On 11/14/24 I went in to have blood work done for genetic testing which is walk in no appointment needed. I also at the time inquired about my records being transferred to another doctor. Lady that checked me in stated that they have not received a release form for records from the other establishment. I stated that to her if I could go ahead and pick up records today. She stated that that it is a five dollar fee and a dollar per page. I told that is fine I will pay for it. I was in instructed to wait in the waiting room for bloodwork and records. Lady called my name to the right went to the the door thinking I was about to do bloodwork she states that she was instructed that I was transferring doctors an that this is were I needed to do bloodwork. I told her I have not transferred yet and still am a patient of Dr Gibson an I have an appointment on Monday. She stated wait here for me let me go an tell them that. I waited by the door an about 3 mins and my name was called to the front. Walked to the window and the office manager Tracey Beck addressed me. Tracey stated if you are transferring wouldn’t you be doing all this with that doctor. Once again I told her the same thing Dr Gibson is still my doctor until I transfer an I have an appointment on Monday with her. Tracey stated but if you are transferring wouldn’t your new doctor would be follow up. Once again I told her did I give you a date that I would be transferring did No. What is the issue are you refusing services for me today. Tracey stated I am trying to to figure out out if your transferring why are we doing blood work once again I state the same same thing about me still being a patient and having an appointment on Monday. I then tell her I call in at any time and ask for medical records and it should not be a problem. All this is taking place at the window. Tracey states I do not like how you’re talking to me. I ask how am I talking to you I have not cursed you out or said anything bad to. She still could not tell me how I was talking to her. I say Ma’MA what is the problem why am I talking to you to you. Tracey stat that the lady that called me back said that there was an issue. Tracey tried to make it seem that the lady that originally called me back said that I was issue. Asked her what issue because I asked Why.Tracey states Do Not CALL ME MA’AmI ask what do u want me to call. I can call you ma’am what do u want me to call you. Tracey states you don’t have an appointment for today. I told her I don’t need an appointment for today do to the intake nurse explain that this blood work you can walk in at any time for.Then she stated that there was no order for my bloodwork which was another lie because it was which the lady at the desk stated.I ask here who is over her she states that no one is over her. I ask her so you hired yourself she says yes. Then she states that the doctors are over her and that I can speak to dr Farmer. She has a different doctor come out his name is dr Scott. Dr. Scott approaches me asked me what the issue was tried explain to him what my reason for visit today. In trying to to explain to him ai told him the biggest issue that I have is how rude your office manager Tracey is made.Scott’s states who Tracey she is amazing.I stated to him is see you don’t care what I have to say since Tracey is amazing don’t worry about the issue.He then starts to drill me like I am the issue are you a patient her have you been seen are you pregnant how old are you.What does any on this have to do with the reason your office manager is being rude and giving me a hard time.Dr Scott did not give a damn and tried to undermine this is as off was the problem. He was not interested in resolving are helping.Tracey and Dr.scott are to racist at this location.Dr Scott made me feel like this do to his demeanor a the ignorant ass question he was asking especially what is your age.Tracey is racist an tries to use her position as power. She did not like that I questioned and thought that I was just going to leave like most people do.Have recording Of convo

Dr. Lazenby is the most thorough, caring physician that I have ever met. He will be missed. Enjoy your retirement!

I found out I was pregnant last year and had my first ultrasound done on March 6 2023 where they told me I was definitely pregnant. On March 13 2023 I got really bad sick and went to southeast medical center where they didn’t do really anything. I find out a year later my blood pressure was high. My ob was Jonathan Scott and every time I had an appointment with him I would voice my concerns and he would push them aside and say it just part of pregnancy. They never told me about my blood pressure being high thoughout my whole pregnancy. When I had my daughter he only came into the room once and Dr Farmer was the one that took over after that. Another thing Dr Scott didn’t tell me was I had Strep B I found out I had that when I was in labor they told me they was gonna call me with the results and they never did. They also didn’t call me about the glucose test I had to go on the patient portal and find out. Well I had my daughter by C-section and since having her I had many issues and they told me if I had any of the issues they listed to me to come back immediately I did so and they disregarded me. They only looked at the scar and didnt do anything after. My daughter now about to be 8months and I am just now finding out a lot of things they kept from me and didn’t tell me. I never felt more humiliated and disrespected. A pregnancy that suppose to be happy was rob of me cause I was in so much pain and so sick that I couldn’t really enjoy it.

Dr Farmer is always professional and has been very helpful. I drive an hour from Troy to see him. Women’s Medical has always been great. Please consider opening an office in Troy. Troy, AL is growing and there are not many gynecologist here.

Mrs.Stephanie Gibson is an amazing OBGYN,she cares so much for her patients and their babies.I cant recommend her high enough.She had took me on regardless of my difficult situation and treated me with nothing but care, concern,and compassion.She always has a smile on her face and she is funny!The staff behind the window are friendly as well.My daughter loves to come with me simply because their so nice and loving.The nurses do a wonderful job making you feel comfortable during your ultrasound and the rooms are so comfy.If your looking for a good gynecologist/Obgyn Mrs.Gibson is it.She explains every detail and have no problems answering all your questions.She will be doing my hysterectomy surgery as well.

I actually switched providers twice during my recent pregnancy just because I REALLY wanted to make sure I was in the right place. I started at Aventa, switched to Dothan OBGYN because I wanted to deliver at Southeast, then switched again and ended up with Dr. Payne at Womens Medical Center. My husband and I LOVE Dr. Payne. I couldnt have asked for a better provider. He was attentive, remembered personal details about my family, was receptive to my wishes but also didnt yes man - he would discuss different perspectives with me, ultimately respecting my autonomy. In this area which is among the HIGHEST for unnecessary interventions and C-sections in the country, he listened to and respected what I wanted and helped me deliver my baby naturally. I could not recommend him more!

What a wonderful staff all around. Dr. Maddox, her nurse, and Judy that did the ultrasounds were just amazing. Very knowledgeable, was very attentive, and they did not leave me when I went through immense pain after a procedure was done. So glad I chose to change to this facility.

Dr. Patel is amazing. He is so thorough, kind, and truly listens to his patients. I love that he sat down and had a conversation with me before ever going into an exam. He listened to my concerns, gave me MULTIPLE solutions and options, and let me choose what was right for me and my life. I look forward to continuing to see him as long as I live in the area.

We arrived for our appointment and it has been 1.5 hours since then and we have not been seen yet. Several people have arrived and seen by the doctor since our arrival. The staff here continues to tell us we are next. When asked how long we are going to wait, we were told I dont know. The lady at the front desk called the back room but they didnt answer and she said well nothing I can do. At this point we dont even trust the opinion of the medical staff that will be examining my wife. If we are ever seen.

Dr Farmer is awesome but the office team they dont care I LEFT MY DOCUMENTATION FOR MY JOB, I need back to work next week that the doctor say, but they doesnt answer until 10 days!!! Really? Im going to lost my Job before they send the fax...

I had a baby four months ago an my entire pregnancy You lied to me an another pregnant woman (I know) about when we were suppose to see what our baby was. My fiance took off work for yall to tell us no its not today after you told me it was that day. Her husband took off work TODAY for yall to do the same to her. Just have enough decency an hire nurses that tell the truth about appointments, or its gonna be your fault when one of these pregnant girls flips on your employees for being disrespectful an lying to someones face multiple times! - Thanks! Ps the doctors are GREAT! The nurses just suck at their job.

Awesome Customer Service...Called to see about getting appointment for my daughter, and make sure they accepted our insurance, Ms Wood was so patient and let me email her the insurance card to make sure they accepted it, and went over directions and all needed info... She is AMAZING!

Dr. Gibson is amazing. She has delivered all three of my babies via csection and she has never disappointed! Very informative and sweet.

Amazing Staff! Dr. Patel has been by my side since I was 13 and I wouldnt dare go anywhere else if I could help it! He is simply wonderful.

I love Dr. Patel and all of his staff! Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. Hands down the best place to go to.
