The group of people that work inside the clinic and the volunteers that work outside the clinic are absolutely amazing. Very kind people which made it a little more comfortable. If I could give more than five stars I definitely would. All questions were answered and I was taken care of with respect. Amazing clinic and staff. Clean clinic and timely.

If you need something they help you right away. They are literal angels on earth ♡ I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I felt so at ease with them all.

Wonderful staff. Very very supportive and so friendly. During hard times, these women are here for you! Dont mind the crazy protesters outside who are so so rude to these women in need of help, this clinc has wonderful security to make sure you are safe and comfortable at all times. Highly recommend this clinc to women.

If I could, I would rate this place 1000000/5 stars. The staff here was absolutely amazing. They made me feel extremely comfortable considering I was scared to have an aspiration abortion at first. For anyone who is scared to get an aspiration abortion: When the doctors tell you it doesn’t hurt, they aren’t kidding. I felt absolutely no pain what so ever! The doctors talked me through the whole thing and made me feel safe and comfortable. They were extremely respectful! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get an abortion. The only bad thing about this place is the protestors who stand outside and try and tell you not to get an abortion. Thankfully, this place has people who stand outside in rainbow colored vests who escort you inside and make sure the protestors who stand outside don’t nag you or harasss you. They are very nice, wonderful people! My experience here was absolutely amazing. 😊

I understand this is lengthy but I pretty much walked through this process step by step. I am happy to answer any questions about what I know from the experience, but I do not have or claim to have medical knowledge beyond this experience.I was there as a support person so this review is kind of from the outside looking in. After seeing the process from start to finish, I realize that what we see on social media or in other places is not all that true.I suggest no matter your age, level of intellect, or how sure you are of your choice, bring a support person because this is probably one of the toughest decisions you will make in your life and having hormones changing by the day wont make it any easier. This clinic has a group of ppl in rainbow vests outside who make sure you arent harassed by protesters and reinforce the positive things about you as they escort you in.Once inside, the staff was so nice and respectful and reassuring. They were very professional, answered every question with no judgement whatsoever. The first thing they did was get a blood type and then an ultrasound. They have you a choice of getting a picture, watching the screen, or looking away as by law, the screen has to be turned so you can see it if you looked. After that we sat down with another medical professional who gave all options and made sure my friend understood everything right down to this being a choice and not being pushy. She also made sure my friend was aware of all her birth control choices she chose going forward. Then we saw the doc and I couldnt be in there as her support person due to confidentiality so I went outside and chatted with the ppl in the rainbow vests.Today was the second appointment and before she got to see the doctor, she sat down with the same medical practitioner from the first visit who put together a pack of things she would need, went over all the procedures, what to expect, and again made sure my friend understood she wasnt being pushed into thisNext was the doctor had to witness her take the pill and before she gave it to my friend, she again reminded my friend to be sure. No force, no judgement. This entire experience really changed my views of these clinics. I now can tell when i see ppl posting on Facebook, tweeting, or even talking in church about the horrors, that at least for this clinic, none of them are true. There was nothing but compassion, reassurance, respect, and caring people. They really had all their bases covered from the ppl outside making sure you get in safely and reassure you, that the things the protesters were at one point telling, that this in no way made you a bad person. However, as we left today, there was a protester with a sign and I pulled him along with us and the three of us had a nice conversation. In the end, we agreed to disagree but he was very respectful and told my friend he was sorry for her loss which brings me to my last point. It is a loss no matter how you think you feel. Hormones going up and down can really mess with your head. This clinic does offer resources for women who maybe later have trouble dealing with it or are experiencing post partum depression, which is all hormonal, but depression just the same. Ask for help if you need it.This office really does understand this is not an easy decision and that circumstances are different from person to person and they treated my friend with nothing but respect. The office itself was clean, private seating areas and quite cozy. After looking at planned parenthood and this office, I would certainly choose this office if I ever needed these services.

Everyone I interacted with at AMS was simply amazing. Throughout my journey they made me feel comfortable, safe, and respected. If you are considering an abortion I highly recomend speaking to someone at this location; everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel at ease. I also found AMS was more affordable for me than Planned Parenthood. Not that PP isnt a great resource, AMS just ended up being a better fit for me. Along with the supporting staff the head doctor (who actually preforms the procedures) was fanominal. I met with her twice; once on my first visit when we went over the surgical procedure and on the day of when she actually preformed my abortion. In both instances she was kind and courdious, and the procedure went very smoothly. I ended up bringing my best friend with me but it wasnt necessary in hindsight. I was worried about discomfort but the whole thing went by quick and almost painlessly. There is even a nurse who stayed in the room with us while the procedure was happening, she kept me talking and in some cases laughing, to keep my mind off of what was happening. My friend sat by my side and held my hand, but so did the nurse. It felt nice to have her there. Overall I cant say enough good things about this office and the staff who run it. The only thing I wish could have gone differently were the protestors who loiter outside their building. Im pretty good at handeling confrentation but I also understand that some women feel differently. Insults and criticism roll right off me (especially from those who go about shoving their opinions down others throats) so it didnt bother me too much. Also, AMS have these amazing volunteers stationed outside their establishment to help escort you into the building and become a literal human shield between you and the protestors. AMS really does everything in their power to make you feel welcome and safe when you walk through their doors. Not that I want to repeat this experiance, but I know where Ill go if (God forbid) I have to. Peace, love, and good energy to everyone.
