Yeah thats a hard pass if your looking for a place to get checked out. They do not call back and it is a nightmare to get ahold of anyone. Beware... Find another clinic.

Did not have a great experience here. I was referred here by my doctor for lab work. They will not call you back no matter how many messages you leave. You have to catch them by calling multiple times. Again, this was only for the lab. The actual doctors office has someone who answers. This is only for the lady working the lab. Gave two stars because the actual appointment was good and the results were fast. However, they did not send the information to my doctor. It looks like they could use some more personal on the lab side.

Clinic itself provides great service and was referred here by my doctor. However, the scheduling department is an absolute nightmare. No option to ever speak directly with the scheduler. You have to leave a VM then they return a call. I returned 3 calls, could never get connected, and then emailed another lab contact I had at the office to directly help me with scheduling a follow up appt. for IUI consultation. Finally, then got on the phone with Courtney. She was very defensive from the second out conversation resumed. I was simply trying to see a doctor for help for my wife and myself. Been in sales and customer service for 10 years, when someone is trying to come use your service or pay you...you should proactively follow up! And when you do...do it kindly as they are a paying customer! Not returning here and would recommend you look elsewhere for service.

My husband went in for some testing recently and we were very impressed. Make sure to check their hours and set up an appointment, as it’s required. However, they got him in within 24 hours and we had the results later that afternoon. They made the process as easy as possible.

I used them once…impossible to get on the phone they call back at the worst times…just answer the phone. I get it if it was once but it’s every time you call for multiple days. Obviously has no interest in business.
