Generation Next Fertility

I had a very positive experience with Generation Next Fertility. Dr. Luk and her team were considerate, well-informed and organized from my very first appointment. They patiently answered all my questions and cleared any confusion I had during my appointments and were very prompt in sending out emails after each appointment with notes. Everyone I interacted with, from the doctors to the nurses to the receptionists, were very kind and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the process. The clinic is also spacious and clean and gets tons of light, which really helped calm my nerves before my monitoring appointments. I am super happy with the outcome and I highly recommend this clinic!Few things to improve would bea) the patient portals user experience is pretty bad. Its not user-friendly and pretty outdated, especially the billing section.b) monitoring appointments were usually very quick and prompt but occasionally they would forget to check me in or mix up my name with a different patient, resulting in longer wait times. The checking-in process can be improved.

Long story short - please find another clinic.The office and equipment is nice and new, giving off the notion that everything is very well kept. I really enjoyed my first visit, meeting the assigned doctor and her assistant who made me feel very comfortable.However, I immediately started looking into a different clinic after the doctor missed to call me twice with my blood work. There wasnt much of an explanation why I didnt get my calls as originally planned, which I also had to block off work in advance to receive and I only got a call after few emails & calls to the office. The follow up call also lasted 2 seconds, I felt that my questions werent answered clearly and was left at the end of the call stressed out as they suggested for more tests and visits, without much explanation. Im also now stuck with unknown bills, leaving me on the phone with insurance providers everyday.Its such a shame that my experience ended this way - I found the clinic through research and suggestions and had waited for 1.5 months to get an appointment.

I chose this clinic after a lot of research on clinics that serve women over 40 with diminished ovarian reserve. Prior to GNF, I had a terrible experience at a different clinic and was determined to find something better. After my research on top doctors serving women with DOR, I had hoped to have Dr Janelle Luk as my doctor, but at the time she was fully booked so I ended up with Dr Jesse Hade instead. No fertility clinic is perfect, but I can honestly say that I had a great experience at GNF from start to finish, and my success speaks for itself as I am now several months along after a successful FET! Throughout the process, it was clear Dr Hade really knew his stuff and navigated the many challenges and anxieties I encountered along the way with careful, measured decision making and a steady, confident attitude. Ultimately, I ended up with one normal out of 5 embryos and I only had 1 chance for a successful transfer, and they nailed it! For that, I am forever grateful. Lastly, in terms of customer experience, I appreciated the high-end feel of the clinic which was uplifting to experience on many early mornings where I was tired and cranky after endless amounts of hormones and shots - a bonus of which is live piano music friday mornings. All the staff I encountered were kind and courteous and it was always a pleasure coming to their beautiful and uplifting office. Thanks again GNF!!

The office itself is beautiful, very modern, and clean.I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Luks care and cannot recommend her highly enough. I am so grateful I found Generation Next Fertility. After two failed attempts, we decided to travel to NYC from Oklahoma in hopes of starting a family and I’m so glad we did. The staff is so communicative and the protocol was specific to my body, not my body trying to fit in a certain protocol. Dr. Luk is the best in the business and I can’t thank GNF enough for helping me become a Mom!

If I could give them ten stars, I would. I have had a fantastic experience with GNF, from the front desk to the billing department.The patient are responsible for tracking what they pay for the medical services and what medication they have on hand. I always was able to clarify every dollar with their wonderful billing department within one call in five minutes.Even the best clinic with 1000 employees wont be able to service people who dont care and need babysitting with each step.Even though I was always given the best instructions, all the calls were on time, and every appointment (I had over 150) was on time. The receptionist knew my face when I just walked in.Dr. Nejat was so amazing. Ill be thankful for life for our little miracle. Ill never stop recommending this clinic to everyone whos struggling with infertility.I went to NUY before, and it was the worst experience of my life, full of stress and unanswered questions.If you want to have your baby, call GNF right now. I’m still on my journey w/ GNF and I’m still hoping and praying that it will end in success. I felt the need tonight to write a review because no matter what happens my Husband and I are really blessed to have found this place and these people. Today I had an urgent matter (or what I felt to be “urgent”) and Dr. Hayde as well as Dr. Luk made sure it was addressed in a timely fashion. My doctor is Dr. Seckin and she is away at the moment but even she took time to address my concerns and send me an email. They made me a priority and I REALLY appreciate that about them. My first FET didn’t go as planned but I feel like they are diligently working to make sure my next transfer is successful. I never once have felt forgotten or left behind, as is evident by their response to me today. This IVF journey is so unpredictable and can feel exhausting so it’s nice to feel like they care and they are really holding my hand every step of the way. I don’t think I’m an easy patient by any means either. I’m eager. I want to know everything. I want to “help” and they make me feel like my concerns are always being addressed. I hope they see this and know how much it is helping me. - J. L.

Generation Next Fertility was amazing. The staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive. The state-of-the-art facilities truly impressed us.Dr. Luk and Dr. Hade were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to explain every step and answer all our questions. The personalized care made a huge difference, and the emotional support from everyone was invaluable. We loved the doctors, clinical assistants, and nurses—they were all kind and empathetic.Dr. Luks expertise was evident throughout the process. Despite having great quality embryos, we faced implantation issues. Dr. Luk made sure my uterus was ready for implantation. After experiencing an implantation failure, we did testing and antibiotics treatment. Our second embryo implanted successfully. Thank you for the amazing treatment!

Lovely experience working with Dr. Nejat and Dr. Sekin. The doctors are very knowledgeable, personable and kind. The support team there are amazing. In my opinion, Dr. Nejat’s suggestions helped with our positive outcome. Monitoring appts are early, making it easy to get to work after. You receive updates within hours of your appointment. A lot of correspondence is via email, which for me was the best form of communication. The team provides a quick turn around time if you have questions. There are two parking lots behind the building and the office is close to train stations. If I had a question about billing, the finance team did get back to me within 24 hours.

I had a very disappointing experience with this fertility clinic. The clinic is privately owned by the two doctors listed as co-founders, and it feels like every mistake they make or failure you experience benefits them financially, trapping you in an endless IVF cycle. They seem to prioritize profit over patient care, earning millions as private owners.Empty follicles were a common occurrence in this clinic, likely due to inappropriate protocols, poor egg retrieval techniques, or human errors. However, the clinic always blame your body. Despite having follicles under 16mm, they failed to retrieve any eggs. Other clinics are more skilled at extracting eggs from smaller follicles.The embryology lab is staffed with young and inexperienced personnel, many of whom are paid minimum wage. This is highly concerning when dealing with something as critical as embryos.Even simple, quick questions for the doctor require setting up a phone call, which is then billed to insurance as a full visit, costing nearly $1,000. This practice seems exploitative.The front desk constantly demands copayments at each visit. If you pay at each visit, you never receive a statement with service dates and details, making it difficult to track medical expenses for tax purposes. Their copay system is disorganized and inconvenient.They aggressively promote mini stim cycles, which require multiple rounds and drain your insurance funds. Mini stims and regular stims are billed at the same rate to the insurance, which feels deceptive.Services not covered by insurance are outrageously overpriced. For example, they charge $800 for a single use of Zymot, while other clinics charge much less (CNY charges $200 and Columbia charges $250). The cost for experimental PRP treatment is $3,500 here, compared to $600 at CNY with egg retrieval. They should offer Zymot for free to compensate the inexperienced lab staff.I am eagerly awaiting CNYs new locations in NYC. If you found this review helpful, please give it a thumbs up.

Today I was scheduled for my first appointment at this clinic. I had the nastiest most racist encounter from the clinic with their receptionist by the name of Silvia. She barely wanted to assist me and asked me if I was in the right place upon arrival after I showed her my appointment confirmation .. if I was white would she have asked me that question? She also clearly with a disgusted look on her face kept blaming me for the fact that this facilities Zocdoc appointment slots don’t actually match up with their availability. Instead of being a professional about it and trying to fix the problem she decided to try and belittle me with her hatred. Constantly talking down on me and throwing little jabs as if I’m incapable of being competent. My final straw was when she told me “there’s WiFi here if you don’t have phone service “ as I was attempting to upload my id and insurance. Did I tell you that I needed WiFi why did you assume I can’t afford to pay my phone bill? Never in my life have I endured such micro aggression and racism in any place. I immediately left the clinic afterwards, I can’t believe such a place would allow someone so vile to be a member of their clients services team. I will be taking my business and money elsewhere where I will be respected regardless of the color of my skin. Truly disgusted.

Im writing this review in regards to efficiency, competency, and honesty of this clinic.-At times this clinic seems very unorganized, eg: Routine lab work is obviously required often. I was instructed to trigger with Ovidrel(this med causes b-hcg to spike), then IUI after. For some reason a b-hcg was ordered and drawn without my knowledge (like many labs until i view them on the portal), a clinical assistant calls me to congratulate me on my pregnancy. Another instance - I only had 1 embryo - a lab tech emailed me asking me which embryo to thaw....so were they looking at my eggs or someone elses?-For one of my FET transfers I was prescribed Crinone BID (twice a day). Since my prescription was BID i had to pay 2500 out of pocket. A few days later I receive instructions stating I only need it once a day. So now i just spent an extra 2k on meds i didnt need and theyre just sitting in my closet.-After my last FET failed, I requested my medical records. I noted many inaccurate notes and falsifying of records. Eg: it noted that a Nurse Practitioner spoke to me, assessed me, and gathered relevant information. I have ONLY SPOKEN to MDs(initial consult and when IUI/Retrieval/Transfers are done) and the rest are either CLINICAL ASSISTANTS OR SCRIBES(98% of the time). These are individuals that have no medical training, they are not nurses, not in medical school to become doctors. No NP has ever spoken to me, only these scribes/clinical assistants.*I noted in the medical records that i was provided teaching prior to egg retrieval medications. This is untrue. During the teaching session of injection medications, i asked the clinical assistant what side effects should i look out for? I remember this as clear as day, she stated just Swelling at the injection site. SO why is it in the medical records it states they educated me that it can cause OHSS, bleeding, infection, damage to ovaries (just to name a few). I was NEVER educated on any of this.*I had a endometrial biopsy done and I was told I had Chronic Endometritis. My husband(also an MD) and I opted for the triple antibiotic therapy. Dr. Luk agreed but stated I would not need a repeat biopsy because it should be cleared. In the medical records, DR. LUKs note stated that me and my husband refused the repeat biopsy. This is a blatant lie. So would my FET outcomes been different if I did have the second biopsy?Im writing this review to inform potential patients of this clinic. I wish i would have researched more into potential different clinics before coming here.

Probably the worst clinic in the city in terms of customer service. The doctors are fine but their finance department and front desk make every effort to ensure their services are as expensive and as inconvenient to pay as possible, while remaining conspicuously unavailable to speak on the phone or otherwise address issues or concerns. Their policies are opaque and confusing. Do yourself a favor and go with Weil Cornell or Columbia or another more reputable clinic that won’t nickel and dime you and might actually be covered by your insurance!

I attended the free AMH testing day here and Im so happy I did. I felt like this was a luxe experience and Im surprised it was free because it was so nice! Everyone was very welcoming and they gave us refreshments and pizza. We also had a very informative presentation on interpreting our AMH results and about other factors that effect eggs and the ability to conceive. I left there feeling informed about my fertility decisions which I greatly appreciate.

The warmth of the front desk staff all the way to the nurses that draw your blood and do your vitals and ultrasounds; astounding! This place is overcharging. I only visited once, but they charged me two copays. After calling them, they said theres no way to report/waive the incorrect charge. This is really unfair.

The Fertility doctors are too busy, they only have patient with you at the initial consultation, next time you see the doctor is egg retrieval time. I have one small schedule mistake made by staff, but it was ok not affecting much. And Also their payment system is not very clear on the patient portal. Treatment, storage fees mixed into one payment, instead of have separate options to choose and pay each one individually. When do monitoring, sometimes the wait is just 15min, but sometimes can wait up to 1 hour. Also some assistant are very detailed, some assistant not very clear on email sending to me about the medication dosage or when to use, I have to call in to clarify. And I dont feel like my best interests have been watched here. They just keep doing it like machines try to make money out of me. Whenever something happens always its your body fault, we cannot control anything just keep do another cycle. I always thought IVF is very scientific procedures, but here I feel more like they we just keep doing it and leave to God. No strategy just keep trying different things.

They genuinely seemed to care about taking ownership of the situation and changing their communication after taking my review into consideration. As a result, I have updated this to 3 stars.Original Review from 12/7/23:Overall disappointing experience. They add to the stress of the whole egg retrieval process with incredibly poor communication throughout the whole process and after. I was originally not going to write a review but this is continuing after my egg retrieval date.I was sent emails without the following throughout my egg retrieval process:- Instructions for medication to pick-up from the pharmacy that I should NOT have been picking up so soon in my retrieval process (the pharmacist caught this error).- Emails without proper timing instructions of when medication should be injected and no instructional video attachments.- Repeated emails requesting payment when I already notified the Finance department that I would remit payment during my next visit that they acknowledged.- Attempt to over bill me without notification of any changes to the original invoice.- Text message for payment when I was never invoiced for any outstanding balance(s).- Documents to sign without access code and then harassing me to sign after they email me the code. I told them that I just received the access code and I would take the weekend to review the 24+ page agreement, and they continued to bother me while in-person and via email.I echo the sentiments that some previous reviewers disclosed:- I was told that the agreed upon amount would cover everything except for anesthesia and the initial visit. This is important to me bc I was paying out of pocket. However, I continued to get billed for extra items that the doctor herself said would not incur extra charges.- They are impersonal. This place is run like a factory.-The doctor is only available for the first appointment and the doctor was 30 minutes late to the follow up appointment. Btw, they billed me $150 for a 40 min appointment - Doctor was only there for 10 minutes.- The website is not user friendly.- As of today 12/7/2023 at 2:51pm EST, someone called my mobile from their office number and ask for me by name in Chinese. When I said that I do not speak Chinese, they said sorry and hung up on me. I have NEVER spoken Chinese to anyone there. Why would they call me and speak Chinese - this is discrimination.I wish I had chosen a different clinic.I read the apologies that were written for the poor reviews as a response from this clinic. When I previously addressed some of these concerns with them over email, they would sometimes respond and other times they were ignored. Those written apologies for these reviews are much nicer than anything Ive seen in my inbox.

When my husband and I encountered the struggle of starting our family naturally, we turned to the miracle workers at GNF and couldn’t have had a better IVF experience. We felt informed and heard along the way which allowed us to comfortably do what we needed to do without any additional stresses. We welcomed our first baby this year and will forever be grateful for Dr. Luk! We look forward to working with them again as we continue to expand our family.

As this was my first time doing IVF I felt very lost in the process and things were not explained well. After spending thousands upon thousands of dollars. There was no follow up after my failed IVF cycle. Also. Everytime I stepped in the door it seemed I owed money for something I wasn’t even aware of. It was just you have a balance. With no explanation of what it was for. And I also had insurance that they took but seemed like after billing insurance 20k. I still spent almost around 15 grand out of pocket. The doctor was always in a rush. And I felt I was just apart of an assembly line. After one year time and so much money. Not even to get a follow up phone call is disheartening to say the least.

From the very beginning we felt taken care of. We have seen Dr. Nejat for the past year and he has helped us every step of the way. All of the nurses are so incredibly kind and invested. When you walk in to the clinic, its immaculate, so clean- and even a classical pianist from time to time to calm your nerves. We are so grateful to the Generation Next Team. Thats what they are- a team that all works together. Even though Nejat was our primary doctor, we also got to know Dr. Hade and Dr. Luk - both exceptional. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needed fertility help.

I was a patient of GNF from 2019 to 2020. At the time I was weary of the factory like clinics that treated everyone like a number. I wanted heart to heart care and individualized treatment, with someone holding my hand every step of the way! GNF was all that and more! It was a difficult journey and there was times that I never thought my dreams would be realized but the wonderful doctors and nurses never gave up on me and held hope when I had none. With every success they were my biggest cheerleaders and with every bump in the road they were there to dry my tears. Literally probably used up a lot of tissues. I now have my miracle baby and I thank GNF every day for that!

Dr. Luk had made me feel comfortable from day 1 of my visit. She is so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in the field. Also, the entire staff at Generation Next Fertility is amazing. They are extremely professional, very quick to respond if you have any questions/concerns, attentive, nice, and they make you feel at ease and try to help you every step of the way.

I can only say I had a great experience since Im now in my 2nd trimester of Pregnancy with 2 frozen embryos waiting for the future, after only my 1st round of IVF with Gen Next and Im 39yrs old. Dr Nejat was my main doctor and he is very warm, reassuring, and informative. Dr. Hade did some of my procedures and he also was great and always made me feel comfortable. The facility itself is nice and bright and new looking and clean, and it feels good to go there. Its not like a stuffy Doctors office. Would definitely recommend Gen Next and especially Dr. Nejat and Dr. Hade!! PRO TIP: Always be your own advocate at any facility, ask A LOT of questions, know your insurance, and get your own pre-authorizations for everything. The girls at the front desk and all the technicians and those I dealt with in billing were very nice and very informative! Use them as a resource. Thanks All!

I highly recommend Dr Luk & Generation Next Fertility. She is willing to look outside of the box more than others Ive worked with, and ultimately our treatment with her resulted in our daughter. She works hard to help her patients achieve success, and listens to our concerns. I felt like the care I received was more personalize than at other clinics, and while she is focused on the medical side of the care, shes also very compassionate and valued my experience, regardless of the outcome. Her partner, Dr Nejat, is kind and comforting, and very skilled. Thankful that I found my way to Generation Next!

I hesitated before going into this office because, in general, I just fear doctors with their white robes. I also dislike the thought that I may have something, however, once I was there and after meeting Callie and Dr. Hade, I honestly felt a great sense of relieve and even happy that I took the step. Every person that I met that day was friendly, compassionate and kind. Dr. Hade took his time to go through my doubts and questions as if he didnt have anything else to do that day and he is thorough. For me, that is important. After my first appointment, I felt an increased sense of confidence in the fact that this is the right Doctor and the right team for me.

Amazing place with really great doctors and staff. I think another very important part of this practice is their excellent lab, something you wouldn’t necessarily research but they have an amazing embryology lab. Everyone here is wonderful and really caring. They genuinely want to help and are dedicated to their patients. I cannot say enough about Dr Luk, Dr Nejat and the entire staff at GN! We are forever grateful to them.

I’m forever grateful for the care and treatment I received at GNF from the staff and Dr. Nejat. It was a process but felt supported the whole way, I was really anxious after trying for 1+ years with a silent miscarriage. But I thankfully had a successful first IUI and honestly I have to thank everyone at GNF and Dr. Nejat for that! I have a sweet 8 month old baby boy today 💛 if we still have MIF we will be coming back!

I have put off writing this review for months as I was anxious as to whether or not I could even clearly put into words how appreciative we are of Generation Next Fertility. My husband and I had been at two different fertility clinics before transitioning to Generation Next Fertility and I can say it is the best decision weve ever made. Dr. Nejat is the absolute best in the business. He is the kindest, most professional, supportive, and knew exactly how to help us. The entire practice is comprised of medical professionals that make you feel at home and loved. Every time we walked into that office I felt like I was walking into a family get together with my closest loved ones. I was greeted by name and with a smile. I never had to wait long for bloodwork or any appointments. Most importantly, Dr. Nejat and Generation Next were with us through two of the biggest, most impactful moments of our lives. First, Dr. Nejat was the first person I called when I found out I miscarried. I refused to allow any other doctor give me medical advice without first speaking with him. Dr. Nejat immediately returned my call and gave me not only the best advice but the practice even aided me in finding the appropriate location for a procedure and made the appointment for me. This is exactly what I needed in truly one of the hardest moments of my entire life. I will forever remember how much they helped us that day. The second moment is our second embryo transfer and birth of our daughter. I cried ugly tears the day that we graduated from Generation Next and begged Dr. Nejat to please deliver our baby for us :) Dr. Nejat is our most trusted medical professional we have ever encountered. I hold him in the highest regard and trust him entirely. We will forever be grateful for him for giving us lifes greatest little miracle, our baby girl. I cant say enough positive things about Generation Next and Dr. Nejat. He has changed our lives forever. The best decision we ever made was walking into that office and meeting him. Wonderful, wonderful experience working with Dr Luk, Dr Nejat and all the staff at Gen Next. Such a pleasant and memorable experience from the introductory meeting with Dr Luk through the blessing of the birth our son. Dr Luk put us at ease through a stressful and emotional process, always taking time to explain what was happening and answer our questions. We really connected with Dr Luk and laughed so much with her that we always look forward to our appointments. She is truly a caring and talented professional who is passionate about the work she does. This was the case with all of the medical and administrative staff we encountered. I am thrilled to have found Gen Next and would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking to go through fertility treatment.

Ive had appointments with both Dr Luk and Dr Nejat and think theyre both great - caring and knowledgeable (within this industry which can be a bit of a machine). Nurses are also amazing, very prompt on communication with lots of information. They remember who you are and are super friendly. I was very scared about the progesterone oil shot and Nurse Juany was wonderful in providing me with lots of information and even doing a trial shot. I love the straightforward fast checkup procedures and that they are very willing to work with you on pricing. Highly recommend.

The facility and staff are nice. Dr Luk however, was good when we first met her, but lately doesn’t take time to hear the patient questions or explain. There was a lot of confusion throughout the process and we couldn’t get clear answers to why certain things were shifted so quickly. She always seemed to be in rush to see the next patient instead of hearing any question. We didn’t appreciate that part when we were taking time to have multiple visits and going through painful process. I would have liked if the doctor didn’t behave as if she had better things to do. May be they are too busy, but that shouldn’t be taken out on patient.

My husband and I feel so lucky to have found generation next fertility. We are beyond grateful for all the care we received under Dr. Luk and her amazing team. No words can truly express our gratitude for each of you. We are glad to have picked generation next for our journey. This was our first IVF journey and I have only good things to say about Dr. Luk who is genuinely kind, understanding, compassionate and very knowledgeable. My experience with Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat and the entire staff of Generation Next has been such a blessing that I will be forever grateful for.IFV is an emotional roller coaster, and something no one tells you is that it is incredibly taxing on a woman , both physically and emotionally. You will want two doctors like Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat to support through it. They are both, highly skilled, passionate about their work and compassionate to each and every patient. Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat’s work ethic transfers over to all that work with them . The office runs like a machine, efficient and meticulous. Not only that but the office is comprised of front desk staff, technicians, and nurses who know EVERY patient by name ( and there are many, many patients) are invested in the work and do nothing but go out of their way to help the families at Generation Next.I began working with this compassionate and meticulous team in July of 2018 after a year of trying to conceive with no success. I went into the clinic knowing I had a very low ovarian reserve and was terrified that they wouldn’t t even take me on because of this.From day one, Dr. Luk brought me hope that I stood just as good a chance as anybody . That it wasn’t quantity that mattered. I did three consecutuve retrievals over the course of 9 months. Both Dr. Luk,,Dr. Nejat and the incredible nurses were available to me at a moments notice if I had any questions about my progress and treatment. And I mean ANY hour . I had a medicine blunder ( my fault) and called Dr. Luk at 11PM on a Saturday night frantic , as timing is everything with IFV, she called me back within 5 minutes , called in an emergency prescription for me and I was back on track my 7 AM and he next morning.I suffered a miscarriage with a non IFV pregnancy in between stimulation cycles and again , both Dr. Luk and Dr. Neat supported me though that devastating time with grace and encouragement to not doubt my body. Encouraged me not to give up.Dr. Nejat’s bedSide manner was a constant source of posiitivity and compassion. He performed all three of my retrievals as well as my transfer that resulted in the child asleep on my lap right now. The day of my transfer he was so genuinely excited and hopeful for me that I’m convinced it had an effect on the success of the transfer.My daughter was born on January 15 , 2020 thanks to this incredible team.This team will never turn you away if you feel something is wrong and just need reassurance to her that heartbeat. They will be there for you at every hour of the day and bend over backwards to make you feel safe and take every measure to have a positive outcome. This is not an IVF factory, they personalize a treatment and plan that works for YOU . They will help you believe in your body again.Even if this journey didn’t end in a successful pregnancy , I would still have nothing but glowing things to say about this clinic.

This is our third clinic and our best experience and cycle yet. The entire team is caring, personal, thorough, have prompt and warm communication, and even though we came from out of state we feel more at home there than any previous clinic. We have more hope than ever that we are closer now to our rainbow because of Dr. Luk, Dr. Nejat, and the rest of Generation Next.

Dr. Luk and Dr. Netjat are the best of the best!!! They are not only great doctors, but they CARE about every patient. They treated me at their previous location and we could have not been happier when we found out they were starting their own clinic. Long story short, after being told by another doctor that we wouldn’t be able to have kids(after just 2 failed IUIs and not being candidates for conventional IVF ) , Dr. Luk was recommended by my acupuncturist and we thank God for that!!! She was positive and encouraging from day one, patiently took the time to understand my body and gently stimulated it using a LOT less medication than the previous doctor resulting in a successful first IVF. We are thankful for our miracle baby, but even if we would have not be able to get pregnant we would have given Dr. Luk and Netjat 5 stars because they really earn them.

I had a great experience with Generation Next. Everyone at the clinic, from the receptionists to the nurses are great. Both Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat are exceptional doctors, have great bedside manners, and most of all, really care about their patients. Highly recommended.

I arrived to GN after they were able to help my friend conceive a couple years ago. We have been TTC for almost a decade (more aggressively so in the past few years) and in working with Drs Nejat and Luk and their amazing team for a year, we are pregnant!No one should think they are going to walk into a fertility clinic and the RE is going to magically make them pregnant overnight. It can be very mentally, physically, and financially exhausting and the further you are in taking care of your own and health (mental and physical), the more prepared you will be to endure what’s ahead. Over the years I made major changes to my lifestyle: reduced stress, better diet, weekly yoga, acupuncture (Lida Ahmady and Daniel Camburn in Soho are the absolute best), a good support system, and lots of rest.At 41, I was frustrated and impatient at first, but Dr. Nejat always had my best interests at heart. I didn’t get the results I wanted IMMEDIATELY but trusting him helped me get to where I am today in a healthy way.GN also gives you the option of going to meetups with other couples/women going through fertility issues, which I appreciated very much because it did feel like an incredibly lonely journey sometimes.Thank you so much to Drs Nejat and Luk, nurses, assistants, and desk staff who always made me feel welcomed and supported. It was worth it!

Absolutely LOVE this place. The nurses and front staff are amazing, the facility is beautiful Dr. Luk is awesome! I had visited 3 other locations before decided on Generation next, and always felt like a number. Dr. Luk explained the whole egg frezzing processes step by step. she took her time, never felt rushed, called me with results of any kind. Shes also incredilby smart. I would highly recomend Generation Next.

Dr. Luk is worst doctor. She used to work at Neway fertility. I used to be her patient at Neway. She talks in very unprofessional way. When she decided to leave Neway she tried to transfer my case to some other fertility clinic despite me insisting to continue with her since the IVF procedure not yet started but she abruptly moved on. I had to cancel my procedure costing me thousands of dollars agency fees and other expenses. Avoid this doctor. They are like butchers from slaughter houses, can do anything for their selfish gains. She has no integrity or honesty. If there are some positive reviews here that is only for business/selfish gains. Her ethics are doubtful and no concern for others feelings.

Highly recommend without any hesitation. If you want personal care and attention by the best doctors (in a gorgeous facility) then this is the place. They take their time and explain everything to you and always have time for you. I also like how they’re happy to explore many different options and really work with you to find what is best. I was seeing Dr Nejat but both him and Dr Luk are just excellent.

Generation Next is the best of the best. They made my dreams come true . They have doctors with experience and knowledge of the latest treatments. They are a must see.

Dr Luk and Dr Nejat are very hard working and good problem solvers. I came in from RMA where I did not have a good IVF cycle in addition to about 4 miscarriages and 1 ectopic pregnancy, -no one was interested in actually problem solving what went wrong. I now have a wonderful baby .I thank god and these people every day in my prayers because I thought there was no hope.Thanks everyone!

My husband and I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat. They both are outstanding professionals. Due to our experiences with other practices, we’ve concluded that Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat are extraordinarily considerate and knowledgeable in the field of fertility. I’m delighted to say that I am pregnant and it was quite a journey to this point; we have three embryos left in storage and Generation Next is our choice to help us build our family. They are direct, informative, provide all options that are available, the office is an organized and well oiled machine, the staff is pleasant and helpful- we are more than pleased and would highly recommend Generation Next.

I did not see doctors in this clinic, but I would like to leave my feedback about a front desk team here who were very helpful in all respects. It was easy to reach them by phone. They answered emails promptly and helped checking benefits with insurance. They also recommended an OBGYN doctor to me whom I liked a lot. So it was really a pleasure to deal with so helpful and professional team.

After a year of trying, finding out my FSH was high, and that I had a blocked tube, I started going to this clinic. My Dr. was Dr. Nejat, although I did see Dr. Luk twice. I did an IUI, and prepped for another IUI cycle, which didnt work. During the IUI process, I realized how gentle Dr. Nejat is. Some Drs. are so rough, even during a regular ultrasound. I felt hopeless, and then received the news that my AMH was also low, levels that correlate with a 40 year old, Im 32. Dr. Nejat called me and was SUPER supportive. He told me, its just a number, you only need one egg and, Im not concerned about quality. I assume he was basing that on how I responded during the IUIs and my age. I struggled with removing my tube, because family members said it wasnt necessary since I had no symptoms. Infertility is a symptom. Dr. Nejat helped me feel comfortable with the surgery, which is required for IVF. After the surgery, I had my IVF consult with him. Along this journey, you become desperate, you think your body is betraying you, and your emotions can take over rationale. I often wanted Dr. Nejat to be more aggressive, with Clomid for example and then with the IVF. It was frustrating at the time, but looking back I know he had my best interest at heart... not pumping me with medications and avoiding high risk multiples. During the IVF consult he told me he wouldnt put me on birth control, and I had never heard of this protocol he uses, Estrogen Priming Protocol. When I asked why, he said because Ive seen a lot of women who get pregnant naturally after they have the inflamed tube removed, and if you get pregnant during EPP then thats great. I had a consult at another very well known top 5 clinic in NYC, and they wanted to put me on BC. I did some research and found that BC can overly suppress women with diminished ovarian reserve (me), and that large clinics sometimes do this to batch their patients. I have a hard time trusting and I question everything, but I realized Dr. Nejat is an amazing, caring, highly intelligent and experienced Dr. who truly has the BEST interest of his patient at heart, not the clinics pocket.The front desk staff is amazing. I would come in for monitoring and they would know me by name. The waits were never long. There is an online portal so you always have access to all bloodwork and ultrasound data, (which I neurotically studied to learn my cycles). Their office and equipment is brand new, state of the art and high tech.And just like he predicted, I became pregnant during an EPP. Dont lose hope ladies! Study your body and your cycles. I was ovulating on a different day then my ovulation app was predicting. Do your research, take supplements, eat well, and please make sure to choose a clinic like GNF that provides EXCELLENCE in every sense of the word. Do not accept anything less.

Look no further than Generation Next! Dr. Nejat has been a dream come true for us, and the staff is kind, knowledgable, and responsive. We met with 4 other clinics along the way, and Generation Next is far and away the best!

Two little miracles later, I couldn’t be more grateful to Generation Next. Dr. Luk and the staff have always been very attentive and detailed in next steps and always highly recommend to anyone who needs to go through fertility treatments.

I swear i am telling the truth.....this clinic is an terrible place , if you have enough moeny ...if you have strong body...you could go there! Dr.luk is very dirty ,terrible ,evil doctor who always cheat you and deliberatlely keep you from getting pregent. Her goal is keep you in the cyle angain and again and make you money money ....please everybody stay away from this clinic

Horrible treatment of donors, poor communication, unskilled medical staff, and unclear timelines and rules. If youre looking to donate or looking for a donor, I highly encourage you to find somewhere that treats their people better.

Don’t recommend Dr. Luk. She is very unprofessional and has no interest in helping you. She is only there for the money. Very unorganized office staff. Haven’t been there in over 6 months and they are still emailing me asking me to resign papers because they lost them.

Payments system is the worst. Even after having the payments plan discussed in person, there is always a confusion and misinformation during procedures.

Everyone in this office is amazing. I feel like Im in the best hands possible at all times. Highly recommend.

My wife sent them a message to explain our situation. She took the trouble to translate the message into English because its level is very basic. We are French speaking, but we tried our luck for a first contact with this clinic. The message my wife sent was forwarded to several people, one of whom even said it looked like spam, and if she should reach out, simply because my wife said she wont be able to not speak on the phone, because she is not comfortable in English! But she was ready to be accompanied by one of our bilingual relatives to help us. How to lose a customer in 2 seconds. Nothing was professional about their approach. Its a shame. Unacceptable.
