I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years on and off the program. They are nice for the most part. Try to comfort you, if you’re having a bad day. Tries to make sure the patient is comfortable.

Great service, professional staff ; they gonna treat you well. I highly recommend for your health inquiries.

I love to visit this clinic! Everyone has always been so friendly! Its always so clean and they are very detailed oriented and for me it has always been a speedy process!

This place is so unprofessional I started working there July 26 2024 on July 30 I was diagnosed with COVID I’ve been calling them everyday since august 7th 2024 to let them know my test came back negative everyday I’m being told someone will call me to let me know when to return to work here it is august 15th I called this morning I was told someone would call me before the day ends still no call. Like what kind of staff doesn’t communicate with their employees. How can you terminate an employee who’s out with Covid then don’t communicate with the employee. I don’t recommend this place to nobody for employment, the only thing they worry about is how many patients can be signed for the program and mistakes Taylor will fire you she won’t even give you a chance to fix the mistake when you’re basically in training she tells you the training is 90 days but if you do anything wrong that day she fires you she don’t give anybody a chance. Worst place to work. They do not communicate with the employees and they always have a attitude and talk to people like you’re a child when everybody in the facility is grown

This place is very unprofessional Don’t even waste your time applying for a job . Taylor so call congress team like she running a politics , if you not apart of her crew you not able to get hours. Doing the interview they don’t give you any information but get mad when you ask another employee information. Taylor the owner have an anger issues she too emotional about everything even the doctors are scared to say things to her. You can’t drink water , can’t smile too much oh can’t smile to less , can’t speak to other employees even when no patient in the lobby. She will never have a solid team because we aren’t allowed to be humans.

Eyra angel luis Dr.tatianaDr.Pierre Louis, Marie Claire was nice and helpful the experience level is off the charts.

Their focus is to keep you alive and well. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. Everyone is so fun and respectful. They make sure you get all the information and help that’s available.

This clinic gives such a warm welcoming! As soon I you walk-in it’s like a celebration 🎉 the staff is super kind and helpful and the doctors are very informative

Its the worst place to work, youre sitting for 9 hours doing nothing because there are only 2 patients a day, and the owner Taylor gets angry because there arent enough patients, and blames us for nobody wanting to join her mediocre program. They make us call patients every day, go to their homes, and practically harass them to make another appointment at the clinic. There are phlebotomists who arent certified to do IVs but do them anyway. Theres no fixed schedule, they can call you an hour before your shift starts and tell you you dont have to work today. And they fire people from one day to the next, mostly over the phone. And owner Taylor thinks her clinic is the best in the world, and if youre not at her feet, you wont last long in that job. They pay $14 an hour, promising to raise your pay when you finish your training, which is a lie, so youd be making between $400-$600 every two weeks because IF THERE ARENT ENOUGH PATIENTS, THEYLL CUT YOUR HOURS.

The stuff is excellent, All the perks they have are great and they will help you with whatever you need with your health. Completely recommend this place

This place is a horrible place for employment. The employees there are not certified to be doing ivys . The iv was very horrible and painful. Everone There is one pens and needles and the owner is horrible as well. And no one there is certified to do ivy infusion.. I will be reported this company to the Department of Health.

If I could give 0 starts I would Do not go to this community center they are doing scams on people !!!! They tried to make me sign a paper saying that if don’t return to them for a visit I am responsible to pay them $350 after I paid only $50 I get seen !!! They are a sham and they will basically tell you they will help you with assistance but they won’t they only want your information to file for insurance under their company and you end up being still responsible !!! Scam and shame on you do not go there !!!!!!!

Alive and well make me feel comfortable and there friendly I would recommend them to anybody who love them selves.

If I could rate this place below 1 star I would. They get your insurance info and scam you into signing up for a medication program that they will not let you get out of. I have been in person, countless phone calls, and they still will not disenroll me from their scam program. BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Terrible service. I was told it was free. I was very skeptic when they asked for insurance Their sign says free screening but it’s not. If you don’t have insurance they’ll send you a bill. I ended up getting a bill for service I did not ask for. You’re better off going to any AHF near you they don’t ask for your insurance info or send you a bill.. the owner is very rude as well

Hello my name is Richard and I had quite a memorable experience at alive and well from the moment i entered. The office is very nice and clean. The staff high greeted me used these clappers to make it sound like i was getting a standing ovation for simply walking in and it made a huge difference in my attitude. Angie and Rose explained everything that i would need to do in order to get the right care and answered every one of my questions with empathy and personality. The lab staff was also very professional and i barely even noticed they were drawing blood. I also must shout out their doctor on site named Ana. She really helped put my mind at ease.

Extremely Unprofessional Owner.The site is VERY sketchy and disreputable.They DO NOT practice proper sterilization techniques, nor are they trained or certified to be professionally dealing with patients.Most of the staff have yet to acquire HIPAA, Infectious diseases, OSHA, CPR certification.The owner is also making the staff participate in medical procedures that are outside of their scope of practice.(ie Phlebotomist placing IVs with no IV certification, or blood borne pathogen training.)She’s hiring staff to play doctor but aren’t even certified AS PROVIDERS and haven’t even gone through any medical course let alone diagnose or prescribe medication. Again no certification which is Very scary.The owner, Taylor refuses to give her staff a break. She makes them work overtime and does not pay for their additional labor. (You can ask any members of the staff)Also she is hiring employees promising them salary figures but also making deductions from it without consent and knowledge.Employees have confronted her about this and she gets super angry and fires them. She throws very nasty temper tantrums and the staff is afraid to speak up because of her ease of firing employees like nothing.

Awesome staff! Especially Miracle! I loved her. She made me feel so comfortable and related to me so well. The doctor was also great. They worked w me w the little money I had and we got things done. Highly recommend!!!

OMG (Pattie) the front desk clerk was wonderful, enthusiast and extremely helpful she definitely stood out to me, and everyone else was nice and friendly and energetic. Im so happy that I became a member. I recommend everyone in the community to partner with them. They are fast, friendly, caring, and extremely helpful.

My experience here has been a smooth one. They greeted me cheerfully at the door. And the whole process was a smooth one. Lanaya was a real treat to deal with and showed great energy and hospitality. It was to the point i had to sign up for the $75 testing program. The whole staff just made it a great environment in a situation where it would usually be awkward and uncomfortable! And Miracle had an energy worth matching for sure! Two THUMBS UP!!!

No Happy with the service. They give you an appointment at 9:45 am then they call you that at 10 am the office close. My daughter is in pain for what the doctor did to her. They just want to take your money. They provide half information: not happy at all.

From I first visited alive and well as a new patient in October of last year, I was always mesmerized by the acts of service and compassion that they provide. From you walk off the elevator you feel like you are in a safe place and they treat you just like family. From the staff to the doctors, they treat you as if you matter. Alive and Well is the place that I would recommend to any and everyone. They have a lifetime patient and that patient is me❤️🫶🏽.

This is the best clinic! They received me with clappers and they were kind the entire time. I felt comfortable, everything was clean and they even have clouds on their lighting fixtures. The nurses and Dr were super professional and answered all my questions. Love this place!

Went to Alive and Well and the lab ladies/ doctor were very nice, sweet and patient. Keep up with your health and know your status. Visit Alive and Well and let the ladies take care of you. Getting checked can be nerve-wracking and for some even scary but here you feel loved, welcomed and comfortable. Get Checked! Stay Alive! Stay Well!

Angelica and Rose were very courteous and professional. Also the older Spanish nurse/receptionist. I hate that I forgot her name. Very pleasant experience. Will recommend to a friend and definitely will be coming back.

I went to get a normal check up and lil did I know I was applying to join the “alive and well” family. These people do a phenomenal job all while going above and beyond for their patients.They literally just dropped me off something for Valentine’s Day.. what clinic u know is out here doing that.. all in all. Great business, great customer service and even better people.

Mrs. Robin assisted me and was kind the entire visit. I was a little nervous when I first came in but all the staff made me feel welcome and took the edge off. The office is clean and the staff is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

I’m making a review from my siblings page I’m a patient at the Miami Gardens office the staff Rose was amazing me and my partner came today and service the young lady who took my blood Paige was so patient with me I was so nervous and her lab service skills was through the roof the doctor was amazing can’t wait to see you guys next week and I’m telling everybody such a wonderful experience.

Theyre very professional, very kind and responsible. The front desk staff, Labs and Medical are very attentive and friendly, especially Miss Blanca from the reception, she is very dedicated to what she does 👍.I recommend this Medical Center because it is very private and professional.

Completely misleading about what services are offered/covered under your program. Offer useless products like vitamins IVs. But when you need actual medical care or treatment they price gouge you. 10/10 would not recommend if you are looking for a professional clinic.

Extremely disappointing... Ive never had such a horrible experience like this one and I am not the only one... I needed to be seen for testing as soon as possible... when I went in there it was like a market.. all they want is to show you there package deals... didnt care about spending the money needed good care but didnt get that ....Dr tried to put me on medication I didnt need and told him I didnt want it but yet still getting medication delivered to my house which is just being thrown away...called to go in for results and nothing...now 5 months later theyre calling continuously and when I asked to please stop calling me they tried to reel me in with a gift card... you guys dont help just want peoples money...If they wouldve been so concerned I wouldve gotten a call 5 months ago... Very disappointing especially working in the medical field and having to experience this
