Dr. Barnett and his team at Dallas IVF in Frisco have made our dreams of having another healthy baby a reality. After we lost our son due to a chromosomal abnormality we were devastated. Through IVF we were able to ensure we were not met with the same fate again. Dr. Barnett and his nurses, Kylie and Hannah, will hold a special place in our hearts forevermore. My wife and I saw Dr.Barnett after finding out we were struggling with conceiving. We could not be more pleased with our experience. Dr.Barnett is a straightforward and honest physician. He tells it how it is but was also funny and made my wife feel relaxed during appointments, as if talking to a family member. He always made us feel heard even after our first failed FET, he was there for us. We regrouped and tried something different and the second time around worked perfectly and my wife delivered a healthy baby boy. Dr.Barnett and the staffs communication with us always left us feeling ready for the next steps and eager to continue moving forward within the process. I cant speak much on the billing side as we had fertility benefits through my former employer so we didnt have to pay Dallas IVF out of pocket, but instead paid directly to insurance for all exams and the procedures. I would 1000% recommend Dr.Barnett for anyone looking to build their family!

I cannot express how wonderful Dr. Barnett and his team are. We visited them in 2019, unsure why we were having difficulties getting pregnant and right away he knew what was going on. It was very reassuring to know someone could help us. Dr. Barnett says it how it is, which I really appreciate, but he also listens to me when I have questions or feedback. We have 2 healthy kids through IVF with Dr. Barnett. The first one, we lived in Texas at the time and with the second we had moved to California but knew we could not see any other Dr besides Barnett. We did satelite monitoring and traveled to Texas from CA for the embryo transfer. We are getting started on doing the same satelite monitoring and flying to Texas for the 3rd as well. I love Dr. Barnett and his team, they are so quick to respond, knowledgable and SUPER organized.

We have been under the care of Dr Barnett for a few years and we are so grateful for him and Dallas IVF. We had some unsuccessful embryo transfers but he did not give up trying different protocols until we finally became pregnant with our miracle baby. The embryologists and nurses are wonderful, kind, and compassionate. It’s been a long, hard road and we are so thankful to have had the guidance of Dallas IVF through it all.

Where to begin… my wife and I struggled with infertility for years and went to Dr. Barnett and Dallas IVF, unsure of what to expect. After failed IUI attempts, we eventually pursued IVF and after a successful embryo transfer, are expecting our daughter later this year. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and there to provide the highest level of support. We can’t express our gratitude enough for Dr. Barnett and the team at Dallas IVF. I wish I could give Dr Barnett and his staff more than 5 stars. The level of care and attention provided through this whirlwind of a journey has been incredible and I would and have recommended them to anyone going through these emotional times in trying to conceive. My husband and I switched practices after going through a terrible experience and very hesitant to go through this again but Dr Barnett is not only an incredible doctor but was so compassionate and kind through my care and gave us a feeling of hope to try again. Im from Arkansas and travelled over to Dallas IVF, Frisco center for IVF.. our Doctor, Mr. Brian Barnett is so caring and made our dream of having kid true. The IVF service here is so wonderful!

Dr. Barnett is highly professional. This is my second IVF pregnancy and I couldn’t ask for a better Dr! Love the staff!

I would not recommend Dallas IVF to anyone. I requested an appointment online, i received a call the next day for more information and to schedule an appointment. After that phone call I was not able to get anyone on the phone until my consultation appointment. The zoom meeting with Dr. Barnett was brief and he was extremely cold. He spoke to my husband and I in a very condescending tone and was super dismissive. It did not appear that our file was looked at prior to the appointment as Dr. Barnett was not aware of the location we were asking to be seen at or any of our medical information. He gave me a medical plan that he was making up as we went and then mentioned that I would need to go to the Frisco office for testing. I then informed him that we were hoping to be seen at the Tyler location. After informing him of this he looked annoyed and then made me right down a new set of instructions. With these instructions came timelines for contacting them and setting up appointments. My Cycle came and I called every single day for a week. I left several voicemails and heard nothing back until Friday at 4:30. She then transferred me to their nurses to schedule more appointments but no one picked up. I then tried to call back and It went straight to voicemail stating that they were closed. She was only able to help me schedule one of the several appointments i was needing. I then tried to message on the portal and heard nothing. By this point my cycle had came and went. I tried to call and cancel the appointment because we were highly dissatisfied with their communication and did not want to waste anymore time. I was finally able to get ahold of someone via email to cancel the appointment and then only after letting them know that i no longer would like to be a patient there did someone call me back. The kicker is they let me know during that phone call that this was a time sensitive appointment... Duh.. Here it is 6 months later and I just received a bill in the mail for almost $500.00. That was the icing on the cake for me. Their communication is terrible. Their bed side manner is terrible. and then they have the nerve to bill you out the butt for the 5-10 minutes that was mostly spend reviewing our file over zoom. I also never received a quote from them. If you are looking for a place with compassion, that answers every phone call, and holds your hand through the very emotional process please do not choose this place. GO TO FERTILITY SPECIALIST OF TEXAS.

Dr.Barnett and his staff are amazing. The whole team is very organized and professional. Dr.Barnett was spot on with our treatment and it feels like we took the best decision to go to him.

My journey with Dallas IVF is long but sucessful. I was diagnosed as unknown reason for not getting pregnant naturally. Dallas IVF docs helped me in getting my journey end with a beautiful baby girl. I had couple of failed IUI and then started IVF and in attempt 1 my dream came true. I would like to thank Dr. Bernett and his team for all their support. Always Dr B and his team are always positive and never made false promises. Dr B always guides best direction in everyway to make journey sucessful. Dr. Lowell Ku is the BEST reproductive endocrinologist!! His compassion, bedside manner, knowledge, and care are what sets him apart. I’m so glad I was referred to Dallas IVF to assist in growing our family. The front office staff, lab, and nurses have been just as amazing for the entire time that I’ve been a patient.

I was introduced to Dr. Barnett by two former coworkers who successfully conceived under his care. With a diagnosis of endometriosis and low ovarian reserve, Dr. Barnett successfully got us pregnant on our 2nd IVF cycle. First cycle was canceled during stimulation since my body wasnt responding to meds so we modified the protocol for the 2nd cycle. Hes a knowledgeable and straightforward doctor, and his nursing staff are quick to respond to my questions. Ive never had a hard time reaching them when needed. Id like to share a quick advice to anyone beginning their fertility journey: do your own research to have a baseline knowledge of fertility options and to help set your expectations on your chances of getting pregnant via those options combined with your root cause of infertility (if known). While your doctor is the head pilot of your treatment plan, its important that you act as co-pilot in decisions and not just a passenger because you know your body better than anyone. Im thankful that Dr. B and his nurses were willing to work with me when I had questions or concerns. My husband &I had a great experience with Dr Barnett , he is amazing . We have been working with him from almost a year and he gave us right direction at every step of the way.I am Thankful to him as my husband &I were trying to get pregnant from last 3 yrs and finally now we are finally pregnant because Dr Barnett and his magic 😊 to give us this happiness. His team is great too however I think such procedures require you to keep your mind open in terms of this will cost you no matter what and might not work on the fixed budget ,you need to keep your follow-ups and track on things don’t expect the staffAnd have your interest and understanding on the process wherever possible, it’s not right thing to say but for us our end goal was to get pregnant and we closed our eyes on some of the other things though we didnt have any extremely bad experience and it’s not just with them no matter where you go.keep expectations low and eye on your end goal as they them it’s there day to day process and for who are trying know the pain. Overall I would surely recommend Dallas IVF ( some of friends are already started the process with them ) and Dr Barnett .

Dr. Barnett and his team are wonderful. Dr. Barnett is very knowledgeable and helped guide me in my fertility journey without making me feel overwhelmed. Their clinic is efficient and the team was great at responding either via a phone call or the patient portal whenever I had questions. After my first round of IVF, I am expecting my first child in April 2024.

We had a Zoom consultation over a year ago (6/2022) with this clinic to get more information about the IVF process. There was no testing, no personal history review, just a basic consult going over available options. When we scheduled the consult, we were there were no fees associated with an initial consult and the visit over Zoom was brief. We ended up relocating out of state end of 10/22 and are currently about to begin our second IVF cycle with a different clinic. We never received a bill from Frisco Fertility Center or even an explanation of benefits from our insurance in the time we were in Texas, and never received anything through mail forwarding in the following year. In 8/2023, I received a text saying that we owe a balance of over $200 to this clinic. I called the clinic and spoke with the billing department to verify that this wasnt a spam text message because it seemed extremely weird for the first contact to be over text a year later. The billing department stated that, the charges were correct. I explained our situation to her, and she said, because there was no notation of who I spoke with telling me there was no charge, they would not honor what we were told. I also explained to her that we are in the middle of an IVF cycle and financially we are tapped and even just some help would be appreciated given the circumstances and she said again, that there was nothing the clinic could do to help. I asked to speak with the manager and she stated that the manager was on the other line and would call me back. That did not happen and it took an additional month to get a patient statement sent to us after the phone call. Just from this experience alone and how incredibly stressful IVF is when it is going smoothly, I absolutely would not recommend this clinic if this is how they handle the financial aspect of IVF.

Finding this facility and working with Dr Ku has been a big blessing. We are thankful to everyone from the front desk to the back office, they will forever be part of our story. We are forever grateful.

My husband and I had a phenomenal experience with Dallas IVF, Frisco! The staff, nurses, and Dr. Barnett were wonderful every step of the way. I have had quite a difficult journey with pregnancy. However, thanks to Dr. Barnett, Nurse Janaea and the entire staff, we are almost 10 weeks pregnant. I cant thank yall enough for being such an incredible blessing to our family! Every single one of you have made such an impact and we are forever grateful!

I would like to say some of the office staff could be better and more compassionate. But I really want to thank Dr. KU for giving me a chance despite my age. He is a very optimistic doctor and nice. He made my dreams a reality. I had my miracle baby at 47 (with my own egg). God is good.

I cannot say more positive things about this office and their doctors! I switched from another clinic and so glad I did. They are very organized, quick to respond (especially via portal) and I always felt taken care of. Dr Ku has been our main doctor and after 3 failed rounds elsewhere, he got us our miracle! So grateful for him and the nursing staff. Also met with Dr Barnett when my doc was out of town and he seems equally great!

We’ve been going to Dallas IVF Frisco for the last year and a half and love it! We’ve had an amazing experience from the front desk to nurses and the doctors, everyone has been great in helping us start our family. Working with Dr. Barnett’s team made the whole process a lot easier as they were great in educating and explaining the process to us.

Such a rude and condescending coordinator her name is Mindy. She asked if I had any questions over the phone, in which I did l am new to this because I wanted to know what are the first steps. Her tone was very condescending and I just had to wrap up my call with her because she started laughing and I still said thank you for your time . They should not have someone like her coordinating anything. Hope the calls are recorded so they can tell future coordinators what not to do!

My fiancé and myself used dr Barnett for IUI and we were lucky enough to get pregnant on first try! The office timed out treatments perfectly, 10/10 recommend this facility !

Dr. Ku seems like an amazing doctor. My husband and I met with him to discuss our option for IVF and he was very open to questions and upfront about costs, treatment plans, outcome percentages, etc. However, his knowledge and expertise will never make up for his truly horrible staff and their inability to follow up or return phone calls! I’ve called and left multiple messages and have NEVER received a call back!! I’m not going to pay thousands of dollars for IVF and take a chance that I might not be able to reach someone, if I really needed to! Fertility issues are hard enough, let alone having to chase someone to return a phone call. They sure will send you letters, texts etc quickly to request your payments though! I even called and left a final message, stating I’d be happy to pay the remainder of my bill for my lab work, if one of my 5 voicemails was ever returned, and STILL NOTHING! If you don’t care about money, and you don’t care about your patients..what DO you care about?!!

This is a long overdue review and so well deserved! The process of IUI and/or IVF is grueling - the shots, patience, waiting, etc. Youre in a glass case of emotions constantly (yes, an Anchorman reference). Dr. Barnett and his team at Dallas IVF were fantastic, and I cant recommend them enough. Im one of those that appreciates straight answers and transparency, and a little bedside manner and sense of humor doesnt hurt :) Dr. B quickly grew on us and went above and beyond to explain what works, doesnt work, why it wont work, you name it.We experienced 2 failed IUIs (I was 35 at the time, it happens, and this was our 1st attempt). We started IVF at the end of 2022, and were ecstatic to announce a successful 1st round in Feb 2023. I know were some of the lucky ones as this isnt the case for everyone. I am so thankful for Dallas IVF and Dr. Barnett and his staff. My husband and i drove many miles from Wichita Falls because Dallas IVF is the absolute best at what they do. The staff are very compassionate and supportive. Traveling over 200 miles every trip the staff made every appointment very convenient and efficient. Amanda, Mallory and Staci are such a joy to work with. Dr. Barnett is absolutely amazing and positive. Peyton was so helpful as well. We had a single successful embryo transfer in February 2017 and this Sunday our beautiful son will turn 8 months old. Where do i even begin to describe my experience of the past 3 years with Dallas IVF. Not only is Dr Barnett a professional and talented doctor, but his staff are amazing as well. The nurses, finance department, front desk, etc make going through such a stressful experience so much easier. You have to put a lot of trust into your doctor and nurses when going through IVF and i always felt assured that every decision and step being made was always in our best interest. After 3 years, we are finally expecting our first child. This is a gift that could never be expressed how grateful and happy we are. Thank you Dr Barnett and your team for making this possible!

Dr. Barnett and staff are so professional and comforting. Going through this infertility journey is scary and stressful and having Dr. Barnett’s team to help us has made it a little easier. Dr. Barnett explains things very well and makes sure you understand everything. What I loved is that Dr. Barnett never pushed IVF on us. A lot of doctors jump straight to suggesting IVF. The office is very clean and organized. The nurses are so friendly and very helpful. (And let’s be honest, I’ve called many times for countless questions.) Stacie, who did our ultrasound scans, is amazing. She always thoroughly explains everything she sees on the ultrasound. If you’re wondering, yes, he helped us get pregnant twice!

Cant begin to say how thankful we are for Dr. Barnett, the nurses and whole Frisco staff! Everyone in the office is wonderful. Was referred by my doctor and he assured me Dr. Barnett was the best and he was completely correct! Started our treatment journey and now I am almost 33 weeks pregnant with our first child. After a few years of trying to conceive naturally I wasnt sure it would ever happen for us. Spent a few months seeing Dr. Barnett and found out we were successful after two rounds of treatment plans! I can not say enough good things about this clinic. I had the best time experience and to top it off I am pregnant after almost 10 years of trying and going to several other doctors. Dr. Barnett was wonderful to work with. He was very detail oriented and guided us in the best way to be successful with our first try. The sonogram specialist was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had. The nurses were great! They answered questions and explained the medication. They also took care of lots of paperwork for my work in a timely manner. The blood work lab tech was extremely friendly. The office stuff was not overly friendly but they have always been respectful and accommodating to schedule my appointments. I could not be happier with my choice to work with DallasIVF.Also if you are an educator that offer a discount! It helped make this more affordable for us.

Absolutely Love Dr. B! Proper expectations set from the beginning, great attention to detail, I felt very confident in his hands. His staff is great too, answered every crazy question I had same day! And lot not forget the ladies who draw your blood everyday, super sweet and great bedside manner !

We absolutely love Dr Barnett. He has a phenomenal team who helped our fertility journey be as smooth as possible. From the very beginning, I liked that we came up with a game plan. I’ve tried to schedule a sperm test for my bf 3 times now. It has been moved each time, the front office lady is very rude. Not everyone has a flexible work schedule. It shouldn’t be hard just to schedule an appointment!!!!

We have been working witb Dr. Barnett and his team for last 6 months. Our experience at Dallas IVF has been great. The process has been smooth and all the stuff from front end to drs have been polite, understanding and upto our expectations. We just recently moved back to the area in part to be apart of the Dallas IVF clinic and receive treatment again from Dr. Barnett. He was our fertility doctor for our first transfer which gave us our little boy and after being out state a couple of years we decided to only go through this process a second time with him. The staff and entire team at Dallas IVF is caring, patient, and kind. Dr. Barnett is also one of the best doctors I have been to as he is very clear with his plan and makes sure both parties agree and are happy with next steps. I would recommend anyone I know to this clinic!

Dr. Barnett is awesome, we have a 5 year son and a 1 1/2 year old daughter thanks to him and his office. He is very knowledgeable and always explained everything very well to us throughout the whole process. We are returning to do our last frozen embryo transfer hopefully this summer.

Dr. Barnett and his staff have been incredible. We travel in from out of state and even being far away they are always prompt to call me back, answer questions thoroughly and give us plenty of time. After 2 years of going to another IVF Clinic, we decided to try IVF again and came to DallasIVF. We were first treated by another doctor before she left the clinic and she was excellent. She gave our case to Dr. Barnett and I immediately loved him. He is direct, upfront, does not sugar coat things, and honest. After years of failed IVF that is what I wanted. It may cause some to be hesitant to use him but believe me sometimes you need honesty when going through IVF. He recommended (not tip toed) that I have my tubes removed as he was confident they were the cause. We did so. Now I am 8 weeks pregnant with a beautiful EmBaby. I wish I had gone to him in the beginning. The nursing staff is wonderful and efficient on returning all your emails quickly. The only tiny complaint I would have is that the front office staff tend to be aloof and lacking personality, almost as though WE were bothering them.

From the front desk staff, to the nurses and the wonderful Dr Barnett the entire team at Dallas IVF Frisco are amazing! We went through 2.5 years of fertility treatment that ended with a successful Frozen Embryo Transfer!! I always felt heard through every step of each procedure. I came in with many many questions and the team at Dallas IVF Frisco were patient and answered every single question (sometimes multiple times). I never felt pressured at any point in our secondary infertility journey. This team has changed our lives and we can’t wait to meet our baby girl in April. Thank You Dr. Barnett and team!!!

Dr. Barnett and the entire staff at Dallas IVF is so professional, friendly, and accommodating. I couldnt recommend them enough. The entire office staff was wonderful to deal with. Our questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner and any obstacles we faced throughout the process was handled with encouragement. They are truly happy for every positive scan/test/milestone you get through. Going through fertility treatments during COVID has been challenging--however this office staff (especially Alex/Shelly/and Dr. B) have been very delightful to work with.

Staff is amazing hands down, I feel like we became family during this process. They were cheering me on throughout the entire process and were just as excited as I was when I learned I was pregnant. I also conceived my first born with the help of Dr.Barnett so the success rate is high. Office is clean and there is not a long wait and staff is very friendly. Dr. Barnett created a plan for me from day one and I just had to show up and adhere to the plan and now Im pregnant. They did a good job of tracking my cycles and watching my med an intake they were 100% accurate. I cant say enough good things about this office. I will recommend this office and Dr. Barnett 100%

Dr Brian Barnett a truly amazing doctor hard to find a doctor like him. We are truly amazed we found Dr Barnett and his staff for our infertility treatment. Dr Barnett cares for his patients and he didnt treat us just like number. Me and my husband have lost all hopes to start our family. But Dr Barnett gave us a faith and now we are pregnant with the 1st round of ivf. I wish google allowed me to give more then 5 stars. I cant thank enough to Dr Brian Barnett. I will definitely recommended Dallas IVf Frisco and Dr. Brian Barnett for any infertility problems. He is far the best doctor I have meet for my infertility treatment.

We searched google and found Dallas IVF and they had great reviews, they also had great success rates. We are glad we did the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Barnett was very straight forward and knew exactly what we needed to do to get pregnant. It was well worth the 2 hour drive, we got pregnant after the first cycle of IVF. I would highly recommend anyone to go here!

Dr. Lowell Ku may be one of the best physicians I have ever met and certainly one of the most patient and optimistic fertility specialists I know. He thinks outside of the box and individualizes care for his patients which speaks volumes in an industry that can oftentimes be a “cattle call”. In terms of the staff, despite the busy-ness at times, they are efficient, kind, and courteous and I would highly recommend them! I have not met or spoken to one unkind person. As a patient and fellow health care worker, I would HIGHLY recommend Dallas IVF and Dr. Ku!

We drove 2 and a half hours each way to see Dr. Barnett. Him and his nurses were outstanding and equipped to answer all of our questions. Ivf was very mentally and physically taxing but having such a great team of nurses, receptionist, and doctors helps tremendously.

I received care from Dr. Barnett approximately a year ago. It was such a horrible and traumatic experience and I couldnt talk about. I am writing this review now at the recommendation of my gynecologist, whom recommended Dallas IVF to me in the first place. She thought it would be a good idea for me to share my experience.My husband and I were not trying for children at the time but hope to have children in the future. My gynecologist discovered that my uterus was septate (separated by a wall, essentially creating a left and right uterus which could cause miscarriages) and recommended that I get a second opinion regarding how it could effect us when we do begin trying to get pregnant.I was originally impressed that the entire staff were women. I found this comforting as I thought women working at a infertility office would be sympathetic and kind to other women. Boy was I wrong. The staff there were rude and uncaring. I felt that because the patients that come in have infertility issues, that the women on staff look at them as inferior.Dr. Barnett performed my surgery to remove the wall in my uterus. Prior to the surgery, our appointments were very awkward and impersonal. There were approximately 4 appointments prior. Every time my husband and I came in, it was as if it was the first time Dr. Barnett was meeting us. We would have to explain our situation and why we were there, etc.When I had questions regarding the surgery, Dr. Barnett didnt care to answer my questions or try to ease my concerns. He gave me a couple of brochures about the procedure. I knew we should have just gone to another doctor and I complete regret not doing so.Right after the surgery, I was completely shocked by additional incisions and pain that I was not expecting. I originally thought that something had gone wrong in surgery but the nurses told me everything went as planned.At my post-op appointment, I expressed my feelings regarding my shock after the surgery and expressed my disappointment regarding not having my questions answered prior to the surgery which obviously made me unprepared. Dr. Barnetts response was that I should have read the brochures better.In the end, Dr. Barnett is a good doctor, medically, but dont expect too much out of him as a person.

My wife and I were referred here by our local OB provider. We both agree Dr Barnett was amazing. We had a number of different issues contributing to our infertility. Dr Barnett caught and addressed EVERY ONE before we started our IVF cycle (meds, retrieval, ICSI, transfer, etc). He was always very forthcoming with current treatment data and his interpretations specific to our case. He was consistent and pleasantly direct. We were traveling over 150 miles each way for our visits and Dr Barnett & staff showed considerable patience and understanding, often helping to coordinate certain tests and procedures locally to save us time, miles and money. Our insurance did NOT cover the treatments, but Dr Barnett and team were very clear on costs -giving itemized summaries in writing prior to any treatment. We did see Dr Ku on one occasion (Mock transfer), who came across just as pleasant and capable as his partner. We also want to point out the efforts of Dr Barnett’s nurse, Shelley. She was always kind, available and helpful. Her efforts were greatly appreciated as well.With all this being said, we are successfully pregnant (currently at 10 weeks) after one cycle and on the first embryo transfer! We are happy to thank Dr Barnett and his entire team for making this very difficult therapy as pleasant as one could hope for. - Adam & Kari

We had a wonderful experience with Dallas IVF. It felt nice to be treated like a person and not a number. Dr. Ku and his team are absolutely amazing! The care they have for their patients is beyond words. The road to IVF is stressful but they took the time to help you through it. We had three unsuccessful IUIs. We had our first FET transfer and Im happy to announce it was a success! My only regret is not visiting this clinic sooner in our journey to start a family. I cant thank Dr. Ku and staff enough for the treatment they provided. They are wonderful!!

I was supposed to have my 2nd sonogram today (9/2/2023) after our FET. I live an hour and a half away and due to the winter storm and the roads being sheets of ice, I asked if I could reschedule to the next day. I was told that as of 2/2/2023, I am technically 10 weeks pregnant and they cannot administer sonograms after 10 weeks. They refused to make any exception considering the circumstances. I was told I would have to follow up with my OB/GYN for my future sonograms but I would still need to come in for blood work.Now, I love Dr. Ku and I love his nurses. However, the practice as a whole doesnt seem to care about patients. I have had multiple issues throughout our IVF journey where things were not communicated from doctor to nurses, I could never get any follow up from the billing department after I paid, and no one ever told me about their 10 week pregnancy limit. I was never told I needed to go ahead and make an appointment with my OB/GYN. This is our first time going through IVF and my first time being pregnant so communication is key and I havent received it (good luck getting someone on the phone when you call). Today was supposed to be an exciting and happy day to celebrate our graduation from the fertility clinic and unfortunately we wont be able to experience that. But they dont care since theyve gotten their $24,897 from me. It seems as though now that I am pregnant, they are onto the next patient that they can profit off of.I am extremely grateful to be pregnant and grateful that Dr. Ku has gotten us to this point, but the frustration and disappointment of today has severely overshadowed that.

We are so pleased with our experience at Dallas IVF Frisco. Facing infertility is overwhelming but we never felt like they were hanging up the towel on us. We went through two IUI treatments with no success, and so we decided to do IVF. The entire time Dr. Barnett was there for us and made us feel that we were doing the right thing. The nurses are so accommodating and are so sweet to answer all of your questions. We are so thankful for the entire team at Dallas IVF Frisco and cant wait to welcome our little one in 2020!

I have to say that Dallas IVF is the most amazing place ever! My doctor is Dr. Barnett, but I have worked with Dr. Ku as well on occasions too, which was wonderful as well. Dr. Barnett is, by far, the best IVF doctor in the world! I have a 5 month old to prove it. He never gave up on me. We just kept trying. EVERY single person who works here went above and beyond to help me. Every doctor, every nurse, every tech, sonographer, receptionist, billing, office manager, assistant, EVERYONE. I have never met an office so dedicated to their patients. I am forever grateful to each and everyone of them, so much they will never know the extent. They have comforted me in times of loss and cheered me on in times of triumph. We plan on trying for BABY #2 soon and we cant wait! You are in great hands coming here to complete your family. Doctor Barnett is the best doctor and hopeful doctor any one can ever ask for. He gave us hope when all hope was lost!! We got pregnant on the first circle and we almost gave him a kiss lol!! Hoping women who come to this clinic, who truly need to feel hope and compassion, are able to connect directly with the awesome nurses and doctors at this clinic. Because the staff is awesome and very skilled and compassionate.However, if you see the staff stressed, overworked, or under staffed during your visit, thats because Jessica Crabbe, office manager, has no business sense at all and has no ability to adequately manage schedules, people or life-work balance for the staff.Best of luck.

After three failed IVF attempts with another doctor, a friend referred us to Dr. Barnett because she had success with him. With his help we got pregnant after our first single-embryo frozen transfer. Our experience with Dr. Barnett at Dallas IVF Frisco was nothing but first class from the moment we walked thru the doors!The lobby is clean and the front desk gals are friendly. I loved having Stacey as my sonographer, she really takes the time to educate and explain what your seeing on the monitor. Crystal in the O.R. put me at ease throughout my HSG test, egg retrieval, and transfer. Alexa kept me up to date with all my med dosages. Really- all the nurses there are so sweet!Dr. Barnett is brilliant, he put me on a different medication protocol than I had been on before and carefully monitored my bloodwork. He truly cares about his patients, we never felt like just a number. IVF is such a precise science, you need the best! We are so thankful to Dr. Barnett and his team for helping make our dream of having a family come true!!

Dr. Ku and all staff that we encountered were incredibly friendly, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. We came from a different IVF clinic to Dallas IVF Frisco and could not be happier. Words can not explain how grateful myself and husband are. Tears of joy when I found out I was pregnant for the 1st time. When we found out I was pregnant we were so excited and want to say thank you to Dr. Barnett and his team. His staff is greatly appreciated, polite, kind, respectful and I could go on and on. If you are trying to get pregnant or have been trying this is the place you should go to. Thank the Lord for giving Dr. Barnett knowledge to help us get pregnant after 15 years of trying. By the way I have referred two people to his office. I wish I would have found Dr. Barnett much earlier in life but I am thankful and blessed for all he has done for our family.

Currently seeing Dr Ku, recommended by 2 of friends. The staff and team are very nice. Dr Ku was very nice and they seem very adaptable to patients requests. I wanted a more conservative approach to my IUI and Dr Ku was very nice to agree with that approach. Sonogram techs also will talk to you and tell you what they see in their scan and what’s normal. Rachel is his nurse who is also wonderful at listening to my requests. I asked her multiple questions and she seem to answer them and she asked Dr Ku to come talk to me which made me feel very comfortable. Hopefully we have some good news soon to write more review but so far my husband and I are very happy!10/17/22 We just had the insemination done 3 days ago. They seem to work with your schedule and I was brought in very quickly. I think I waited maybe 15 min and everything was done efficiently!I was told that I may need to take some progesterone but was not explained the fact that it’s a suppository and the medication need to be refrigerated. I was traveling so that information would have been very helpful.Unfortunately, our IUI failed this round. Haven’t talked to Dr Ku or any of the nurses. No one has contacted since October of 2022. I am starting to feel like a number at this facility. I am changing my review because of lack of sympathy or willingness to contact your patient.

Dr. Barnett and his team are the BEST! He is extremely knowledgeable. While we had to push through several treatments, we knew that we always had the best team working to make it happen. Thankfully, it did happen for us and we couldnt be more grateful. I knew the day that I met Dr. Barnett that if it was meant to be, it would be under his care, and it was. The nurses and staff are wonderful too!!!!!

We came here recommended by our OBGYN. Dr. Barnett is kind, professional, and what I loved most….honest and to the point. He listened, immediately had me in for testing and some minor procedures to make sure they knew everything on what they were working with. I was surprised that after all this, our first “plan” from Dr. B was IUI, but I was also putting my trust in him. The injections and hormones weren’t my favorite, BUT. We had our first round and it took. My sonograph nurse was the same everytime and SOOO kind. Absolutely loved her. She explained everything and never once did I feel rushed or stupid. No kidding, I actually cried the day I had to go back to my OB bc I just loved her so much! Don’t fear costs and don’t think you need to know anything/everything walking in. They will walk you through it all. Also, if you have your blood drawn before 10:30AM, they will call you the SAME DAY with results. That alone was awesome. Anyways, my heart goes out to anyone who is struggling but just know you’re in great hands with this clinic, and especially with Dr.Barnett. My prayers and hopes are with you if you’re reading this and struggling on your own journey. I don’t have to give this review; I want to. So read this knowing this is a high recommendation from someone you’ve never met but wants the best for you and your future family too. I now have an almost 4 month old baby and I have Dr. B to thank. So thankful for him and this business.

My experience at Dallas IVF Frisco has been amazing. The staff was always professional and friendly. Upon arriving for each appointment, my temperature was checked and a mask was required. I was pleased to see that constantly took precautions to prevent covid exposure. I rarely had to wait more than 5 mins after my arrival to be called to the back. For me, their schedule options were great. I was able to get most appointments early in the morning (with the exception of major procedures ) which didnt interrupt my work schedule. Each time I had a question and would email my nurse Hannah she responded within 30 mins or less.

Dr. Barnett and his staff were truly a blessing throughout such a stressful time in me and my husbands life. They made sure we fully understood every single process we went through. Dr. Barnett successfully did a single embryo transfer on me. I will forever be grateful for him and his staff.

I cant say enough about Dallas IVF Frisco. Ive never experienced such personalized and attentive healthcare. Going through infertility is such a scary and lonely experience for a woman. Having an amazing team of professionals who really care about making sure you reach your goal of having a baby is so comforting. Dr. Barnett and his team are very special people who Ill always remember and love for walking through the process of having my daughter with me and my husband. Ill definitely be back in a year to start the process for my second baby.

I would NOT recommend Dallas IVF to anyone. We used their service and got NO RESULTS with them. The ONLY thing that they were interested was getting PAID. We did EVERYTHING that they required by the book and NOTHING worked. We tried multiple times to get pregnant and it failed. Actually in truth , Dr. Brian Barnett FAILED. When it failed, Dr. Brian Barnett showed ZERO empathy and emotion when it repeatedly did not work. We paid tens of thousands of dollars and all Dr. Brian Barnett could do was shrug his shoulders and say I do not why it did not work. Dr. Barnett has supposedly done this for over 20-25 years and again all he could say was Oh well, we can try this again if you would like. When I asked what he would do differently in the future to get pregnant, he said Nothing . I will do it the same way until you get pregnant. What he meant to say was , I will do this again and again until you RUN OUT OF MONEY. Please do yourself a favor and check out other fertility clinics before you come here. I believe that you will find a BETTER and more COMPASSIONATE fertility clinic.

Dallas IVF is an excellent facility, with well-trained staff and educated, kind doctors. My husband and I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Lowell Ku, who has personally spent a great deal of his time getting to know us on a personal level, and tailoring his style of communication to what suited us best. Additionally, it is clear that he is genuine in his care for his patients. I would recommend this facility to anyone I know :)

We love Dr. Barnett. He helped us get pregnant with our daughter who is now 2 and we will be using him again in the future for a FET. He is concise and to the point and doesn’t sugar coat things- which I appreciate. His facility is fantastic and I love that they can do everything at one location.

Dr. Ku and his office staff were nothing but exceptional! I have zero complaints about him or his office staff. The communication always happened within a timely manner and his bedside manners were amazing! I have never met a physician more caring and compassionate than him. As a nurse, when I look for a provider I want someone who truly cares about the patient. Dr. Ku did that and even more. I highly recommend him and his office for anyone going through infertility.

I am so happy and thankful I found Dr Barnett. He has helped me conceive both of my kids and both were successful implants the first time! He knows what needs to be done and I trusted him fully the entire time. I have a healthy 1.5 year old and another on the way. My husband and I had a great experience at Dallas IVF. Everyone from the front desk, nurses, and doctors made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process.

We have been trying to have a baby for over 10 years, and we have experience multiple losses. After speaking with friends that had 3 successful pregnancies with Dr. Barnett, we decided to give it one last try after my company added IVF coverage to our benefits. From the first visit I felt like there was research being done into every option possible to give us a live birth experience. Their methods for treatment and medication seem more forward than other places Ive been, and there was much more attention payed to my levels each week once I became pregnant to ensure the medicine was doing its job. We had never been offered PGS testing before, and were offered and used it, resulting in healthy embryos used this go-round of IVF. The staff and doctors were more than I could have asked for, and we are so thankful to be expecting our miracle baby.

We are currently seeing Dr. Ku for the fertility treatment. He is absolutely amazing, helpful and compassionate. IVF journey is physically, emotionally and financially toll taking for anyone who goes through it. Dr. Ku very well understands that and always work on behalf of patients goal and their best interests, and encourage along the way when you feel defeated, devastated and demotivated by the repeated failures. Dr. Ku is the hope and faith that you put in without a doubt if you’re beginning your infertility journey. Dr. Kus nurse staff is very helpful, caring and responsive. I give kudos to Dr. Ku and his team for doing wonderful job.It is time to talk about the worst. We have been having very hard time dealing with Billing team. They are completely uncaring , lack professionalism, accountability and integrity. Before FET started , the finance team confirmed the coverage of all the components with us that are going to be part of FET process. We did not know the reason why claim was denied despite covering all the components by insurance until we were asked to make a payment for the denied claim. When we checked with Billing team, they asked us to reach out to Insurance team and find out why it was denied as opposed to billing team should be reaching out to insurance team to find out the cause since insurance covers all the components. We also paid out of pocket for that claim upfront for the denied claim and coordinated with insurance company and got adjusted the claim. THANKS TO US FOR DOING BILLING TEAMS JOB which they were supposed to doing. We also informed the same to the Billing team and they asked us to reach back in 2 weeks for the adjustment on the account. We called billing team after 4 weeks since adjustments were not posted on the account. We were told that adjustment cant happen since they did not receive EOB from insurance team, instead they asked us to reach out to Insurance team again to find out why billing team did not reactive EOB. We finally reached out to Insurance company and have them resend the EOB which they had already sent and notified billing team back in November right after the claim was adjusted. THANKS TO US FOR DOING BILLING TEAMS JOB. Finally, billing team adjusted the account, but when we reached out to the office staff today and we were told the account is overdue and locked, and they cant help until due is paid. In reality, we have credit on the account from the payment we made upfront on the denied claim. THANKS TO BILLING TEAM FOR DOING PATHETIC JOB. The BILLING TEAM IS COMPLETELY CRUEL, RUTHLESS, UNCARING AND NON-COOPERATIVE. In all these, we are going through miscarriage, grieving, taking stress and not getting any help from the dr and his team when we needed most due to account being locked. Like I said, great dr and his nursing team but worst billing team. The one star is the greatest contribution from the billing team.

My name is TJ and tomorrow I will be one month old. My parents started their journey with Dr Barnett in June of 2019. Unfortunately due to circumstances not anyone’s fault I was the 2nd transfer. My mom and dad tell me I’m their miracle baby and they tell me I wouldn’t be here without the compassion and care of Dr Barnett and his staff. I just read some reviews that say Dr Barnett is not a great man. To me he is awesome! When you think about the fact that I was as small as a grain of sand and now I’m over 8 pounds...what else could you say but awesome! Thank you to Dr Barnett and his staff for helping my parents have their miracle... ME!!!

I am so thankful for Dr. Ku and DallasIVF. We struggled to conceive for years. The moment we met Dr. Ku, we finally could see a light at the end of the tunnel. He’s the most compassionate and caring doctor I’ve ever known; and knowing that he and his wife also went through IVF was comforting - we knew he had our best interest at heart. He truly listens to his patients, gets to know them and wants nothing but success for them. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Ku. My baby boy is living proof at just how wonderful he is. My husband and I were referred to Dallas IVF and Dr. Brian Barnett by my OBGYN when we had trouble conceiving our second child and after an early pregnancy loss in early 2020. Dr. Barnett was very encouraging throughout the entire process and took the time to explain the various reasons that we could be having difficulty. He ordered the various blood and diagnostic tests to see if anything specific could be preventing our success. When the results showed all was fine, he believed that our struggle was most likely just due to timing. He recommended IUI and we conceived the first cycle! We are absolutely thrilled and so relieved!The staff and nurses were all very friendly and encouraging and also took time when explaining the different medications, how to administer the injections, and during ultrasounds helped me understand what the scans showed and meant.Thank you Dr. Barnett and Dallas IVF for helping us grow our family!!

I would not recommend this clinic (Frisco) to anyone struggling with fertility issues. While Dr. Ku is kind and thoughtful, the office staff has some major issues. They do not give you a fee sheet to explain what your potential costs might be, they just have you meet with the doctor and then surprise you three months later with a bill for said visit. I have no issue paying for services rendered, it would just be nice to not receive a surprise bill for $300 three months after your initial appointment without any prior explanation of what to expect for costs. They didnt even attempt to collect a copay or any money prior to my appointment. To add to the surprise bill, I called their office 5 times over the course of five weeks and was completely IGNORED by their staff with every message I left requesting a call back. It wasn’t until I emailed on the website expressing my frustration that I couldnt get a call back that someone finally responded. In fact, I then got two calls back at the same time from two different people at this office! They were less than helpful addressing the issue, so I paid the balance and am taking my business elsewhere. I would suggest to anyone reading this that you do as well as this office will blatantly ignore you and make you feel like you don’t matter. They will also surprise you with costs instead of going over them prior to services being rendered. Unwanted surprises and rude office staff are the last thing a person struggling with infertility needs. It’s unbelievable that any medical office would hire staff who lack empathy, compassion, integrity, and communication skills. Its also quite disturbing that their forms say that you can be switched to self-pay at any time, however, this proved not to be true. They wont switch you to self-pay if they filed a claim and it gets denied. They want to collect the full fee that they billed to insurance even though if insurance HAD paid, they wouldnt have received $300 from them anyway. Insurance would have paid the negotiated rate, so unwillingness to switch me to a self pay client after finding out there were not fertility benefits is really just a money grab for a provider who is already making tens of thousands off of one individual. Such a disappointment. If you still choose to go here, don’t say you weren’t warned.

Dr. Barnett has helped me have two beautiful children! I think he is truly talented and happy to have trusted him with everything. I will say he’s not “fluffy”- he’s very direct and factual which I respect. I think it is important to know your true odds. We bought the insurance and ended up needing two retrievals. His directness helped with that decision and saved us a lot of money. Stacy (ultrasound tech) at the Frisco office is a delight! You see her more than the doctor so that’s nice. I also love the phlebotomist there. I’m not wild about Dr. Havemann, she did one of my transfers due to scheduling and came in with strong perfume (a big no no). That transfer was not successful. I’ve seen Dr. Ku around the office and he has a delightful demeanor (if you want someone more empathic). I know he is well liked by friends of mine. Overall, I trust this clinic and no regrets choosing them!

I cant imagine going through the IVF process with anyone else! Dr. Barnett and the entire staff are so helpful and kind. We had started the process with another clinic and ended up switching to Dallas IVF and thank goodness we did! They helped us through the entire IVF with PGD process and we are pregnant after our first FET. I can’t recommend them enough! They are truly the experts and one of the leading clinics in the county. Thank you Dalls IVF!

Had the first visit last month. Everybody were awesome and shout out to nurses and doctors who are doing their best to help. Only problem is with billing department or the one’s who check out patients. She was rude, not maintaining eye contact and looked like she was just unhappy with what she was doing. But that doesn’t mean we as in patients are treated that way. Just going through this fertility experience itself brings so much stress to patients and if we have 1-2 additional questions while checking out, we deserve to be heard/answered in a decent way. The entire facility must be great but its just one interaction that was disappointing!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dallas IVF Frisco! The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, professional, experienced and personable. The staff is absolutely amazing and compassionate. My husband and I have not been alone on our journey of infertility. Dallas IVF Frisco doctors and staff have been there for us during the difficult times and have celebrated with us during the births of our IVF babies!!!

We loved Dr. Barnett and his team! We did IVF w/ICSI in 2015 and 2019 and they both worked first try. I have 2 beautiful children and can’t thank Dr. B enough for my miracles.

We have been so pleased with Dallas IVF. We have waited 3.5 years to our little miracle. Thanks to Dallas IVF and Dr. Barnett, I am 10 weeks pregnant with our little boy. We are so excited to start our family and its all thanks to Dallas IVF.

My wife and I are very pleased with Dr. Barnett and his staff during our journey to become parents. His staff has always been available during difficult times and when we called after hours, we always spoke to a doctor when they called back. We recently handed off to an OB/GYN to see us to the end. We couldn’t be happier to this point!

Very disappointed in this clinic. The website claims they support Military and Veteran Families but that is not the case. After speaking with 3 different front office girls and getting a different answer every time I was notified the Friday evening before my Monday scan appointment that I needed to pay $300 cash for my HSG scan. They didnt offer the Veteran discount. My insurance will pay for this scan. See my insurance is a special open access insurance plan, requires no contracts or networks. If its billed they pay no questions no auths. Its ONLY obtained because a spouses active duty service man was killed while serving OR disabled at 100%. Why this facility claims they support Military & Veta yet refuses to bill a top teir insurance given to the most damaged Veteran families is beyond me. Why Im given an answer by 3 different women is beyond me. Why I wasnt even offered the discount and was told I had to file my own claim, is beyond me. They got me stuck because I cannot proceed with a very important operation until this scan is done. I cannot afford to wait another cycle(month) to have this scan done so I guess Im paying the $300 they want for it personally, even though my insurance has vouched to pay) because I have no other choice. My OB highly reccomended this place. I asked to go to any facility she INSISTED I come here. Ive been working in the medical field for 16 Years with management experience as well. Im so upset that an office would string me along for weeks. That a simple insurance verification was passed on from girl to girl then to find out they never did it. Then I get a call saying sorry you have to pay. I will be getting my HSG scan here since Im backed into a corner but its so unfortunate I didnt even have a chance to seek fertility help with this office or their highly reccomended drs. Its also unfortunate they dont support our dead veterans families or their 100% disabled ones. I guess money comes first. Very disappointed.*edit to add Ill be updating this review because once I went to get the scan done, I ended up having to call 911 at home because of how bad the dr screwed up, I lost too much blood and my blood pressure dropped so low I kept passing out. This was confirmed by my OBGYN and my Surgeon that the dr who did the scan did it wrong and subjected me to 30 mins of torture while I screamed the entire time. When I get a chance to write it all down and then their response to me I will but stay FAR away from this place. As I mentioned before Ive been in the field for 16+ years, Ive never once wrote such a lengthy review on a facility. I should have reported him to the medical board and thats not something Ive ever considered in 16 years of experience and being a patient! They were supposed to contact me to go over everything that happened and why, & apologize(after my OB called to ask them what the heck did they do to her patient) and they NEVER did. More to come.. please, all women, dont come here, even if its just for one scan not actual fertility treatments. I should have listened to the numerous reviews people have left about this place on here and other sites. From the dr to the staff you wont be treated well and youre not safe here.

Dallas IVF is superior in everything they do to help families grow. From the schedulers, billing office, nursing staff, embryologist and the doctors, they are the very best choice for fertility care. We had one very successful egg retrieval and two successful frozen embryo transfers. Our family is complete with our son and daughter. I will always recommend Dallas IVF. My husband and I were very blessed to find this facility.

This is the best IVF surgery center. I have been here and ARTS in Plano. I had a positive experience at both, but nothing compares to how I felt at Dallas IVF. Peyton is so friendly and available for questions at the front desk. All the nurses are kind and empathetic to your emotions and concerns. The andrology and embryology staff are so knowledgeable and have very good communication with you after your retrieval. Dr Barnett, Dr Ku, Dr Havemann, Dr Mucowski and the other physicians are all very compassionate and take pride in their work and care. The facility is very nice with all private rooms and up to take technology. I am forever grateful for the care I received here, and have no question where we will go when we are ready for baby #2.

Dr. Lowell Ku was absolutely amazing! He had great bed side manner all while being sensitive to our situation. He took all the proper precautions as we went through testing to figure out what our best route to get pregnant. It ended up that IVF was our only option. After 7 years of trying to get pregnant, Dr. Ku was able to give my husband and I our miracle baby after 1 round of IVF with a single frozen embryo transfer. Our miracle was born on 1/23/20 and she is absolutely perfect! We are blessed to have Dr. Ku!

Dr. Barnett and his team were great and we were really happy with the results. Interaction with specific individuals in the front desk is a struggle sometimes like other reviewer said but overall a good experience.

Absolutely love this place! All of the nurses here are so genuine and knowledgeable. The sono tech is hands down the best, she makes you feel comfortable, takes her time, and is also very knowledgeable. I did IVF here and got pregnant the first time! If you have to do treatment, look no further, THIS IS THE PLACE!

There’s a lack of transparency with the billing department. When you call to try to get a better understanding of charges, they are not helpful. Also, with service here you feel like just a number, I switched clinics for this reason.

I had an extremely outstanding experience with Dr. Ku in all respects. I met with several fertility doctors, but they just said they dont know why I cannot have a baby. However, Dr Ku did multiple blood tests that others never did, and he found out my problems. We did IVF and could conceive in one cycle. My beautiful healthy baby girl is sleeping next to me right now. I highly recommend Dr Ku. His skills are incredible.

I had an HSG with Dr Barnett this afternoon. I have a low pain tolerance and I was so nervous my feet were shaking. Turns out, not only was it not painful, it wasn’t any more uncomfortable than a pap smear. I wish I hadn’t gotten so worked up over it. The team was fantastic. Dr Barnett is great. Highly recommend.

Dr Ku and his staff are simply amazing and so kind. They make you feel like family and you can tell they truly care! I went to many doctors before I found Dr Ku and I will never go anywhere else. If you have questions they will take the time to explain everything in detail so where you will understand and they make you feel super comfortable asking them those uncomfortable question. They are always prompt on their call backs. All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I could not have gotten where I am today without them and I am so beyond grateful.

My husband and I had such a great experience with Dallas IVF in Frisco! I stayed pregnant after first round of IUI, and all in all the whole staff was so sweet and encouraging and Dr. Barnett was indeed excellent!

I wish there were -ve stars to select. All they want is MONEY. In spite of getting the claim approved by plan and sending the confirmation with check number, Ref code, the finance team did not allow us to proceed with treatment saying we need funds on hand (need check on hand). This is totally baffling, I was told medical profession is a noble service which I dont expect that from Dallas IVF who have so much disbelief on patients that they dont allow treatment unless they get money in hand. We started our IVF journey over 1 year ago under Dr. Ku and Dallas IVF, and I have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Ku is so caring and excited for his patients. He saved my uterus (I had 10 fibroids) and got it ready for our miracle. The nurses are so caring and available at any time. Tonya, over in finance, is a rockstar. She handled a billing problem with the anesthesiologist like a boss! I now call her a friend. My husband and I did pay out of pocket for everything, so yes, be prepared for a fee every visit. But as a couple, we counted the costs, before we started our journey and have kept meticulous records so that we can write off as much our medical expenses this year during our taxes. Overall, my husband and I are eternally grateful to Dr Ku and his staff. Im sad as I write this because I am 9 weeks pregnant and being transferred to my OB. However, I will be back in about 18 months for baby #2!

Absolutely zero compassion or care for the women going through the procedures. Dr Barnett and his staff at the time showed no concern for any of the serious issues I experienced. The procedures, risks, and severity of how badly negative effects on the woman can be were misrepresented, and downplayed. Every concern and issue I had was blamed on me “not wanting this enough.” The trauma inflicted by this facility will haunt me the rest of my life. I implore any woman considering IVF to research everything thoroughly, and know you will need to advocate for yourself, because nobody else will.

We loved Dr. Barnett and his entire staff! We were able to get pregnant in just a couple months and can’t wait to meet out little one in October 2019!!! The staff always were smiling and ready to answer any questions! Thank you a thousand times to everyone there!

Everyone at Dallas IVF Frisco have been professional, kind, and available throughout my journey with them. I personally have seen Dr. Barnette and Dr. Ku, and they are 1. Very knowledgable 2. Very kind. The doctors take their time to speak with you and the nurses there are amazing. Theyre there to answer any questions you may have, even on the weekends! Theyre literally open 24/7 minus the big holidays I think. This may be not a thing for most women but I have super thin and hard to find veins so Im nervous about getting my blood drawn. But the lady there, shes the best Ive seen. Gentle, and just simply good. The ultrasound lady is also kind and knowledgable, and their labs attached to their office so all their reports are fast and efficient. Also, I can attest to their methods as I did get pregnant under their care. Thank you!

Dr Barrnett and the staff here are amazing. Weve tried to have kids for 12 years and were basically told we could never have kids of our own. We have been Foster parents for the past 4 years and have adopted a son during that time. We love Fostering and God has blessed us in so many ways while do it. This past year I followed Gods call and took a new job in a Texarkana, Tx and found out that their Insurance covered Infertility. We were super excited of the possibility of having a baby and my wife getting to experience pregnancy and child birth which she has longed for these past 12 years. We had our first appointment in February and were finally able to announce 10 months later at Christmas that we were pregnant. Dr Barnett was very informative and helpful on my first visit. Being in Tyler, there arent many options for LGBT family planning, he is a ray of light in this area and I am excited to go on this journey with him.

The blonde hair lady at the front desk of the surgery center ALWAYS has the worst attitude.You would think considering the trauma of infertility on families they would have someone a little more positive and friendly at the front. She does not belong in that position at all! I recommend moving her to the back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC......I went to Dallas IVF and was very pleased with the consultation I received. Dr. Barnett and I agreed on a treatment plan. I was led to believe my insurance was paying for a good portion of the treatment and was told by the office that all I would pay is the co-pay. I had a months worth of treatment without success. Paying the co-pay each time I went. A total of three visits. We decided to do another months worth of treatment. The lady that does the sonograms is the nicest most wonderful person. She was positive and friendly. The nurses were no nonsense most of the time but professional. I was having a good experience until the end of my second treatment I was told that my insurance had denied one of the claims from more than a month ago. They would not let me use my insurance anymore. They treated me like I was trying to rip them off and wouldnt do my IUI unless I paid my new balance which was over 800 dollars. They wouldnt talk to my insurance company to see if it was a mistake. They would not re run the claim. They refused to work out any sort of payments even half now half in one week. They were rude and kept acting like I was a criminal. I found out that it was a problem with my insurance company and they will be fixing the problem. Dallas IVF made what should have been a very positive experience, terrible. It was stressful. They kept acting like I was a trying to get away with something. Like I was some sort of low life. I am trying to get pregnant. And they treated me in a way that caused stress. The front desk girl kept telling me that I had only one months worth of treatments done when I was at the end of my second. She had no idea what she was talking about and yet she spoke down to me and acted like I was a criminal. I will not go back there. If this month doesnt result in a pregnancy we will definitely be going somewhere else for further treatment. I absolutely refuse to pay so much money for a service and be treated the way they treated me. Be careful and do not go here if you want a positive fertility experience. *Update* Per other reviews it happened to me, I was told that I had to have a zero balance to have my IUI done. So I paid my balance to zero. Then I get a bill in the mail. Months later. Long after the IUI didnt work. No one from their office called me to check up after my IUI either. All they want is money. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC.

Do not go here, they are not knowledgeable about the billing process and you should expect extra charges and higher bills than they tell you. We went 3 times and after the 3rd visit gave us a bill as our insurance declined to pay. This was well over a month of appointments with no mention of our insurance declining to pay. There billing department is a separate entity and treat you like garbage. If you are looking for an easy and upfront experience this is not the place to go.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Dallas IVF. Dr. Ku has been our RE for 3 years. Hes a straight shooter and answers the hard questions. He and his wife conceived with IVF, so he gets it. At 38, we conceived twins with our first round of IVF. We did loose one twin in the first trimester (after being discharged to our OB) but went on to successfully deliver our previous daughter. We recently (Im now 40) went back to try FET with the two frozen embryos that we had put back. As of today, Im day 6 post 5 day transfer of our last two embryos and already testing positive on home pregnancy tests with our beta scheduled for day 10 post transfer. Well find out in a few weeks if we had one or both stick. Dr Ku was also very accommodating when I requested NOT to take a prenatal containing folic acid and instead requested to take one with Quatrafolic. I would hands down recommend Dr. Ku at Dallas IVF (Frisco Fertility Center)!

I’ll try to keep this short...Dr. Ku is an absolute God sent! I spent 2 years dealing with an abnormally aggressive and dangerous fibroid. I was passed from doctor to doctor and was told again and again that I would need to have my uterus removed in order to safely remove the fibroid, keep in mind that I’m only 27 with no children yet. This fibroid caused me immense pain, at one point i actually delivered the fibroid out of my uterus and it was sitting in my cervix which led to 3 hospitalizations for blood transfusions. When I was finally led to Dr. Ku, I knew after my first consultation that I was right where I needed to be. He preformed the surgery with such precision and accuracy! I’m forever beyond grateful to Dr.Ku! ❤️

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a racket. They charged my wife and I multiple times for the same procedure, which was already paid, for thousands of dollars. They will double-bill you for fees they have long-since collected at every opportunity. If youre a millionaire, its not a big problem. But if you need money to survive, stay away. If you are already a patient and youre expecting a bill in the mail, expect a lot more. Also expect to delve into some of the worst customer service experiences imaginable. These billing specialists have all the charm of a troll and manners of an ogre. Mix that with the friendliness of an IRS auditor and you get the general idea. Seriously, this was a terrible experience for the both of us. Stay far, far away.

We have had not one, not two, but three successful ivf transfers with Dr. Barnett! He & his staff have always gone above and beyond for us and we are so thankful we chose Dallas IVF/Frisco Fertility for our Infertility journey.

You would think that the employees (front desk staff) would understand that they are working with patients that are CLEARLY emotionally drained, considering theyre having to even be there, and maybe treat them with a little bit more decency. The amount of rudeness and attitude given by them is so unprofessional and inconsiderate. The rest of the staff are great and very helpful. To top of the complete ignorance & offensive behavior from the front desk people they stated who are you?! i dont have any information on you......seriously....the owner of the practice should really reconsider hiring someone with a much more positive attitude who actually cares and wants to help the patients who are already in a huge amount of stress.

This place is a joke. They tried to charge me twice for a procedure. I had to prove I paid for it. You would honk they have a system to keep track of payments. Front office staff doesn’t listen and is extremely rude. Doctor Burnett doesn’t seem to want to actually help his patients. When he did my sonogram to check my eggs he barely looked and said my eggs weren’t mature enough. I requested someone else take a look and the sonogram tech found a mature egg hat measured 30. This location doesn’t care about its patients!!!!

I am very concerned about this business. I went through IVF for family balancing with Dr. Ku and he took out 30 eggs. 9 of them fertilized and we ended up with 0 viable embryos. He said he doesnt know what happened. He gave us a credit of $1,900 for our trouble but we had paid $23,000. Before we decided to go through the IVF process we met with him several times and the ONLY scenario he had told us could possibly happen was that we might end up with only female embryos when we were trying for a boy. He never said that there was a shot that we could have 0. He told us he is sorry that he mis-led us and that this rarely happens and he washt sure why it happened to me. He said he might have given me too much of the medication and it ruined the quality of my eggs, but there is no way to tell because its not an exact science. I just want everyone to know that there is a possibility that you could end up with 0 embryos.

The staff and the doctors are great but the billing department is a nightmare. They will charge you multiple times for the same procedure and then claim that you did not pay the bill. The billing department cannot even explain their own bills. I took up three bills with three different amounts for the same procedures and they couldnt tell me what I owed. Then, they never explained to me what I did owe. I went through and tallied everything up and it still does not add up. Also, they schedule you to come in on the weekend but then charge you a premium rate for doing that. They do not inform you that it will be an extra charge. If they could replace their billing procedures with anything that makes sense, they would be better off.

Disappointed that the staff are so slow to respond and show little compassion. The online messenger system is no monitored and leads to weeks in delays, phones always go through to answer machines and there are never call backs. This clinic needs to remember this is a very difficult time for families and try harder.

I feel like the center should not make it seem as if , they cannot help you if you are overweight or borderline diabetic because of pcos.They know that comes with the syndrome .That is obviously why some ppl come for assistance to conceive. I came to this clinic in hopes of conceiving not being told i have to basically lose weight and get my sugar down to conceive.Ive been to many doctors and never have they EVER. trued to diagnose me with diabetes!! their scale here is a 5.5-6.5 in order to help u. & I happen to be imperfect so im a 6.8. If i am paying to conceive what does it matter to a physician.They are here to help us not make a decision for us.As to when we can conceive that is not the purpose of this center.I kind of feel like a lil racism because .That is absolutely not a fertility clinics call as to when you can begin to ttc. i am just outraged because i went like 3 times .And every time they kept asking my fiance to do a semen analysis .And im telling them im working with me FIRST and to see if its me because he doesnt have health problems.She also suggested the highest freakin tests to do.Which is what i wasnt especting.I told her id like to try natural first like seeing if fertility pills or injection meds would work.But she insisted and ultimately never scheduled another follow up after my labs! This is so unacceptable im so disappointed with this place and working with Dr Goulet 👎🏾👎🏾
