My experience wasn’t very pleasant. Both of my granddaughter’s parents passed away and i was told by the court i had to take DNA test to prove I’m related to her in order to get guardianship. Long story short, it was a hassle. There for 2 hours for a 5 min test, over 2 weeks later still no results and was charged $100 more for the test that they did allowed me to take instead of the test the court sent me to take. Informational testing shows $299 on the site, they charged me $390. Grandparents test is $399, i just want my results. 3 stars I gave is for the cleanliness of the facility.

Very friendly and professional very fast as well was there only 5 minutes for drug test highly recommend.

The sign in process for walk-ins was mostly smooth (one or two questions were a bit ambiguous). Otherwise, they performed professionally, and I had no issues.

Nice, clean facility friendly Friendly technician and she was fast. I was in and out in 15 minutes for an employment drug screen.

So glad I found this place. Actually went to two other places who couldn’t help me and one had a very long wait. They were able to see me within 5 minutes of checking in. Everyone is super nice as well.

I would like to share upon arrival at this facility from the moment I came in it was definitely inviting. The facility was very clean, and immediately greeted at the point of entrance by the receptionist. I knew that this place was friendly, because of the Customer service was so warm welcoming. I was able to move swiftly through registration with absolutely no waiting at all. The receptionist treated me with such respect and was so friendly ireported back to the staffing agency I will recommend this facility for all of the other Contractors and individuals that need drug screening.

It was really a quick and easy process. The girl behind the counter was really nice. I was there for a DOT drug test. Basically was in and out. Facility is new so its a very nice place. All in all my experience was GREAT with them.

Never done a drug test but it was very simple. I went in and checked in. The lady at the front who was also the one who let me choose my cup 🤣 was super nice! Kinda weird for me because I couldn’t flush the toilet nor wash my hands but it makes sense since it is a drug test. But overall don’t have anything bad to say! ❤️

I had an appointment and I was in and out within 5 minutes. The attendant was very nice, the place is very clean and the service was really fast. Also parking was not an issue. Overall, I do recommend this place.

A disaster, I do not recommend this place. I went to do a study and they forgot to send the sample to the laboratory. I found out because I called by phone, they never notified me. The only thing they can tell you is forgiveness. They are health professionals and cannot be forgotten. Very disappointed in this place

Very clean and sterile facility. The young lady was really nice and thorough. I was in and out in no time.

Those stars have to be fake. I went to the lab today and the only person there made me waste 30 minutes of my time. She didnt know anything about her job. She had to call the owner by video call facetime to tell her what to do. and not even with that could solve the problem. It is a shame for the owners to have an employee like that. The worst service that I have seen in this city.

My experience with ARCpoint Labs of Katy,Texas was a great experience and wish that I could give them a 20 if I could because they got me in and out of the lab in less than 15 to 20 minutes yesterday.

Very nice facility with easy online appointment scheduling, overall efficient and smooth experience. Would recommend and will use again.

This is a very professional lab and the phlebotomist was very courteous and attentive to make sure she was not hurting me with the needle and the blood draws.For some reason the viles that came from the prescribing lab wouldnt work but she was very good in changing them and using in house ones that worked perfectly.The facilities were very clean and the employees were very professional. This was not the type of lab where you walked in hoping you didnt leave with some sort of disease from contaminated equipment or from lack of knowledge of how to conduct the lab work.

So, nice, clean and beautiful property. They were efficient with results back fast. Definitely recommend.

I arrived at ARC point labs and didnt need an appointment, it didnt take long at all to do my test and was on my way in about 30 minutes
