I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Rodgers and her amazing team of nurses for many years to initially freeze eggs then get pregnant via donor sperm. She is a no BS doctor, but exactly what you need going through these process and her nurses are amazing. My son is three and thriving. Best decision ever. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have only wonderful things to say about our experience with FCI. But I must point out that you have a really special staff member in Nataly. She has been my ultrasound tech throughout this cycle and she is the most kind, compassionate and all around lovely person. She immediately puts me at ease and has such a great energy to her. I will miss seeing her weekly!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the Fertility Centers of Illinois (Glenview location). I visited the clinic on June 21, 2024, for a sperm analysis and paid $99 upfront, expecting results within a week as promised. Despite multiple follow-up calls on July 2, 8, 10, 11, and 22, I was repeatedly told someone from the nurses office would contact me, but no one ever did.Eventually, I lost faith in the process, disputed the charge with my credit card company, and requested that the testing be canceled. Despite informing the clinic, I continued to receive bills for the same $99. Each time I called to explain the situation, I was assured the issue would be noted and resolved. Yet, the bills kept coming.Today, months later and after relocating to another state, I received notice that my account is being sent to collections. The test results have still not been uploaded to my patient portal, and my attempts to resolve this matter have been ignored.This experience has been deeply disappointing. The lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability from this clinic is unacceptable. I hope no one else has to endure such a stressful and unresolved situation.

I cannot say enough how kind, warm, and comforting Cristina was as my ultrasound tech. Over the course of 9 months of treatment, Cristina saw me regularly and would always greet me with a smile 😊, asking how I was doing, upcoming trips, and fun life updates. Frequently clinic visits were made much more enjoyable by Cristina - I’m so grateful for her!

The team at the fci glenview location is fantastic - specifically the phlebotomists Olja and Tarnia and the techs Natalie and Christina. I have a very difficult time with the blood draws (every time) and unfortunately faded on one of my visits and they are always very empathetic and caring, despite doing this all day, every day. A few of the nurses have also helped us out and have been really great - Amber, Kat, Ashley, Caitlin, and our primary nurse Alyssa is the best (she’s based at a different location) and has completely flipped around our initial experience (at the river north location) for the better! The weekend nurses that call with results (name starts with an M) are great as well. We appreciate you!

I’ve had a great experience at the Glenview location. Cristina and Nataly are the kindest ultrasound techs who genuinely care about their patients. Tarnia and the phlebotomy staff are fantastic and always greet me with a smile. Michelle and Valencia at the front desk are always helpful and professional. I’m so appreciative of everyone at this clinic for helping to make this difficult journey a bit more tolerable :)

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at FCI Glenview! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel welcome and at ease. Michelle and Valencia are amazing at scheduling and making sure the process is seamless from the moment I walk in. I couldn’t believe that I could be in and out of an ultrasound and bloodwork appointment within 10-15 minutes.The phlebotomy team was equally impressive—my blood draws were quick and virtually painless, thanks to their skill and attention to comfort. They show empathy and really care about their patients.The ultrasound staff (Cristina and Nataly) are incredibly kind and attentive. They ensured I felt comfortable during the procedure and explained each step along the way. They really make coming in for appointments feel like you are seeing a caring friend.Overall, every member of the team contributed to a supportive and caring environment. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and compassion I received and continue to receive from them. Highly recommend FCI Glenview for anyone on their fertility journey!

Life changing experience from start to finish. During Covid 2020 we were approved to start a clinical trial by referral of Dr. We had an amazing nurse who always followed up with us, through every delay and prolonged test result. In the end we have our baby girl (now 3) and would highly recommend to any family seeking to have a baby.

Every woman I have encountered at FCI has been amazing! At the Glenview office, Tarnia (phlebotomist) is the best in her field and Kristina who does ultrasounds, I call her my Lucky Charm! Shout out to Dr. Rodgers and RN Bri- thank you all for making me feel like you are truly in my corner and doing what’s best for my journey!

Christina and Nataly were amazing techs to work with and truly made for a personalized experience. They take the time to get to know their patients and create a comfortable space to work through what can be a very difficult process. Overall I had a great experience with FCI and am now expecting in 2025!

Everyone that works here is great. Natalie is the most gentle and sweet ultrasound tech on earth! I drive a little further from my home to go to this location, mainly because of her for all of my monitoring! All of the testing can feel intimidating and invasive, she makes it a breeze ensuring you’re always comfortable. We have been working with Dr Rodgers exclusively and are getting closer to the finish line — starting our family. My husband worked with Dr.Ohlander after years of multiple other doctors from various different practices dropping the ball. All it took was one appointment and Dr. Ohlander had us on the right path to the procedure no other doctors suggested. After nearly a decade, being in a constant state of helplessness and feeling lost the team at FCI became our North Star guiding us to our dream of having a family. Highly recommended.

Dr Rapisarda is the MVP! His expertise and consistent dedication to our case provided the results we’ve been dreaming of.I cant say enough about the exceptional care that Nurse Kellie Smith provided my husband and me during our 14 months at Fertility Centers of Illinois. Kellie was incredible at keeping us informed, always following up with test results within just a few hours. She made sure to leave voicemails and messages through the portal, offering help whenever we needed it. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine passion shone through in every interaction. Throughout our journey to conceive, I began to see Kellie as my lifeline, as she was the one I turned to during both the highs and the lows. Ive never encountered a nurse as dedicated as she is. While Im overjoyed to share that weve successfully conceived, I cant help but feel a bit saddened that I wont be able to connect with Kellie daily anymore. I will always be grateful to her and the entire team. This clinic truly is remarkable.I can’t forget to mention three other amazing women who had a helping hand. Cristina, Nataly, Olja, and Tarnia were so warm and welcoming. Anyone who has them for their ultra sounds or bloodwork is truly lucky!

Everyone at this location always made me feel very comfortable and welcomed, but Nataly always went above and beyond & I feel like I grew a closer relationship with her. Always very informative & made me feel very comfortable during my ultrasounds.Her work ethic & empathy shows how much she loves and enjoys her job.Im so glad I picked the right team to help me during this process.

Tarnia is the best phlebotomist by far! I have tricky veins and she has mastered them, making my experience that much easier. Not only that, but she offers compassionate care, making me feel more than a patient each time I come to visit. I can’t say enough positive things about her as she’s truly one of a kind!

Cristina is nothing short of amazing! She understands how we are feeling and makes us feel comfortable at every appointment. We truly look forward to seeing her and having her reassure us!

I’m always greeted early by Michelle or Valencia. Cristina and Nataly always talk me through good or bad US information and smile and laugh making the harder experiences easier. Olja and Tarnia truly help end the visit with smiles, and laughter. They are a great group and wish their behavior towards me (care, attention, generosity) and not worrying about time constraints, would run off on the doctors and or some of the nursing staff at times. We are people and what we’re doing is hard, scary, sad, and sometimes feels like we are just another dollar sign :(

Lindsey is one of the best nurses I have encountered. She responds to the portal messages quickly, shes empathetic and answers all questions. I am glad to have her on my physician team!

Thank you to all the staff at FCI glenview especially Cristina, my ultrasound tech. She has been wonderful! I am truly grateful for her kindness, positivity and support as I navigate this fertility journey. She’s knowledgeable, patient as well as efficient and always makes me feel at ease. She’s the best!

Dr. Rapisarda and all of the staff at FCI gave me my family. I have 3 beautiful daughters (6,4 and 2). I felt heard and was met with honesty through every step.

Absolutely the worst response time from the Clinic. Every time I call and leave a message. Nobody responds. I use the New Patient Portal and submit a question or try to get my Lab Results and 3 weeks later, still no response. I honestly wish we started this process with a different provider. Im so frustrated with FCI. I wish they could just respond in a timely fashion.

Overall, there were definitely times of frustration with FCI but they were all problems with the system and staffing. Communication was difficult when I lost my amazing nurse Kristin. Dr. Nani is very kind and knowledgeable, Cristina and Nataly were very kind and professional, Tarnia and Olgas blood draws were always painless. Front desk ladies were respectful. Natalia from finances always responded quickly. The process of fertility treatment is financially, physically, and emotionally taxing but Im very grateful for my team and will always be thinking of them. (Took away 1 star mainly because we often got calls about results later in the day and we ended up rushing to drive to Warrenville for meds before VFP closed. This never happened when Kristin called back in the mornings.)

I did testing on August 2nd and still don’t have my results. Called twice to follow up (as directed by an employee) only to be told it takes up to two week (which its been more than two weeks, which they acknowledged both times). My partner is also awaiting test results.Staff could not provide me with a time frame or next steps. Hoping someone will call after reading this review.Very discouraging and no empathy shown by staff. Recommend going else where if this is the type of care they provide.

Cristina, Dr. Rodgers, Amanda, all of the nurses & phlebotomists are AMAZING! They made my experience here one of the best! We can’t say enough nice things about this team!Only giving 4 stars because the billing department is a whole other story…. So I took 1 star away. But love everyone else!

Always have a very positive vibe coming here for my appointments. The ultrasound teach (Nataly) always makes me smile and greet me with positive energy.

I absolutely love coming to this gorgeous office! Always very timely, in and out which is always great ! I look to my time with Tarnia who I’ve been lucky enough to have draw my blood almost every time I’ve come to the office. I am not the easiest blood draw and she always does it with such easy and care. We also are usually laughing the whole time! She definitely puts a smile on my face every time I see her and I always feel like I’m in good hands when I’m with her. Had a diagnostic appointment hat this location and had a great experience. The facility itself is very clean and spacious. The front desk ladies were very welcoming and the ultrasound tech, Jenna was very nice and made me feel comfortable. She explained the process and answered my silly questions. All around great experience!

If I place anyone in this center, it is the team that cares about you more than the doctor because it is satisfied and begins to take without caring about the feelings of the couple who wish to have a child and are forced to believe every thread of hope and waste all the money they have just for a word of hope from the doctor and the doctor has two options, a sweet tongue and conscience. I consider one of the most honest people I have ever dealt with to be a moral, compassionate, and kind person named AGNES. She is at the Glanview Center and was more concerned about my health than the doctor and myself as well. The nurses draw blood and ultrasound deserve five stars more than anyone else in the center.

One of the best decisions I ever made to continue my journey in this clinic. From my dr.A Rodgers my nurse Kelly to my ultrasound team Nataly and Cristina and the girls that did my bloodwork i can’t thank them enough for everything!!! Five stars are not enough… You deserve more!!! Thank you!!!

I’ve gotten pregnant with 2 babies from FCI and I feel everytime the care has been superb. Dr Hershfeild Is someone I’ll always recommend as she is thoughtful but to the point. She doesn’t sugars cost anything and I love that. Cristina Z. Has been my main ultrasound tech with my current pregnant and was there every step of the way when embryo transfers failed and then was finally successful! I’d call her a friend :)

I really appreciate the kindness and warmth of the front desk staff, as well as Nataly, one of the tech nurses.Nataly made me feel cared for which means a lot when you’re going through fertility struggles.I also get queezy from needles and don’t like getting my blood drawn, but Tarnia Lake, one of the phlebotomists, does a really good job and makes the experience as pain free as possible!

Had such a wonderful experience, the doctor was amazing, and all the staff. My ultrasound tech was Nafaly and she was so kind and knowledgeable.

The office has a bit of confusion when scheduling or returning calls. ( they are getting better) However, most of the techs like Christina, and the phlebotomist, Tarnia, make this stressful process smoother. Grateful for kindness and professionalism that really make the difference!

This place is a joke! The rudest staff ever. WE HAD TO WAIT A MONTH FOR THE RESULTS! Each time we called, the answer was we will send email to the nurse. A month to release the results??? Absolute joke! Please don’t waist your time with this clinic.

This is my second IVF cycle at Fertility Centers of Illinois (Glenview location). The place is nice and clean. My doctor (John Rapisarda) gives the impression of a professional who knows what to do. The people at the clinic are friendly and always try to help. The nurse Avery keeps you informed and gives you detailed instructions regarding medications and next steps. The ultrasound technicians Nataly and Kristina do everything to make you feel comfortable during the procedure. The phlebotomist Olja does her job amazingly, so you can barely feel it. Overall I have a good impression of this place.

Love Dr. Rapisarda, Kellie, Nataly, Cristina, Tarnia, Olga and everyone else at Glenview who has cared for me so well throughout this process. IVF isn’t an easy journey, but this team has shown me careful expertise and kindness every step of the way. They are all the very best and I am grateful to be in their care:)

Dr. Rodgers and FCI deserves 0 stars. She is completely unsympathetic and has the most fake demeanor of any doctor that I have met. We were patients of Dr. Jacobs in 2017 and experienced nothing short of stellar care at the time, but sadly this facility has gone way downhill. Dr. Rodgers could never give us any good answers as to why both of our FETs didnt work after tons of poking and prodding, always trying to push for something else stating you have great insurance. Additionally, be sure to thoroughly check your billing statements because they will be wrong and you will be fighting with them to reverse charges for weeks. They are refusing to send any of my FCI records to my OBGYN, even though he is my referring doctor, stating that I need to pay money to do so. I suggest using an alternate facility.

Positive stars are for the medical staff who talk you through everything they see and follicle sizes during the ultrasounds. The blood techs are also great. Writing a review because of an unpleasant front desk experience. I’ve gone to countless appointments since July and have almost always paid online afterward. I know it’s an option as I do it frequently, AND it shows as an option when I check in. When I got to my 6:30 appointment, it was a long check in process and after about 4 minutes of checking in, I was asked to pay before getting sent back. I asked if I could just pay online as my saved card wasn’t working. I was told it’s a requirement to pay upfront. I responded that I had an hour and twenty minute drive to work and am trying to get in and out but okay, then I paid my copayment in advance.When the ultrasound tech came to get me, I heard the front desk person let her know I had an hour and half drive, followed by a laugh. I’m not really sure why me driving so far into the suburbs before getting back to my first hour class period is funny, but that left me with a very unsettling feeling in my stomach. Last thing you want at a facility like this is to be ridiculed for being stressed.Hoffman Estates on the other hand, listened to my timing issues with empathy and always tries to get me in and out ASAP. Everyone knows how chaotic the morning shuffle is, and apparently almost everyone knows that paying online keeps the line moving. Unfortunately for me, 5 minutes can make a difference in being late to a class full of students or not. I would highly suggest listening to clients with empathy and making everyone fully aware of all copayment options.

Overall, FCI is not a good place to receive fertility care due to their lack of attention to detail but to make things worse at this location there is a woman who answers phones and sits at the front desk that likes to argue with people rather than solve problems. There is an administrative woman at this office who spoke unkindly to my wife that I had to physically meet my wife at the location to make sure she got what she needed from the medical staff. The front desk woman acts as a gate keeper to actual medical staff when she has no business interjecting in the medical process. Instead of asking for a nurse to speak to us, this woman kept reading the chart notes and saying there was nothing she can do about it. I agree, there is nothing she can do about anything medical and needs to involve the right people. It seems as if the overall theme of FCI is forgetting the sensitive reason people are their customers.

Nataly is a wonderful and talented lady. I have seen her frequently over my many rounds of Ivf. She is efficient, skilled, and has amazing bedside manner. I always feel at ease when she is there — in the most stressful of situations—.because she is warm, honest and kind.

My IVF experience was great. I felt cared for and understood. If I had any questions they were always answered. If I called and left a message I would always get a call back. This process can be hard at times but the support was great.

I have enjoyed all of the staff at FCI Glenview. They have made my experience seamless each time I go in. Shout out to Tarnia for making the blood draw so easy! Thank you all.

I would no stars if I could. You have 2 stars for a reason. I was not allowed near my wife at all when anything was being discussed or explained. I told I had to do a semen analysis. After completing the semen analysis I was erroneously bill Instead of my insurance. To rectify this, they took a photo copy of my drivers license and insurance card. I was billed again and they still has my wife’s information Input as mine. When I called their billing office and tried to explain what was wrong, I was hung up on because she was upset I called her “ma’am” instead of her name. 6 months after the fact I am still being billed. This place is a joke, please seek your care from literally any other provider.Update: I called the Veterans Affairs they said I WAS billed incorrectly and they had 180 days to bill them correctly. I was told I was not at fault, not to worry and they would be fixing this. To my surprise I got a call from FCI telling me I’m responsible for this bill and they would so graciously forgive my bill if I took down this review. So on top of lying to me they tried to hide the truth from potential clients. I have the $200 dollars, what I don’t want is anyone else falling into this trap. If you don’t want bad reviews, maybe do a better job? This could have been fixed months ago but here we are.

I d like to share my experience with the Fertility Center of Illinois . I am currently undergoing IVF, and I want to mention the special help of Nataly - an ultrasound technician. She does an excellent job and is not only perfect specialist in her field but also possesses human qualities that are invaluable during the challenging time of IVF. I highly recommend her as the best specialist :)

Nataly my ultrasound tech was AMAZING! She was super friendly, kind, and very professional! 10/10 HIGHLY recommended!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with FCI - Glenview Dr. Nani and her nurse Kristin. I was there to achieve my first pregnancy and in total with their practice about 5 months. Kristin answered my many many questions with so much patience and care, I never felt like I was a bother. Im currently 6 months pregnant and have been back at my OBGYN for months but graduating back was a sad time as I was really going to miss the entire team at FCI. I am eternally grateful for you all!!! Also, I loved how early they open as I was able to schedule all of my bloodwork and ultrasound appts before work.

All the phlebotomists here are amazing. Tarnia Lake specifically was quick and gentle. I have anxiety about getting my blood drawn due to bad experiences. I hardly felt anything getting my blood drawn by Tarnia.

Dr. Rodgers is not an asset to Fertility Centers of IL. I began my fertility journey with this person and quickly halted our progress due to a severe lack of empathy. I received a saline sonogram and unfortunately experienced a lot of pain. There was a lack of care from the all-female team, which was such a disappointment. There was no follow up after this experience, which shows how disingenuous this doctor is. Furthermore, there were no notes included on the sonogram document, which I feel is very careLESS when it comes to care. If you didnt know this doctor wrote a book, you will certainly find out several times during your time together. I highly do not recommend going down this path, but obviously I support your right to choose.

Thank you to Dr. Nani, my nurse, Kristin and sonographer, Christina who are some of the most compassionate people you will find in this industry. Dr. Nani succeeded twice in helping me achieve and sustain pregnancy. So thankful to have had this team whilst going through a very difficult time in my life. Thank you for my miracles!!!

Honestly if it wasn’t for Dr. Nani, I wouldn’t have anything to do with this center. Kristin, Dr. Nani’s nurse is completely rude, condescending, and disrespectful. Every interaction is as if she is the physician and with zero compassion. She needs to get a new job because she sounds very very unhappy and it shows in the way she communicates with her patients. This is just over the phone too, I’d hate actually having to work or see her in person because I’m sure my blood pressure would go up. If you are not going to be kind as a nurse in this field, go elsewhere.

Throughout my treatment at FCI, the Glenview clinic was my primary site of care. The facility itself is clean/new, offers onsite parking, and appointments outside of standard business hours. The staff was fantastic! The Ultrasound technicians (especially Natalie and Christina) were competent, efficient, and kind. After discovering multiple losses, these ladies treated my partner and me with compassion, empathy and respect while delivering the hard news. And when the time came to deliver the good news of a healthy baby/pregnancy, they were thrilled for us. It felt like they were rooting for us with each step in our journey. The phlebotomy staff (especially Angel) were great - quick and nearly pain-free. And the front desk staff was always kind and efficient with check-ins. Infertility is an emotionally challenging journey and the healthcare system is not perfect. You have to be your own advocate, but that is true with any healthcare experience. I found that with a bit of patience, kindness, and understanding - my needs were always met by this clinic. Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience at FCI. I would recommend Dr. Rapisarda to anyone struggling with fertility issues. He is kind, patient and really knows his stuff. I felt cared for by both him and his nurse Agnes. The Glenview clinic is efficient and courteous-- I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment and most days I was in and out within 15 minutes for monitoring. Their phlebotomist (I wish I knew her name-- she is there almost every day) and ultrasound techs were very caring and kind. In the future, I will return to this clinic and I will let anyone I know who needs help to reach out to them.

This place is a joke. Simply put, they compromised 2 out of my 4 planned IUI cycles. If you are eager to conceive quickly, due to advanced maternal age or any other factor, I don’t have to explain to you how frustrating missing even just ONE month can be. The office staff continually “forgot” to inform me on next steps throughout my pregnancy journey. I felt that I was left in the dark through the whole process, but that’s just the beginning. The office staff neglected to call in prescriptions, to verify insurance in a timely manner, etc. I also thought it was odd that I spoke to an actual doctor only once during the whole process. Lastly, since deciding to seek support somewhere else (something I put off for months out of fear of having to redo all my tests), retrieving my personal medical records from FCI has been impossible. After 27 days of my constant e-mail and voicemail messages, I finally received a response asking me to resubmit my signed form and wait at least another 30 days. No explanation other than they “don’t check the portal” I was told to use. Needless to say, I don’t have time for that, thus I’m redoing necessary tests at a new clinic. I wish I would have left this place much sooner. This whole experience left me stressed almost to the point of tears. My new clinic on the other hand has been incredibly communicative and kind. They even shared they see a lot of former FCI patients. Can’t say I’m surprised!

Nobody answers the phones or returns your emails or calls in medical records so you can’t even start treatment elsewhere in a timely manner. The same message about all agents are busy kicks in after three rings. Stay away!!! Wait months for other practices in IL to take you, it’s well worth it.

Despite seeing the low reviews, my partner and I decided to give it a shot. We both had fertility workups done.. my results came back pretty fast but it took weeks to get his back and that was due to my consistent calling. Our second appointment was canceled but we didnt find out until arriving; a receptionist left a note on our account saying that she called but neither of us received a phone call to notify us of the cancellation and need to reschedule. Super disappointed with this experience.

Zero stars. I came for an appointment and the referral didn’t state specifically semen analysis, but reproductive. So they made me reschedule even though I was early, even after getting the correct referral. I offered to pay completely out of pocket and just wouldn’t accept it. Absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service.

Nataly has been amazing since the beginning of my journey. And my journey is still going and I’m so grateful to have Nataly!

How do I even begin to review a doctor and team that made me a mom? Im sitting here with my 8 month old son in my arms and honestly the happiest Ive ever been. Our journey was a long one but it was worth it. I loved Dr. Nani from the beginning. Always very positive and very informative. Our IUIs were unsuccessful, so we toOk a year off. When we were ready to start our first round of IVF, Dr. Nani was ready to be aggressive. We loved our team-our nurse and flabatomist with us through it all and i consider them friends now. Our first round worked and I gave birth in May. We will be back very soon for a frozen transfer!

I can’t speak highly enough of FCI and Dr. Rapisarda. I used their services 10/2019-3/2020 and had my baby girl 10/2020. Dr. Rapisarda was very straightforward and clear about what the process entailed and what his recommendation was. His nurse, Laura, was a god send as well. She did an amazing job keeping me calm and getting back to me when I had questions I honestly couldn’t have done it without her support. I’m sure things have changed since COVID, but we’ll be looking into going back shortly for another round :)

Nataly has been so wonderful and insightful. She makes every visit so much easier and no stress.

Patient communication is horrible. They will schedule your appointment, then call you back to reschedule it, because the time they gave you is reserved for their manager. When you show up to your scheduled time they will turn you away, because they failed to confirm it . They will lie into your face, saying they made a call to confirm, when actually they didnt. Between Hoffman Estates and Glenview offices, both were nothing but awful experience. Stay away from Fertility Centers of Illinois.

Tarnia is the best phlebotomist! My husband even asks did you get your favorite plebotomist today?

I can’t speak highly enough of FCI and Dr. Rapisarda. I was a poor responder to the initial stimulation protocol and Dr. Rapisarda worked with my husband and I; and was open to trying as many protocols as we were. During our second cycle (first was cancelled due to one egg) I still was not responding. I asked Dr. Rapisarda to go in for the one egg just to assess for egg health and he was open to that. Most doctors would have told me to cancel the second cycle and encouraged egg donors due to a desire to preserve their numbers. I never felt like a number to Dr. Rapisarda. I’m so grateful he let me determine if the cycle was to continue and so grateful for his patience. Without him and FCI we wouldn’t be pregnant with our first baby. I couldn’t thank him enough.His nurse, Laura, is a god send as well. She did an amazing job helping me manage my anxiety related to this process and I honestly couldn’t have done it without her support. My experience at FCI was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone. (Also! The phlebotomists and ultrasound techs at Glenview are so kind and amazing as well. Loved them all)This process so full of unknowns but whenever I asked for guidance, information or support from FCI, I received it.THANK YOU FCI!

Horrific. Not only have they not returned my call regarding my recent experience but they basically made me feel like something was very very wrong for someone who is not qualified to do so.Woman who called me for my “results” implied some crazy stuff and rushed me off the phone. For some extremely sensitive information I couldn’t believe the thoughts she put in my head. My OBGYN was absolutely horrified and upset when I told her the story. For everyone whole labeled this as a “fertility mill” who churns out 50+ girls a day is absolutely right. Ladies honestly this was beyond a nightmare for me.

I thank this clinic for their professionalism, especially Dr. Rogers, nurse Amanda and ultrasound technician Natalie, I am very pleased that I chose this particular clinic

Just like every other comment Patient communication Was willing to pay my bill and couldn’t seem to get anyone on the phone for three days waiting for Victoria and waiting for Rita Saying something as a emergency they should call you back as soon as possible but instead I have to look for somebody in contact and feel like a stocker from how many times I called to speak to someone at the front desk lacks communication and could never help with the situation besides making appointment if it wasn’t for the doctor here I would never be here

The lab and ultrasound technicians are amazing! Olja and Christina are the best.

Dr. Kaplan, the nurses, and my tech, Nataly, at the Glenview location are kind, knowledgeable, and great to work with!

Complete lack of communication with patients and with each location for Fertility Centers of Illinois. Call center info is unreliable at best. Receptionists at this location are silent. I recommend any other fertility center in the state of Illinois.

It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. It took four weeks for us to receive test results that they had after one week. I do not recommend this facility nor will we be returning.

Horrific experience. Insanely incompetent nurses. I wouldn’t trust them if I were you. It’s experiences like this that shake whatever tiny bit of faith you have in the predatory healthcare system in this county.

Worst place ever. Listen to these reviews. Any testing is done between hours of 6:30am and 12pm. So if you have a job, you can’t follow up because they only do testing when it’s absolutely the most inconvenient time for their patients.

The whole Glenview team is the absolute best!

WORST ... I MEAN THEY HAVE THE WORST STAFF. Extremely rude, they all have attitude. Also it is extremely pricey for no reason.
