My spouse and I have had the best experience here at CARE. The team has been very helpful with our needs and working with our long commute. All questions about medications and the best care for the best outcome had been answered. The teams response time for getting back to us was always quick and efficient. Dr. Rudy and his team should be proud for the CARE they deliver!

This place was recommended to me by a family friend. She had nothing but good things to say and now I can confirm. They are great at what they do, their care is amazing. Would recommend this place a million times if I could.

Very happy with the level of care that the CARE Fertility team gave me and my partner.In the initial consult with Dr Quintero, we were both set at ease.Dr Quintero was friendly, often reached out personally to deliver test results and was generous with his time.He was helpful in answering questions and discussed what we should do based on our situation and what options were available.They did try to accomodate us at the Upland office as much as possible over the Glendale one as that was more convenient to us.Dr Quintero and his team made something we feared was impossible, possible for usThe team helped us to navigate the process of any testing needed to give us the best chance at success.We recently delivered a beautiful baby girl thanks to the CARE Fertility team.We plan to return for help with our second child in the near future.

I am so happy I chose this clinic. I visited a few clinics in the LA area and this was my first choice for many reasons. Dr.Quintero is very kind and genuine. He is honest and listens to what you want. His support team is amazing. Everyone knew me by name and made sure to check on me every step of the way. I want to give a special thanks to Lili and Jennifer!! They made all my visits special :) All of the exams and tests were made easy by exceptionally kind nurses. I never felt awkward or weird asking about anything. Everything was just made to be normal and casual. I cannot recommend this office enough! Thank you to everyone at CARE Fertility.

C.A.R.E. Fertility staff are awesome. Ultrasound Tech Jennifer is kind & professional. Morgan at the front desk always greets me with a smile. But specially Dr. Quintero made my husband & I feel welcomed. His professional opinion & advise helped me when I was feeling hopeless. For that I am gratefull. I saw Dr. Thomas in August 2023. I decided to post this in December 2023, after I finished a second cycle with another physician, who provided me with much better care and was able to retrieve 29 eggs. Dr. Thomas only got 3, and blamed me/my body for it.my original review:My overall experience w/ Dr. Semara Thomas is that I feel she is unprofessional.I was originally going to get care with another clinic but found out that Care Fertility was having a promotion, so I decided to go with Dr. Thomas since this price was significantly lower than what the other clinics quoted me. My initial consultation with Dr. Thomas felt very rushed, and in general, all my appts with Dr. Thomas felt very rushed and I felt like she would get annoyed when I would try to ask her questions to try to understand something. The clinic was also sloppy with appointments and follow ups and poor in communication in my opinion.Throughout the stims, Dr. Thomas mentioned to me at every pelvic ultrasound appt that she was expecting to retrieve around 10 eggs.Fast forward to my egg retrieval/surgery day: I was in the pre-op room lying in the hospital bed waiting to be taken to the OR. The RN was already tending to me. Dr. Thomas comes in around 7AM and says to the RN - OMG Im sooo tired I didnt get any sleep last night and then proceeds to complain to the RN about her personal problems with her boyfriend for 20 minutes....while I am lying there waiting for her to take me to the OR! By the way, she knew I was there, because the RN had said a few minutes into the conversation BTW Jacqueline is already here. Dr. Thomas didnt even acknowledge me. I was REALLY upset to hear the comment about her being tired right before performing a surgery on me and wanted to say something, but I felt stuck because I had already done the trigger injection and the surgery had to be done at that specific time. My biggest regret is not speaking up for myself at this time.When I woke up from the surgery, Dr. Thomas informed me that she was surprised that she punctured an endometrioma on my left ovary bc it bled and that she will be prescribing me antibiotics to prevent an infection. Apparently, she didnt know it was there in the beginning, even though it was previously noted from other doctors I had seen before her. She was only able to retrieve 3 eggs from my left ovary, and 0 from the right, because the ones on the right hadnt grown enough yet.I had a follow up visit where I wanted to ask what happened - why did we only get 3 eggs when ~10 were expected. I asked her if she triggered me too early, and I felt she was defensive when she was explaining to me that it wasnt and blamed my prior condition of endometriosis for a poor egg retrieval. (Then why did the second doctor get 29 eggs?) I also told her how I felt it was unprofessional for her to state in front of me before a surgery that she was tired/didnt get enough sleep and complain about her boyfriend and how that conversation made me uncomfortable. Her response to this was literally OK, no apology or anything. I pointed out that 2 other REs had noticed the endometrioma and also a uterine fibroid and I asked her if she had noticed these things, would the outcome have been different? She said, Jennifer, I dont understand what a growth in your uterus has to do with your egg freezing (my name is Jacqueline btw). Umm, bc I am freezing my eggs to get pregnant some day, so if I have a growth in my uterus that will prevent pregnancy, you need to be aware of it when I come back in the future to use these eggs?? I am in shock an RE made such a statement.Also, during ~9 days of stims, I had 4 pelvic ultrasound appts and my blood was drawn only 1 of these times. Most clinics in LA draw blood at every ultrasound appt, but this clinic only checked it once. I feel like they cut corners to save money. I recommend to stay away from this place. Embryos/eggs are too fragile to put in bad care in my opinion.

Im absolutely appalled at how poorly I was treated at CARE. I lost $8,000 to them because of their extremely shady payment and refund policy. I wish I had not trusted them as much as I did when I agreed to pay upfront for everything, not knowing how badly I was going to be treated...I wouldnt wish my experience on anyone else, if youre reading this please heed my warnings...I never met the doctor who was supposedly treating me (Dr. Thomas) or even spoke to her after my consult call. She didnt show up to scheduled exams and due to her negligence she completely missed an important new diagnosis that puts me at higher risk of complications with IVF. My PCP and gynecologist were appalled by the lack of professionalism to the point of potential malpractice. CARE also misdiagnosed my partner with a deadly disease which was traumatizing for us both.CARE ghosted me for months after repeated attempts on my part to get updates. After consulting with my gynecologist, I decided to part ways with CARE and get my money back for the services I no longer feel safe going through with. Their response was to deny me a refund and insist that they are the best in LA, and that that other women with my medical condition still go through with treatment. Their policy means that I have no agency over what risks I am comfortable with (risks they never disclosed with me to begin with, at that) and that they have the final say over whats best for MY body. This is unacceptable.

There are options out there, but none as great as this one. We are so fortunate to have been taken care by some of the most amazing people out there. My wife and I genuinely feel the excitement and connection with everyone here.The story about how we ended up at a fertility center may be similar to the many couples we sat next to in the waiting room. The experiences are difficult, the tears are real, and the smiles are always a sign of hope. We cant thank this team enough for all the smiles they have offered us. The moments when we were at our lowest didnt feel as lonely as I thought because we felt the caring energy from everyone.We had the opportunity to work with so many great individuals here. We want to thank Dr. Thomas for her positive energy and talent. She has always been our number one fan and we have no words to describe the amount of love we have for her. Thank you for being part of our journey.We also want to thank Morgan, Fatima, and Kate for going above and beyond with us. We interacted so much with them that their names just stayed with us, but everyone we worked with was professional, compassionate, and friendly. Thank you all for being part of our journey. Cant wait to come back for baby number 2 and be in the best hands out there.Hope definitely begins here.

From the moment my wife and I walked into the clinic we were greeted with smiles. Dr. Thomas and the nursing staff were absolutely amazing at answering our questions, handling our nervousness, and just generally treating us like family. We were lucky enough to get pregnant on the first try, which is exciting, but we are so sad that weve reached our last visit and are no longer in your care. If you are looking for a center that genuinely cares, and will make you feel heard and at peace throughout your fertility journey, Care Fertility is the option for you. Thank you all so much for your kindness, we will be back when we decide to grow our family.

Like any normal couple my wife and myself were very skeptical. Specially after having gone to another clinic where they had already drained us financially and emotionally. We scheduled our first visit and met with Dr.Quintero immediately he was honest of the risk and possibilities. Which is what you look for in a doctor honesty. We decided to proceed with the IVF procedure. The process was lengthy as with any IVF procedure but the team at the clinic make it more comforting. Our coordinator was Nancy Abraham We were so blessed to have her as our coordinator. She would literally take time out of her life to return our calls outside of the clinic hours. She was so informative and she was always attentive of all of our needs. Dr.Quintero was always there as well he gave us a direct number and will always answer no matter the day or time. In the end we thank God for putting us in the hands of this team. They did everything in their power to make this possible even when the odds where stacked against us a miracle came through and now we are soon to be parents. Thanks Dr.Quintero, Nancy, and the Care Fertility team. We will always be grateful for everything you guys did. God bless everyone there and keep up the good work. I highly recommend Care Fertilty especially Dr. Quintero. They took care of me and my husband from beginning to end. As we are now a family of three had our son October 2022. My husband and I are tremendously grateful and happy with our son. We will revisit Dr. Quintero within 2 yrs. Thank you to all Care Fertilty is the best.

Me and my wife first came here in 2019 looking for help to get pregnant and it worked! We got blessed with a healthy baby boy. We are glad that we chose this clinic, they are very friendly very professional and very helpful, not once have we felt out of place they answered every question we could think of. Now we are back in hopes of having a healthy baby girl, so far so great! We definitely recommend this clinic! Forever grateful.

We dont recommend this center at all but if youve gone there anyway be ready to wait for your work to be done in ages. It takes them forever to address the issue you told them about and had already scheduled an appointment for.They also advertise their free consultation a lot but when it comes to going to the office they will charge you for the mask.We didnt have a good welcoming experience.

I was excited to get a free consultation here after seeing some personal journey videos on tik tok and going through their website to hopefully start my journey, however when I called to make the free consultation with Dr. Quintero I was told it was not free and it was a $300 consult fee for a phone or office visit. I told them about what it says on their website about the free consult with Dr. Quintero she said it was only for their upland office the website never specified that. Very disappointed

After 2 unsuccessful iui treatments at home we seemed help with Care Fertility. Our first interaction with the office was the free consultation with the financial advisor and Dr.Thomas- they were straight to the point as to what they recommended and the cost which I loved. We felt comfortable and decided to move forward with them to do our medicated iui in July. I’m close to 3 months and extremely grateful to have went through Care fertility, their treatment and all of my appointments were fast and everyone was nice. The only downside is that they don’t accept my insurance and we paid everything out of pocket but overall it was worth it. After this baby if we decide on number 2 we will definitely be back!

I was very worried at the beginning of my visit to this office, since I speak English very badly, but during our cooperation I didn’t feel any discomfort in communication. It is very important! I am so happy my wife and I found this special place to go through the IVF process. With the help of a great team including Nancy A., Gensis, Jennifer and Dr. Quintero, our dreams of being parents have come true. From the first call to my current appointments everyone in their staff has been wonderful.Florrie, has always made sure that all my insurance questions are answered, and has gone above and beyond to get on the phone on my behalf to make sure all my financial matters are dealt with accordingly.My nurses Stephanie and Natasha are more than accommodating in regards to treatment, and work around my busy work schedule to accommodate my care. They are beyond empathetic and fully explain the process in detail. Theyve also made themselves available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for my many questions. I have their emails, and cell numbers because YES THEIR AVAILABLE FOR YOU AFTER BUSINESS HOURS.Im always greeted by name, and with a smile from their wonderful front desk team.Im also beyond thankful to the practice administrator Nayson, who has personally checked in on my treatment and has made himself available with anything and everything he can to help. Youre truly an amazing team of individuals and I will forever be grateful for all your kindness. Dr. Quintero who is an amazing Doctor, is very fortunate to be represented by an amazing team. I cannot stress how happy I am with this practice, I have a type A personality with several questions,concerns, and OCDs I always look for the best care and group of professionals.They have 3 locations, which is amazing. I used to see another fertility doctor at Cedars in Beverly Hills, but their lack of empathy, organization and commitment to my care drove me to look somewhere else. I was referred by my sister whos manager had great results from this office. Call them now, you wont be disappointed!

For weeks, I had been calling doctors and hospitals to schedule a time-sensitive test; no one had availability within the 10-day window that I needed. Care Fertility and Mayra made it happen and in the most stress-free manner imaginable. When I arrived for my procedure, the facility was SPOTLESS and the team was warm, welcoming, and professional. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Dr. Quinteros office. The staff is very nice, professional and easy to talk to; they made us feel super comfortable. Dr. Quintero is very respectful, he makes himself presentable, and gives you the answers that youre looking for at that moment. We are very happy to finally start a new beginning.

My partner and I came for a consultation here last week. When we got there, we were asked to wait in the waiting room for a few minutes. Eventually, someone came out and ushered us in. This person who ushered us in didnt introduce themselves, nor did they welcome us to the facility. I would later find out that we were talking to Dr. Semara Thomas (based on the name plate on her desk), who didnt even bother to introduce herself. The first question she asked before we could be seated was How can I help you? This is a fertility clinic. I think everyone has the same goal here. My partner and I both already felt put off by this doctors introduction before we even sat down, so we didnt answer the question. When we finally took our seats, my partner proceeded to engage the doctor by asking a question which she ignored. Instead, she repeated her original question this time a little more bluntly, How can I help you? At this point, I knew this consultation was not going to be very helpful for us. Dr. Thomas continued the consult peppering my partner with question after question, not fully stopping to really understand our unique situation. We spent a maximum of 5 minutes with Dr. Thomas, and both of us couldnt have gotten out of there quicker.Dr. Quintero, I know this is your facility. Perhaps you need to review with Dr. Thomas best practices with customers. She clearly needs to learn some manners.

I dealt with them as a surrogate (delivered baby boy in December 2019) from the first moment of contact they were absolutely amazing. Yeandry was kind and very helpful any time I asked a question. During transfer I was made to feel like royalty. I highly recommend this clinic!

First of all BIG thanks goes to DR Q and staff. He was excellent and was informative with questions I had for him. For anyone that is looking into IVF he is the second Dr I went to after the first DR told me he couldnt find my ovaries.. Apparently Dr Q had no issues Im now 20 weeks pregnant with Twins ( a Boy and Girl). And 42 years old first pregnancy!!! Never give up it is possible!! He warned me that I would be a high risk due to age and now with Twins. We are all doing well. Special thanks to Marianne my coordinator for helping and assisting us..

Dr. Quintero helped me conceive my beautiful daughter. He tells it like it is and gives you several options to take on your fertility journey. He is kind, polite, and easy to talk to. Maria and Claudia always called me back right away if I had any questions or concerns.

I came to care fertility for a few reasons, but I was referred from a coworker to get a consultation from Dr. Quinteros. I dont know about other peoples review, but I had a great experience. First, you get a free consultation which other places dont do that. From the moment I stepped into clinic the staff greeted me and where very kind. During the consult Dr. Quniteros was very nice and took the time to explain to me and answer all my questions. I did not feel at any time that he was insensitive to me or he bad communication skills. Ive had really good and bad doctors, but Dr. Quniteros is a great doctor. My advise is to your research before and write your list of questions for him. Maria the patient services representative went over the cost of everything. Marianne is the patient coordinator. She reviewed my medications. Mariacruz is truly a wonderful nurse. What I like about Care Fertility staff is they are friendly and they follow up in a timely manner. I had surgery with Dr. Quintero and he called me to follow up. He is everything he should be. So far, I would highly recommend Care Fertility.

First of all I thank Doctor Quintero and my coordinator Yeandry for the excellent people and the great care fertility team. My experience was the best with them. It was worth everything I had. I am happy to fulfill my dream of waiting for my babies. Thank God and care fertility blessings 😊

After visiting many Doctors and loosing hope to be a mother, I found Dr. Quintero he is the BEST. He took the time to explained my health situation and gave me hope. I’m now the mother of twins. I recommend him.

The doctor was just going to have me waiting for her if I didnt call the office, after waiting 15 mins for her. Then her acting as if the lack of communication is okay. Never saw her. Terrible way to deal with patients. Go somewhere else.

This place is bad they r greedy about money . We had treatment with them. They did many time blood work but not one time did they explain lab test to us, we did two embryo transfers which failed.We where disappointed tired physically & emotionally we gathered our medical records & a family friend recommended us to a doctor he by just seeing my labs & doing an ultrasound found signs of endometriosis & PCOS when he toke the time to explain the blood work to us we felt taken advantage of emotional & mentally not to mention financially . We came to care Fertility with hopes & dreams we knew & know it’s not an easy road but we put ourselves in who we thought where professionals hands & they can’t find that problem. Now we are in treatment with doctor our recommendations please don’t go there they r just looking money they have forgotten or have chosen to forget the human side of there filed.

I went to Care fertility after 1 yr of trying with a different clinic and spending money but saw no results , I went to Care fertility and Dr. SEMARA THOMAS took Care of me she was so professional and warm to talk to, the whole staff really took good care of me. After covid19 my dream came true and I became pregnant, I am on my 6 month of pregnancy. Dr. Semara Thomas is dream maker. I highly recommend Care fertility

Horrible experience go away they only care about money. I expended a lot a money there I pay rudy quintero for a hysteroscopy that he never made and I pay him 2 ivf no results cause he never check my uterus with the hystetoscopy That was paid alredy ....I espend 2 years in this clinic 2017 and 2018. i change the clinic in 2019 and they only did a histeroscopy and woww i got pregnant because I had a scar and dr .berger removed and guess what i got pregnant same month that he did the Hysteroscopy...so stay away they only care about money check your uterus first and dont pay something that he never does....the worst doctor...the price for my ivf the first one $$14999 and second he made a discount but still high plus medicine do the math I lost about $$29999 ...

Very bad expirience. not enough information. expend about 25000 dollar for nothing. at the time of the invitro process they infome that they have to discard the frozen eggs becouse they were bad. they worked whith Fairfax egg bank which the clinic toldme don worry they going yo reembols your money or replace the eggs. not received nothing back from tha bank. bacouse the clinic told them the unlees 1 egg was good. so no money back no eggs teplace. this os a mafia between the clinic and the egg bank. i lost all my life saving with this clinic.

I thought about it a lot before uploading this comment but in reality we are very upset by the situation we had in this place if I didnt have a star I wouldnt give it any. It was an unpleasant experience and not with the staff but with Dr. Rudy Quintero himself who of course True, his name suits him very well because he is too rude, an unpleasant experience, they charged for services that they promised me on the phone, but when we got there, it was not like that, the day of the appointment arrived, we arrived, we waited for 30 minutes in the room, the receptionist handed us the Dr. Rudy was never friendly, he never told us, take a seat. My husband, we looked at each other and decided to sit. He at the computer didnt turn to look at us. After a few seconds, he finally told us, well, how can I help you? We, happy and nervous, started to tell what We agreed that it was only a minute that we were with the one that happened. I told her what I had talked to the receptionist about and what she had offered me. know why to convince us to give the first payment she offers the services that is why I gave my first payment to schedule the appointment of course she told me that the doctor could not waste his time because he was too busy for me to have heard the doctor say that she I didnt know anything, it bothered me but well, they kept my first payment, the ultrasound for the first checkup never happened, they didnt want to return my money, I dont want it, I just want to make it clear to all this that my feelings were hurt, I left with a lump in my throat and With tears in my eyes, my husband was very sad with me. I had already decided not to continue searching, but thank God I found a place that provides good service, Dr. Rudy Quintero. One goes with many hopes for you to treat us like this. In this way, you have to have ethics in your professionalism if they have it.🥹

After so much time waiting, today thanks to you our girl is 7 years old, a wonderful dream, I just have to say Thank you for everything.

Hello everyone, if I had to choose between giving 0 stars I would do so without thinking twice, this is an inexperienced place. I dont know what professionalism some people talk about if they are not, they are going to take good care of you the first day you go and they ask you what treatment you want, they offer you the package and they dont tell you that you have to pay for very expensive treatments, which in the end They are of no use, and they tell you that you should grab more if you want to continue fighting for the eggs to grow. If they were experts, they should know if a person can get pregnant or not, so you dont waste your time and your money. In short, you throw away the money. money wasted in this place, they should think a thousand times before visiting this place, they performed a surgery and it seems that an apprentice did it because they sewed it up very ugly... what a terrible service... but if you want to risk your money and time and Let them play with your feelings, go to this place, if you dont think about it very carefully...

I HOPE YOU READ IT UNTIL THE END SO THAT YOU DO NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS. 😢😢😔😔I totally agree with the people who give 1 star 🌟 I really thought a lot about publishing this HORROR that happened to me there, I feel humiliated, robbed, depressed, they played with our illusions, its been a year since we decided to go for treatment there, and when they sell the supposed package to you they often tell you that there are 5 opportunities that you have to try to get pregnant, we gave 28,000 dollars and on the first opportunity I did not get pregnant 😭😢😢 they called me to tell me and I thought they were missing 4 more, or surprise, in order to continue, they were going to contact me again with the Treasury because I had to give more money.Where they would have told me that after giving all that amount of money I had to give more, I would NEVER have accepted.They sell you a package where everything is supposedly included and when you start they charge you for more things and additional items.My God, please dont fall for these people, they never called me again after that to continue.The people who give 5 🌟 pay them or are profiles that they perhaps create themselves.Believe me, everything I am writing is TRUE, I have proof, photos and videos because I wanted to document it to have a supposedly beautiful memory 😞

Hello, how do you know, I came with this doctor Quintero and the truth is, my experience was phenomenal, excellent, I thank God who used this doctors hands to be able to implant our baby, we did IVF and everything, thank God, went very well and now we have been five weeks and two days I highly recommend this doctor, he goes with you in every process and he speaks to you sincerely, he knows what he is doing and he does his job very well and I and my husband are happy growing our family🙏🤍✨

Be wary if you see comments with 1 or 2 opinions, they are probably from friends or family of the owner of the clinic, the truth is, as you will see in many comments, they are only interested in the money, when my wife and I went, we were happy. They wanted to force us to cut the deal and how we didnt think so, they made a very unfriendly face, that fucking doctor looks like hes quite a sucker, on TV he appears like a princess announcing his Dr. Quintero clinic wow, pure lies, I have such hypocrisies drs, better look for another clinic.😁
