I had a great experience during my visit today. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. The nurse was attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns, which really put me at ease. The doctor was equally as thoughtful, addressing all my questions thoroughly and ensuring I understood everything. Even the lady who took my blood was gentle and kind, making the process smooth and almost painless. Overall, I felt heard and supported by everyone I interacted with, which made for a positive and reassuring experience. Highly recommended this place for any of your healthcare needs.

Absolutely amazing clinic the staff is so friendly and the PA Erianna is incredible. Dr. El Zufari has his clinic well organized and I recommend all my family and friends come to see them for their doctor needs. I did a laser treatment on my face with some acne and will be going back for another treatment in a couple weeks!!

Polite and professional staff. The office is kept clean, there isnt a long wait and the provider Dr. Erianna Versnal has been so understanding and very knowledgeable. This was my first time coming to this clinic and I know I will be taken care of and will be kept informed and in contact with. The clinic’s website is very easy to look through and straight forward with answers.

I had a great experience at this office withErianna Versnel, PA-C and all the assistants. I was seen very quickly and Erianna was extremely personable & attentive. I got lots of helpful advice from her that I’ve never got from previous doctors. I only booked this appt because I needed to be seen asap and drove far to get to it but will definitely make the drive anytime I need to go to a doctor again. Everyone there was great!

We have moved to Houston from Germany and are very happy to have found this broadly knowledgeable and competent Doctor. Also, all the medical staff are friendly and easy to deal with (despite the high Bureaucracy we have found in the US 😉 )

Had an absolutely great experience with the office getting a virtual appointment scheduled the SAME day as a new patient and had an even better experience with the PA - C Erianna Versnel! She was so attentive and detailed in our appointment and took the time to explain her reasoning for the diagnosis and treatment plan! Would recommend to everyone!

I had an appointment in 2023 called to double check a result and apparently they never sent me my full results as they weren’t “reviewed” yet… a year later? Why would you charge me to get labs and then not send me the full results. Also why are you guys charging me $50 to see my own medical records? Makes zero sense to me. I saw one of the NPs there and never went back bc I felt like she rushed and didn’t care, but now not being able to see my own records bc they were never reviewed tops it all off.

My first time at Urban Healthcare and I love it.The personnel were friendly and helpful also very kind.Dr. Zuhsrie was great my husband and I are extremely happy with the dr.Dr is exactly what we were looking for.We know were Inwood hands here.

I am impressed with this practice. It is a beautiful office. Welcoming and calm. The office manager is friendly and professional. She took her time during the intake and made me feel comfortable. Dr Zufari is a great communicator. He listens and explains things in detail. Very positive and professional atmosphere. I recently moved back to Houston and was a little anxious about seeing a new doctor. I couldnt be more pleased with my choice.

Awesome staff. Nice, clean, and professional office space. The doctor was welcoming and patient. He literally sat down and asked all the ways he can help and continued to find and ask how else he can help any of my concerns where many doctors may just solve the primary problem and move on, here the doctor took as much time as I needed to ask any question that came to mind. Also, the doctor had a wealth of knowledge and experience that I had little doubts in his knowledge and complete trust in his diagnosis. I have high expectations and he, as well as the staff, overdelivered. Highly recommend

My PCP is Bethanie Williams. I feel comfortable with her and she is very knowledgeable. She listens, reassures, and takes all steps necessary to ensure that you are taken care of. Check in is always speedy and efficient, staff is friendly and attentive.

I was excited to attend this office because of the location and the fact that I was able to have a black physician. My experience so far has been lack luster. They don’t follow through on scheduled virtual appointments. I’ve been scheduled for 2 and there’s been no follow through. I’m really disappointed with the service and that a month has gone by and I haven’t received blood work results that I’m concerned about. I can say that the black female physician that I worked with was awesome.Updating my review: a prescription that I called to refill was never refilled. So, once again there’s no follow through.

Dr El Zufari 5stars all around..nurse April was awesome also she did my lab work didnt feel needle at all. The office very comfortable staff 10⭐

Dr. Hu was delightful and vey reassuring. The wait time was non-existent. Th facility was cheerful and very clean. I arrived in a very stressful mood, and I left knowing that I had found my new doctor. Wonderful experience!

This review is in regards to my service back in February. I smashed my thumb during the winter storm and had a virtual visit via FaceTime with the nurse practitioner Danielle Allen. She called me an hour after my appointment time because she forgot about me. Other than that she was nice. My appointment was Thursday late afternoon and I was supposed to get a prescription for pain medication and antibiotics called in so I could pick up Friday but that was never called in. I called several times on Monday and was told I would get a call back. I had to follow up on Tuesday because no one ever called me. I let the nurse practitioner know that I never got my prescription and was told its too late now because its been four days and I cant use the pain meds....well duh. I needed them days ago. They charged me $200 for an office visit that didnt help me at all. I was stuck suffering through excruciating pain. Do not recommend this place at all.

The setting was nice and the staff was nice; however, I have not received any correspondence regarding my visit, though I have called several times. I have however received a bill smh. Hopefully, a review will assist me with some follow up since I have been waiting for two months.Update: still no lab results, nothing in the portal, and I must have a number they can only find when it involves these reviews. I’m going to have to visit another dr and have labs ran again, in order to receive actual results smh.

I really wanted to like it here. Two stars because Bethanie is kind and knowledgeable, but that unfortunately does not go far enough. I have had way too many costly errors committed, at MY expense, at this practice. I switched insurance and Bethanie was my PCP. I had a procedure and made an appointment specifically to get it approved. During the appointment, I was told that everything was completed that needed to be completed and I had nothing to worry about. A month later, I get a very, very large bill for the procedure because the wrong things were completed and therefore, despite the doctor, facility, and procedure being in-network, Urban Healthcares mistake caused it to be billed as out-of-network. This continued for every appointment and referral I made in 2021. Even in office. For example, preventative care is free. No copay. Except Urban Healthcare coded it incorrectly, so I get stuck with a several hundred dollar bill. Or theyre using old information for the insurance company, so my healthcare insurance denies the bill and I get stuck paying it. I could understand a few errors here and there, but this was repeated and constant.Editting to add: I did call. They never called back. When I asked during another appointment, they stated that the specialist should have made sure it was approved before the procedure, shirking all responsibility.

I went for my well woman’s exam yesterday. Check in process was easy, but I’m highly disappointed by the staff. As medical professionals, you should know to ignore a service dog. Service dogs are medical necessities for individuals like myself. CNP Williams not only spoke to my service dog after I said not to, she continuously asked me more about him than about myself. Not only did she continue to ask questions about him, but she made excuses when I said to ignore him. “He’s just so cute, and I’m a dog lover” is not any kind of reason AT ALL to distract a service dog, nor is it something I want or appreciate from a medical professional performing a HIGHLY personal exam. My service dog is for my PTSD. CNP Williams’ behavior triggered my PTSD to the point where I shut down for nearly 14 hours, nearly nonverbal the entire time. When I say “do not talk to him”, I don’t want to hear excuses about how cute he is. When I say “do not”, I mean “do not”. When a medical professional cannot grasp such a simple concept of consent just because an animal is cute, it’s disheartening, disappointing, and so incredibly unacceptable. Do better.

Ive been going to urban healthcare for several months now. The staff is friendly and there is minimal wait time. Dr. Zufari is the physician I normally see and unlike other doctors I have encountered in the past he actually listens to his patients. Its been a good experience so far.

The thing I like most about this place is their hours. Appointment times are really convenient to fit in with work. Very attentive doctors. Check in is a breeze.

It was so nice to feel listened to! CNP Williams was really informative about my symptoms and seemed really dedicated to making sure I was cared for. The staff was also so friendly and made everything a breeze.

Dr El Zufari has my primary care physician for the past 10 years. Aside from his caring personality, he is truly experienced and gets to the bottom of it quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Despite a pleasant interaction with the NP during the appointment, the office has failed to send over the appropriate lab tests. I’ve called more times than I can count at this point. I’m going to have to go see another doctor to address this issue now.

Not an honest place.When I took treatments they told me its covered by my insurance except one and its cheap like 30 or $40. But I received 5! And the total is $429!! Hilarious!! And they know as a student I cant pay that!!

The NP is very kind and attentive. Her bedside manner is calm and she is very informative.

Funny how they seem to think it’s completely fine to somehow lose sensitive information, and then ask you to fill it all out again!
