We were one of the unexplained cases as weve already undergone tests and done different methods such as taking Letrozole and trying fertility acupuncture, but still no success. After our initial consultation with Dr. Rosencrantz we decided to proceed with the IVF treatment. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Rosencrantz and his team were a beacon of support and expertise.Heres what truly impressed us:Exceptional Knowledge & Care:Dr. Rosencrantzs explained everything thoroughly, answered all our questions patiently, and addressed any anxieties we had. We never felt like just another case; he provided personalized care that made a huge difference.Constant Support:The entire staff at Dr. Rosencrantzs practice was amazing. We first met Dr. Rosencrantz at Kaiser in Irvine and we didn’t realize he opened up his own practice. We decided to render services with another clinic which lead us to 5 failed IUIs. We did more research on finding a new clinic and found out that Dr. Rosencrantz opened up his own practice and decided to give it a shot! It’s the best decision we made - after our initial consult we fell in love with the plan and his staff. They really catered my plan to my needs which hauled fantastic results! Dr. Rosencrantz has the best bedside manner and always goes above and beyond for his patients! He even answered our questions after hours! The best news is After 1 round of IVF we were able to get pregnant and it’s all thanks to Dr. Rosencrantz and his team. Now we have our 7 month miracle baby in our arms! Infertility is physically and emotionally demanding. I don’t even know where to start. Before finding RHWC we have already been through 4 rounds of egg retrieval and was only able to freeze one average day 7 embryo. After many consultations and disappointments I found RHWC through Yelp/Google. My first consultation with Dr. Rosencrantz was down to earth and he was very honest about the odds/chances of success. He highly recommended we seek using egg donors but after consulting with my husband we really wanted to try one more time. Dr. Rosencrantz was on board and supported us all the way through. He went above and beyond and tried everything. To our surprise we’re able to get one better quality day 6 embryo. He made sure we ran all possible test before embryo transfer. He said I was one of his hardest patient due to having a false passage. Dr. Rosencrantz is an amazing doctor and insanely good at what he does. We had a great experience with RHWC from start to finish! Dr. Rosencrantz is really what I wish all doctors were like, responsive, honest, positive but realistic, encouraging, and caring about his patients personally. I came across RHWC after having a bad experience with another fertility center where we felt like we were just a number and nobody cared. On our first visit at RHWC we got to see Dr. Rosencrantz and he answered all our questions. We knew we were in good hands at that point. We saw him in almost every single visit during our journey at RHWC and really appreciated walking in the front door and being greeted by name. What a first class service!Needless to say… once we started our first cycle, I was a bit nervous because the meds weren’t working like they were supposed to, we almost gave up on that cycle but Dr. R. recommended an alternative treatment and we decided to trust in his advice… and… we got pregnant on our first cycle of IUI! I wish I could give RHWC more stars if I could! Dr. Rosencrantz and everyone on the team really take the time to help walk you through the process, answering questions, and really offering education and reassurance for a such a sensitive subject like fertility. I had been interviewing a variety of fertility treatment centers, where I often left feeling like a number or just another patient. I was referred to Dr. Rosencrantz from the recommendation of a Kaiser nurse and from the moment you are there, they treat you like family and always knew me by name. The journey was not easy but the compassion, special attention, and care that Dr. Rosencrantz, nurses, and team displayed really helped ease the process. My husband and I were able to conceive after our second attempt at IVF and are now expecting a baby girl this December! Words cannot express how truly grateful I am for Dr. Rosencrantz and his entire staff including Cindy, Anne, Leahanne, Lauren, Monica, Lorena, Carolina, and everyone else =) My RE referred me to Dr. Rosencrantz after I unfortunately had an ectopic pregnancy at the end of 2022. When I first met Dr. Rosencrantz I was still devastated from my pregnancy loss but he was extremely kind and empathetic. I decided to move forward with an egg retrieval only as I wanted to see if I could get pregnant naturally again. I actually did get pregnant, but it ended in a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. So IVF was the only path forward.I did my very first transfer at the end of April, and I am beyond happy to say that Im 15 weeks pregnant! Five stars is not enough. After failing to conceive naturally (and at advanced maternal age) my husband and I met with multiple fertility specialists in Orange County. As soon as we met Dr. Rosencrantz we looked at each other and said this is our guy.We just knew. We trusted him implicitly. This can be a challenging process, I needed to trust the person leading the charge. He wasnt the cheapest, nor was he the most expensive, but it was his humble demeanor, reputation for success and obvious expertise that made us feel we were in the best hands possible.He tailored a protocol that resulted in us graduating from the clinic this month, and we cant thank him enough.It takes a literal village and RH&W has invested in the best people available to support patients. From billing and patient care to surgical nurses and embryologists.You see many of these people more than youve ever seen a medical team, more than you see your close friends. You want people who are great at what they do. Id like to thank everyone (not an exhaustive list but Lauren, Lorena, Amy, Leahanne, Monica, Carolina). Had a good experience at this clinic. I got my egg retrieval procedure here a couple of months ago. Everyone was super friendly and professional, specifically the two nurses caring for me. They showed respect, talent, and professionalism from when they called me in for preparations until I left the clinic. The clinic is very well organized and clean.

My husband and I came to RHWC after learning he had male factor infertility. From the first consult we had with Dr. Rosencrantz we knew we had found the right place to go. He suggested going straight into IVF given our situation. We decided to do as he suggested. We went through 2 egg retrievals that yielded one pgt normal embryo, which we transferred in May. I am now almost 9 weeks pregnant with that embryo, and we officially graduated from RHWC today. It was very bittersweet as even with the nature of what we were going through we really enjoyed our time here. The staff, nurses and Dr Rosencrantz are the sweetest people, and made us feel like family the entire time we were with them. Thank you to everyone at RHWC! Amazing doctor and office. Interviewed 3 other offices before deciding to go with Dr R. and its the best thing I have ever done. Hes kind, caring and attentive. Staff is beyond helpful and it didn’t matter how many time I called in throughout the process they always had the same great respect and attitude. I drove an hour away each visit just to visit the best in the industry and I would do it all again. Completed an successful IVF treatment on the first round, i know this is not always the case for everyone but I do also know I was in great hands at Dr. R office and that he was a major factor in our success 💙

We met Dr. Rosencrantz at Kaiser and followed him to his clinic. Many going through infertility know how long, exhausting and heartbreaking this journey is. Dr. Rosencrantz, Cindy and the whole RHWC team were there with us each step of the way. We were seen by Dr. Rosencrantz at each and every appointment. And when we experienced the heartbreaks and let downs of this journey, Dr. Rosencrantz and each and every team member was there during our appointments showing us compassion, sympathy and most of all encouragement. Wow. Where to begin our review of Dr. R and the whole reproductive health and wellness group. This was hands down our best medical experience. Starting with the first phone call to the office. I spoke with a well informed easy to talk to staff member. She walked me through the basics of the whole IVF process, she encouraged questions, was happy to explain anything and everything. From there, our first office visit was great. The office has a sense of calm and tranquility. We got to meet the doctor and go over any questions or concerns. Then we spoke with a staff member about pricing, options, insurance, and any little detail. I never felt like information was kept from us or that any detail was left out.It was an easy choice to go with this group for our IVF journey. Each appointment we were met with friendly staff, nurses who remembered our names and stories. And true to their word we always saw Dr R and he was warm and personable. My husband says it was like going to visit family at each appointment.They go out of their way to be accommodating of schedules. Offering appointments even as early as 6:30am so I could go before work. They explained each part of the process and really made us feel empowered in this journey. The nurses did a great job explaining the medications, dealing with the pharmacies, coordinating other doctors. They seriously made the process as easy as possible! Never had long wait times on the phone, always got quick responses by phone or email/portal. We truly can’t say enough good things about the whole process.Thank you Dr R and the whole team for helping us through this crazy and exciting process and helping us bring our baby into the world!!!

Reproductive Health and Wellness is absolutely the most amazing place for fertility support. Every single staff member who works here is not only kind and caring but they genuinely are rooting for you and are a huge support through a sometimes very emotional and stressful experience. I cannot rave enough about the care I received from this place. I was shopping around for fertility services and was between this place and a different location and I am so grateful I decided on RHW. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rosencrans. Every decision he made in my fertility journey was exactly right. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and really knows what he is doing. He explains everything he is planning for in your care and gives you the reason why. We found Dr Rosencrantz and his team after a bad experience at a large scale clinic. It was a night and day difference. Amazing staff; Cindy, Anne, LeeAnne, Lauren, and everyone else are kind, patient, and professional. Our appointments felt personal and comfortable. Dr Rosencrantz performed all my ultrasounds himself, so we were able to discuss things in real time which was a huge comfort and alleviated some of the “waiting stress” that is inevitable with this journey.If you are having fertility issues and/or considering treatment, I URGE you to come here, they’re the best of the best. We are so grateful for RHWC for making our beautiful daughter possible, and we will definitely be back for hopeful future babies.

Dr Rosencrantz was very thorough in explaining how he does things, what my odds were and treatment plans. He was honest but had a good bedside manner. After genetic testing of the embryos, we only ended up with 1 healthy, which was heartbreaking and scary. The thought we only had 1 shot at this made me so anxious but Dr Rosencrantz went through extra steps and testing that wouldn’t have normally been done at this point in my journey. I decided to trust him and the testing showed I would need an extra day of hormone injections before the transfer, which means, had he not taken those precautions, I would not be 20 weeks pregnant today. I will forever be grateful to him and his staff for the extra care they took in helping my husband and I start our family. We feel so lucky and blessed that we found him and can’t wait to meet our miracle baby girl.

Everyone at RHWC is exceptional. I received treatment for IVF after having failed IUI’s elsewhere - multiple coworkers recommended Dr Rosencrantz. Dr Rosencrantz and the staff were very personable and easy to reach for questions that come up after hours. They provided a lot of education for medications and the process, which otherwise could have been very overwhelming. I met with multiple doctors for IVF, but RHWC stood out with their services all in one location and great success rates. My miracle baby is 3 months and I’m excited for future babies with RHWC.

Having said that, it was comforting to have the staff by our side at every turn, and as I work full-time, we were able to set our appointments before 7am, allowing me to avoid taking time off from work.Overall, we had a complete success and delivered our first baby with the first embryo transfer. Somehow, the fertility appointments were a time a light during a difficult journey because of this amazing staff. I had been seeing my OB for some basic fertility treatments for about 6 months prior. After no success, I was recommended to start IVF and was referred to Dr Rosencrantz. The clinic hours were convenient and we were able to see the doctor every visit (aside from times when we were just doing a quick blood draw etc). The staff was also really great about getting back to us quickly with lab results. Another thing we appreciated was that they were upfront about pricing and gave a full breakdown of what each procedure (i.e. IUI, IVF) would cost at the end of our consultation. After two years and many failed IVF attempts with our previous doctor, my wife and I met with the team at RHWC and immediately knew this was the right place to continue our journey. Dr Rosencrantz is one of a kind. He is truly invested in all of his patients and will go above and beyond to help you to the outcome you want. I am 33 years old have never been pregnant actively tried with Husband of 7 years as well as ex of 10 years and 4 years both exs went on to have 2 children each. I remember finding Dr Rosencrantz on facebook at 1am couldnt sleep I was so sad wanted a baby so bad and that day was asked like we always were so when are you going to have a baby? So I put in a request for appointment. Was contacted next morning to get more info of what is needed to move to next step. From the moment we were contacted to this day we have been treated with respect and compassion from Dr Rosencrantz and his team. Our blessing is now 1 week old. We are so thankful for RHWC! Husband and myself said when our daughter was born ok now we got to for our boy she is so beautiful! Already have the approval to do so for second transfer once im 14 months out from my OB/GYN. Cant wait to see everyone again for baby number 2.

This review is long overdue. My husband and I followed Dr. Rosencrantz from Kaiser because of his compassion, knowledge, and genuine interest in his patients well being. His new fertility clinic is beautiful, but more importantly we feel seen and heard - we’re more than just another patient. Reproductive Health and Wellness Center also offers more than just fertility treatments. As the name suggests, there’s other professionals available to assist in Nutrition, Yoga, Acupuncture, Spiritual Counseling, and Fertility Therapy. I’ve never felt more set up for success. Dr. Rosencrantz is thorough and makes sure he answers any and all questions. Not only is Dr. Rosencrantz amazing, but his team deserves the same amount of recognition. Cindy is always so welcoming and easy to talk to. Just a brief example of how caring and thoughtful they are - I had my egg retrieval a couple days ago and wasn’t feeling too well coming out of anesthesia. Both Dr. Rosencrantz and Cindy were there to make sure I was okay. Dr. Rosencrantz brought me a snack and even adjusted the air conditioner for my comfort. Cindy also stayed in the room with me and, while I don’t remember everything we discussed (thanks anesthesia), I do remember talking to her about how she got into the field and sharing laughs about my husband and I’s luau experience in Hawaii. Dr. Rosencrantz and his team are just as invested in this journey as my husband and I. We are so so grateful for Dr. Rosencrantz and his amazing team. We can’t wait to continue our journey with them!

My wife and I found Dr. Rosencratz and his staff after 2 years of trying without success. This process can be stressful in so many ways but Dr. Rosencratz, Anne, Lauren, Cindy, Caroline and the entire staff at RHWC made sure we were always comfortable and relaxed in every way through every step! They answered all questions, even the ones I asked over and over through stages of nervousness! The office was always had a spa like ambiance, clean and the staff so kind and upbeat with great attitudes! They treated us like family and held our hands the entire way through. Nothing will ever amount to the love and support we felt through this experience and in just 6 months we’ll be holding our beautiful baby girl because of all their help just after the first cycle! After struggling with PCOS, Dr. Rosencrantz has now helped us get pregnant with three babies over the years. His new practice in South Orange County is absolutely beautiful and very technologically advanced, and his staff are amazing. He is passionate about helping couples with infertility, and he is extremely good at it. What words could we possibly come up with that could properly convey our gratitude to Dr. Rosencrantz for helping us create our incredible family?!

Amazing!! Dr. Rosencrantz is straight forward. Great bedside manner and the staff is all very friendly. Everyone makes you fell comfortable and welcomed. Im 43 and husband is 54 and we were successful after only 2 months of treatment. Miracle!!!

I didnt have any close friends whod struggled with infertility and felt lost when it came to choosing where to get treatment. My husband came across RHWC and we decided to make a consult - Im glad we did.Ease of communication - 5 stars - When I called, I never had to wait on hold to talk to a receptionist, Dr. Marcus called me personally same day with important lab results, and it was also very easy to get questions answered through their patient portal (usually with same day results on weekdays).Appointment availability - 5 stars - Honestly, the free consult was the appointment that required the longest wait. Once I was a patient, I was easily able to get appointments when I needed them (the early morning appointments were especially nice since it meant I didnt need to take time off of work). Particular procedures, however, are limited to certain times and days of the week.Dr. Marcus Rosencrantz - 5 stars - He has calm demeanor and positive outlook, which was helpful on the days when me getting pregnant seemed impossible to me.Clinic appearance/ambience - 5 stars - The office was always extremely clean. The decor is modern and has a calming vibe.Cost - In comparison with another local fertility office I had a consult at, the out of pocket prices were comparable.

We are grateful that our friend recommended Dr. Marcus. He helped them to have their first baby. Along this emotional journey, Dr.Marcus seems to always know what to do and we have full confidence in his knowledge, experience, and persistence in solving the infertifility issues. He is a super smart and dedicated doctor. Dr.Marcus answered the phone during weekends so you know you can always reach him if any issues. Graduation days are always bittersweet, especially when you are leaving family behind. Throughout our 10 months with RHWC, we have built an IVF family( in all actuality we saw them more then our very own family members) RHWC became our safe place, our place of hope, and the very location our miracle was created, for that alone, we love RHWC. Aside from the science of it all, RHWC became family because of the care andconcern they gave me, my husband and my growing baby. I could have never dreamed of the kind of care we received. Squeezing us in on uncertain situations, answering our most embarrassing questions, lending us time to reflect when times were hard and celebrating us when the best of times came. For RHWC, they will forever be a part of us!

My experience was terrible. Basically wasted a lot of money ( more than $25,000) before I realized selecting this place was a huge mistake. I went through a lot of pain and discomfort and did not get good results at the end. I then learned about success rates which is what good fertility centers publish to show their rate of success in achieving pregnancies in patients. Guess what? This reproductive center does not publish their success rates. Ask yourself why they wouldnt if the numbers are good. Also note that this fertility center invests in a lot of advertisement. So be careful about things your read or see online because they may be paid-for hype. There are plenty of fertility clinics in Orange County that publish their success rate. I found a great one and I think you can too.

My husband and I are both carriers for a rare genetic disease, for which we had suffered through pregnancy losses and lots of trauma. We decided we would pursue IVF with PGT-M (genetic testing) and the process seemed daunting to say the least. I am someone who researches everything and I did so many consults in the OC area, many of which I left confused or in tears of overwhelm/fear. When I met Dr. Rosencrantz and his staff I knew right away this clinic was exactly what I had been searching for. RHWC removes the fear, stress, and uncertainty from the IVF process and prioritizes patient care and individualized attention. I saw my doctor EVERY VISIT, never waited for appointments, or felt rushed. I always felt like a priority to them. Their care, dedication and knowledge was proven throughout my process with them. I ended up doing 2 cycles of IVF in October & November 2021 and transferred my genetically tested embryo in January 2022. I was able to enjoy my pregnancy knowing my baby did not have or carry our genetic disease and our healthy, rainbow baby boy was born October 2022 and is now 2 months old. I could not be more grateful for how smooth RHWC made our IVF journey and would hands down recommend them to anyone needing fertility assistance.
