Over a year ago I did not realize that I was taking to the hospital due to my prostate being enlarged so at the hospital they recommended that I see Greater Boston Urology Doctor Liu. I talked to my primary care about Doctor Liu in due to the fact that I trust my primary care physicianI knew I would be in good hands With Doctor Liu. I was he it because you hear a lot of doctors are about money Not about patient care. Well, that’s not true with Him because this man does care and thanks to Doctor Liu I am 1000% better than I was over a year ago he did greenlight Surgery on my prostate. My kidneys were lodged prior to this while now everything’s back to Normal. They have A sign in their office that says human beings come first. That Is so true thanks to these wonderful doctors because they do care about patients. I am back at the gym exercising. Thanks to him. I would definitely recommend this man to Anyone because he’s tops! This doctor loves people and you can see it. He has so many great talents He is a great blessing to me. I attached a picture of the sign in the examination room at this Office. I also would like you to know that even all the people that work for these doctors are All dynamite, caring people as well! I would not want to be anywhere else, but with Doctor Liu!

Dr Liu is knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. He answered all my questions. I never felt rushed.I feel very safe under his care.The staff is great.

I wish I knew names so I could name names, as I’m changing urologists due to a single, awful, front desk person. My broad experience with my urologist, nurses, and most of the front desk staff had been great, but one single front desk person continually messed up scheduling of appointments in a way that wasted my time one too many times, and really calls into question even her basic qualifications to do her job. Maybe take a poll of the front desk staff, as I got indications they know who the weak link is, and it’s really unfortunate how bad she is/was and probably continues to be.I used to think those little, outdated index cards were reminders for the patient of when their appointment is. Turns out they’re better used in 2024 as a means of proving to reception that they agreed to schedule you for that time/date, even if they failed to actually update their systems with that information. What a joke — absolutely cannot recommend even though everyone past the front desk is great. Cut the dead weight, for the sake of your remaining patients.

The check in/out staff are very polite;The nurse Maria was very friendly and helpful; Dr. Liu was very knowledgeable, friendly and the staff at Lab - Robin was very polite , knowledgeable with the no any punches at all when she did my blood draw,

Dr. Liu is very professional, knowledgeable and at the same time compassionate and friendly with a smile on his face. He explains everything in detail and answers all the questions. He did my surgery, which went very well, came to see me several times after the surgery at the hospital and also called after I came home. Thank you for the great care I received from you and your team !

Dr. Liu is the kind of doctor that all others should be.Clinic staff is friendly and helpful.I never spent more than 5 minutes alone waiting in an exam room.This is the second time I relied on him to fix a health issue, and he has not let me down. I was very relieved when he told me that he would be performing my surgery to correct my first problem.They have a talented imaging specialist and the equipment is inside the group practice suite. No need to make an appointment and go elsewhere.I dont think I can speak any more highly of Dr. Liu.

I saw Dr Donovan for a second opinion, and he was able to provide much more answers then the first urologist that I saw from a different provider.Also everyone in the office was very pleasant and accommodating- from the front desk receptionists to the nurse who checked me in and took a blood sample.

Yesterday was my 1st time there as I was referred by my PCP. Staff is extremely friendly, professional and top notch. Can’t say enough about Dr. Liu. Only place I’ll ever go to for Urology. If it I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. Thank you !!!

Excellent customer service. My doctor has very good attitude, usually made me feel comfortable, feel important and his service was awesome and always supporting me. They have just recently added new waiting room with larger space.

Theyre great and would recommend. The only reason its not 5 stars is because the patient portal is only there for show (no test results posted, doesnt use the messaging system, etc)

Excellent. Extremely kind, compassionate, and reassuring, as well as clear when explaining the details of our medical conditions, needed procedures and various options. My bladder condition is extremely embarrassing but the manner and gentleness of the staff and doctors always helps put me at ease. I am extremely grateful!

Wow just wow! The level rudeness in this office is out of control! From one professional to another this is not how you run your business! The front staff were so extremely rude! They hung up in my face multiple times and intentionally screened my calls when all I was trying to do was have some questions answered! Were all trying to do our jobs and that is not how you do it!!! They need to hire more professional staff! If thats how you deal with phone calls how do you expect people to trust you with anything else!!!! Id never put my health and well being into a business like this!!!!! period!! Is this trained behavior by the providers? Id like to think not but Im quite sure there aware and dont care. Which is sad. These types of experiences can cripple a buisness! You should want everyones experience to be at the very least ok!! I will be taking this matter further than just this review!

Ive been a patient of Doctor Stan Kraus for almost 35 years. He is the best.

I was received swiftly and my procedure started with great earnest.

O God, I gotta tell you Im not brave when it comes to having that tool he uses that goes in my mmm, you get my drift but he doesnt hurt me and Im telling you he wont hurt you either. It only feels tender while he does it. On a scale of 1 to 10 it is only a 1 - 2 at most and like he tells me it will only take 30 sec. Ive had him do it to me twice and it did seem really quick.Dr. Liu has an excellent way of making you feel at ease, and lets face it guys its scary (ha ha). Youll be glad you went to see him and it does only take ONLY30 - 35 SECONDS AND ITS O V E R ! SO DONT PUT IT OFF BECAUSE OF AMAGINED PAIN . Hes also very good explaining things. Id say good luck guys but you dont it all and his office is on Rt. 9 west bound side.

I have been seeing Dr Stanley Kraus for several years. I have to drive for 1 1/2 hours each year now that I have moved, but it is worth it. Staff are amazing. Very little wait. Love Dr Kraus’ personality so much I havent wanted to find a closer urologist. Expert surgeon for bladder cancer.

Dr Krause is thorough. He covered all my questions. Makes a uncomfortable exam as easy as possible. Always seems to have time to chat and not feeling hurried. Ten years a patient..

As usual when I got to the office I was taken right away and early was checked in saw the doctor quickly and examined and out earlier than I expected I have never been in and out of a doctors appointment as quick as this there is nothing that can be done to improve on this

I just call for reschedule an appointment and the lady was answering was very rude and mine and she screamed at me ,and hanged out this how you treat your patients, doctor’s are very nice
