Walk In Urgent Care

Upon walking in, Im greeted by a virtual medical assistant. This has got to be the worst idea to have ever been thought of. The virtual lady is no help and just barks orders. The human medical assistant was more helpful than the virtual lady as I needed them to look up my insurance eligibility. The provider there was kind and got me in and out pretty quickly. My review is only one star solely because of the virtual medical assistant

This place feels like a fake doctors office. They close and lock up before closing time, the doctor is incredibly rude, theres no in person receptionist. I was seen quickly and the male nurse was really nice. The doctor was incredibly snappy, rude, loud, and standoffish. He made me so anxious that i couldnt articulate very well. Not a great experience. He sent in the meds i needed for a uti but not without loudly proclaiming his distaste. Wont be returning without some serious desperation. Do better.

They are the sweetest people ever truly! I went there and because of what I had going on at the time I ended up passing out on there table and when I woke back up I was so so cold she went in the back and came back with a blanket and asked if she could cover me up and she sat with me for quite a while until I felt OK enough to continue on... there bedside manner especially considering they are an urgent care was top notch for sure. Ive never felt so cared for and nurtured in any hospital-esc setting let alone an urgent care. I will always come here 1st

I always come here when I am ill, so much easier than having to wait 3 weeks to get in with my family physician. The dr and staff have always been so nice and explain everything to me. However, this time I have to talk to a computer instead of the lady behind the desk. I dont like this at all. The lady on the computer has a thick accent and I couldnt understand what she was saying. Not a big fan of this. Probably just need to find a new urgent care center. So sad.

The doctor named Cindy treated my 5 yr old granddaughter like garbage. She had a double ear infection and the doctor was angry because she was crying. The doctor was complainting about her. What a horrible place with a horrible bedside manner. Why would you be angry at a sick child? I would not recommend this place to anyone! You will never have our business again. If I could give them 0 stars.

Although megan did a very good job the rest of the staff seems standoff ish the building is unmarked so i didnt even know what i was walking into could easily he mistaken for a smoke shop oh and the receptionist deal is a joke!

This place is a joke we came in at 745 pm and they didnt close till 9pm but the foreign lady on the computer told us they wouldnt see any more patients!!!! There was nobody else in there!!! So you just close when u feel like it???

Really loved the doctor that saw me, however theyre now outsourcing their front desk service to some Indian company via zoom? Ive never seen this before and I find it highly unprofessional. If I go somewhere in person, I expect to be speaking to someone in person. I also do not know if I can trust my information to be kept secure when I cant see the person in front of me.

I wish I could give them 1,000 stars. Dr. Irvin and Sandra are so kind and helpful. They will take as much time as they need with you, and its obvious they really do care. Please dont let the computer check-in deter you. I appreciate all their help these last couple of weeks!

Waited for 5 hours for them to even send my prescription to Walmart directly behind their office. They refused to allow the pharmacy to fill my antibiotic until the following day, which is not in my best interest. My doctor was talking badly about other patients children misbehaving (sick toddlers, crying). So unprofessional and possibly illegal? If i could give no stars i would.

Wish I could leave a 0 star. I NEVER leave reviews but need all moms to know DONT go here. First they have someone you can’t understand taking your information from a screen at the front desk so you’re giving your info to someone on zoom. And then the doctor we saw questioned my judgment when I asked why my kids wouldn’t get antibiotics for DOUBLE ear infections! She was old school and wanted to give them just ear drops. When I asked for amoxicillin she was so rude to me and said “well…ok then.” Idk if these doctors are even real. This place felt like a fake office of random people pretending to be doctors

Went to the Ontario location several times in one week and they were closed when they were suppose to be open. Never see them open anymore but sign says they are open everyday.

Absolutely absurd place to go. I do not recommend this place at all!!!! Went in to get checked for a UTI they sent be to do a urine test with cups that sit in the bathroom on a shelf that are no different than a reusable coffee cup,Had to write my own name on the cup with a sharpie that was provided on the same shelf.Then after I was told they couldn’t test my urine because I took AZO to help and it could interfere with the test, prescribed the medication anyways then told me I could leave without a discharge form or anything. I was so lost when I left. I was unsure if I even had a uti then got prescribed pills without a diagnosis. Not professional at all and so uncomfortable to be there I wouldn’t trust this place with my care again.

Dont recommend!!! Went with my gf to get her looked at, she was talked over the entire time while she was trying to explain what was going on with her. Cut her off with every sentence trying to rush so they could close. Talked to her like a child, Then got upset that she had additional problems that she didnt mention dispite being talked over and interrupted the whole time. They tried to clean her ears but went too far and made her bleed and has left her with ear pain thats kept her up and in pain for 2 nights now. Gonna have to take her to the ER in the morning because yes its 4am and yes shes sitting on the couch crying.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experience in my life. They didn’t even check my son, they only checked my vitals. I asked that they give me an idea of what we had and the response was “not Covid and not the flu”. Both women I talked to were rude and snippy with me. The one told me the second she walked in that when I decided to get off my phone and be seen, she would check my vitals, and then walked out. When she came back her words were “now that you have decided to get off the phone and let me do my job I guess I can do your vitals”. She didn’t ask nicely or anything. I was speaking to my husband letting him know I was there with our son trying to get checked. The doctor or whoever came to see me before I left, told me I was not sick when clearly I am. Only reason I went there was because every other walk in clinic was over an hour wait and I didn’t want to take up a bed at the ER for being sick. No wonder why they had one other patient in their. Do not recommend AT ALL.

Ive been coming to this clinic long before the change transition. Im very happy that Karen and Mrs. Diane are still a part of the staff. These ladies work their butts off and make sure each visit is friendly, fast, and professional. Whenever Im there, and if one is either off for that particular day, I get nervous and inquisitive to their whereabouts. Just making sure theyre still employed there, because if it werent for these ladies taking such good care of myself and all of Dr. Breitenbachs patients, Id probably seek medical assistance elsewhere. Keep up the great work ladies.

Locked up and closed well before closing time. If you’re trying to get here within the last hour of being open, don’t bet on getting in.

I was appalled at the way the rent a cop treated me he said can I take a quick look in your bag and proceeded to dig through my bag like I was a criminal I have had a knife at the bottom of my bag for years its been through so many security check never a problem this guy after digging through my purse for 5 minutes finds it tell me to take it to my car now Im there because I am sick but I am pissed ran it to my car get back inside ask if thats all he says something about my attitude really Im at urgent care been sick for 2 weeks my attitude really there was a wait but the people were nice except for the cop who was ridiculous to treat a 60 year old sick woman as he did other than him my visit went fine dont think I would go back because of his terrible treatment of me

I felt like my health wasnt taken seriously. I went in bc I have the ick. The MA was super nice and asked my symptoms I told her my head is congested, rough deep cough, etc. She told me they are required to do Flu swab and Covid swab okay I was fine with that. Then tells me the NP would be in with my results. Im thinking Id be assessed before only seeing the NP for results. She told me I had Flu A and didnt prescribe me anything told me to let it take its course. I told her your not going to listen to my chest bc i was hacking up chunky stuff that happens when i have bronchitis..the last thing I need is bronchitis. She said no. So I left and called my primary care provider. My throat is irritated some of those numbing pills would have been nice. Tomorrow I go to see My PCP and we will see what he says.12/16 Update: I went to my doctor today. He was very upset that I wasnt prescribed anything. Come to find out I do have bronchitis and my sinuses are on fire.I will not be back. You need to take your patients seriously.. they know their body. Id be ashamed.**you want the opportunity to talk and investigate? If you really cared enough you would have left an email for phone number where you could be reached to discuss.**

I took my son and I both in to get checked because we weren’t feeling well. We waited a little while but they were packed so not really to concerned. Vickie (nurse practitioner) is awesome! The rest of the staff is awesome! I will go here over any of the other walk in clinics for now on. They get 2 thumbs up👍👍 and 100%!

I have used this walk-in clinic about 5 times now for myself or my son. I have had nothing but absolute amazing experiences every time. They are quick, caring and they get the job done. I between the flu, strep, and sinus infection they were always so kind, they got the prescriptions sent right over to he pharmacy and getting us to feel better soon! I have nothing but great things to say about this place 🤗 10 stars!

I would never ever go to this place again. If you want to wait couple hours and want to hear that if you can’t wait then go to emergency then go get yourself check at this place.

This would be a 5 star if it wasnt for the new way of checking in. I cant understand the girl on screan. Its impersonal everyone can hear everything. Thats a HIPP law. I live the Dr and receptionist. They are very professional

Excellent experience! The wait wasnt terrible and the woman at the front desk that took care of me (I didnt catch her name but she had super cool blue hair!) was really nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time! I mean, I hope I never have to go back to urgent care....but if I did, this would be the spot. 😁

The lady at the front desk was very nice and the lady doctor is awesome as well, and you cant fake awesome. Thank you, Im very pleased with my visit.

No thanks. Took my sick 3-year-old and my sick self there to get a covid test. As we sat waiting in the lobby for them to call us up since we had an appointment, numerous people came in coughing away. When someone cut in front of us we asked if we could be seen since we had an appointment. Im sorry our app booked 25 people at the same time and we cant get you in. Wonderful. So I left not knowing if we have covid or not, and Im sure the people coughing and the waiting room while we sat there waiting for an appointment that never happened helped us to get it just in case we didnt. But we wont know now. Instead well just drive home late at night with a sick 3 year old and myself. Would have been nice if when we walked in the door they told us this instead of letting us sit there in the lobby with all the sick people. Well done Ontario urgent Care, I can guarantee you this, I will never see the inside of your lobby ever again.

Debra and Karen are excellent! They are in the Urgent Care clinic in University Heights OH. They provided the care my granddaughter needed not only with professionalism but also showed care and concern for her. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Went for a rapid covid test at 9am. Arrived around 8:50am and their sign states they open at 7am. No one was there. A little after 9am, a nurse arrives and states she does not have her keys and it will be a bit for someone to come unlock the door. Around 9:45am, we get inside the building. I am 4th patient taken back with my daughter. Our one hour results did not post on the app as we were told in an hour. Hers posted around 2:00pm and it is now 5:00pm and I still do not have my results, which are needed to return to work. I have called numerous times with no answer, contacted their main office and they tell me there is nothing they can do and to call the actual urgent care again. I came here back in October 2020 and had fast and speedy service, but this is terrible.

We just moved here from out of state, so we weren’t sure where to go when our two children were having terrible coughing and high fevers on a Sunday evening. This was the only urgent care we could find that was open, so we went in. The receptionist was super nice. However the dr or nurse, or whatever his title is, was the worst dr I think I’ve ever encountered. We told him what was going on with our two children and he acted like he had no idea how to check them or what to do. I felt like he had no medical knowledge whatsoever. They had the flu several weeks ago, which they recovered from, so you would think he would have done a flu test on them, but no. Then he told us he wasn’t sure what dosage of antibiotic or steroids to give them, and that he would have to do calculations to figure it out...like really!!? We ended up just walking out and told him that we weren’t comfortable with his obvious lack of knowledge. I mean we felt like he had no medical experience at all, and had no clue what he was talking about. It was the worst and strangest encounter I’ve ever had with a physician. We then called the on call pediatrician at the doctors office we use for our children, and the on call doctor called us right back and made us feel better about the symptoms our children are having. We will definitely not be going back to this urgent care clinic, and I will be sure to warn everyone I know not to go there.

Very impressed with the staff. This was our first time there with our son. The NP was named Amber very Thorough and kind. We only wait maybe 5 minutes and our whole visit was less then 45 minutes the Register Emily was also very kind. We will definitely be returning should we need care.

Have been to this location before never again the nurse was great the so called doctor I hate to even address him as this didnt answer my question told him I had a cough for two weeks couldnt even lay his phone down really got the impression that he didnt care. Then he call my meds into wrong place.

The positivity started with Karen on the phone who walked me through the app and gave me all the valuable information for my daughter. This wonderful kindness continued with my daughters visit. Karen is amazing and you can tell that she really cares about her patients and her job! Now my daughter has found a place if needed close to her college. Thanks to all the wonderful staff at University Heights especially Karen!

No sign saying they weren’t taking anymore walk ins so I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes while she took someone else back. Meanwhile I can barely breathe and have low oxygen and when she finally comes back she just walks up to the window and stares at me, no greeting or asking what I need help with and then tells me they’re all booked up and closing early and they aren’t really taking people with breathing issues anywayI’d like to add that I have gone to this place several times before for the same symptoms(I have asthma and colds take me out very easily) and I’ve always been treated and prescribed meds that help me so that’s not true unless the breathing issues is a new policy.

I visited the Urgent Care in University Heights. I first want to say that Karen and Indra were amazing! They were very kind and helpful! The log in process, however, was tedious. It took at least 25 minutes. The birthday section alone... I had to enter my birthday by going backwards one month at a time from June 2021! Im no spring chicken! This process is not user friendly; if it werent for Karen and Indra I would have gone somewhere else or just gone back home with my illness.

Absolutely the best urgent care experience with Vicki Delany, CNP as a provider. Minimal wait time, she actually listened to me and was very caring and comforting. My prescription was at the pharmacy when I got there.I will definitely be back and recommend this location and Vicki to my family and friends.

Today I drove from galion to this urgent care after googling to make sure they were open and arrived a little before 3:30 to find a sign on the door saying they were on lunch and would be back at 4 to continue taking appointments. It did not specify that they are not taking walk ins. I had to pick someone up at 4:30 so I left and came back at around 6 to find out they aren’t taking walk ins. I wasted 2 hours of driving and a quarter a tank of gas. At least put a sign on the door specifying that you aren’t taking walk ins, I would’ve made an appointment or not came back today. Instead I wasted my time and money. I usually don’t bother to leave reviews but I feel this could’ve been prevented by better communication like a simple sign on the door saying no walk ins.

We have been very pleased with the quick service and very competent care here. We think Vickie Delaney the p a, is tops in the area, as is Ashley, Amanda in the office, and the rest of the staff. They listen to you and prescribe accordingly. Several times this spring our regular physicians refused to diagnose and treat us for serious issues, like kidney stones and pneumonia! Vickie listened, ran tests and treated my husband and my granddaughters appropriately and compsssionately. Were very grateful to her and the rest of the staff for their help. I personally chose Vickie as my pcp because I trust her to give excellent care. And several mothers I know will only take their children to her. We are so happy to have her in our area!

The provider was very nice with my sister who was suffering from sore throat. She was very quick and my sister was feeling good in no time.

I love most of the nurses and drs there. I went in today because I have mastitis. The Dr gave me medicine. So that was good I sat in the room a while though only to listen to her and the nurse out front talking and laughing and calling people. Then I felt it was very rude she said since my daughter is 16 months its about time to quit breastfeeding. Its my personal life/body/child so she had no right to say that to me.

Vicki Delany has been mine & my families primary care doctor for a few years now, she is absolutely amazing!❤ Everyone there has always been super nice. They are great with our kids also! I highly highly recommend going here! Thank u Vicki & Staff for everything u do!❤

I went on Friday after Thanksgiving because my doctors office was closed. The doctor and staff were friendly. The doctor saw me for like 3 minutes and I was the only patient. He gave me two prescriptions that made me miserable to the point I went to my family doctor. My doctor told me I was prescribed too much and the strong steroid never should have been prescribed. It put me in steroid psychosis. My doctor told me never to go to this urgent care and never take my kids there.

Absolutely love this place. The staff are so friendly, very helpful, and very pleasant to talk to. I got right in, told them what how I felt and they right away took my vitals, gave me a Covid test for safe measures and told me what was wrong. I strongly recommend this place if they’re open and you aren’t wanting to go to the hospital.

Fast, kind, knowledgeable and, most importantly, care from the heart!Everyone is great at this location, but nurse practitioner Vicki is superb! Whether your have an urgent care need or looking for a new primary care provider, she’ll give you the attention you deserve! Highly recommend!

My husband started going first, which is no easy feet. He hates doctors.but his medical problems soon started to make it a nessity. He started in August 2019. The change that the team has made on him from his panic attacks. His blood cloths. The swelling, its like I got my husband back. So I said maybe I should try this. Started in January 2020 and couldnt be more please. The staff listen the care, its not just a job for them its an impact.... Im going to copy this to the Marion review as well were seen at both branches and are amazing

The receptionist that gave me my test results was very impersonal. Just handed me the paperwork and told me to read the info packet and that was it. I had questions but was being rushed out. I just stood there shocked is this really happening? I started to ask questions and finally a NP came out to answer my questions.I understand how busy we all are during this pandemic but treat people with more respect and compassion. These are scarey times for everyone.

The new Virtual screen registration process is very good. I am glad that they are very high tech and the there service is very quick and the provider was very nice.

The nurses at both these locations are fabulous and kind. But thats the only positive thing really.There use to be 2 nurse practitioners there that My family & I loved. I believe.....but Im not 100% sure.....theres only one left. Her name is Vicki. Shes very kind, treats/diagnoses you quickly, but never leaves the room until she has explained what you have, what you need to do, etc etc. From what I understand though, she hardly works anymore. (Again, not 100%). If you can get her, youll be in caring good hands.Now theres a few foreign doctors whom are very arrogant and rude. They work at both locations. They told my boyfriend his arm, had nothing wrong with it (and it was swollen and he couldnt bend it. He had to go to the e.r. and got told it was a very bad sprain and some ligament issues.). They told me that the reason my one eye was swollen, itchy, and red was because of allergies. (It was pink eye. Thanks to the e.r. for that too). Then another time I had to take all my kids at once. The one doctor got mad because my kids were pacing......PACING.....in the room and laughing. Then told me my kids were fine. (They ended up having bad uri and ear infections). This has nothing to do with them being foreign. I have a few foreign doctors for other reasons, that are amazing and well liked. These 2 are just horrible, rude, and have bad bed side manors. I wouldnt recommend anyone going to this or the other urgent care in Richland Co.

Linda, Nigel, and Luke were all very courteous and professional. They took the time to listen to my Fiance when she was sick. They were fast getting us in and out. Thanks to the staff. We would recommend this office.

I understand times are tough with the Corona virus.As a nurse myself I can understand to a point. Was there in line before opening. Checked In within 15 mInutes for testing. Told 90 minutes. 4 and 1/2 hours later still waiting. No test done yet. Checked with them twice. First after 3 hours and said 5 people for testing ahead. 4 hours later still 4 people ahead of me. Machine was down temporarily. Didnt let anyome know. Said it would be another 45 minutes. Still waiting. No communication at all. Bathroom out of toilet paper, soap and paper towels. Not good in these times. Very negative experiencw

I do not recommend this place at all! I got stung Saturday and I am highly allergic to all bug bites/stings. By the time I got there it had spread from the size of a lemon to the size bigger than a dinner plate. It was very red. Sore and hot to the touch. The lady doctor basically said yes, It was a secondary allergic reaction and sent me on my way after telling me her life history of being stung ! So by today...I pay more out of pocket to go see my Doctor..who had to put me on an antibiotic!...go elsewhere! Nadine Patrick

Went in to be tested for UTI. The lady at the front desk was rude. Everyone else was nice, though. The nurse told me I didnt have a UTI but prescribed me meds if the symptoms came back. As soon as I got home, the symptoms came back. Not even an hour after being looked at. Only reason Im giving 3 stars is because she did give me meds.

I have been there three times. The first two visits were amazing and the staff was awesome . However, I just left there in tears. Something in my hip popped and caused excruciating pain, interfering with my walking and caused me to have an accident. The guy doing my registration and took me back in to my room, with a nurse witnessing his degradation regarding my insurance, third street clinic,and very rudely insinuating I was white trash seeking pain pills...and I said I do not want anything for pain, I just want a X ray to find out what was dislocated .he said that I was no one to come in asking for a Xray - thIs is no emergency- just because I think i need one,doesnt mean I will get it. the woman nurse finally takes over when I start to cry and run out of the room.. He said ,Fine . i will leave.. and he stuck his head back in and said I am the one who does the X rays...as he shut the door, the nurse hung her head, and told me his name was Jessie., I guess he has treated many people on medicaid like this. So, here I sit in another ER to find out he ran me out in tears, telling me it was not a medical emergency, as if I was lying- and just found out- its Cauda equina and my blood cell count is all screwed up..so, I am awaiting results of that. BUT..while doing so..the friendly staff here are giving me the resources to make sure that this demeaning nurse, Jessie , Is at least , brought forth, so the next time he mistreats someone- especially because of their insurance and because they go to a community clinic Dr. That there is other evidence available ... I have given this place 5 stars everytime, but this new staff-the two lady nurses, acted intimidated by him, put their head down, and said that this is just the way Jessie is...that is not only unprofessional ..but defintely doesn not adhere to any of the medical or moral ethics.

The last couple times of needing to go to urgent care, they have went down hill. Dr was ok, but the staff was pretty stiff and the waiting time is getting worse each time we are here, even though there are not that many patients. On top of that, the staff are allowing people to jump in front of others that make some wait for hours. i am very disappointed because this is the only one we have used since we have moved to Mansfield. But now, it looks like my family may change to another one now. :(

Went to urgent Care a through Ohio health and got turned away. Directly went to walk in urgent Care on springmill by Walmart and was treated with respect and they were very professional. Doctor was amazing and no wait time. I would 100% recommend this walk in urgent care. These doctors actually care and want to help. Appreciate everything you did for me. AMANDA M NORMAN

This was the absolute best visit ive ever had in an urgent care. They seen me and my daughter very fast luke Davis was our cnp he was amazing with my 15 month plus he dumbed stuff down for me lol old the nurse was absolutely amazing I would recommend to anyone and will go back in the future when we get sick again. Well done guys thank you for that amazing experience!!

The site and sign outside the urgent care both say open 9am to 9pm Monday through Friday . Arrivaled at 815pm and were closed, I called and the person who answered was extremely rude and said they stop taking ppl at 8pm. THEN THE SIGN SHOULDNT SAY 9pm!!!

I went to this urgent care in the fall of 2019 because I had been having breathing problems (among many other issues relating to being sick) and without administering a single test was diagnosed with bronchitis. Lo and behold I had serious double pneumonia and after discovering this at OhioHealths urgent care, they told me to go to the hospital immediately. Long story short, only come here for like athletes foot. Or just avoid coming altogether.

Staff is great, however restroom is very very unsanitary, and the ceiling has black mold on it. I wish I could give this place 5 stars but the cleanliness did it for me.... I also noticed the sinks, and counters, and trash bins had spills all over them.

If you can avoid going here, please do so! I came here for a work required covid rapid test. As soon as I walked up to the counter, the woman working immediately had an attitude and was extremely rude!!!They now use an app, so she being so put out to answer my questions, didnt even have to take my insurance card or i.d., you do it yourself on their app.

Thank you so much for listening to me and doing all you can to make me feel better. Never once have i felt belittled coming to see Vicki. She has went above and beyond to help me. She listened to me and comforted me when i didnt know what to do. Thanks for completing all my work and very much for your care and support.

Day after Christmas and another clinic (Avita) wouldnt see me for Cellulitis (leg) until their 5-7 day Covid test came back. I waited only 45 minutes for a Covid rapid test appointment in the early morning and your team got the (negative) results and wrote a script for the leg issue. Very efficient and thorough even though you were super busy with Covid testing!

This urgent care was awesome, I had to wait a little but there was other people in there ahead of me. Dr Vicki was great listening to my syptoms and diagnosing my illness. I will go back in the future.

Ive been to a few throughout the states due to a traveling job, but this is by far the nest one Ive ever been to. They got me right in and right out no wait whatsoever. The dr. was great as well as the rest of the staff. Highly recommended if your in need of care!!

Staff here was very nice, service was pretty fast also. Nurse practitioner Vicky was very caring and took time to listen to my issues. Kudos to the whole team, I will highly recommend this place!

Place should be shut down just went there 1/27 today and was told doctor stepped out for a few hours to come back. What kind of a place called Urgent Care does something like that without a back up. And they said we can do your paperwork now and I come back in 2 1/2 hours. Yeah right that will never happen again. Came over to avita and got prompt attention.

I am very impressed with the service at this urgent care facility! So polite, so attentive and knowledgeable. The X-ray tech Is very professional and thorough! Thank you so much, way better experience than an ER visit !

So I work for a transportation company and I went to drop off a client a few mins ago. A sign on the door says that the place is closed from 1 to 2. That is fine because places close for lunch a lot of the time but there was a guy in the building. So I asked if my client could come in, so I could leave. He said no, she has to sit outside for an hour until they reopen. That is bush league.

Went for covid test one of the swabs the nurse sat it on the counter after she saved my daughters nose not covered asked if they could re take the test because of contamination the nurse said she couldnt do that so no surprise it came back positive.

I went in an almost emergency situation, tired of being in pain, Sue was very nice as Dr. Chong was also, I was sent to Hospital for ex rays and that took forever. Sue went out of her way to get the hospital to send exrays, my experience was great!

I am been to this clinic serval times in the past 8 months they are amazing, friendly , and very knowledgeable. I would reccomend this walk in to anyone. Very fast and courteous special thank you to lindzi Moore and Luke Davis cnp for seeing in me a a timely manner and going out of the way to help me!!

I was seen quickly, doctor treated my issues, meds sent to pharmacy right away, home feeling 99% better! Definitely will use this Urgent Care for any future needs!!

First visit, I sat for 2.5 hours when the nurse came in and said she forgot I was there. 2nd visit, there were people being helped as soon as they walked in but I had been there 45 minutes and hadn’t even done paperwork. They then told another person waiting that there wasn’t an actual dr there. I left at that point

Hands down one of the best urgent cares I have ever dealt with. The staff was amazing. This will be the only urgent care I will be using in the future.

No sign advising of appointments only. Staff members complaining about people not going to the ER instead. Walked in not feeling well and all they wanted to do was test for covid instead of finding out the cause of the problem. Worst experience

You have to talk to a lady in a computer now who doesnt really speak good English or talk it when theres a receptionist behind the glass its very aggravating and they ask the same questions over and over

The place was fantastic/perfect. Service second to none. AND, at the time, they were on a skeleton staff! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Went in at 1pm and was told there would be a 4 hour wait. It’s currently 9:30 pm and I am sitting in the parking lot still waiting to be seen. I called at 8 and was told be here at 9:20 and when I arrived I was told there are still 7 people ahead of me. 0/10.

Actual care is very efficient and quick; however, wait times and communication is not always true. Was told results would be in 20 minutes ended up waiting an extra hour.

They will accept your insurance when you arrive. Let you pay your copay. Check you out and send you on your way.What they dont tell you is that the doctor/cnp you are seeing doesnt accept your insurance and will be charging you 250$ over your copay.

They cant be bothered to answer the phone.. just needed a simple question answered. Called intermittently over the course of 2 hours. Not once was the phone answered. Then I just started getting the phone is busy recording every time I called after that. Very professional...

Great friendly staff from signing in to the medical assists and the nurse practitioner. They take the time to listen and help treat you.

This was the second time I was at this urgent care. There were at least 4 others waiting and one of the patients said he had been waiting two hours for care. I know its the holidays but this was ridiculous.

I was skipped and the women behind the count was rude and unprofessional. I tried to tell her I was signed in before several others she just kept being rude. Now finally in a room I have already been here for 2 hours.. I will never come back here

Got there at 2:30pm sign on door said out to lunch till 4:30. Must be nice to get two hour break. There only open till 6

Follow up paperwork for my insurance wasn’t filled in or faxed, even after weeks of me calling to remind her, and being told each time she had it and would do it by then end of the day.

Place was disgusting and the staff was not very professional. No hand sanitizer anywhere in site. Nurse did not wash her hands between patients or clean medical equipment.

Shes a wonderful doctor she listens and not only did she help and saved me she has helped and saved my old man if anyone needs a doctor come she her very very good doctor

Was told wait time was 1 1/2 hours, I’ve been waiting 4hours, just got into a room and it’s been 20mins, this is the most dirty medical facility I’ve ever seen the lobby bathroom and exam rooms all dirty I will never come back

They do not keep there appointment time. Get there from out of town and tell you theres a 45 minute wait when you have an appointment.
