They charged me twice and refuse to respond to my emails requesting to correct. The manager Keilina and the owner has ignored my emails. They actually charged my card without my authorization! They basically stole money from me! Do not give them your credit card info. I go there in person and Keilina is conveniently not there…don’t trust them! Bad service

Always Poor customer care the lady working over there .finally she call me and told dont came back again. I will do dont worry you are doing for free .you luck i give you one star.

I made a special trip to have my skin reviewed for TB..I found a flyer on the door that said theyd be back in 25 minutes. But it didnt say when those 25 minutes would be up or when exactly theyd be back. A lab shouldnt be unattended during business hours. I came back later and it was open.

They do great work. Any time I’ve gone, they’ve been on time. The place is clean, and they handle the testing with care

I came in here to get some things tested, and Ida took care of me RIGHT AWAY. She was very sweet, personable & quick! She explained in detail the different levels of the test that I wanted done, which was great! Because I had no idea there were different levels! Thanks Ida, I will be back soon for some other stuff because of the great experience!!

Got pre employment drug screening from my employer to this location on Monday 12/12/22 at 4:50pm. I looked up the hours and saw they closed at 6:30pm so I thought this is perfect. I got there around 5:15 greeted the receptionist only to be told testing ends at 5pm. Why would a lab be open until 6:30pm when they turn people away an hour and a half before closing? That doesnt make sense

I went there on Saturday as they were one of the facilities in Houston, which were open on that day. I would give them negative stars for customer service, if I would have the option. I called Any Lab Test Now in the morning to confirm their business hours. I was told that the location was opened to 3 PM. I got there by 2 PM. There were two girls chatting at the front desk. Apparently, they were not very happy that there was a customer coming in. They told me that I was too late to be drawn for blood work that day. When I told them (nicely) that I drove from across town and I was informed by telephone that the facility was going to be open until 3 PM, they became defensive, and almost belligerent for no reason. They told me: You were told that by corporate, not by us. Really? After going back-and-forth for a while and putting up with their attitude/almost abuse, I managed to convince them to draw my blood for testing. I do not want to believe that one of them did it purposely, but she jabbed at my arm with total disregard and despite having a huge visible vein, she managed to injure my forearm and cause a large bruise. Terrible experience, horrid attitude and unprofessional service. I will not ever be back at this location.

Im not one to give reviews often, however, I was grateful for the variety of services this facility offers. I took in my mother for a workup and we were happy that Keilina A., one of the staff, was able communicate with us in Spanish. She is very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you for making this process less frightening then what it is 😁

Really nice staff, quick service and i dont speak spanish but they do! Went for a covid pcr test for travel and they got me in and out. (Just make sure to schedule early in the day for pcr tests and to call or show up if you have any questions)

I set my appointment online for 12:15 today and showed up on time. I walked in, signed a couple forms, paid, had my blood drawn, peed in a cup, and was out the door at 12:20.Worth mentioning: I HATE getting blood drawn. I very well might have a minor phobia. Im not sure what Ana did differently, but this by far was the most pleasant experience Ive had getting blood drawn. Didnt hurt, didnt feel the needle in my arm, nothing. 10/10 would have Ana stab me again.If I had to find a downside it would be the fact that insurance is not accepted here and the tests can be pricey. The benefit, however, is that they are upfront with their pricing and clearly do not suck at their job.

I had an appointment on 10/09/2021 at 1:30 pm. I arrived on time and was asked which test I wanted, even though I registered for the Antigen test for $79 online. I was then told they were sold out and offered a more expensive test with results given on Monday. The professional thing to do was to offer the more expensive test at the same rate of $79 for the inconvenience of my time and gas driving there. All I was told was, sorry. I WILL NEVER TO BACK THERE!

Ana was very professional. Went in the morning, my blood was taken and I was out in 15 minutes including new patient online form. I received the results via email later the next day. Color graphic display of results in reference to normal values that I could understand.

I was a little nervous going to prescribe for new job but Ana the medical assistant was very cordial and helped me feel comfortable as I proceeded with drug screening. She was friendly and made the process less stressful

I would give zero stars if possible.The most ill-mannered and unprofessional front desk receptionist, Ana Garza, Ive ever encountered.I understand if some patients have trouble completing a urinalysis in under 2 minutes, but isnt it the medical assistants job to ask whether they are comfortable with proceeding or waiting a bit longer while drinking some water? Apparently NOT in this clinic.They dont take too kindly to criticism, much that your paperwork and the rest of your visit will be filled with belligerence and child-like behavior.I do not recommend this clinic to anyone or using it myself ever again.

Stay away from this location. I send a lot of new employees to Any Lab Test Now locations across Texas for preemployment drug screens with no problems. I spent five minutes on the phone making arrangements for the employee to be tested, only to have them arrive and be sent home without a test.

They tried to charge me $230 for blood work even though I had the form from my doctors office and told her I always get this and have never paid any other location. She said they dont take insurance and proceeded still I left, went to Holcombe location....was done in 5 minutes and didnt pay a dime, plus she was WAY nicer! Wont ever go to this location again.

Keilina was very helpful and really good at blood draws, Im a hard stick and usually get poked like 5 times keilina got it on the first try. Really recommend this lab, prices are decent and customer service is great!

Poor and unprofessional service.I came here for a TB skin test as a requirement for a job to later find out they did it wrong and and gave me a false positive. I later had to get a blood tes (which is expensive compared to TB Skin) to be really sure I did not have and gladly it confirmed that I did not have the virus. I wasted my money and time here and they when I told them they did it wrong they just ignored me and told me that to them it just look positive. Like how can you not be professional enough and give a professional advice than just your personal opinion?You guys are just not professional enough.

Ive been to Anylab test with Keilina Alvarenga for both pregnancies. I also did the gender test with them and they are so professional and tests are so accurate. Received my results in no time!! I have also recommended them to friends of mine. They are also very pleased with Anylab Tes now. I forgot to mention I also got my b12 shots. They are truly a one stop place at an affordable price :)

The parking lot is flooded with people breaking into cars. They have lookouts and a system for getting into the cars. The property managers are aware of it and do nothing. Avoid this property. They have cameras but they refuse to allow access to the footage of the crimes. Avoid this place.

If there were zero stars to give, I would.I just fasted since 12 PM last night because thats what I was told to do over the phone when I made my appointment (this is also what my doctor had said). I show up for my appointment at 9 AM and no one was there. It wasnt until 9:15 that the lab nurse showed up. I walked in and she says, I havent even turned the lights on, like I was the one doing something wrong. I just explained to her that I had a 9:00 appointment for a glucose test and was starving because I was there for a glucose test. She took my voucher and 10 minutes later explained to me that i didnt need to fast and they dont give the drink for the test there, they just do the blood work. There was zero point to saying that other than to let me know it wasnt her fault I hadnt eaten (even though over the phone the any lab now people told me to fast). Basically that was the most unprofessional experience I had ever dealt with and I will never recommend or use this clinic EVER. I got an apology for the fasting miscommunication (thank you) but there was nothing said about being late other then making me feel like I was in the wrong for being there, period.P.s. They basically bride you for good reviews (for a vitamin B shot).

I have very easily visible veins. I was Stuck 5x in one one arm and in the other it’s even more visible and was stuck very low which now is bruised. I have blood drawn every 6mnths and this has NEVER happened to me in my life. Very disappointed.

Complete waste of $400+!!!! My insurance will pay for all my lab tests done through Quest labs. Unfortunately, they have a 4+ day turn around for these tests. On the rare occasion that my hormones tank, I pay cash (over $400) and come here because I get them back the next day, allowing me to get into my doc within a week for med changes. Without said changes Im sick and in bed with horrific migraines. After three days no results and when I go in Im told they now do one of my tests (the main one) through QUEST and it takes 4 days to get back! So, I essentially wasted $400 because I still wont be able to get into my doctor this week and get to suffer another week. If you change turn around times this needs to be advertised! For some of us, this is EXTREMELY important. They offered to do that test through the old lab (not sure why they changed if this was an option already) but that still wont get my results in time to see my doc this week. Will NEVER come here again.

Easy to schedule. For certain tests need to call in advance because they use couriers to deliver blood to the processing location. I.e. do not come at 4:30 id tgey close at 5 pm.

I Went on a Sunday it wasn’t busy I was in and out I received my test results for my blood work in 2 days . I will be back for any of my blood work

Went to any lat test now for my screening and the employee ( Isela Arguello) there was exceptionally nice and professional. Fast and adept to fulfill requests. In my opinion, this place is a scam, they made me pay for saliva samples and after dental burial, they were never able to give a result because they only tell me that the laboratory did not find enough sample, I have been in this since 6/21/2018. Result, none, very bad place, I do not recommend it,
