I made an appointment. I was on time. Waited 30 minutes and no one ever showed up at this location. I called another location and was told that the staff member had a flat tire and would be there in 10 minutes. No one showed up, nor did they follow through with a phone call to me. Do not go to this location.

The health professional who served me was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, professional, and best of all, an expert at drawing blood. I’m a huge baby when it comes to needles, and my phobia only intensifies after I get somebody who isn’t REALLY good at wielding a needle and it ends up hurting. This time was a breeze. Barely felt it ☺️ Thank you!!!

They do the test but they have horrible attitudes. And dont try and call to find out your results before 3 business days or they give you attitude and act like theyre put out with you calling.

Bad experience. They pushed and twisted a needle around in my daughters arm for a full minute without finding a vein ... blamed it on the movement (her arm was still, I was holding her, the needle was moving). Then they said, Thats why we wanted you to go first, as if that makes a difference. With kids, its best they get it over with quicker, not let there be a chance to build up fear. Her arm hurt for a long time after that.Tip: Dont just stick a needle around in there, make sure you know where to find the vein first. My daughter was screaming and hurting the whole time (continuous twisting of the needle). And they wanted to try again. Yeah right.So I asked for more than an $800 refund and left. They refunded me, no problem.On the positive side, except for not knowing how to draw blood from a kid, they all seemed nice enough. Very friendly. The place seemed clean and nice too. Wish it wouldve worked out. If youre an adult with big veins, probably not an issue. If its a kid or your veins are hard to see ... haha, hope you like a needle pushed around back and forth as they hope to maybe stick the vein! If it was just me going in, probably would have been fine, I have big veins & needles dont bother me.A copy of the receipt is attached, proof we were there.

I don’t know what was happening but the front desk lady was super passive aggressive. I am sorry that I don’t understand how certain test are done or their terminology but don’t make me feel like I’m stupid. Luckily her coworker (the one that actually took me back to get the testing done) explained it better, she deserves a raise because I feel like she knew that I didn’t know. However, the front desk girl, I don’t know what her deal was. She even got annoyed because I said I was going to wait for her to email me my receipt. Like, I understand I sounded rude but I am just trying to make sure I get my receipt since my job is paying for it.

First time coming to this location Alyse in the front desk was very professional and walked me through the whole process and also Maria was the sweetest phlebotomist ever didn’t even feel when the needle went in ! I would totally recommend coming here for any services !

I paid for a test that was not reported in a meaningful way and they were rude when I came to inquire about it.

I use Any Lab Test Now every other week for a rapid UA and the one in Mockingbird is my favorite by far. There is a girl that works the front desk named Elise is and she is the best. She is always smiling, helpful, and just so kind to everyone who walks in. Today, even though she was busy, she took the time to explain to me some of the injections and how they help her personally. I thought that was great. If I had any doubts about the B12 injection then, I dont anymore. She sold me! Its not every day that you leave a facility feeling better than when you walked in and when Elise is working,I leave feeling better!

Easily booked and paid for an appointment online. The phlebotomist was great; knowledgeable and nice! Got titer results quicker than expected - 1 business day.

I normally hate getting labs done, but I will definitely come back here! The service was quick, which is refreshing from the normal hour plus wait that I do. The young lady, Jackie, that assisted me was an absolute joy!! She was incredibly personable, which is normally hard to find in the health industry. Not very often you find a place with all around good service and good staff.

I had the absolute best experience here!!! After trying for over an hour to get prices (or just a person to talk to) from both Quest and LabCorp, I gave up and started a search for another lab. I placed one call to Any Lab Test Now and a live person answered the phone!! My doctor had ordered a lot of tests for me and so she had me email her a copy of the order and she called me back in due time with the exact price, which was a good price too! The same person who called me with the pricing was able to make me an appointment for my desired time the very next morning. I probably could have gotten in same day but I needed to fast overnight for one of the tests. When I arrived for my appointment, I just had to fill out 1 form, which took about 2 minutes and they called me right back! I was in and out in about 5-10 minutes! Overall I am very pleased with this lab!!!

Friendly staff. If you havent tried B12 shots youre missing out on a natural energy boost. Great prices and they do promotions a few times a year for new AND existing customers. They get me in and out in about 3 minutes! Super fast service.

Im a difficult patient when it comes to blood draws. I get lightheaded and what not. Today was much worse. I had been working in the heat all day, mustve been a bit dehydrated because my veins werent showing. But Maria was awesome! She drew my blood on the second try (I was dehydrated), and I almost fainted. But she sprung into action, for my a cold towel, two apple juices, some kind of ammonia smelling or other that she waved over my nose, and took very good care of me. She was very patient and understanding. AND she works the front desk too! She does it all and does it exceedingly well! Thabk you MARIA!! You deserve more than just 5 stars!

I called a head and spoke with Jessica. She was very polite over the phone. I came about 4:45 and was in a rush. She had me in and out in 15 minutes so I could pick up my daughter. Good service and very sweet staff. Will be coming back if needed!

Honestly, I would never come back to this location again. I went here around lunch time without knowing it. Because their lunch time is not posted. I knocked and saw all the staff and nurses hanging around but could not bother to open the door or answer the phone to let me know “they are break”. I immediately thought that was rude. But I let it go and waited outside. Later on I went in and the front desk ladies looked annoyed / angry and didn’t even “Greet me” probably because I was “dressed down” in sweats compared to another guy that walked in there in a suit. Everyone here isn’t helpful and the lady that Drew blood from me even seemed to be upset when I asked about the procedure. Horrible experience.

Very professional setting, staff is always courteous. The primary reason is the manager, Jennifer. Even though they are quite busy, she always has a smile on her face, and gets me in and out quickly. Highly recommend this well run business.

The ladies on staff who took care of me were the greatest! They we SO helpful and offered several options to perform the test I needed in order to provide my results as soon as possible. Pricing is more than reasonable, especially given the quick turnaround time, and I’ll be sure to return if/when another visit is needed.

Needed to get a COVID test and process was exactly as advertised. Was able to make same day appointment for rapid test and had results within 15 minutes. The service was quick and the providers were professional with a great bedside manner. While waiting for my rapid results test I browsed their website and they offer a lot of great services. Will be returning.

I have been coming to this location for a little over a year for their AWESOME Lipo B12 shots. Veronica and Amanda are great with the needle-I dont even feel it.Jennifer, who is also the manager, is a FANTASTIC resource for drilling down on other lab test they offer to assist you in your journey to optimum health. The entire staff is courteous and professional.

Horrible service, phone number isnt even correct.Reply: I called from Dallas love field, booked an appointment for 1245 on Saturday, right before closing. The ladies on the phone were rushed and seemed annoyed I was calling so close to closing. I raced over there, same store as the number on Google maps (Ive triple checked, plus I directly clicked on directions after the call), and the ladies said that wasnt them who booked my appointment, they never would because they stop appointments at 1215, and couldnt help. So, whatever your bug is, it was a horrible experience for me.

They do the testing, but there is no portal to receive your results.I gave them my email to send the results. But, nothing was sent.I know the results are completed, because they sent this survey.

I was very pleased with my overall experience! The young lady who helped me, Victoria, was extremely sweet & talked me through every step of my visit so i knew exactly what was going on. I would recommend anyone to come here!

Mockingbird location.Bad experience all around . Their online form would not work correctly - so had to fill out paper manually - no big deal.I was there for a urinalysis and they had no toilet protector for the toilet nor any gloves for me to carry the urine-filled receptacle with. Plus the bathroom smelledHORRIBLY of urine, so not having any of these sanitary aids made for a very bad experience.

I went in for a b12 shots and blood tests — didn’t know they closed at 2 on Saturday, but at any rate I arrived at just before 1:45. They actually refused to do the blood tests because they said they would have to stay until 2:15 to process. I find it amazing that this is considered customer service, that they will kick a customer out — even though they are not closed yet — just because they have to stay a few minutes over. Though she said it nicely, the sentiment itself is very rude and disappointing. Since I can’t come during the week, that means I have to wait an entire week before I can get this done. That’s no way to treat a customer.

I walked into Any Lab Test now on Lovers Lane at the end of the day and Sharon was SO helpful to make sure my blood draw was taken care of and shipped to the processing lab in a timely manner. She even offered to stay after closing to make sure everything was done properly. I was stressed about the situation as I travel for my job and had to have my blood drawn and processed on a certain day, and she was kind enough to understand and assist. THANK YOU Sharon! I truly appreciate your generosity, you went above and beyond!

This is my 4th visit, and I love this particular location, every one, I mean everyone is nice and attentive.I did try another location, but I didn’t get the warmth I get here.Great service , clean, and never Have I waited.2 thumbs up !!Jackie is awesome!

Bought a series of B12 shots here since it was conveniently located by my house...things went well when the manager gave me my shots, but there is one brunette technician there that anytime she gave me a shot I was in a lot of pain afterward, so clearly her method of giving shots is off. I came in this morning and I was informed that because this one tech can’t do her job correctly that I am no longer allowed to go there. It was frankly humiliating to be turned away as if I was the issue. Who turns away customers because of a faulty employee? Train your technician correctly, because I promise you I won’t be the last person to complain about her.

Walked in the girls were really friendly. I have small veins so the first girl hit the vein nothing really came out. She asked for help the second girl got it all was good. Friendly and helpful staff

I came here to do a drug screen for my school , the ladys beginning from the front desk all the way to the back were very professional! I really like how they kept me informed and up to date with my results. I do plan on coming back here and I do plan on recommending this place to my friends and family !.

I have been going to the lab now on Lovers Lane for over 6 years. They have a very professional staff and offer a wide range of services. It is so much easier to do a cholesterol test there then go through the hassle and time of a hospital visit. Their convenient location and easy parking are perfect for busy days. I went in to get some blood work done. The staff was very friendly and professional. When I went in to get my blood drawn, the tech was already back there and had pulled out the needle before I walked backthere. I asked if she wouldn’t mind grabbing a new one since I didn’t see her get it out of the new packaging, she did that for me no question and made sure I could see it was a new unopened needle. I very much appreciated that she did that as I was already nervous about getting my blood drawn.The only thing that I didn’t like was how long it took to get my results back (almost a week), I thought I was going to go insane from paranoia, but I know this was out of their control since they told me the lab doing the testing was backed up (not gonna dock stars for that), my impression was it doesn’t happen all the time. But waiting that long in general (no matter where you get tested) is never good for people who have anxiety, but all is well. I was just happy with my end results, they got me in n out there within 15 minutes as advertised. Thank you!

So I hate getting my blood drawn, it usually takes the phlebotomist at least 10 trys to just knick a vein. But the manager Jennifer managed to do it on the first try on two separate occasions. She did all that while being one of the sweetest people you will ever meet.If you need blood drawn I highly recommend this location.

This location has a very unprofessional staff. This is the fast food of diagnostic labs. They must rake in the bucks by hiring the most uneducated staff. They screw up then have a hissy fit if you complain.

Online the pricing was $49 for the test I needed done, I ended up paying $79, which I was not pleased with. But overall the ladies were very nice :) I got my results today and was seen yesterday. Thank you ladies !

I recently went into Any Lab Test Now to have some lab work done. I do not have health insurance , so I was concerned with how much I would have to spend for my Thryroid tests. I was surprised and delighted at how reasonably priced the tests were. The staff was knowledgeable and professional, and the facility was immaculate. I had no idea such a place existed - I plan on telling everyone on know about Any Lab Test Now on Lovers Lane.

Any Lab Now is a good place to get an answer on your medical status outside of your doctors office for your own piece of mind. They are quick and efficient in what they do and offer their clients.

Been to Any Lab Test Now Lovers Lane location for several years, very professional and helped me with all my lab testing needs. They will immediately give you a price for any lab test on the spot which is handled very discreetly. I told them what labs to order and I received results following day. The girl is an expert at sticking I didnt even feel it, all in all, upscale lab experience.

Unprofessional rude guy there. He is loud, obnoxious, not knowledgeable on several tests like processing Genova. He will tell you it will cost you $100.00, and probably not worth his time to draw and prep your labs. Plano site is more professional and the lady there knows her stuff. Plano site also does pedi sticks if you have special needs kids labs, I witnessed a restless kid and she got it of first attempt and the kid did not even feel it.

Extremely rude staff and After I paid for the test they told me my urine temp Wasn’t reading and I didn’t have time to do the entire thing again so I told her I needed my money back. They said they could not give me my money and she NEVER TESTED MY URINE SHE LOOKED AT THE CUP AND SHE SAID IT WASN’T READING
