police. I know its a scam. They are stealing peoples information and using it for what ever they want.

Very unprofessional. Over charge insurance no call back for results. Referred me to pcd for medication. Made me swab myself nurse is there for show. I was my own doctor needs to be reported.

WORST urgent care experience I have ever had. I had tests run in July of 2023. I waited two weeks for results before calling the location multiple times with no answer. I just received a $400 bill because they did not take my insurance information down correctly. When I requested my test results and informed them that I would not be paying a bill without my test results they said that they were unable to find any. VERY unprofessional and downright negligent.

I had amazing experience today. The nurses were polite and friendly. I had an amazing service by Saba and Hussainata. Great nurses would recommend going there anytime.BTW, me Oumar rate it 5 star service

Really great service, got a covid test and it came in less than 30 minutes. Kiresten and Sabrine at the front desk were great and very helpful.

Oh my god.... they now have a new intake process that involves putting all of your personal information up on a monitor for everyone to see in the waiting area. There is NO PRIVACY. NO DISCRETION. They literally sit there and ask you questions through a loud speaker box so everyone can hear your sensitive and personal information and hear about why youre there. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. There needs to be some understanding that I dont want everyone waiting to know my birthday and social security number and why Im there. Its incredibly embarrassing to have to tell everyone loudly what Im dealing with. This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU KNOW BETTER.

Had a very pleasant experience with our medical examination for immigration purposes at the Walk In Urgent Care at Polaris Pkwy. Hussai and Jennifer went far and beyond in their customer service. We really appreciate their assistance and totally recommend this place to others. OhioHealth took their time to provide X-ray report and Hussai was persistent in getting it fast. We were glad to come here. Five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from us!

If I could rate this place -10 I would. I went to Polaris Parkway walk in urgent care(1085 Polaris Pkwy Columbus, OH 43240 United States) last night around 7:40pm for a walk in appointment, when I arrived the doors were locked and I was shooed away by the front desk person/Nurse. I was under the impress by the times posted on the door and website that said as long as I arrived before 7:45 I could be seen however after being shooed away the front desk lady/Nurse multiple times she came to the door and said they went taking any more appointments after then I explained that the website and front door sign said before 7:45 I could be seen. She did not want to let me and went to the Provider to see if he would see me to which he came out and told me he was done taking patient at 7:30 despite what the website and door said about the 7:45 policy. I told him what my problem was and he jumped to conclusions and assumed I was there for opioids which I was not and then randomly diagnosed me with a condition that was completely unrelated to my symptoms and description of my issue. I stated that I had a cyst and he assumed it was an ovarian cyst which it was not. I just went to get an antibiotic. And then he told me to leave and refused to see me. I went to a different urgent care this morning where I interacted with staff that was completely nice and the provider there said I had a cyst the size of a large wall nut and it needed to be drained and I was put on antibiotics. My point is this staff was extremely unprofessional and they should not be seeing patient. I will not be returning and I hope appropriate actions are takin for the staff as there comments and behavior were extremely rude and inappropriate.

Stopped by with a severe toothache. The service was very kind and professional. Hussai went out of her way to help me anyway she could. The next time I need to go to a urgent care it will definitely be here.

Fast & great service. Nurse Hussai was very attentive and helped us understand the cause of our symptoms. The location is clean and welcoming. The app & virtual check-in was very convenient. Great for the Polaris area!!!

Hussain was a great provider. She attended me quickly and treated me as if I were family. Did not judge me at all and was very kind. The urgent care in Polaris is definitely the place to go if you do not feel well. Not only will they take care of you but they will put a smile on your face! Thanks Hussain

Everywhere was out of Covid test and no one was taking appointments. We saw this place and they did tell us we needed to download the app to schedule the appointment. We did that and was able to walk right in and get the test, she told us to wait an hour and the results would be on the app. Definitely quick easy and painless.

Very wonderful experience with Ahmed and Jenifer. Needed to do my immigration exam and everything was very fast. Completed all in 3 days.

Great staff, suggest going later at night, very polite gentlemen helped me fill out the app and solved any problems I had signing in. Test took 30 seconds total and the person that administered the test was very conscious of the fact it’s uncomfortable and did his very best to make it a decent experience. Over all I would say any negative reviews on this place are from people that didn’t do proper research before hand or expected some sort of rushed care. Suggest calling ahead first to see how busy they are as Polaris location can get extremely hectic.

I was there for 2 hours because they told us they could do blood work and after sitting there for 2 hours they sent me to get my blood work done at LabCorp. labCorp hates this urgent care because “that urgent care does this all the time”

I mean if I could give a 0 I would. A walk in urgent care accepting online schedule only with an app that doesnt work and doesnt accept patients with no insurance. Would be kind of okay if the entire staff wasnt entirely dismissive. I get it. We are in a pandemic and people are tired, stressed. But seriously when people are relying on you to do your job so we can go do our job, being waved off for MULTIPLE DAYS is unacceptable and frankly sad. Do better.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS URGENT CARE! I would give negative 10 starts if I could. Husband visited Monday and has been trying to contact them for over 2 hours today about a medication issue with no answer whatsoever and finally a person answered but they were not even at this location and could hardly speak English and it was a disaster, he had to hang up and still trying to call back with no answer. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THIS FACILITY AND THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY! JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND YOU WILL GET THE POINT, THEY COULD CARE LESS.

Ive been here 30min and only 1 person has been in. Still waiting on line to check in. The guy at the desk obviously does not want to be here. I know staffing is very difficult now. You should pay someone a decent wage (not this guy) then actually operate. They have only performed 2 tests in an hour.

Just blown away by the best urgent care visit I’ve ever had! Came in with a piercing ear ache the day before a scheduled air travel, after 7pm. At first, I was told that there was no appointments available for the next two days. But Alison and Bishnu, the staff on duty, are nothing short of miracle workers — there must have been a break between the appointments and so I was seen, and most importantly, helped! I was not rushed, Alison listened to me, conducted a thorough exam, we discussed her findings and available options, and 10 minutes later I was on my way to get the prescription. Alison even looked up for me the nearest pharmacy that has extended hours of operation to make sure I got the meds the same evening! I just cannot thank enough these two angels - Bishnu and Alison - for their kindness, humanity, and completely turning around one miserable day into a restful and pain-free evening 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Forever grateful!

Horrible. I scheduled an appointment for a Covid test before seeing my family for the holidays. I showed up at the time of my appointment and they had closed early and left a note on the door saying that they were short staffed and closing early. I completely understand that they were short staffed but they should have informed me that they were closing early so I could have found another place to be tested. Horribly unprofessional and mismanaged. You should avoid this place at all costs.

I have been multiple times to get a rapid covid test. Once you check in on the app, its a quick process getting seen. Everyone has been very kind, quick and efficient. Results come back within the hour which is great.

Had 8 am appt At Polaris. . Got there 5 minutes early. Waited to 8. Doors locked. Tried again 8:15 doors locked. Called no answer. Only automated message to make appt. 8:30 no answer and doors locked. Called walk in on Tamarack and they were extremely helpful. Told me there was no doctor and doors cant be opened until there is a doctor. They need to call patients and let them know. They have phone numbers. The staff on Tamarack took me at 9 when I got there. Wonderful professional staff.

The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful, but she was also the one doing the test, no apron or anything. No doctors or nurses on staff. I was in and out fast and did get the results as promised, but the whole experience was very non-medical, strange and uncomfortable. I will not be going back.

Wish I could give fewer stars. Went in for covid test and after checking in online AND being the first person in for the day it took them 50 minutes to get me pay the front desk. Was told it would take 20 minutes for results but it took well over an hour, and when I called for an update their voicemail box was full. Very unprofessional and rude employees.

Do not waste your time going here unless you’re trying to purposely catch Covid. I came here for an ear infection when there wasn’t a single person In the waiting room, was told I had to download the app and register which it would only let me schedule a time an hour out. By that time there were people coming In to get tested for Covid left and right all sitting In a tiny waiting room in chairs right next to each other. Not calling a single soul back, people coughing I decided it was safer to leave. This place has no business doing medical work if it can’t follow simple Covid precautions.

I went in and was seen with quickly. There was no wait time and the provider was so nice and listened to our concerns. It was a pleasant experience.

Worst UrgentCare and very unprofessional staff. I signed my name on the list but still let people in for testing who came after me!!!!! They took $155 and made me wait for one hour and fifteen minutes before they took the test and made me wait another half hour for the results. I asked questions as to why they let other patients who came after me and I was told to be patient and wait for their phone call. Very unprofessional

Got in immediately at 10:00 AM, testing was fast, people were good. The app is useful as well. Very satisfied with my first visit to the Polaris location.

Staff was very friendly and efficient which is always appreciated when going to an urgent care. The app is nice to be able to quickly get results. I would highly recommend the urgent care.

Friendly staff, super quick. I was in and out in 20 minutes with results in hand. If you require a COVID test, this is a great place to have it done.

I had a great experience. I went in for an infection in my leg. The exam was thorough and professional. I would go back here again.

Came for COVID test, employees were unprofessional and unhelpful in the sign in process. It wasn’t made clear the test wasn’t free until the final stage of check-in ($155), and despite no one else in the building, it took over 20 minutes to even get past the front desk.

The doctor here has been very professional through out the treat. I was feeling very better after the treatment given by that doctor.

If you need a Covid test do not go here. Biggest waste of time. They wanted a $75 copay just for a test. Test should be free. Needless to say I walked out.

Apparently appointment not required is not true just got told that they won’t take me for Covid testing even though I find the is to be urgent and I need of care strongly unsatisfied especially told to download an app to make an appointment when I was talking to a human who could schedule themselves. Didn’t even answer the phone

EXTREMELY unprofessional ladies working the front desk. Showed up at 7:30PM and they said they were closed. Also lied to me and said that they do not take blood draws at that location… avoid at all costs.

Visited for a blockage in my right ear. Very professional and quick. Highly recommend this urgent care location!

The staff and NP Elizabeth were very friendly and efficient. They got me in and out quickly with exactly what I needed.

Really rude, they act like they could care less and act like you’re bothering them by even being there, lol. I recommend going elsewhere if you have an urgent problem. Also the place feels kinda sketchy.

Do these people here even work?? What do they even do?? Anything? Can someone please tell me why this place even exists?? They are absolutely worthless and can’t help anyone with anything. ITS AN URGENT CARE, and the only thing they CARE about is their paychecks. Disgraceful employees and service.

No one was at the desk nor to greet me not very happy and the app stuff is stupid someone could hack the app and steal your info in my opinion
