Walk In Urgent Care

The lady who registered me and took vitals before placing me in room was absolutely miserable, no personality at all....very rude. When I asked her a question while going into room she responded by slamming the door! I obviously responded by opening the door back up and asking what her problem was, her response was its a monday.I dont care what day of the week it is or what type of mood youre in, the patient should never feel the effects of that! If you are not capable of behaving in a personable professional manner then you may want to reexamine your career path.The CNP who actually treated me was fine, but everything leading up to that was absolutely unacceptable.

My neighbor who works at this particular urgent care encouraged me to go for a specialized eye problem. I had prompt service with a doctor who listened and was attentive to my past medical history. All of the staff was appreciated so thanks for being there when I needed you

Went with a sore throat.The nurse took a look and asked me to take antibiotics, because it looked like strep. Had to ask her to give me a strep test just to make sure that its not Covid. Another assisting nurse shows up with the test kit without gloves.Seriously, go somewhere else! I have never wanted to spend my time reviewing any other place, but this.

Went here because it felt like I broke my hand. But the doctor here told me it was just sprained and I would be better in a week… 2 weeks later my hand was still throbbing pain and so I went into a better clinic to find out it was broken and I needed surgery instantly.. I’d recommend not going here and save your time!

I wish i could give them zero stars. i tried to get a telehealth appointment and when i saw that it was taking too long on their app, i decided to call them and ask them why it was taking so long. this lady told me that it wasn’t working right now. i just told her “oh okay” to which she responded with “well if that’s all, have a good day. bye bye”—like what. i’m trying to get help and you’re not even suggesting anything else like another urgent care or whatever?! this is a joke lol. don’t trust their online process if they aren’t even gonna update their in app info saying that telehealth is temporarily unavailable 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Used to really like this urgent care. We came here because it’s close and we really like the NP Erica that is usually here. However, I will likely be driving out of my way to go to another urgent care going forward. They have a digital check in now with a video screen and when the waiting room is full it is not private, nor is patient health information well protected. The person on the other side checking you in is asking patient name and DOB questions loud enough for everyone else to hear and you have to answer which everyone in the waiting room can also hear. Just very uncomfortable. Then after that video check in, you still have to fill out a registration form with all the same patient information and interrupt someone else’s check in to turn that paperwork back in. It’s impersonal and frankly a terrible addition to this facility, especially when you have someone sitting at the front desk laughing and carrying about or scrolling their phone who could easily check people in and have it be a bit more private.

Truck drivers beware do not go there for a DOT physical. If you are a little overweight. They will push a sleep test on you. Dumb Doctor or nurse practitioner, whoever it was. Didnt even examine me and told me. I had to take a sleep Study. When I refused the sleep study, he was very Rude and very unprofessional and screamed at me. Im not doing your physical then. I wonder if they get a Kickback for the expensive sleep study. I hope all truck drivers see this because this place is a rip-off. I will be seeking legal. Action against this place. For I feel I was targeted because I am overweight. If there is no federal mandate that says a truck driver has to take a sleep study. That is my choice, not that dumb person that tried to force it on me.

The most shady place I’ve ever been to. Go to Clyde or somewhere else.Starting to wonder if this is even a legit operation. Robocalls and website doesn’t work.

They close at 8:00 per the open sign on their door. The time is 7:15 the door is locked and no one answers the door when I knock. They do not answer their phone either

I had a great experience, I was greeted when I walked in. In helped quickly by the staff at the front desk. Her name was Tina Starr, I was actually taken in pretty quickly since I wasnt feeling good. And Dr. Tricia Hamm, very helpful. Very thorough and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you for all your help. Im feeling a ton better thanks to you. After 3 week bout of sickness.

At 5:06pm when I arrived, the doors were locked. When I called they stated they do not see anyone past 5p, but it does not state that on their window, website or anything. Their window shows an open neon sign past 5p, then why are the doors locked? It would be nice to advertise that and not waste peoples time. Urgent care is our resource on the weekend with our pediatrician is not available. What a waste.

Will give a bill with no itemization on it, no reason, just an amount. If you want to know what was done for that charge, you will get the nastiest people to talk to and they never will tell you what the charges are for. An hour costs about 1053 dollars just sitting on a gurney with no help or tests at all, nor seeing a doctor or nurse or anyone. If you go here, take your lawyer.

Says they’re open at 8 online and on the door, it’s 8:10 and all the lights are off and nobody is in sight.

I called to find out wait times and the recording said they are by appointment only. I downloaded the app and scheduled an appointment between 11:30-12. I arrived at 11:45 and was told it was at least an hour wait. The lobby was full and not a single person had a mask on. The lady at the counter and anyone I saw back there did not have a mask on either. I left after 10 minutes because I have three children, one of them being 2 weeks old. The lobby of kids running around without clothes on and sick adults without masks was ridiculous. I came back an hour later because I forgot my ID. They were closing because the staff was sick. I’m glad I left and just did a virtual appointment through my insurance. Their lack of precautions against spreading illness is shocking.

Such a great experience, they are way more attentive to your needs/ concerns. I would recommend this location over a family doc, which are supposed to be more personal with their patients. Erica Wolff was AMAZING! Would definitely request her for service for your health care needs! Not to mention she was the only person there, working!

The staff at the Fremont, Ohio office. Are Great!! I was treated and feeling 90% better than i was when i went in. Total time 30 mins. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The Doctor is friendly and talked to me about my condition not at me. Bedside manner is very impressive.

Went in for a Covid test because my kid tested positive and I felt sick. The doctor barely touched me with the swab, said it would be 10 minutes for the results. He came back 5 minutes later and said I was negative and gave me a prescription for antibiotics. I took another test the next morning, maybe 18 hrs later and it came back positive immediately. He was just rushing me out of there and I could have gotten a lot of other people sick at my 2 jobs if I hadn’t tested again.

Went here because i am having a deep cough the one lady is just rude and i asked for a strep test as i get that alot and she didnt even get the back of my thoat then slams the doordoctor was in the roomless then a min

Had an ear ache that started earlier in the day at work. My normal doctor couldn’t get me in until later this week. Went to urgent care @6p and was in and out in 15 minutes with a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Trisha CNP and Angie was very caring and attentive! I had a great experience .Thanks for making it quick and painless.

I hurt my knee really bad. Instead of going to the emergency room, I decided to go to Urgent Care. I registered at 7:15. Being that I am walking really slow, I tried to check in at 7:25. I was greeted extremely rudely asking me what I wanted them to do? Give me an xray? I told him I wasnt sure what I needed. Thats why Im here! He proceeded to tell me I wasnt going to be seen because they dont take patients after 7:30. It is now 7:27. So he huffed and said whats your name? By then I was so mad, I didnt want these people taking care of me at all!!!

So grateful that they were open on Easter Sunday! The staff there is amazing. The Nurse Practitioner was so on top of things, very knowledgeable. I had to stop in this Saturday again and they took care of my needs in such a timely manner. I would recommend this office to everyone. It’s very nice knowing there is a place to go when your regular Dr. isn’t available. Thank You Again

12/12/21 visit: Once you set up the app which takes a bit just because you are entering your medical history. The staff was professional, friendly and on time to complete my recent Covid test appointment. They took the time to answer my questions during my appointment. I was impressed that results were received on the app by the time I got home less than 30 minutes later.The only complaint I had was their website on 12/12 said they did walk-in Covid testing and their policy had changed prior to that to appointment only. I drove 25 min to get turned away at 10 a.m. Had to go home, had wife load app and set appointment for 4 p.m. 12/12. Their corporate needs to keep the website updated to prevent staff and patient frustrations like that or offer walk in /phone appointment scheduling for their site not being current. I would not take off a star for that as I am more concerned with the actual clinic review than a website issue.

Was able to be seen quickly on a weekend. Nurse had 17 years experience and is wonderful to deal with. Saw nurse practitioner who seemed professional. I did inquire about receiving a bill from a previous visit. Was told they have one billing person for 20 odd locations. Was informed it could be 6 months until I receive a bill. Sounds like they need some additional billing staff.

This is not a walk-in urgent care atm. They make you download an app and register. Then you have to pick an appointment. I walked-in this morning when they opened and the lady was rather unpleasant and gave me the instructions to download the app and chose an appointment. But what she didnt tell me is they were fully booked today. I was highly unsatisfied. But, if you dont want to waste your time the Noms urgent care in sandusky takes people and they are super friendly and nice.

Awful service. We went to this Urgent Care today. My husband and my children are sick and I told Tammy, which is the actual nurse practitioner, that I have 3 patients. She looked at me in total disgust and said we dont like to see that many people at once. She then rolled her eyes and proceeded to give me the sign in tablet. After sitting there for a second, I walked back up to the window and told her that we would be leaving and that I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me. I told her it should not matter how many patients she has that her job is to treat them. I did not appreciate her unprofessionalism and disrespect. I will definitely be contacting someone about her on Monday. We will stick to Urgent Care in Clyde!

I most likely wont be back. I took my sick husband to this urgent care and they were closed.....I understand that they are short staffed but why was I able to make an appointment then confirm that appointment and when I arrive there they are closed with the open sign lit up....... In the short time it took us to walk up to the door five other people were there needing to be seen........ I was never notified that they were closing early.

We went here for a school physical. Although the price was fantastic I didnt feel as if it was very thorough. There werent many questions asked nor did the entire transaction/ appointment take longer than 3 minutes. The staff was very nice though. I would recommend urgent care to family and friends.. but if you are looking for something very thorough just make an appointment with you family doctor.

It is 15 minutes further drive than my local one, as our local in Port Clinton OH, is usually slammed with injured tourists ;-)The only complaint with this company was their website on 12/12 said they did walk-in Covid testing and their policy had changed prior to that to appointment only. My husband drove 25 min to get turned away at 10 a.m.; no phone or walk in scheduling. He came home, we scheduled for 4 on 12/12 and went back. Their corporate needs to keep the website updated to prevent staff and patient frustrations like that and offer phone/onsite scheduling. I would not take off a star for that as I am more concerned with the actual clinic review than a website issue.Stop reading if you dont need small town advice notes :) With the influx of Covid positives in our area and hopefully help someone else save some cranky people answering phone calls/internet searching to find a place to go, that wasnt 40 min away in Toledo to keep your employer happy. I ended up here because of my doctor not being available for two weeks. The staff was very friendly. They were great to talk to while there was a longer wait. The nurse practitioner was in-and-out when I met with her. Everyone was very friendly.

Fiancé and I went in feeling nauseous, cold sweats, fever and diarrhea. Was just told it was “a stomach bug”. 5 days Later, he’s worse than before and went to ER. Tested positive for the flu. All they had to do was run simple tests to rule out Covid and the flu, but they gave a generic diagnosis and sent us on our way with Imodium and zofran.

I prefer coming here over going to my own doctor! All of the staff members were so pleasant and was able to get me in right away! I have had several family members needing immediate care and they’ve also gotten in right away! All of us are very pleased with the medical staff that they have! If I could give more stars, I would 100% ☺️

My husband and I went there at the end of Sept for a rapid Covid test. The staff was great. What hasnt been great has been our attempt to get from them the information Anthem is requiring for us to get reimbursed by our medical insurance. We call and call and either the staff picks up and cant help us or, as in most of the time, no one answers the phone. This has soured me tremendously on this urgent care clinic.

Why is urgent care closing their doors on people for an entire hour so staff can step out and eat lunch. especially on a Sunday when theyre open 10-6. thats an eight hour shift but they have staff stepping out and or simply closing access off to the public for an hour to take lunch? a little ridiculous for a place labeled as an urgent care. apparently lunch is more urgent.

I had a extremely embarrassing and awkward experience. Practitioner was rude from the time she walked through the service area. She was intimidating to all who crossed her path. I never even received a diagnosis because she began arguing with me about the date that my illness happened, which was really weird.I asked to speak with management and she really went berserk . I did contact the owners in Dublin Ohio, but they were just as bad. Never returned calls. Will never go there again.I dont know who anyone else was served by, but the CNP I saw that day was beyond obnoxious.

This place is terrible. Not sure why it is called walk in urgent care if you need an appointment. I called to make an appointment but no one answers the phone, just an automated message. When I downloaded the app to make an appointment it won’t even go past the set up page because your app never sent me a verification code. In hopes I could still be seen without an appointment, I drove to this office to see a sign on the door that it’s not open. You should probably add that to your automated message so people don’t waste their time trying to get medical help and going to this useless office.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had a poison ivy reaction on my face... their website clearly says they are open til 8... I walk in at 7:40 and they say without any sympathy at all, Oh we stop seeing new patients at 7:30. Then I asked if they could suggest where to go as I actually needed help, and all they did was laugh and say yeah the Emergency Room! I walked out, called the Urgent Care in Clyde... they closed at 9 and even assured me if I arrived at 8:59 they would still see me! They gave me very prompt and very good service! I will NEVER go back to the one in Fremont and Clyde now has my business forever! And Ill be telling EVERYONE I know the exact same thing! Absolutely TERRIBLE place!!!

I had been dealing with terrible sinus...throbbing headaches, sneezing, coughing and exhausted from not being able to sleep at night. I finally called my doctors office and they couldnt see me until the next day. I was driving right by the Urgent Care on Sean St in Fremont and thought I might as well stop in and see what they thought. I am soooooo glad I did!! It was a very good experience from the front desk to Lisa and Amy who took the time to listen and understand how I had been feeling. A prescription for the inflammation was called into the local Kroger and they also gave me a suggestion on what over the counter medicine may help. They explained everything thoroughly and sent me on my way. I feel like a new person today and would absolutely recommend their services!!Sincerely,Lea Wonderly

We were there over the holiday weekend for our 2 year old was having asthma related breathing issues. They got us immediately in and the staff was very kind. Our NP, Lisa, did a thorough examination and immediately treated our son. She went above and beyond for our family. We would highly recommend this location and staff.

Why do you allow people to make appointments online by downloading the app and going through all of the hassle and then not show up and open the clinic for the appointment?! This is the second time a confirmed appointment has been made and when we arrived to the clinic no one is there! No lights on, no open sign, no sign of anyone. Of course no way to reach anyone on the phone either.

Was very confused as to why this place is called Walk In Urgent Care when I was told they no longer took walk ins and have to make an appointment. To me this is not an urgent care this is just an off brand Dr. Office. Also would like to note that they had no patience in the office and everyone was sitting in the front office but they were booked and the soonest they could see my daughter was the next morning.

Everyone was so polite and professional even with them being as busy as they were. I had waited in the ER of the hospital for nearly two and a half hours and was bleeding and knew I needed help badly. Made the decision to drive to Urgent Care and within a short amount of time I was being treated for my injury. Cant thank them enough for their kindness shown. Will go directly there if needed in the future. Thank you again Urgent Care and Staff

Lisa K and Jaime MA provide excellent care at this Fremont location. We had the very best experience! They are very kind willing to go out of their way to help everyone, appointment or not.

One of the worst visits I have ever had!! Staff was short and rude even to my sick child!! I took my 10 year old son in because he has had a sore throat for over two weeks even after 10 days of an antibiotic from family doctor, but it was Sunday and he was still in so much pain from his throat. They did a Strep test it was negative. He also had a 103.5 degree fever just two days ago! I was told because he has seasonal allergies that, it’s, just that!?!? He can’t eat and can barely drink water it hurts so bad even with Tylenol and Motrin in him. He has also lost weight that he didn’t have to lose!! He even said “ Mom...it even hurts to talk.” I was rudely talked to like I was an idiot by the Nurse Practitioner. I told her I understand he has allergies, but I have never seen him look this bad or his throat hurt so bad from his mild seasonal allergies!! I ask are you sure he doesn’t need a stronger antibiotics? He’s not getting better! ( by the way the ten days of antibiotics that he just finished was the first time he’s been on them in over a year! I don’t like him to take them unless absolutely necessary!) She would not prescribe an antibiotic. Complete waste of time and money! Took him to try and get something OTC to help his throat. I had to take him back to our family doctor next day! I’m not a stupid! I know my kid!! We will never ever return!! I Never write reviews! This is my first one! But, no one should be treated that way and to top it off charged for the visit and the abuse! I hope to save someone else from experiencing what we did!

I came from Florida to Ohio the day after I hat a cat bite.I was no better and came to the urgent care. Sandy was so kind and concerned about me. Toby gave me compassionate care as she tended to my ankle. Gave me the prescription and instructions for care.I was well taken care of. I would return again!

Today I went to Walk in Urgent Care in Fremont during my lunch hour. What a waste of time. I have had a fever the whole weekend and took Tylenol before I went to work since my throat and lymph nodes hurt so bad. There was no Dr. there I had a nurse practitioner and she came in my room and said I didnt have a fever, my lymph nodes werent swollen and my ears were fine like I was lying. She said she WOULDNT give my anything for it but yet she was going to take a strep test but go figure they ran out of STREP TEST LAST FRIDAY!! I dont know what kind of URGENT Care this is but I wont be back. I do know my body. I wasnt asking for pain pills. I dont think I should be charged for this service either as she absolutely nothing for me!!! I had to put 1 star for it to post but I would give them 0 stars. I have a 101 fever and now have to go to work again and feel like crap.

Every visit is terrible.First time I could barely walk & vomiting and had my young child with me. They made me leave multiple times for different information and would not just help me. It was dangerous to drive even for just myself let alone my child. I had to call until I found someone to bring me the copay that I asked to have billed or bring back. Then needed my DL even though I knew my DL number then sent me again for insurance. (Mind you I could barely move. I wasn’t in my right mind to remember everything I just needed medical help) they should of told me the first time everything I needed instead of making me leave and call for helpPractitioner was horrible and talked poorly about us to other people and we could hear it.Went in for cut finger they performed a procedure I later found out was done improperly. I had to then see a specialist for surgery due to their wrong doing. Gave me zero guidance on care management until dr. They didn’t tell me to even go see my dr then over the phone acted like they couldn’t believe I didn’t just know.I contacted them For corporates number for the wrong doing and surgery I needed. They sent me to multiple different numbers and would not give me corporates number. Once I contacted corporate they assured me they would look into it and figure it out ad call back. They NEVER contacted me againI called to see if they would accept my other child to swab her for sickness since it was a weekend they said ER and she would need fluids for vomiting once and refused to see her and we’re not kind. Talked to me like I was stupid.Clyde urgent care ALWAYS helps us and they are kind! The only reason I tried to go to elsewhere was because Clyde was closed. Fremont always causes issues, rude and turn away people that Clyde always takes and helps out. Fremonts urgent care is very unprofessional and in my opinion lazy and uneducated

Trisha and Kobe were very friendly and efficient. My appointment was quick and as was the response. No one wants to need an urgent care, but when you do they know just how to make you feel okay. I kinda forgot why I was there for a moment. Thank you guys!

Great staff! Paige was the Medical Assistant and Lori was the Nurse Practitioner. My 2 year old had to get a physical for daycare and they were so sweet and patient with her! Highly recommend this location!

Trisha and Brittany were very friendly. They had their process setup and everything was efficient. Thank you two for all you do in helping keep Ohio safe and informed. Make sure you stop by and get a time slot before applying on the app. Their spots fill up fast.

I thought I had a UTI and I dont have a primary care physician right now, mine left the area. I went to this urgent care and had the best experience. I was checked in by a very pleasant young man and the nurse put me into a room within 10 minutes. She was also very nice. After checking me over and everything you need to do with a suspected UTI, I was talking to the nurse practitioner in ten minutes who confirmed the UTI, discussed the meds, and I was on my way. She was funny, reassuring, and gave me very practical advise. I love these experienced nurse practitioners, they have seen everything and they give wonderful medical care. The place was spotless, including the restrooms. I would go back and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

My wife was just there she said it was the Worst urgent care visit ever, never got seen hope they dont try to charge my insurance for this visit definitely going to make sure they know I wasnt seen and why, I am very ill and never got seen tonight the three workers in their tonight were very rude the secretary, nurse practitioner,and the doctor, I was there almost an hour and still wasnt seen. Im just going to the emergency room and I advise everyone else whos really ill not to go to Fremont Urgent Care. I Went there tonight and I know I have strep throat, but the treatment I received I will never, ever be returning and will not be suggesting them to anyone. They were very inconsiderate, inconvenient, and not helpful at all. I can see them out of business here soon. They also need to learn how to shut up when they have sick patients who need help, thats why they are there not visiting you at your house, so for future reference learn how to shut up all three of yall and help the people who came there for help idiots...# very unprofessional.....

The woman doctor was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in the medical field! She screamed, cursed and kicked my children and I out because I dared to question where the sign was stating that they stop taking patients after 7p even though they are open till 8p. The male secretary was just as rude, slamming the glass window while complaining they had already seen 54 patients today. I would never recommend this place. I shouldnt have expected decent service from a dirty office in a strip mall.

Worst servuce ever. I was refdered to go to this Urgent Care and when I got there the receptionist told me that I would have to come back in a few hours because she needed to take a lunch break, and had others there that needed to be seen first. The person in front of me was able to be seen for a physical but I was asked to leave and come back or go somewhere else. Amanda (receptionist) then told me because she had never heard of the referral company that it didnt matter (because It was an online telemedicine place became I am not from around here). As I left upset because I cannot see out of my one eye and I am scared 2 other patients went and were able to sign in. Just not friendly helpful or there for their patients. When a place says Urgent Care walk-ins and have hours from 8an to 8pm they should have lunch hours listed as not open and that they arent taking walk ins.

Visited urgent care yesterday for an eye injury. It was amazing! No wait... Problem solved quickly. Lisa,Amy, and Sandy were all amazing! Definitely will go back! Great job ladies!

Lori was an excellent provider. I took my son, like many local parents, at the last minute, for his sports physical. She was so busy, but took the time to not only complete the physical, but talk to him about very important matters. Definately reccomend!

We went in for an aggressive fungal infection & the nurse practitioner said she was going to prescribe 3-4 weeks of antifungal medication. When we arrived to pharmacy there was only 2 pills which is equivalent to 2 weeks worth. We spent $90 to get a treatment that will not be thorough enough to fight the tinea corporis effectively & permanently. We explained how this has been an ongoing fight for over a month & that traditional dermal therapies were not working. Hence, why we went there. I cannot recommend anyone going to this place if they need quality care.

Was very happy with the service and how I was treated! I was upset from a previous experience with another facility earlier. They did everything they could and put up with my freak out! All with a smile! The whole staff was amazing to my son and I! A special thanks to Megan for going above and beyond for us! We were in and out within a short time!

I thought this urgent care was very professional and will recommend this location to everyone. They get you in and out in a very good timely fashion. I only go to this location because I love the staff and think the CNP Lori is amazing at what she does!! The rest of the staff is always so kind and friendly as well. Thanks

Went for swollen left knee couldnt bend without pain. Dr. Felt both knees and replied it was warmer than the right one. It was red and swollen. Was told I brushed kneecap. Given 2 steroids no antibiotics. 5 days later I had to have surgery because it was septic. Got a copy of record it was total b.s. made it look like I had nothing wrong with me. Get a copy and see if it matches your visit. Bet it dont👎👎👎👎👎

Called today to ask what it would cost for a visit here and I was SHOCKED at the receptionists rude and nasty phone etiquette. She snapped at me for no reason, treated me like I was wasting her time by calling to ask what their out of pocket costs were and even though I continued to treat her with respect and thanked her for her time, she slammed down the phone and didnt even say bye. I actually have visited this location before, had left a 5 star review from a visit 2 years ago that I just updated today. Definitely lost my visit today and any chance of there ever being a future visit from my family and I will tell everyone I know about this experience.

Everyone was VERY helpful! I could tell they actually cared and wanted to help! They were thorough and there was hardly a wait! The prices are wonderful even without insurance. It cost less than the ER and the wait time was a fraction of what it would have been if had I went to the ER too!I was extremely impressed and I greatly appreciate their help!

The office as a whole is great, l got the most compassionate care there. Reminded me of a time when Drs. made housecalls. Such sincere un-jaded treatment. Have been there multiple times. But always steller service, and a straight, no nonsense approach to treatment. Also helps that the staff and drs are smart and beautiful. Nothing like being treated by an angel wearing a stethoscope. I was in on the 6th of March with my friend, Lisa and Amy were so great polite and helpful. We were in and out very promptly. Definitely will be back and i have nothing but great things to say about the Walk in Urgent Care Fremont I highly recommend visiting here if you are in need of care

Place was clean and was seen very quickly. I went late and they squeezed me in. Erica and Angela saw me and was friendly, professional, and great at explaining things. Would recommend. Love their hours. Its so hard being seen when one works 7:30 to 6.

This is basically a waiting room for the ER. While the staff is nice. The facility its self isnt clean. The Dr on Duty when I arrived was too busy watching a movie on her laptop to bother covering her mouth while coughing, let alone reach over and use some sanitizer. Food bowls from the days earlier meals were left out for all to see. The examination room was supplied with bare minimum supplies. They had no way to take X-rays, or lab work NOTHING. but check out their website it says that it does...LIE false Advertisement. The room had dirt on the floor...the walls didnt even meet the ceiling, good for privacy. I wouldnt worry about that since NO one goes there. Medical advise, if it still hurts in a week, better go checkout the ER in case its broken. No discharge papers. Dont bother sending a complaint into their website - 6 emails later and not one email back. They could care less about their patients only the see them as $$$....make the trip to Clyde or Sandusky for their urgent care centers through Firelands Hospital, because this one is a JOKE.

The staff and the TV lady are very quick and very nice. It was a really nice experience. I recommend this Urgent care.

We were very satisfied with the care given. Toby and Sandy were so helpful, as we were out-of-town, and needed assistance. Friendly, and professional, they went beyond the call of duty in order to facilitate our need. Would definitely recommend! And would definitely return.....but hope NOT to!Thanks!

Took my 9 yr grandson for evaluation and treatment related to cough/chest congestion and fever. Office staff were very nice. Nurse practitioner was NOT kid friendly. She attempted to insert a tongue depressor into his mouth and of course never having had this done before, he was scared. He pushed her hand back away from him and she immediately and without obvious patience said I am not going to arm wrestle you. She had him lie back on table and again attempted to insert the tongue depressor again without telling him what she was doing and he became startled. She immediately put down her tools and said I will be back and left the room displaying no patience for a child. She ordered Robitussin DM which I can buy OTC. HEALTH CARE 101: ALWAYS EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURE YOU ARE ABOUT TO PERFORM TO THE PATIENT BEFORE YOU DO IT!!

These three ladies did outstanding work. They were extremely caring and got me in and out as fast as possible. Great work, thank you Lisa, Amy, and Sandy. I highly recommend anyone that needs medical assistance to these three outstanding employees!

Was not able to get into Doctor’s office for severe sinus infection. Visited this location and was seen within few minutes from walking in. Trisha and Angela very friendly. Will for sure recommend to family/friends when there is a need.

If I could rate lower than a 1 I would. This bunch of so called nurses or whatever they claim to be, are worthless. Couldnt even get to see a doctor because you now have to make an appointment to see someone at am urgent care??!! Are you kidding me right now? Worse than worthless, you people should be working in another field, because medicine is NOT where you should be

Was here a week ago and everyone was very nice. I am back today. Not the same experience. They are no longer a WALK IN. They need to change their information to APPT REQUIRED. so now I have to either drive 20 miles back home and come back at 5. Or sit here for 2 hours when they are not busy.

I highly recommend this Urgent Care for sports physicals. The nurse was very friendly and Ms Keegan provided the most thorough physical I have seen. She honestly cared about the questions she asked and the answers she received.

Said they take their last patient at 5:30 yet they close at 6. Their excuse? We need to do paperwork. Yet there was not a single person in sight when we were there. They could have been doing their paperwork then. Continued to be unprofessional and talk to me and my father like we were stupid.

The doctors out at the urgent Care in Fremont have been very helpful in their treatments especially on the weekends Saturday and Sundays when doctors office are normally closed weekends.Thsnk you Aimee and Erica for you help.

My whole family has been here for the past month. Husband and two kiddos. The only thing I have to say is that they are in need of a bit of Autism training. Just keep an open mind and find out a bit about them. Your practice can only benefit.

Angela and the group at Walkin urgent care are the most helpful and understanding group of medical professionals I have had the pleaseure of encountering. please keep these ladies right where they are!!!

I once received very good care from the NP while I was there, but they never answer the phone at the location. I can’t tell if they are even open before traveling there.

Im from out of state as an alternative to the ER, went to the Urgent Care for Medical Treatment. I Was seen by an LVN/ RN not a provider. The LPN informed me of the growing trend in Ohio of Ohio residents as oppose to thoroughly examining myself and treating myself, simply suggesting the ER, meanwhile Im being charged for the visit of an LVN/ RN Keegan not by an MD. More concern about having the Right Insurance. Meanwhile I am being examined by an LVN who is unable to have MD, P.A. privileges to be even treating patients! To even prescribe any medications. Where was the M.D. while this was going on ? LVN/ RN left alone in a facility to provideUrgent Care.

Quick and friendly service. Dr Hussain, Paige, Rosie, Katie, and Lisa were all very nice and good at their jobs. Painless blood draw included.

The nurse was exceptionally sweet and seemed interested in my problem but the nurse practitioner, Ms. Krabill, was rude, did not listen to me, gave me an incorrect diagnosis, and just wanted to get me out of the office quickly, even though no other patients were in the waiting room when I left. The one star I am giving them goes straight to the nurse.

The website is fake and puts a virus on your computer, do not click on it

They close at 8pm but start turning patients away beforehand. Came in at 745 PM and was told they would not see my daughter. You close at 8 and if you have people come in anytime before then you should wait on them! If you went to any other place of business they cant turn you away until the time of CLOSE! Unprofessional, all because the workers want to walk out the door at closing.....

Excellent job by the staff. Dr. Hussain is very knowledgeable and does a great job. Paige, Lisa, Katie and Rosie all did an excellent job. Very efficient. Clean facility!

Made me pay 75 dollars for a copay even though mine is always 30 no matter what. made me pee in a empty star buckshot cup. just the weirdest urgent care i’ve ever been to.

The staff there is absolutely amazing. Got right in and out. Hard to find places like this open around the holidays. Special thanks to Lori Keegan. She took great care of me.

Very Poor, 0 stars if possible, the nurse practitioner needs to go back to school. Date of service was March 18th 2015 patient was a child. Even heard her talking and laughing about someone before us to the other employee, because we were right next to the front door.

The place is professional, Clean, and there was no wait time at all. As soon as she was done logging my information into the system, they directly sent me back and had a visit with the onsite doctor.

Great service and not a long wait. I had a Xray done there the man that did it was quick and knowledgeable. They got me in and right back and took good care of me. I will def go back.

What a wonderful place! Had a kidney stone issue and went here for care. Fast,courteous and sympathetic to my needs. All of my questions were answered and had no pressure to leave before I was ready.I would DEFINITELY go here again!!

Extremely Rude, completely unprofessional, save your time, money and frustration and just go to urgent care in Clyde or the ER. Honestly by the time these clowns verbally assault you and nickel and dime you to death you will be cheaper to just visit Promedicas ER.

Ive been to the Fremont urgent care several times and had a very caring person named Paige who went out of her way to give me personal attention.

Great service. Was in and out in less than an hour. Got a followup phone call several hours after I left to see how I was doing. Will definitely return if needed!

Horrible place literally refused my child healtj care all because I didnt have a mask.and i Ask if they could provide me one and they refused to provide me one that they had already. Dont go to this place.

With everything happening in the world its so hard to get seen by our Dr. The staff is so welcoming and friendly at this urgent care. They take the time to listen and address every concern.

Horrible experience. I needed a covid test as a walk in, couldn’t get them to look and see if they had availability. They were argumentative and unhelpful. “Download the app and look there”.

How can you call yourselves an “urgent care” when you refuse patients and don’t give a valid reason?? Never coming here again.

Nurse practitioner is very rude! I told her my problem and she down played it like i was being wimp and lectured me like i was stupid. Wouldnt go back there if my life depended on it.

Dont call it a walk in urgent care if you have to make an appointment. I drove here and was turned away had to end up going to bowling green

Don’t bother getting a DOT physical at this place. You can not call to talk to a human due to the plandemic and the 1 person qualified is never there when they say they are. Complete joke of a place

My girlfriend has been trying to get an appointment using the dumb app and she is struggling getting the app to work so she cant even get in to see anyone the app is bull and makes it hard for some people to actually see anyone

Went in for gout and didnt really help me at all couldnt do anything for pain and the meds I got started to help but could not get a refill should be just went to er

If you open at 8am. Then open at 8am. Your facility left several people standing in the cold because your staff cant make it to work on time.

They dont have an xray machine to check for broken bones we ended up going to the hospital to be taken care of.

Paige and lori were the best, got me in and out in about half an hour and gave me tons of advise highly reccomend coming here.
