Jessica was great! Very gentle - I barely felt a thing. The facility was clean and well organized. Results came back quickly.

I arrived for my 9am appointment on Saturday March 4, 2023 right at 9am, but the employee who was in charge of opening the office arrived late stating that her car wouldn’t start. I didn’t believe her but gave her the benefit of the doubt.Secondly, the office had poor hygiene. The floors were very dirty and it even smelled bad. This definitely did not make me feel comfortable since hygiene is very important, specially where lab tests are done. Being that the receptionist/nurse was on her phone the entire time did not help, maybe she could use that time to clean.Last but not least, the receptionist/nurse (same person who arrived late) in charge of drawing my blood was not capable of doing so. She punctured my vein three different times, blaming my veins for being too small (baby veins in her words) and that I needed to drink more water. I did so, I drank plenty of water after her second attempt as she said that was the cause, then waited approximately 15mins and then she unsuccessfully tried a third time. She ended up offering a refund since she couldn’t do it.I’d like to mention that I have never had any problems having my blood drawn in my entire life.The cherry on top was that in the middle of issuing my refund, the receptionist/nurse began arguing with a customer who was asking for clarification as the customer did not fully understand some lab requirements the receptionist had previously mentioned.My experience was very disappointing and unpleasant and my arm currently hurts. I hope no one else has to deal with this situation.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She made what usually is an awkward experience very warm and enjoyable. She was gentle while administering the tests as well. Just waiting for the results now but overall great experience.

Unfortunately one of the nurses it’s really bad drawing blood, it bursted my vein and seemed like she didn’t have great experience. They both are really nice, just unfortunately one doesn’t have the necessary experience to be there

I went in for a lab test and had the best experience ever, Jennifer Q the manager handled my testing and everything was completed efficiently and professionally. Saying she is nice would be an understatement, she is stellar. Would recommend, 10/10.

Had a test scheduled at 4:45. Came early and the place was closed. Waiting until 4:45, called multiple times, no answer and no one showed up. Whole waste of 45 minutes waiting around. What a damn waste. Don’t go here for testing, clearly they don’t care about their customers. Find another testing place, there are multiple around. What a joke.

Ive used this facility twice now for travel and they came through every time. On both occasions I was able to just walk in and quickly get my Covid test done. Results were delivered as promised in the exact timeframe I needed for my trips. Ola, the owner, is very helpful and responsive and so are the staff. I would recommend this testing center to anyone needing one!

Most places were booked 4 days in advance for a COVID Rapid test. I set up an appointment online within the hour. I got there 10 minutes early and got out when my appointment was supposed to begin. Convenient AF!

I had 2 appointments scheduled for today and even received a confirmation text and email an hour before my appointments. I show up to the location and they were completely closed. I understand there was a snow storm over the weekend but there was zero notification of closure or the need to reschedule my appointments. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Will not be going back or referring others.

They say they will call you back and never do. Couldnt even get an explanation about why I wasnt receiving my test results then was ultimately just giving a refund instead of an explanation manager was supposed to call me several times and never did. Very unprofessional.

I used to like AnyLabTestNow but clearly the current owner is doing a terrible job of scheduling people to work during COVID testing times. Honestly it comes across as just being really cheap and understaffing the place. I just went in for a blood draw on a Saturday morning and the poor guy working at this location was trying to enter data in the computer, answer the phone, email results and do all the draws and tests. No one else on site. He told me he was the only one scheduled so this wasn’t just because someone missed work. He was doing an excellent job keeping calm but I could tell he was overwhelmed and it was not his fault. I waited 45 minutes until he could even help me. Who wants to wait in a room full of people right now?? People were walking in for COVID tests who had appointments and everyone was waiting. He missed my vein and had to poke me a couple of times in order to get it right. This is just bad customer service. You have more people coming in so you should have enough to hire more people. I’ll be going somewhere else next time if they don’t get this straight.

My husband and I both made appointments for the rapid antigen COVID test because my parents got covid and we were exposed. All went well initially. We had a short wait and she was very clear about the process but she waited until after we paid and were done getting swabed to tell us our results would be late. We were fine with that so we just went on our way. Well, when we finally got our tests my husband got his results and I got the wrong persons results (which were positive). When I called to let them know, they didnt apologize. She just sent me my real results (which were negative). Sadly it doesnt even end there. A day later I had a fever of 100.1. My husband took me to the clinic and they told me that I did indeed have covid and that this was probably the third day because of the severity of the symptoms. All in all, this was just a big rip off. We paid $120 each for these tests that were wrong. I couldnt have been more disappointed.

I scheduled an appointment for a rapid antigen test in advance, but when I showed up for my appointment the gal at the front desk said she forgot to order the test kit and couldnt do anything but a PCR test. No thanks, Ill take my business elsewhere.

The service was great.

This place is never open. This is the second time I’ve used them and both times my results were ready but I wasn’t able to get them because no one is at the location. The business hours state they should be open but there is never anyone at the physical location.

We had a Great experience with Mayra in Thornton Colorado. She was very patient and very helpful.

Horrible, I paid 99.00 for a rapid test and I got an email saying my results were attached and they were not. Stay away from this place!
