Quest Diagnostics Green Spring PSC

The women who worked with me and my son today were absolutely wonderful! (I could remember their names)The paperwork wasnt sent over from my sons doctors office and they were so patient while it was sent over. My son who has special needs is not an ideal patient to get blood from and they did so great with him. Really happy we went here! Thank you ladies!

Helpful getting my lab order. I have large veins in my arms. I am easy to stick. One tube of blood drawn on Tuesday. It’s Saturday and my arm they stuck is terribly bruised. I’m ok. I had to use quest for my test. I hope I never have to use quest again. The phlebotomist was sloppy

My doctor ordered a specific blood test. When he got the results quest did a different test that Medicare would not approve. My secondary insurance would also not pay the bill I had to redo the test. Quest will be sending a bill for their screw up. This is total incompetence.

Totally recommend this Quest location. I went on a Friday at 2p and I was in and out in no time. The employees were kind and patient, as a well as, professional.

They were great but need to update that they are PERMANENTLY CLOSED at this location as of 11/20/2023

I showed up for a test and they are closed at 930am
