I have been going to this doctors office for years and it is a great place. The employees are nice and always ready to help. Sherri is the best. She works with you , she is a very down to earth person, and she just gets it. We love her❤️

Staff was amazing, sweet and kind. Sheri really made me feel like a regular person and wants to help me. The different services offered are incredible and convenient. I’m comfortable taking with Sheri who is dedicated and takes her job seriously and with passion.

Dr. Stephanie Byers was incredible. I have never had someone spend so much time with me. She is incredibly thorough, taking time to ensure she truly heard me. I felt absolute relief after meeting with her. I finally felt like I could trust someone and that she truly cares!

I just left Black rock for a first intake to go there for mental and addiction help and the nurse practitioner that did my intake was a very sweet pleasant woman that I enjoyed speaking with. I had no anxiety issues like I usually do on first visits and she made me feel very comfortable to speaking about my physical and mental diagnosis s . Soo I would just like to give a shout out to Black Rock because of their support team and dedication they are to the public for treatment! Thank you Black Rock

Sheri is awesome. Changing doctors can be a daunting task that feels overwhelming. However, by the end of my first visit, I felt as if she had been someone I lve known for years. Sheri is very easy to talk with, appears to be a judgement free practice. The office is very warm and inviting. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a new provider.

Very nice office and staff. The injections were fast and easy! I got Botox in my forehead and lips, and it was a fast and mostly easy process. The lips were a bit more tender but I was handled with care. I cant wait to see how it all fills out!

Sheri is the most dedicated and caring practitioner I have ever seen! You can talk to her about absolutely anything and she never makes you feel uncomfortable! The moment you walk through the front door her amazing staff always smiles and says hello and they are never too busy to answer any questions you have! I wish all medical practices were like this one and I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for me!

Highly recommend was on methadone for a year and wasn’t for me and the facility seem to work against me trying to get clean but waking up having to go in to dose still felt I was in addiction. Emma is fantastic the entire staff friendly and very welcoming. Switched immediately from methadone to brixaldi cured cravings and much more!

She’s positive, friendly and encouraging. I referred a friend Of mine to go there who went today and she was very happy as well. If you need a place that you can go to where people will listen to you. If you are struggling with drug addiction , weight loss and other issues, this the place to go. I was seen by Mac, this afternoon. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process of my injection, and answered all my questions, helping put my concerns to rest. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with this doctor’s office; and I hope he’s available next month when I go back in! Thank you Mac!

They are very professional but most of all I felt like they listen and want to help you. I didnt feel pressured to talk about uncomfortable topics. I look forward to trying new things that would help me with my mental health.

Ive been going here for like a year and a half now. This place along with the Wells House saved my life. 2 weeks ago I celebrated 1 year sober.

Things have been great here I couldnt tell you when the last time when I was sober for a year and being on sublicade and has really made a wonder for me . Being sober for a year is wonderful my family is is so proud ofe and I am actually proud of myself which is something I havent been able to say and I could say in idk how long. But now just to keep it up.

Don’t waste your time. Awful customer service, poor communication and ridiculous scheduling.Made an appointment at the office on Potomac street using the text line and that was great, I was able to make an appointment without interrupting my day. Fantastic. The appointment is midday so I take a whole day off work. I never received an appointment reminder text or call like most doctor offices but I don’t think much of it. I get there and receptionist looks startled and annoyed that someone is now standing in front of her window. She isn’t rude but isn’t friendly either. She tells me that they “tried to call me but don’t have a number to reach me”; what is the point of a text line if you’re not going to ask for needed information. She asks for my name and sees that I do have an appointment then reschedules me for the following week in the afternoon. Again I do not receive an appointment reminder text or call and so I just go to my appointment. The door is locked and the lights are out. I look them up on google and they’re supposed to be open till 5 but apparently not today. There isn’t a sign on the door giving any type of reasoning as to why they’re closed. I call and a woman answers. I tell her that I have an appointment and give her my name. She tells me that there isn’t any appointment with my name for today and if I want to reschedule for tomorrow. Why? I had two appointments scheduled that I showed up for with nothing gained but frustration. What is the point of having a receptionist if she can’t do her job?

Very nice 😊, positive experience. Carmen is amazing so personable. I feel that I’m in safe hands. Look forward to appointments.

My girlfriend was trying to find a provider who knew about Lucemyra aka Lofexidine within 300 miles of here and found maybe 5 drs but all about 3-7 hours away, until she found it on their website. She is very appreciative, not through the process but she’s getting off of everything as we speak and has had a great support, not only in he’s family but more importantly with a provider who truly cares and doesn’t have a one size fits all approach! We just had an elderly family member have pain medication quickly cut off by her long term physician and that’s how this epidemic was created and with all we know, it’s happening every day STILL so we need more people and especially more providers like this Dr! She is saving lives and we need this for generations to come! There’s a lot of good, hard working people (like my girlfriend) who have been wanting their life back and just waiting and searching for help and hope and found it here! Thank you!

Multiple times Ive been forced to take a mouth swab and wasnt even there for anything like that.second time they switched locations and didnt tell me . Wondering why to renew a medical card is like 170 every year....when everywhere else charges 65$ for renewal. Rip off and last tiem paid 170$ and they didnt even remember to renew my card I was mad to say the least.

Dr, sherry has saved my life. She put her self on the line to stand up for me and stand by my side and see me throughout my darkest days. Ive been seeing her for 3 years and she has never wavered and she always goes above and beyond and shes always been there to support me and still is there to support me and she does not judge shes tries to help and she goes about it individually not like most doctors that go by the book and give you a cookie cutter treatment. Sherri Denham... there was a point in my life where if I needed medical anything she was who I trusted.... then I got sick and lost myself in a barrage of neurological symptoms that Sherrri could have truly treated as criminal acts. But she didnt.She may cost a lot at times, she may not give you the answer you want... but she will give you an answer that works..

I was taking Suboxone for YEARS !!!!Unwilling to stop due to cervical issues requiring surgery that I could not afford, not to mention the horrible withdrawals. Found Sheri after my regular MD lost his prescribing license. She never pushed me to stop but encouraged the switch to Sublicade at every visit. It took 2yrs more before agreeing. The first month was a struggle. She personally answered her phone on a Sunday when I called complaining of withdrawals. Without argument she called in a script, called me back later to check on me. That was 2yrs ago and I’ve been off Sublicade for 1yr without withdrawals.She is awesome!! The gratitude I have for her is immense!! With out her I’m not sure I’d be free from those chains that bound me for so long.

Great practice with caring providers!!

I went to Blackrock looking for help and answers. Long story short, Sheri took my $200 and I never heard from her again. I had to do some things to get my money back, and did eventually, but I was completely ignored by her. I also had my medical records, which I was told to drop off, handled by people that were patients there.

I like to thank Blackrock Integrative Medicine for everything they have done. People there are very nice and very respectful. The best place to go in Hagerstown Md. special thanks to Sheri Denham for everything.
