Lifeline Urgent Care

I was very impressed with the care I received! I will definitely recommend Lifeline Urgent Care to anyone. I was greeted immediately by a very friendly receptionist. The registration process was very easy and I barely had time to check my phone before they called me back. Very clean facility and the examination room seemed very sterile. Both the nurse and nurse practitioner were very friendly and professional. I never would have thought that getting stitches would be a good experience but it was.

Scheduling was quick and easy. Checkin was a very seamless process, smooth. The staff are incredible. The nurse practitioner there was so kind, she gave lots of educational information about the issue that I came in for. Very professional, and I was outstanding by her attention, poise, and efficiency. I highly recommend!

It was my first ever visit and it was very nice experience. Check in was quick (I had already filled out the forms online) and the wait was maybe 5 minutes. The man who took my vitals and current info was friendly and quick. The doctor who saw me was also very friendly and answered all my questions. She called in a Rx for antibiotics right away and I was out of there in no time. I am glad I found this place and I will certainly use them again for minor emergencies in the future.

The lady at the front and the medical assistant, Eduardo were great! He was so compassionate and professional. I paid out of pocket which was a little pricey for me. It took quite awhile to be seen, almost an hour with only 3 patients. There was only one doctor or PA on staff that day. Overall, it was okay. Eduardo is the reason I have this clinic four stars.

Leslie, Bridgette, and Ed took great care of my girlfriend on Saturday. She was promptly treated and the level of care was amazing. We will return to Lifeline with any urgent care needs. Thank you all for your wonderful customer service!

I have been to 2 different urgent care centres after coming to US and this is my third one and it has been the best. The check in was seamless, the doctor was amazing. He was patient, explained to me in detail what was the problem and did not hurry at all. This will be my go to Urgent Care for sure.

I scheduled an appointment; they took me in on time.  Great staff and technician.  Very patient doctor. He allowed me to ask questions and he took his time with responses.  He showed interest in my overall health.  Highly recommended.

Mendy and Eduardo were sooooo sweet, patient and precise my entire experience. I came in for a drug test and not only did they greet me with their beautiful smiles and heartfelt energy…I enjoyed me a nice cup of coffee while I waited and was out in a timely manner. Mendy has amazing customer service and Eduardo definitely has a clear understanding of his job duties and made sure he throughly explained every step. It’s very rare I leave reviews, so you can bet I had a good enough experience that I had to tell someone. Haha! Thanks again guys.

I just moved to TX and developed my first bladder infection. Was very certain thats what was happening. I dont have insurance and I almost choked when they said $150 just to get in the door. Gulp! Another 30 for urinalysis to tell me what I knew; infection. Meds then ended up costing me 40$. Getting a bladder infection is pricey business 🙃 if ya gonna go here. Next time I will def be trying tela health or SOMETHING!!

I love going to Lifeline Urgent Care!The facility is always clean & everyone is consistently professional, friendly and works hard to make you feel cared for. Its the only urgent care center my son & I go to. We usually never have a long wait (I can think of once & that was during cold/flu etc uptick) because the staff works diligently to provide excellent care and at the same time expediently to be sure patients are attended to in a timely manner. The doctors and staff always treat us with us dignity & thats why I give them 5 stars!

I had very severe abdominal pain from yesterday until 3 in the morning, the medical staff take care of me perfectly starting from the lobby to and waiting time to the doctor and doctor assistant and X-ray job. Everything was just perfect and makes you feel better. Thanks to everyone

First time at Lifeline urgent care and the service was amazing! The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable about everything. There was literally no wait and I was able to be seen and got in and out quickly since I was busy that day. Leslie the NP was amazing and very compassionate and competent with her care as well as Eduardo and Paola at the front with their help and reassurance with everything. Will definitely be back for future care as well as letting my friends and family know about this clinic!

Visit for UTI symptoms for mom. All care is good, clean facility and quiet. No staff person wears a name tag or introduced self by name or position?? I had to ask.

I brought my father into the office today. I’m very thankful for the service he and I received today. Everyone was super helpful from the minute we walked in. The lady at the front desk was professional and courteous all the way to the provider on staff today. I definitely will be coming back here.

Amazing and friendly staff! My father was visiting from Sweden and he got an appointment with the doctor the same day. The doctor was very professional, knowledgeable and caring and provided with the treatment he needed. Highly recommend this clinic!

Super easy to schedule an appointment online. Check-in process has quick. Staff super friendly. They quickly gave me a diagnosis and sent the prescription to my pharmacy. I would definitely come back again and recommend to others.

I have been here before, today I called to inquire about a new prescription. Mindy answered the phone with such an attitude! She said it’s $150 to see the doctor! when I asked for a cost breakdown since I only wanted the prescription it got worse. When I mentioned her tone and that I have insurance all over sudden her attitude disappeared! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Waited over 2 hours for my wife to be re-evalated after getting a steroid shot for severe Poison Ivy 3 days before at this same location.I watched them take patients who were playing with their phones, not in any pain OR distress as my wife who was really in discomfort with the large rash & extremely itchy. When I politely asked the front desk receptionist if it would be much longer, I received a response of well there are other patients in back and the Doctors are busy without even batting an eye or even making eye contact with me. I said ok, sat down and waited another 25 minutes...still nothing...food gets delivered and she is all over that.Another patient gets called in who looks healthy as a horse. Finally after another 15 minutes, we got up and left. Receptionist again no eye contact - thats fine sir on the way out. Went to HCA (formerly Signature Care) on Hwy 6 & Timber Creek Place LN and she was seen immediately.Life Line sucks. If you do go there...bring a blanket & pillow.

It was easy to get a Sunday appointment. The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor listened well. All very smooth.

Ill skip all the boring stuff and go straight to the point. Im an expat thats in Houston for business. I had a medical issue come up, and Im a little rusty on the American healthcare system. Lifeline has expensive prices for me (but better value than minute clinic or other places). I dont have American health insurance so I ended up paying $200 for the consultation and an injection.I went in on a slow time, so I was quick to be in front of a doctor. The receptionist was very abrupt with me. I think she was more interested in watching videos on her computer. The nurse was really positive and warm although she was quiet and I dont remember her name. I worked with Dr. Garcia. Dr. Garcia was fantastic. Hes impressive, caring, professional and kind. He went the extra mile to get to know me and what is going on, and he told me all the information on the next steps in the treatment process. He even told me about an app called GoodRx and saved me a lot of money with the medications. I appreciate his honesty, professionalism and kindness and I wont hesitate to go back and see him if I have more issues while Im here or recommend him to other people in the Houston area.

Had a great experience getting tested for covid and strep throat. Used their drive through service and was very comfortable to just wait in your own car. Had tried two other clinics this morning, and both had massive delays or did not seem very friendly.

As someone seeking a medical opinion on a health related situation, I was looking for an urgent care near my home with good reviews. This place popped up and I read some of the reviews. I decided to go and give it a shot. Once inside, I went through the process of entering my basic information such as name, date of birth and sex. Once I got to sex, the drop down menu gave options other than male or female. I asked the office if I was indeed in a medical facility and I was informed that, yes I was in a medical facility. I then stated that biological science confirms that there are only 2 genders. Male & Female. The doctors in that place are clearly confused about reality if they believe there are more than 2 genders. After realizing I was in the wrong place for proper medical treatment due to the confusion in the building, I looked at the waiting room tv and heard a mother of a young male child enjoying and promoting him to play with dolls and to be gay. In Jesus name NO. I rebuke the evil and confused spirits controlling that place and I pray for the people to have a softened heart and opened eyes to the Truth that God did not make a mistake when he created them. Lifeline does not help with life, it seeks to destroy lives through lies and confusion. I simply left right then.Genesis 1:27

Initial Diagnosis and x-ray are not properly done. X-ray images isn’t focused at the fractured place. PA had no clue about the injury and can’t even explain how they determined the fracture. Total waste of money and time

I was welcomed with friendly staff while maintaining professional and efficient standards of service. Eduardo was extremely knowledgeable, patient, caring and very attentive. During this hard time with covid-19 the staff still tried there very best to be fast and keep the drive-thru going so the wait won’t be so long. Over all I had a great experience. Highly recommend them.

I love going here for any emergencies outside of work/school hours. The check in system is quick, electronic, with the times.Dr. Kay seems very knowledgeable. Staff is super nice. They also have so many other services there- one stop shop!

They were very helpful with all testing and were very kind. Blood draw went well too. Will continue to come here for primary health needs!

The staff at Lifeline was friendly and competent. The nurse was patient and helpful when my son was nervous about his strep test. The practitioner explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly, and answered questions. Finally, we were seen in a timely manner. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we will return if urgent care is needed again.

I love this clinic. I was in and out within 30 min. Staff was friendly and professional. I think the nurse practitioners name was Leslie. She took time with me and explained my condition of bacterial conjunctivitis. I left with a prescription.

The moment I stepped in to the urgent care, I felt like I was in heaven because of the sweet, beautiful smell I perceived. I’m very big on smell. I went with my kids for sport physical. The lady at the front desk was so friendly. The nurse and doctor were just amazing too. You can tell this came natural from them they didn’t try too hard to be nice. Even my kids enjoyed being at the clinic. We had a great experience!!! I highly recommend.

I am beyond impressed with this facility. From the moment I called over the phone up until the moment I left, the service was top notch for the entire experience.I called around 7:30pm on 1/13 to check to make sure they were open and also to make sure they accepted my insurance. Both answers were yes so I made my way there.I filled out some quick paperwork, showed my insurance card and ID to the super helpful gentleman at the front desk. I was seen right away.Dr. Garcia was flat out amazing. 🥰 I dont think Ive ever met a more friendly, helpful and thorough physician. She was very knowledgeable and was able to determine my issue and come up with a medical plan extremely fast.There is no doubt that if I need urgent care again, I will ONLY go here. Stellar job!!!!

I found Lifeline Urgent Care to be a clean or orderly facility that shows a lever of care from the very friendly and compassionate staff. They got me in and out very quickly showing respect of your time. First time forms were a breeze to fill out.

Our family’s go to place for urgent care! Everyone there is caring and knowledgeable. There is hardly any wait to see someone, especially if I book online.

Editing this to be 4 stars because when my cold turned into a sinus infection a few days later, I was able to do a televisit rather than returning in person. Still think you should plan to wait, but I do appreciate them responding to my follow up.Don’t expect more than your average urgent care experience here. That includes an hour plus wait even if you have an appointment and are on time or early. The staff was very polite but I think some reviews made me think this would be better than other places I’ve gone to and it’s just about average.

The front desk assistant was exceptional. I mean had I been given the two patients that came in after me..I think I would have burst. She was so patient with them although they were very impatient. And the staff was so kind to my little one! If you need a quick and comfortable healthcare center this is the place to go!

I called around to many places including my son’s provider to schedule a physical and there were no openings until the end of November. I called CVS and they had openings but they have recently went up on the cost. A coworker of mine referrred me to Lifeline Urgent Care and not only were they able to schedule him in the following day, the physical was only $35! The care was exceptional from the time I arrived by the receptionist/medical assistant; very friendly and amazing customer service. Dr. Leslie was wonderful and made my son feel at ease as well. I would be recommending to others and returning.

This was THE WORST urgent care I have ever been to. Is it possible to leave 0 stars? My husband and I spent 30 minutes as the only ones in there. The receptionist asked for some information and then disappeared for 20 minutes. When she finally came back, she said she didn’t know if they took my insurance, even though their website clearly stated that they did. We looked it up previously to make sure. This was extremely unprofessional and extremely unproductive.

The entire staff was professional and caring. Everything was communicated to its entirety. I would definitely and highly recommend them.

Lifeline Urgent Care is a Godsend. They treat their patients promptly, knowledgeably, and with kindness. My friends and I love the convenience. Without Urgent Care most of us would have to wait days to receive medical attention and then would have to wait for hours having unnecessary tests run. Recently I had pneumonia. After trying for 4 days to see my doctor I went to Urgent Care. They took a chest x-ray which was read faster than if I had gone to my doctor and started medications immediately. At that point i was coughing up blood. Needless to say I will be changing doctors, but am dragging my feet to do so since Urgent Care is so terrific.

I was so blessed to find this place.Because I do contract work, I do not have insurance. I recently received medical attention from Ally ER (also wonderful) but there were issues for which I needed follow-up. I was looking for a clinic with whom I could establish a relationship with and see over the long term- somewhere I could get lab work and diagnostic imaging, if needed.Lifeline Urgent Care checked all of those boxes for me. The reviews are real! I was greeted at the door by Maya. She was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She was very helpful in explaining how things worked in the clinic such as pricing, labs, etc. She even wrote things down for me so I could refer to them during my consultation. After waiting no more than 5 minutes in the clean lobby (I had an appointment) I was brought back to get my vitals and health history by Edward. This guy was amazing! He took his time and went over my health history and scanned labs I brought from the ER into my chart. He was so thorough! When he was done, I was brought back to the exam room where I was cared for by Marisa, PA. Again, she went over my health history before performing a thorough examination. She listened to my concerns; it was so nice to be heard! I also received and X-ray and labs while at the clinic and an order for a CT scan as well as a referral to a specialist. The team even called ahead to check on the price of the CT scan and made the appointment for me so I could head right over. All of this occurred on a Saturday. It was well worth the hour drive!So far as I am concerned, this is my new primary care team. The cost, considering what I received, was more than reasonable. If you are in need of great medical care, these guys can’t be beat.

Very attentive staff, from the clerk that checked me in to the attendant and dr. I’m already feeling better and I saw them this early afternoon (it’s evening now), so the diagnosis and medication prescribed were efficacious.

The workers here were all kind and quite personable. They made me feel comfortable even though I was highly uncomfortable due to the nature of my visit.

No one wants to go to an urgent care facility, but I am so glad Lifeline’s team made the visit so much easier - All healthcare providers have had a rough go at it the past 1+ year with the pandemic, but you wouldn’t even know it with this team. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. They’re conveniently located off Eldridge and Briar Forest, and I’ve been here on 2 separate occasions now - Both times were days I wasn’t able to see my regular PCP, and they’ve always been able to see me. The wait time is never overly excessive (some other urgent care facilities have 1-2-3 hour waits), and the team is fantastic.

Honestly the best service I’ve ever received from one of these places. From the staff to the thoroughness the PA Marisa and the X-ray technician showed- I highly recommend coming here. I finally got the medical attention I needed after battling COVID and the residuals for an entire month. Overall great experience.

Lifeline is close to my office, and a coworker had previously visited and recommended it to me. I scheduled a check in time online before arriving and was seen after filling out all of the usual paperwork. Eduardo was my nurse, and he was super friendly! The doctor was super knowledgeable and thorough. Of course, I don’t wish to have to return, but if I do I know it will be a pleasant experience!

They were very nice and calm ... Turned out I have covid they called in an order for Paxlovid .. probably going back today as I feel pretty bad

Receptionist was rude. I called to schedule appointment and pay out of pocket in full, when she kept asking about insurance I told her twice I will pay fully out of pocket she hung up in my face.

This is my 2nd visit to Lifeline Urgent Care and I am very very pleased. Eduardo and the receptionist are very professional and welcoming. My wait visit time took all of 1 hour from sign-in to walk out and they did a very thorough job! I am now considering getting the membership services, because when you find a doctors office that care, you need to stay with them. From the doctor to the nurse practitioner to the staff, I give 2 thumbs up!! 👍🏼👍🏼😁

Called on a Saturday to check the wait time then made an appt online for one hour later. Was charged ~200 even though I dont have a copay. How do they even know what cpt code would be used prior to being seen? Waited 1 hour and was getting impatient so I called another urgent care clinic that was 5 minutes away and had no wait so I asked for a refund and left. I made an appt online wh the second clinic and when I arrived, I was not charged anything since I didnt have a copay. They said they would bill my insurance. I was seen on time.Overall, my review is based on check in experience/ wait time/ collection aspect. I cannot comment on care as I was not seen.

Love this clinic. All the staffs are super nice & caring. I had Covid tests done at this place several times & they did a great job. I felt comfortable & they usually notified the results promptly within 1-2 days. Sydney service me today & she’s very helpful.💖

Still waiting for my test results after 5 days. I have called three times to ask for them and get told that it’s because they are not back yet. Ended up having to go to a different place to be told I had a simple UTI when the provider didn’t even test me for it until after I asked for a urine test. Went there because I did not want to ask for time off at work to go to my PCP, had to go anyway and got charged several times for what could have been very simple. The webpage advertises convenient care and it was not very convenient.

By far the best experience at an urgent care clinic. I called in early on a Saturday morning and the front desk was up and ready with accommodating me. The nurse practitioner and the doctor were super nice and responsive. They treated my injury with patience and care and made sure that I understood the medication course well. The bedside manners were excellent. I also received a follow-up from the doctor asking me about how well the injury had been healing and if I needed any further assistance. I would certainly go back to Lifeline if I needed urgent medical attention for me or my family.

I went in with excruciating back pain. My provider, Marisa, was very kind and thoughtful - she listened and helped me figure out what was going on and gave me a shot of steroids which helped almost immediately. The staff was very kind and my wait was short. I would definitely go back here!

I made the online appointment at 10:15 am, and arrived at there 10:10. The waiting line was long and I understood, be patient to wait there for 1 and half hour. I finally got in and did the PCR and other test, but then I stuck at the room, wait the doctor to come for another 40 minutes.There was a couple came later then me without an appointment, but since they complained the long waiting time at the front desk, the worker decided let them cut in line to make them happy. They are at the room next to me, keep talking to doctor about 30 minutes and nobody come to my room give me a reason. I finally found the nurse and asked him how long I still need to wait. He came into the other room and stopped the doctor with that couple.I saw this couple left the urgent care, and I was still waiting because I am very very patient and maybe too quiet!!! Ive been there for 2 hours and 10 minutes, and finally the doctor came. I complained why let the couple cut in line, they didnt give me any reason!!! They just came and told me, YOU CAN GO NOW. YOU DONT NEED TO SEE THE DOCTOR. So I was spending more than 2 hours and just did a PCR test. Waiting in the room for 50 minutes and then tell me NO DOCTOR WILL COME TO SEE YOU. HOW RUDE THIS URGENT CARE!!!!!

Was very easy made an appointment on line walked in. Everyone was very friendly and professional was treated on time and they even followed up with 3 days later.

Luckily we found Lifeline Urgent Care last weekend when a family member needed medical attention. This facility is open 7 days a week, the entire facility is modern, and squeaky CLEAN.The staff members were very accommodating, kind and professional during the check in process. The nurse was efficient and genuine.We received prompt attention when the doctor visited with us, he was first class in his diagnosis and manner, he provided a complete consultation about the symptoms, his concerns and recommended a clear and effective treatment plan.I am not in the habit of completing many reviews, however, when I encounter a top rate business such as Lifeline Urgent Care, it is important to me to share my experience and provide the appropriate recognition to those hardworking individuals representing the business.We will be back to see this team for medical needs in the future.Dear Dr Kalidindi, I am pleased to report that your treatment plan was successful and our girl has made a full recovery, thanks again for your expertise.

Went in to get x-rays on my foot after landing on it wrong. Anyway the girls in the front at the desk were very nice and very welcoming, always smiling and just making it seem like they really cared. The xray tech was very professional and very well mannered. Always saying yes sir, no sir, asking if I was as comfortable as I could be. He offered me a wheel chair instead of the crutches I was on, which is way more comfortable. Overall I was very impressed with the way I was taking care of.

I’ve been to here twice now to get the lab test and the antibody test and both times had a wonderful experience! If you end up getting tested by Eduardo he is so nice and makes you feel completely at ease. You don’t even have to get out of your car so it feels super safe! Highly recommend this place!

Came here today for covid testing as I was having shortness of breath and chest pain. I expected to get tested and be sent on my way. However, they were much more helpful than that. My vitals were checked, I received a chest x-ray, my breathing was listened to, I even got tested for strep just to rule out any other possibilities. I didn’t have to ask for any of this, It was all offered and given to me. I can’t recall her name but the physician who assisted me today was great; very concerned and has the sweetest personality. I’m glad I came here because now I know how great of a facility it is and it’s only 3 minutes from my home.

The staff and doctor were all very friendly and helpful. They made the process really easy and I felt comfortable under their care. I will definitely go back if I have another issue that requires urgent care.

I went here after I got sick with the flu, Edward and Danielle were extremely professional, nice, and attentive. If you need to go to an urgent care, go to them! They’re nearby and fast, definitely recommend them.

Great Service. My kids were sick. Dr Ramireddy is very sweet and took care of my cranky baby. The staff was very polite and competent. I was pleased with how quickly they examined both of my kids and ran tests. I will definitely be returning here for any future medical needs.

2 stars because at least the staff is friendly. Overall, I’m very disappointed and frustrated with this establishment’s lack of urgency. They said I’d receive PCR test results in my email but I never did. When I called to inquire after 4 days (after a false promise of 48 hours) they said “we’ll get back to you”. They called me with the results 2 days later but still no physical proof. I’ve been waiting 8 days (and counting) for an email. Had to go to a different clinic at that point. Disappointed because I guided myself by the good reviews. Never again will I return. If you want results in a timely manner, go elsewhere and save yourself the time.

Fast, professional and thorough diagnosis and prognosis of my issue.The Doctor even followed up with a phone call to update me on lab results.... not a vm but a real person to person call, which is characteristic of the caring environment I experienced from the time I entered until completed.

The personal care and staff here are outstanding. I have an emergency procedure and the team was quick to respond to my needs. Check out was very easy and all the staff was very friendly. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star was their billing department. The invoices I was sent incorrect and they were difficult to contact to dispute. So I went back to the office and the staff there took care of the billing issue right away.

Went for covid testing and was met by a friendly, professional medical staff with a great level of service. The provider I spoke to, asked if I had any questions and answered in detail. Wait time was short, considering they take your vitals, and you get to speak to a provider! It is definitely my first choice for future covid testing.

I was seen by Marisa with the assistance of Mary via walk in and my experience was immaculate. It was a very quick wait time and they turned over patients quickly. When I got here Zulema was very welcoming and assisted me in getting a copy of my medical card. She was very personable while I waited and I enjoyed the conversation we had. Afterwards I was assisted by Alex and he was very helpful and kind as well. Finally, I seen the PA Nadia and she too was very sweet and helpful. She was able to figure out what was wrong and utilized my medical history to ensure that my issue was resolved in the best way possible. She didnt hesitate to provide me a note for my job . They all did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and confident in their ability to help me.

My trip to Lifeline urgent care went as expected although I was there a little longer today than any other day (most likely due to the covid). I’m happy that the facility wasn’t full of ppl, and that there is a drive through available for the covid screening patients, so we don’t have to be in close quarters. Maya, the front desk receptionist was patient with me and understanding of my situation. Overall the visit went smooth! Everyone was nice & respectful of everything that was going on! P.S., keep Jose around because he is always smiling! Definitely recommend this place for urgent needs!

I went to Lifeline Urgent Care recently, everything went smoothly, Maya was very friendly and professional, even gave snack to my girls, Q the MA was super nice, and professional as well. Doctor and other staff members were very nice. We got there close to closing time but they still were so patient. My daughter cut her head and the doctor and nurse were able to glue it up and we were out within 45 minutes.

Had my rapid Covid testing done here, and it was awesome. Mr Q provided my service and did an excellent job. I had trepidation about the nasal swab, but it wasn’t half as bad as a previous test I had done at a hospital. Thank you Q for a positive experience! This trip I’m leaving with a smile and not a scowl, lol!

I had a terrible expereince. I guess if you know you just have a cold and you know what medicine you need, this is probably a good place to go. But if you really need medical help. Go somewhere else.I took my mom to the urgent care, as she has blood in her ear. We waited 45 minutes, and saw a nurse practitioner. She looked at my Moms ear. With a nervous look, she told us to go to an ER. She said there were too much blood, so Imaging need to be done to my Moms head, and they dont have the equipment. The visit was less than 5 minues. We were really scared by her and went to an ER. the ER doctor cleaned my Moms ear patiently and had a closer look and decided it was just a scratch. The urgent care charged me $529 for that 5 mintues visit with a totally wrong diagnolstic. She was very generous and gave me a prescription of anti-biotics, which is totally wrong. Please help me out: Do they bear any liability for wrong diaganoses and wrong prescription? Can they just put anybody there to make the money?

Today I went to the drive thru for the COVID-19 test. I am in the dental field and we were recently exposed. I was super nervous but Mya and Q were super professional and made me feel comfortable. It took me a minute to brace myself but Mya walked me thru it and even made me laugh a few times. Highly recommend this place.

Appointments are not needed to do tests there.We were the third in the line when we arrived.A lady gave us 2 forms to fill while we were waiting as there were 2 of us taking the tests. You can choose both antibody and Covid tests or either one.DIana and Lafanya have us tested. They were very nice and gentle. The nasal swab was not a pleasing experience but their comforting made it better.it is a nice place to do the test if one needs to. Hope the whole virus thing ends soon.

Came in to the office unexpectedly, because of course its an urgent care, and I was greeted with a friendly face and smile. The check in process was easy and fast and I saw the doctor in no time. Dr. Bansal was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was literally in and out...with my problem solved. I will definitely come back here every time when I have an unexpected medical issue.

I use this facility if I cannot get into my DR. after today, NEVER AGAIN!Lola - accused me of threatening her because the receptionist and herself would not pick up the phone tom verify my insurance and co-pay!They tried to overcharge us. Not to mention we had met our deductible and should have only had to pay the co-pay.BUT THEY WOULD NOT CALL TO VERIFY. Meanwhile my daughter is very sick with what could be a kidney infection. Hope she is ok, if not this place will have Bigger issues on their hands!To fight over money instead of helping a sick patient is DISGUSTING!SHAME ON YOU!!!I would have paid 200.00 if that was my-copay! BUT YOU WOULDNT CALL!! I will be making further complaints...

I had a sore throats and I thought I would step throats so I needed confirmation. I looked up different urgent clinics and this was the only one that was affordable with/without insurance and looked clean and habitable. The service was quick and friendly! I will definitely be back in the future!

The receptionist, Ms.Bridgette was very kind enough to explain me the details of the visit and provide me with all the helpful information. The doctor, Dr. Sweeva Ramireddy was very patient in listening to my concerns about my current health conditions and suggesting me to have the relevant diagnosis at their location. Thanks to Dr. Ramireddy for taking the time in reviewing the reports and letting me know that everything was pretty normal except a acid reflux. Very poor customer service to bilingual people.I suffer from extreme anxiety and depression, I take medication. My flight back home is in a month, but I need a re-fill right now. I just called to see if they could help me with this and the woman was not very patient when she understood that my therapist is not here,despite the fact that I actually have a prescription and that it’s just Zoloft. Personally, I think it’s not a way to treat people with depression, no matter where they come from, especially if you have decided to work in the medical system

I’ve been to this clinic before when it was Optum and I wasn’t satisfied. I decided to try again under new ownership and name and although I waited a little bit initially since they were busy, the service I received was personable and professional. The actual time it took for me to get seen was probably less than 10 minutes. Dr. Kalidindi was very kind and also funny! I definitely would return and recommend to anyone in this area!

No mention of how much youre really going to be charged during the visit. Charged $200 after the fact after insurance... This place is not affordable, I suggest going to your actual doctors office instead of here.

I went in with upper back pain that hurt SO BAD I was doing my ugly cry unfortunately. The staff was very professional and thorough in diagnosing my problem. With swift treatment and guidelines to follow to aid in relief within a couple of hours of leaving my back felt normal again. I was so relieved I had to call back and tell them how grateful I was. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs help.

I called this location to see about getting my children physical’s for school and they were able to accept them as walk ins. The process was fast and easy. The staff was friendly. If you’re looking for last minute physical’s I highly recommend this place.

Ive been lied to at Lifeline Urgent Care. They told me that under the current insurance plan we were not covered and made us pay out of pocket. My wife was in pain so I just accepted what they told me. A later call to my insurance provider and I found out that we were covered, and it was a matter of a simple mistake of a misspelled name. The lady at the front desk did not want to bother calling the insurance. This laziness says a lot about the whole experience. Im sure the medical care they provided my wife was the same sub-par attention and care as their front desk. Now I dont even believe or will rely on the doctors diagnosis.

I went here Friday at 12pm to get tested for Covid and their drive thru was blocked by a vehicle so it wasn’t accessible and walking up to the door there were signs saying they were out of test. Today Monday I called right on the nose at 9am my wait time was 1 minute I have literally been on hold now for 1 hour and 2 minutes just to verify if they have test. Trying to do my part by staying isolated and not driving from the heights to briar forest again for no reason…. I can’t believe they have patients waiting this long and they open at 9 and I called at 9. This place was referred to me but never again this lifeline place will probably have you on your death bed because they don’t have an urgency about your care. I took a screenshot to show my call waiting with the number and time. Horrible

The service was quick. The price wasn’t bad and they were very up front about all of the pricing for everything that I needed. The doctor was very compassionate and explained everything thoroughly and gave an excellent consultation. Staff was nice, and the place was clean!

I went there for drive through covid testing. The line was short, i could tell some of the people in front of me were not prepared. It took me a while to get to the window but not the fault of the staff. Once I got to the window, I was immediately put at as ease (i was there for a drive through covid test). Diana was very professional ( my air conditioner was not working in my vehicle that day, once she found this out she hurried so i wouldnt pass out from the heat in my vehicle , my fault) and so courteous and efficient. Latanya was quick courteous and very pleasant. from the time i got to the window , until the the time they gave me my results was about 15 minutes. These people are PROFESSIONAL, AND SO EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS AND PLEASANT.I would highly recommend them for any emergency service just on the basis of this experience.

I was at first skeptical of their capabilities but comes to find out Im not a doctor and they absolutely took care of my family. The service was really nice the dr was very helpful. Medicine was prescribed and my family is all good now. Yay for this place very affordable!
