Receptionist Pede and nurse Janette have always made me feel like my concerns and my health are important. I have been coming here for almost 4 years and have had no complaints but the reason for my two stars is because recently I was seeing a new provider and I felt like that provider was not concerned with any of my issues and made me feel rushed like I was an inconvenience to her.. I expressed my concerns to the receptionist Pede And she made sure I was given a new provider. Just saw the new provider, Dr. Roberts. She was very helpful, very considerate and seemed concerned of my well-being.

I don’t usually make bad reviews for anybody but I really feel completely disappointed of St. Hope Healthcare foundation. The first time I talk in the phone I explain all my situation and they say they will help me then a social worker call me late not even in the hr it was supposed to and then send me an email with a lot of stuff I have to send I make all this what she asked and send it and try to run to the appointment that was after her phone call I just told her I will appreciate next time to make the appointment or the call in different days or give us more time to submit all the documents, because I was in a hurry sending all that to her and run to the appointment that was not that close to my house. My husband left work early to stay with all the kids so I can drive to the appointment and there they are telling me that I have to pay $160 and it was supposed not to be like that and then they told me that the income of my husband is too high. I put that I have 4 kids and that income if not enough for 6 persons you don’t need a calculator to know this the social worker say that my husband make a lot of money and that the system put it like that he talk to her on the phone and also told her that he can send her his W2 proof of income that shows that is not like that and she say that there is nothing else to do. I really hope that God put the hands over all this situation and I know he will guide me to the correct place that will help us to take my pain away. I just which you don’t make ppl get more hurt or waist there time. For me all this was horrible and I thought this was a foundation of hope to help others.RegardsElena Jones

Pede, is always amazing and luckily has hung with St Hope for some time now.I love the whole dental department for sure, I’m sorry I can’t remember you alls names but I know you all remember mine.Everyone is always so personal able.Pharmacy is great as well, thank you Abner for filling my drugs.First time meeting Nurse Janette and PCP Dr. Briscoe today.Meeting some new staff today and I am sure they’ll be amazing as well.

I’m very particular when it comes to down to doctors. I was skeptical at first but I’m glad I decided to take the visit with doctor Briscoe, she is calming and knowledgeable I can honestly say I’m glad to be under her care.

Great staff.. the teams expertise and attention to detail were impressive, and they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. would highly recommend this service to anyone seeking exceptional quality and care.

I moved to Galveston county a year ago. My son told me to try St Hope Healthcare in Dickenson. I am now an established patient and love my doctor. From the front desk to nurses and doctors I have received the best care here at ST Hope Healthcare in Dickinson, TX.Thank you staff, I love you!🙏🏼❤️

Debra Dr Nassar are great! Debra’s skills were great and gave awesome patient care.Dr Nassar is one of the best dentist I have been to. She is excellent ! I will tell everyone about her.Kudos to both of them!

I was treated greatly by Debra and Dr. Nassar. They both were very friendly and informative as they went over my treatment plan. I am happy to have been referred by Dr. Nassar’s patients, Regina Felan and my husband, Jimmy Purvis. They, both rave about how they are treated as patients at St. Hope Foundation.

I have been coming to this location for quite sometime and the staff here are professional. They seem genuinely concerned about how you are feeling. When I come here I am always greated with a smile. The receptionist at the front desk is amazing she always have me at ease and always fools up with me to make sure I make my appointments. I just want to give those staff the credit that they deserve. There is a glaring issue going on that I would hope corporate take care of and this issue is not an only a concern of mine but all the other patients that I talk to. The phone system that we have to make appointments on and follow ups really stinks. It takes forever to talk to someone because it directs you all over the place and it reads out information in both English and Spanish. Most people like myself don’t have time to sit on the phone for 30 minutes to be routed to our destination. I have missed several appointments because of this system and it frustrates me that this been going on for so long. If it wasn’t for the staff. That do their do diligence and follow up with me then I would be seeking help from another medical company. Please fix your phone system because it’s not working. If you need some ideas on how to do that I am open to offer my ideas.

I do not recommend coming to this location. I been with St.Hope over 10 years and never had any issues. The social worker Tenshia Hudson is not doing her job effectively! And the new doctor Laveda Roberts don’t care to hear what you have to say. They just want to get you in and out. After my follow up appointment I won’t be back!

I had the pleasure of getting seen by Dr Briscoe when i came here. She was very knowledgeable and respectful and, she made sure i understood everything we spoke about before leaving. Tania at the front desk was also very nice and respectful. I will be coming here for a long time!!

Everyone there was very helpful from checkin with Fahad and Debra with taking my X-rays. Dr.Nassar was very informative, helpful and understanding!!

Dr Hutchinson and Nurse Tania were great! Im not a fan of going to the doctor, but they made my first visit in quite awhile extremely comfortable, quick and very easy. My appointment wa scheduled for 2:00pm, and I were out by 2:45. The facility is calm and clean as well! Highly recommend this place!

I recommend this St. Hope location. The medical and dentist front desk receptionist are both very friendly and helpful. Dr. Briscoe is very respectful and helps you understand your treatments.

I just had my first appointment here. They have the most kind and friendly staff and the doctors are great. I highly recommend this facility.

They were very nice. I had miss Kimberly and she was very sweet and helpful. Everyone was very helpful.

Great concept of health care; I don’t know the master brains behind the concept, but hats of the person and team. Last few months I had to change my insurance to private insurance (market place) but surprisingly they were just draining money out of me with very poor coverage..People like you make the great change.Dr Hutchinson ,pharmacist ( Can’t remember the name) and all the staff were great.Also have to comment, its a very clean and well maintained place

This place has been my saving grace! I have had two chronic illnesses and my dental handled there and they always have a great attitude and such gentleness. Janet and Julie at the front desk can make you smile no matter how bad you feel! Dr. Lynn is gentle but firm and makes sure you understand your treatment. Dr. Imo is the first dentist that I didnt want to slug! Great people and great place. Never much of a wait and very affordable.

Big facility , great staff , st hope always makes it feel like your family

Been coming to St Hope since June. Love my check in experience with Janet. She’s always polite and nice no matter how many people checking in. Dr. Kim is the best and I would only come to see her. She’s very thorough and takes her time with my visit and don’t seem rushed. Josh is a great manager and give great details of services being offered and offer a great clinic experience. Keep up the great energy and I’ll be a forever patient, Thanks for adhering to my medical needs as I transitioned to Houston!!!

My experience was very professional and timely. Everything was explained to me to make me feel comfortable. I would recommend this location for everyone.

Is anyone home? No matter what department I try to reach nobody will answer a call. You just cant reach anyone.

Since coming to St Hope my health is so much better. I’ve been using their services for 3+ years now and I can’t complain. I see Dr LeighAnne Hutchinson and she’s the best. She listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain my care in detail. I like her a lot.

Im so glad I found this place. All my health care needs have been a#1 priority here at the Dickinson TX. location. Josh was my intake coordinator and he is very friendly and helpful on getting me in the system. Marycell (my nurse) is so easy to talk to when it comes to my personal talks. And most important, Dr Lynn. Shes just the best. She very thorough when it comes to my health care. She doesnt miss a beat with my lab checks. And she takes time to explain my care plan. I just love her all the way around.

Nurse Tonya is always smiling and cheerful and makes me feel happy to be here and comfortableand Dr. Hutchinson always makes sure I have all the help I need.I am so happy with all the care I get at St. Hope.

Wonderful team wonderful staff. My doctors are everything. I have seen Dr. Kim and Dr. Briscoe, they both are great and easy to talk to. Stephanie is a great replacement for Wykeen. Thank you Janet, Julie and Josh (My Triple Js- insider😄) for always being nice and for making me feel human again. They always have conversation with me even when I know Im talking to much. I will recommend this office to anyone who looking for a medical team that feels like family.

When I first came to St Hope I was feeling defeated because I have Crohns, Psoriasis, & Psoriatic Arthritis. Initially the first provider I saw was Laveda Roberts. She took the time to really listen to me & try and help me. When she prescribed Humira for me, I couldnt afford it, and my case manager Stephanie helped me every step of the way, with applying for the prescription assistance program Abbvie. When Roberts got transferred, I didnt think that I would get another provider that cared as much, but my next provider was Michelle Schmidt & she is also very caring, with an excellent bedside manner. My nurse Monica, who does my vitals, is as sweet as she can be, which can be reassuring, & I appreciate it, because sometimes I get nervous coming in & she puts me at ease. My other nurse John, who does my lab work, always takes time to find just the right vein, & really tries hard not to hurt me when he draws my blood. The receptionist Mayra who works at the front desk is always welcoming, & friendly, & answers any questions I have. I also have to mention Abner the pharmacist, who takes the time to text me when my prescriptions are ready, & lets me know in advance about any side effects I might get from the medicine. Overall they are a great group of people, & I leave there feeling confident like they are really taking care of me, & I am in good hands. I feel like I am doing much better now then I was before I started coming here.

The office was very clean and easy to find. The staff, Julie and Debra, are so friendly and treat you with the kindness that is missing in many medical/dental practices these days. Dr. IMO went above and beyond to help me find someone to treat my issue since that’s a procedure they don’t do. Highly recommend them.

As my First appointment I was very disappointed had an appointment at 8:45 a.m. and they called me at 8:35 to let me know that my doctor wasnt going to be available. I was already at the parking lot and had driven from Pasadena/Deer park area. Then when I went inside to see why they called me til the last minute all they could say is Im sorry for the inconvenience,the next available appointments will be Nov. 14. I told her I had taken a day off from work, so No appointment and lost a day of work how wonderful.

I have been trying to make an appointment , the two poeple I have spoken to tell me they cant make me a self paid patient until my health insurance kicks in on that day..I was trying to make an new patient appointment as I was waiting for my health insurance card to come inn , then all they had to do is verify my insurance before my appointment or At least give me the option to pay cash. what the two Receptionist telling me that they cant make an appointment like that . Ive never heard of anything like that in my life at any doctors appointment they are very unprofessional and rude

Hard for me to believe that I really like this dentist & his staff. I don’t like dental work at all. So friendly, understanding & considerate! Dr. Imo, Julie & Debbie were very patient & explained EVERYTHING in detail. Not dreading next appointment. Thanks for being so wonderful!

Texas City clinic is awesome. Janet, Rachel, Tony and Dr. Choy are wonderful to work with and helped me tremendously. I am very grateful for their help! I also went to the Dickinson office today and Josh P. was just wonderful. I give him a google review and rating of 10 google stars!!!!

I love it here. Found this place about 2 years ago when I was suffering from the effects of mono with no insurance and they got me on the right track with my health. They are always so kind when speaking to you breaking down everything so you can fully understand and go above and beyond with extra information. The facility is very neat and clean and has a in house pharmacy for easy pick up after appointment.

My son has been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Brisco for a couple of months now. The website says they will get back to you within 24 hours. That is not true. My son has sent about 10 requests in the last month and Ive sent two with no response. Any suggestions from anyone?5/13/21: After this review I immediately received an email with a phone number to contact them directly. My son is having his office visit today. Thanks for getting back to me!

Saw Julie and Dr. Imo last week for the first time last week. They made me feel very comfortable and saw me right away. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, answered all my questions and explained all my options. We are now back a second time and will be using them for future services.

St. Hope Foundation is very concerned about their clients and well being. You can call and they will answer. Everyone there always has a smile. I could have went other places but glad that I chose SHF. I am so gracious to get excellent care with affordable pricing and unbelievable service. Tony, Candice, and my provider Steven Choy are a great care team. I am blessed.

It was my first appointment and I’ve already recommended them to someone. Julie, Debra & Dr. IMO made me feel comfortable and helped to ease my nerves...which is great for a first time dental visit!

First visit, Janet at the front desk was very professional, Rachel the social worker assisted changing my PCP and being able to seen! Tony was amazing during the visit as well. Choy the provider was helpful

Julie, Debra, and Dr.Imo are some of the nicest people I have ever met! Most places wanted me to wait several months to pull a cracked tooth, and they had me in and out within 48 hours. Go here!

My experience at the doctors office is great Josh is one of the best nurses that I have every experience a great person and a true person to come at the Dickinson office is like one big happy family. Love coming to st.hope in Dickinson

My initial appointment at St. Hope was great, considering I had a medical and dental appointment. The medical and dental teams were great in coordinating the services. I highly recommend St. Hope.

Nobody can seem to help. No one knows anyone else that works there. No one communicates. Its taken over a week to get a call back and my issue still isnt resolved. Staff doesnt listen. They just fill out a form to have someone call you back which never happens. Very rude and abrupt over the phone. Simple task met with ineptness. Will never go back. Apparently, the office is unavailable to take calls at 9:30 AM eventhough they are open until 3 PM. Doesnt make sense.

Only gave 1 star so I could review. They do not care about patients. Social worker is a joke. Takes days to return calls even when you say its an emergency. No bedside manner. Staff is ride and gets smart with you. Dont care if you run out of meds. Ive called corporate. Does ABSOLUTELY nothing. Ive emailed people in corporate. Again nothing. Will literally sit and watch you die and move slow or not at all. Last resort I have attempted to reach Rodney Goodie who is the director of St Hope. They are federally funded so they do have certain responsibilities. Will be making calls to see the next step to be taken in regards to lack of quality care for my loved one ASAP.

I want to tell you about this place. Everyone here trys to treat me with Respect. The case manager Joaquin is trying very hard to get me the help I need. I Thank God for this. Doctor Choy and everyone here treat me really good. I recommend this place to everyone. If your sick and need help come here. You wont regret it.I want to Thank everyone here for trying to help me get better.

Very nice staff, very helpful really saved my life. Sent me to the ER it was a good callAs it turned out I was very sick and did not realize it.

Kim sherrard and joshua were excellent in helping me with my internal issues and were most understanding and sympathetic towards me. i wish this was my home office.
