They just moved. Theyre somewhere else now. Keep that in mind.We went here for our regular STI testing. Not a fan.First, theyre going to charge you 40 bucks to get tested for STIs. Not HIV or syphilis - those are free - but the ones that are common, 40 bucks. (AHF is free.)Second, they take forever to process results. 3-5 business days means a week. When youre waiting to find out if youre carrying the clap, a week is a LONG TIME. (AHF is usually next day.)Go to AHF. Its inside Out of the Closet. Theres a wait but its free and results are fast. Dont go to Nelson-Tebedo for STI testing. Other stuff, they may be good, but testing, go to AHF.(Two stars because everybody was really nice. Its not their fault the clinic charges for STI testing and takes forever to send results.)

I’m not too sure about this place. For starters, the staff wasn’t very pleasant and welcoming, the environment was just kind of sketch, and I don’t recall anyone introducing themselves..I got a call from them saying I tested positive, only for me to go in and the doctor, who didn’t introduce himself, says my test came back negative but they’ll prescribe me for the time being. Tho I’m thankful for a negative result, im kind of shocked you could mix that up.Also I have a cough, and the Dr. told me ‘that’s just every day life stuff.:’, um sir I have this very harsh cough that’s coming up with mucous, trust me this isn’t just everyday stuff’I’ll be testing somewhere else.

This clinic used to be a God send to the community but over the last few years its become horrendous pertaining to customer service and returning calls. And when I mentioned it to them (no return calls) they said well we dont see that you called and I was told by the employee that they dont appreciate how I was talking to them....after I said it nicely... Very weird, odd and uncomfortable culture there.

The staff here is amazing and so are the doctors. They have changed my life and I couldn’t be more grateful! I have been going here for 2 and a half years now and have never had one issue with anything.

Not all testing is free. They won’t write you a prescription if you need something. You have to go back and pay another $40 fee to get the medication (which would be a lot cheaper elsewhere if they would just write a prescription).

This place is awesome. Dr. Terry as very informative and helpful. He let me know facts that I never knew. The nurses are awesome too and usually find the vein to get the blood from the first time rather than using me as a pin cushion. Also, very affordable for someone with out health insurance and you get more than other clinics give you.

Joey was Horrendously rude, dismissive. I had a 9:30am testing appointment and I was running 10 minutes late. On my way, I called as a courtesy and was told anything over 5 minutes have to reschedule. DISCLOSE this draconian policy. Identify yourself when ever you do answer your phones--Joey....very rudely behaving person. This is a care center? I shared I will never go to a place that behaves and interacts in this manner. Grateful now knowing how they treat people. I will access care elsewhere.

Lately the appoinment reminder system has been off so dont trust them tonremind you of an appointment, set your own alarmThe costs had increased since july so also be warned

I called over a month ago to inquire about starting gender transition. I was told to email them my insurance cards and to fill out a short form. I did both within the week they were sent to me and I havent heard a word back. Ive left several messages, emailed them back to ask for a call back and Ive heard nothing. Its hard enough to find transgender care, we dont need this from the clinics were supposed to look to for help.

Overall no complaints. This place offers free std testings also affordable gender affirming care without insurance for transgenders.

Shambles. They had to reschedule my appointment because they made it incorrectly the first time. They missed the phone call follow up visit. I had to return the day after my first visit, so they could finish. I have no idea where my prescription is. And the patient portal Im supposedly Im supposed to use is locked with credentials that I was never given.

The people who work at this clinic provide help and good care to those in need. The staff is courteous (as long as you leave your attitude at home), and respectful. I’ve been coming here for 8 years and I’ve always been satisfied with their service.

This place is the worst on costumer service, on Monday I went there for my appointment and I sit there for more than 30 minutes and they were like “oh we didn’t see you” and they put me as no show when I was sitting there waiting for them to call me. And now today I went there to recieve my medicine and they were like “where is your mask” amd Im like why I need a mask I was just here on Monday and they didn’t ask for mask plus everyone here was with mask so I say no to the mask and they refuse to give me my medication because I didn’t have my mask when the whole staff inside the clinic didn’t have a mask. This is a very good place in the community that you can go and get checked without feeling uncomfortable. The nurse is great and the front desk people are very friendly. Thank you To everyone at the center for doing such a great service for our people in our community.

This place is great. My go to STD testing spot. They dont try to upsell you on tons of unnecessary tests. Theyre very friendly. I go in a couple times a year to get tested for the 5 most common and dangerous ones HIV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis, and Herpes - total cost is just $80. All the other ones worth testing for, you will typically feel or see symptoms.. so if they arent presenting, then theres no need to waste money on testing. Thx for the education guys!

Was only a few minutes delayed due to family emerency and was told to reschedule. The staff was not not willing to work with me or try to work me in. Sorry as a past supporter both finacially and socially I can no longer support the Dallas resource center in any manner.

I was having my fun and I got some drippage, they helped me clear up my infection with a good ole penicillin shot. You play you pay, and I got my moneys worth.

This location provides great resources. Im really glad that theyre here to help with the health challenges here in DFW. Recommended.

Didnt do so good say positive then negative the next which one is it not very professional did not give good results.

Scheduled an appointment for 10 am the day before, show up the next day, and they apparently have no record. Horrible service.

If you can get someone to answer the phone or return a call their great.... Going on 4 hrs no call back no answer.
