The doctor and staff are very welcoming and you feel comfort and peace in the clinic. I love there decorations of positive quotes in the waiting area . 10/10

Everyone working there is kind. They make you feel at ease. You do go back with multiple people as mentioned but you are all there for the same thing. Make conversation, it helps. Also bring headphones or earplugs to use walking up to the clinic so you don’t have to hear anything that the protesters say to you. Don’t talk to them at all (anyone outside, or in yellow vests). Keep walking until you get inside.

The young lady with the red hair and a nice smile was incredibly kind. All I can say is thank you.The nurses and ultrasound specialists who works here is amazing, even the doctor. Hes so down-to-earth and thoroughly explained all of our options, including the new law going into effect next month in May 2024. There were about 20 of us, and he patiently answered all questions.**You really have to be patient with the staff due to the number of women theyre trying to help, in a group setting. If you don’t want to wait book a VIP session. THANK YOU FOR STANDING FOR WOMEN’s RIGHTS!! Just bring snacks for your first appointment and something to read. ❤️I brought an umbrella to block out the protesters 🪧 who will try to get in your face. I came here from another state and this was the biggest and best decision I’ve ever made. I had so many mixed emotions from anxiety to fear and This center was so protective and compassionate with me. I was able to connect with other patients and that was also something I wasn’t expecting but im very glad I got too. We prayed together exchanged hugs and got to uplift each other before getting the procedure.The staff also answered all my questions and The doctor was also truly amazing. This center will always have a special place in my heart and if you’re considering an abortion please come here 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

HORRIBLE‼️no privacy at ALL.....I get we all here for the same thing, but seriously, wheres the privacy for such a traumatic experience. Not to mention I had asked the doctor about when I come back the second day will it be like the first day with everyone around and he said no; only to come back the second day with it being JUST LIKE THE FIRST DAY😒😤 Room full of ppl. Also, I came back within the days I was supposed to get a pregnancy test to see if it had expelled and the doors locked. I also came within the time frame that they said to come. And the doors are locked. I ringed the ring light doorbell, and no one said ANYTHING‼️ So now Im currently caller #15 waiting for them to answer the phone so I can see why am I waiting when Ive came the correct day & time given to me to complete this appt and be done.🤔🤨😮‍💨

I came here two different visits from out of state (Georgia), with the help of NAF 🙏🏼 Very unfortunate, the doctor was absent on both occasions due to some personal health trauma. The rest of the staff here were great from my experience. I know that despite the misfortunate timing, they really tried their best to help in any way they could! Very compassionate and caring individuals at this clinic! And I enjoyed reading all of the positive affirmations written by others who had previously visited that were visable on the wall. 💛💚💜💙❤️And special thanks to Terry for going above and beyond to try to pull resources together and save me another trip.Autumn is one of the best ultrasound techs Ive ever encountered! She really took the time to answer all of my questions when I was really curious about the science behind the sonography.The staff here were truly a breath of fresh air compared to the clinic I visited in Atlanta...so thank you for your time 😊 and not treating your clients like just another number..

I had a good experience. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses in the back were helpful and nice. Doctor is very experienced and professional. So glad I was able to be seen.

Hands down the safest place I’ve ever encountered. There are protestors outside but there is always a sheriff right there. I was PETRIFIED to go thru with my decision and scared of some reviews - that were obviously fake… They support women’s rights for whatever you choose. They are VERY protective of the women that go there. I was very scared but seen how many other women were in the room with me. The staff was absolutely PHENOMENAL! I felt like I had friends there.. They are very educated and helped me with my decision. This is nothing like a “slaughter house” for women. They provide snacks and drinks with a movie while waiting. The doctor was a male but was so helpful and loved supporting women. The girls and I definitely had a great experience with a life changing decision. I definitely couldn’t have done it without this clinic period. THANK YOU FOR STANDING FOR WOMEN’s RIGHTS!! This clinic helped me travel out of state and do a free procedure due to my situation. Absolutely heaven sent.

A literal hole in the wall place. Everything about it seemed super suspicious, and the atmosphere overall made me very uncomfortable. Instead of treating patients individually they heard you in like cattle with a group of like 10 other women, they require you to lock up your phone and any personal belongings and then you all sit in a tiny room together and wait. The doctor comes in and addresses the group all together instead of having individual consultations. He then is “forced” to read us a passage from the government? and talks to you about politics. The way this whole clinic is organized is super unprofessional and strange. I was so uncomfortable by my first visit that I chose to not show up to my appointment today to get the actual procedure. After reading reviews online this place seems traumatizing and horrific. Some women said they permanently damaged their uterus and had uncontrollable bleeding and were sent home anyway. I’m so glad I decided not to go today. Trust your gut ladies. Please do not waste your time or money at this place.

The staff and escorts outside the clinic were so friendly and nice. They answered all my questions and made the whole process easy, but there were long waiting times where you’re just sitting in a room filled with other girls also waiting to get the same procedure done, it seems like there’s no privacy and the doctor is just concerned about getting as many abortions done as possible. There was also a bit of confusion with procedures costs and it seems like people were getting charged different amounts for the same procedure. The doctor didn’t seem to care about appointment times and everyone was just in there waiting for hours with no regards to times scheduled! While I would go again to this clinic, I strongly urge other readers to consider the pros and cons.

The environment was very calm and relaxed. All the staff was amazing from the front desk all the way to the Dr. the wait was not long like previous ppl have said. Maybe 2 hours max I waited for everything. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone

The front desk lady is super rude as is some aide named Tiffany, Brittney? Didn’t even bother to remember her name correctly but it seems this place needs to get new staff judging from my brief experience and the other comments on your review page. Your reviews are low for a reason. Could be your employees. Just a thought. I’d look into it if you want your clinic to survive. You’re in a field where you’re supposed to be empathetic and display good customer service skills. Your establishment shows 0. Especially your employees. I recommend going elsewhere and I will not be returning back nor making any formal complaints because it seems this place really just doesn’t care and complaints go unheard, so Google reviews it is. Get your needs taken care of elsewhere, ladies!!

There were so many questions, fears, and worries going through my head that morning, I just felt so sick to my stomach when driving to my appointment. But the second I walked in, I felt so much support, and knew everything would be alright. I did not feel alone through any part of this process. I felt it was so amazing to sit there in the waiting rooms and talk with other woman who are going through the same process as you. It made you feel that you were not alone. The doctors and staff were so amazing and answered all your questions and supported you through the whole process. Dr. Miller was a very sincere, and caring doctor and I really enjoyed him. I cannot thank this place enough for my experience.

I know I’m not an easy patient. Especially with how scared I tend to get. But the people who work at this office are literal angels on earth. They held my hand during the procedure- literally and did everything in their power to help me feel comfortable. They answered any and every question, and were there for me, made me feel like I mattered, they literally sat with me held my hand explained everything and took their time with me. These people honestly care so much about the people who go into their clinic you aren’t just another number to them. There are not enough words in the universe to thank them for everything. Don’t listen to those negative reviews, these people will FOREVER hold a very special place in my heart ❤️

I want to start this review by saying I am not a Karen, and I’ve worked in retail so my temperament is very mild. With that being said, DO NOT use this facility unless you want the LONGEST wait times of your LIFE. My first appointment was at 10:30 and I wasn’t even seen until 12:30, just for a simple blood test. I have a job to get back to!!!! My second appointment is at 10:30 again and it’s currently 11:40. I paid too much money to be waiting this long for service. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This was the absolute worst customer service I have experienced. I tried to call to make an appointment 5 times, each time I was on hold for an hour when in the recording it says there is a wait time from 8-30 minutes. So I went to the office, asked to make an appointment. I was told to call the call center. I explained how I already have, an told that was the only way to make an appointment. They make it extremely difficult to make an appointment for some reason, I just dont understand how you can go to a place of buisness and be rejected like this.

My daughter was here on Monday and Tuesday for her procedure.And I have to say she felt so comfortable with all the staff and the doctor himself..I want to give a BIG THANKS TO ALL THAT CARED FOR HER AND MADE HER FEEL SO COMFORTABLE DURING HER TWO DAY VISITS.. ALL she could do was speak so highly of the way they made her feel during her time there. .I want to thank Dr.Miller for talking to her and explaining everything to her making feel so much more comfortable with a man doctor because she had a fear at first from never being seen by a man. She spoke so highly of him so thank you so so much..And many thanks from myself to the ladies in front office for being so patient with me asking all kinds of question and giving me honest answers. This center was very nice and clean also..Thanks again to all the staff and doctor. .

The staff was soo sweet, informative, and professional. I even had follow-up questions and the nurse was so kind, and answered all my questions. These are the type of people you want around you, when youre going through such a personal issue. Highly recommend.

If you wanna some day have kids, please go somewhere else. I felt like cattle going to the slaughter. If I was told that I would have to sit in a room with over 10 other women, for over 2 hours, before getting taken back for the procedure. Then once again made to sit with them, after I would not have done it. For a clinic that specializes in this why all the weird shame tactics. Also, the doctor was beyond unprofessional, and I havent been able to keep a pregnancy since. My doctors have suggested they perforated my uterus and caused extreme scarring to my uterus.

Amazing staff. Customer service is wonderful across the board. Very friendly and polite. Definitely care about you and your well being. Non judgmental. Only cons are the stupid protesters who just so happened to be men when I went. Harmless as a fly but just as aggravating.

Very insensitive and not helpful with what comes after you leave the office. I had a partially difficult time understanding what is normal and what is not. Due to lack of information, I was left with many questions that had me concerned about my health. I spoke with multiple people and each person brushed off my concerns and one lady even laughed at me. I am disgusted with they way they treat their patients after they send them home. DO BETTER

The website and Google says this location opens at 8am every day of the week other than Sundays. I arrived here shortly before 8am on a Wednesday, no staff already here, and waited until 8:10 with no ability to go in the center. Would be nice if they advertised accurate hours of operation. Also attempted to call their phone number and, at 8:05am was told by the automated system they were too busy to answer and to call back later. Recommend others try Planned Parenthood or First Coast Womens Services, this place does not seem to operate reasonably.

Actual experience was the easiest thing ever compared to my fears. All the staff were so patient and compassionate and upbeat. Encouraging and uplifting atmosphere. They walk you through every step and never make you feel stupid. Worth the crowd and wait. Left happy without any regrets. $540-$590. Ask about financial assistance.

I just left my appointment. I do not believe place does not deserve the reviews it has. They got me in faster than anywhere else and truly seem to be doing their best. Caring and educated people work here.

The staff has been incredibly nice. They were very understanding as well. Whatever you do... pay attention the the address because 2 doors down is a woman’s choice clinic and they will lead you to believe you are in the right place, so you have a therapy session 30–40 min and mention you are in the wrong location. =/

Honestly, the worse experience of my life! I went in extremely nervous about the procedure and left traumatized. I don’t even know where to begin with the issues I had. From the staff arguing back and forth, talking badly on each other, and having all around attitudes to the lack of communication while I was gushing blood on the exam table! Ended up leaving there earlier than “recommended” drenched in blood because I was so traumatized. The dr. Barely spoke two words to me just ignored my questions and spoke only directly to the other employees. Half of the staff had horrible attitudes and literally got annoyed with your questions. I am only posting this review In hopes that it helps for someone to not end up with the experience I did. I don’t have a recommendation on a good place to go but whatever you do please don’t go here.

An appointment is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get. They say the wait time is 8-30 mins but i’ve call MULTIPLE times and each time i was on hold for 45min-1hr i’ve requested an appointment MULTIPLE times and still haven’t heard back from anyone. I honestly don’t understand why they make it so hard to get an appointment or talk with anyone. Very aggravating and frustrating when you’re body is going though something you’re not ready for. :((

Grateful for the people here who come in every day to help others in need. I had a good experience several years ago and never did post a review. In light of recent events it reminded me of that time and made me want to reach out and say thank you for the care you provided. So glad that you all are still open and providing it to others.

Despite the bad reviews dealing with getting no response well I call got a appointment not only that each lady I talk to was nice patient and helpful by me coming from Mississippi they also provide help with transportation, a room and discount with the procedure even though I cancel my appointment and never went through with the procedure by me just talking on the phone with tha ladies they made me very comfortable didn’t give a 5 bc I didn’t follow through with tha procedure but the communication getting a appointment set up was easy

I rate the place a two only for the fact that there are a few workers there that are so nice and helpful, but for the rest of the workers they are rude! When I went the man doing my procedure was being rough with my arm to find my vein and got mad at me right along with him being rude there was a woman also being rude and shoving things in my hand it’s bad enough you have to wait for hours to get the thing done being nervous and then getting in the room to have someone be rude and rough. I will never go back there not even would I recommend it for someone else .

I did searches for days before making my decision but I couldnt really find satisfaction in any reviews on the matter. So this is for anyone who is scared ,unsure, lost, etc. the entire staff was very caring and sesntive to my nerves and worry. They are very thorough about the procedure and what will happen next. Its not a very plesent feeling for sure but the staff made everything as comfortable as humanly possible. Lots of positive things posted around the building. Thankyou for being who yall are and giving women a choice.

Lets start with sitting in a room with other women about to have the same procedure you are. Then you are all asked to go change into a gown leaving your bottoms on, all go back in that same room, this time with less dignity, because you have stripped some of that down. Im a little different from the other girls though. I was in a wreck and have had 3 recent surgeries and am on 30 mg of Percocets a day still. The staff was aware, the doctor was aware, Im a nurse, so I knew I may need a little more medication than the others to make me somewhat comfortable. I was walked back to the procedure room and laid on the table. The doctor came in and we talked about my meds, and I asked him if he was going to have to give me more medicine to help with the pain. He said I was getting the same as the others and it was going to be different for me. I said ok, lets see what it does. He gave me the medication and I felt a little change, but I knew it wasnt enough. I said I cant do this if this was the only relief I could get. The CNA/ultrasound woman said I can tell you are feeling the medication, you will be fine....then it started. The worst pain I have ever felt, I begged them to stop as soon as they started and was screaming and crying telling them how bad it hurt. Both the doctor and the CNA with me were cussing and she yelled at me to stop screaming because I was going to scare the other patients as she held me down to be still. And I really was trying, I kept thinking please dont let him perforate my uterus. But its really hard when you are feeling every single thing he is doing. At the end they are both cussing, the doctor and the CNA. I repeated back to them what they had just said and stated how unprofessional they are being. They both quickly leave as the CNA throws my sweatshirt between my legs and sends another girl in. She kept saying how it was my fault that my shirt had blood on it and told me to get dressed so she could take me to recovery. I was still crying really badly as she walked me in there to sit down and i was greated by a LPN who almost immediately asked me if I wanted to sign out AMA. I said no because I wanted to make sure I was ok. I was in pain and upset, but I knew I needed to be sure I wasnt bleeding too much. The others who were in recovery were all sleeping as I was still crying, and I took the one Ibuprofen I asked for when I said my pain was a 10. There was no iv in my arm, or anyone elses other than 1 girl, I asked why and she said that they only put them in to stay for the 2 day procedures. There was no one from anesthesia there, so Im assuming that is why they couldnt make me comfortable, its a one man show for all of those women.I asked how much longer I had left, and the LPN sent me to the bathroom to change and went back to be discharged. She asked my pain again, this time the doctor was sitting there and I said a 9, she gave me another ibuprofen, an antibiotic, and misoprostol. I asked the physician if he got it all and he said yes, you are completed. I was walked to the waiting room to meet my husband and as soon as I saw him I knew I was safe. He held me in his arms as I cried so hard I thought I was going to hyperventilate. We got in our car and started driving to the hospital because the pain and I couldnt breathe. He did finally calm me enough so I could catch my breath and talk. I actually used to work in one of these facilities as a LPN before I became a RN. In the 2 years I worked there I have never seen anything close to what I experienced. These people are full of so much hate. If you dont respond to the twilight sedation, may god help you. And once you go through that door they will not stop, no matter how many times you tell them no. Please do not go here, pay the extra money to go somewhere legitimate. Sorry this was long, but it was really a small insight into the worst day of my life.

I felt so welcomed here. I had to make the drive all the way from Biloxi, MS. This was a 7 hour drive. I had three people with me. When I found out I was further along than expected, and would have to have a two day procedure I didn’t know what to do. The ladies saw to it that the rest of the cost for the extra was paid for. There was minimal pain and maximum care. I had my procedure two days ago and have no experienced a single pain since.

I visit this place in Feb of 2023 a few months ago , & the staff was amazing! sat in the waiting room with a bunch of other women. I did the surgical procedure. the cost is based off how many weeks you are. I was 9 weeks & 3 days & it cost me $375, at first I was quoted $700 something but they help out for financial aid or something like that & the price dropped to $375 which was greatttt! expect protestors outside the building but pay no mind to them because its a womans choice not a protestors choice 😂 my other half told them to mind their business! The waiting time is not that bad either , & they call about 5/6 women in at a time , & the doc talks to everyone at once so its faster. HANDS DOWN THE BEST CLINIC TO GO TO!

I had a very good experience. The staff was nice i had a surgical procedure & it was done quickly. They made sure you were okay with a warming & welcoming spirit no judgmental spirits in the building once so ever !

The desk lady was very rude and snappy - in front of other people . The place is not that nice ... they give 10 people the same time appointment as you and they discuss your business in front of other customers. This is the worst office I’ve experienced. And yes there are protesters outside this place.. if you want a cheap fix This it .

PLEASE BEWARE!!! This clinic does not follow appropriate abortion procedures and will put your life and risk. My spouse had TWO failed abortions from this clinic. The 1st was a surgical which they preformed the procedure but couldn’t complete SHE LEFT BLEEDING and told us to come back in a few days THEN referred us to a specialist in west palm. When we got to the specialist the doctor advised there was nothing special he had to do. SO fast forward to 3yrs later when decided to use the pill to completely avoid another bad situation but this time was WORSE. This clinic administered the pill when my spouse had a bp of 150/116 she ended up hemorrhaging and had to stay in the hospital….THEN to add insult to injury they refused to refund and referred her to another specialist and advised she should continue with a surgical abortion right away AGAINST the ER doctors orders due to multiple complications. Thankfully we got a second opinion and were advised she will now have to have a hysterectomy due to the clinics negligence. PLEASE WOMEN STAY AWAY FROM THISS PLACE!!!

Very professional. Appointment took over 5 hours though. Waiting room was full even with lots of seating. Staff were kind. Has a nice safe atmosphere. Big parking lot.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. This clinic treated my wife as if she needed the abortion pill and sent her down 4 days of Pain and hospital visits only for her to have surgery for an ectopic pregnancy which this center CLARIFIED SHE WASNT ECTOPIC AND 6 weeks normal. She almost died from your malpractice. And if I don’t get resolution shortly then I will be suing. I’m pretty sure boards would love to know you’re callously misdiagnosing just to push your services.Edit:of course I know abortion care doesnt treat ectopic pregnancy but why would your physicians tell her she had a normal pregnancy then administer the pill knowing she was ectopic? Im sure you VERIFY PREGNANCY STATUS ON SITE RIGHT? I will be in first thing tomorrow.

I had a medical abortion down here, two months later I’m still having pregnancy symptoms and I’m still getting a positive pregnancy test, obviously something did not go right. Went to my check up they said everything was fine, smh ! Didn’t seem like experienced medical staff now I may have to get D&C done !

A wonderful patient-centered health facility that goes above and beyond to serve its patients in a hostile environment to reproductive rights: (there is a Crisis Pregnancy Center right down the street from this wonderful clinic called womens health center, which is NOT a health care facility; its anti-abortion and coercive towards women to push their ideological agenda and it actively tries this with this clinics patients--I put a picture of this FAKE CLINIC here so no one gets duped).So not only does A Womans Choice of Jacksonville offer top-quality health care, they also help patients navigate challenging abortion restrictions too. Cant say enough great things about this clinic.

The staff here are very sweet and accommodating! No judgememt at all. Every women should have the choice to choose whats best for them, and if you come here just ignore the annoying protesters.

Amazing people I had a two day procedure and was fine the first day then when I came back I was so scared I sent myself into an anxiety attack but the second I went into the doctors office to get everything done the doctors all three of them helped me come out of the anxiety attack so we could get through it thank you all so much I really felt safe and well looked for here ❤️

They offer important health services for all women, like abortion care, miscarriage management, pregnancy testing, STI testing, and some birth control options, like emergency contraception. They are a woman-owned center and have funding assistants available to help overcome financial barriers.

I made an appointment 2 weeks a head of time,I don’t recall but I was told verbally 1x my appointment was at 7:30, verbally requested a reminder or an email with the time and location being that I’m not a local, was sent a text reminder with the time 8:35 and location , with no further call or update I went with that time, only to show up and be told I was late and would not be able to check in , I showed my reminder text and was rapidly responded with, “ oh yeah those are a hour wrong” How am I supposed to know that ? They told me I’m not and there is usually a call.....: I GOT NO CALL, with a very polite and uncaring matter was simply told “When I made my appointment I was told 7:30” I’m all for taking responsibility but if I was notified 8:35 I don’t think I should have been penalized, I have a job and can not take off work often I scheduled ahead like I was supposed, got a physical reminder of 8:35 and trust their process so I went with that time, BEING that this is a known issue to staff maybe you guys should fix or Inform future clients

Its never a fun time to have to go through this, but all the staff were very accommodating, sweet, thoughtful, and made the whole experience as good as it can be, considering the circumstances. Thank you, ladies!

Well, I want to give my opinion, I recommend this clinic 100%, everything was super good, not to mention the attention of the girls, they were all super attentive, I was not very sure because I read the comments and I was afraid, but nothing to see, quite the opposite, the lady from The reception was super good Even though I didnt understand anything because I dont speak English but they helped me a lot, the one who does the ultrasound, the assistants were super and especially Lili, thank you for helping me and being patient with me, thank you 🙏

I have been calling for 3 days and no one answers me, I am on hold for half an hour and then they cut off the call, this is difficult with a situation like this
