On July 31st 2024 I went for a consultation with Dr. Shakiba. He took his time to ask me questions to understand my symptoms and concerns. Dr. Shakiba thoroughness helped me understand the caused my issues. He answered all my questions and gave me options that would help me long- term and short -term. Dr. Shakiba provided a non-invasive solution for my concerns. I had the opportunity to use the IS EMSELLA chair for one session to help with my nerve damage and incontinence. Dr. Shakiba is very patient and shows much interest in the helping his patients.His staff is friendly and welcoming and will guide you and answer any questions you may have. The facility is clean and modern. I had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Dr Shakiba was very professional, caring , with amazing bed side manors. He answerer all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel extremely comfortable prior to my surgery. I’m usually a patient at the Hackensack office, but today I visited the NYC location for a different treatment. I was worried about parking, but thankfully, there’s a garage just down the street—super convenient!When I arrived, I was greeted by the practice manager, Agnes, along with another staff member whose name escapes me, but both were incredibly kind, as the staff here always are.There was a slight hiccup with the machine I was scheduled to use, which needed a quick repair. Instead of making me wait, they went above and beyond and offered me a complimentary session with the Emsella chair. I ended up with two free treatments today—Vitalia and Emsella! I can’t say enough about Dr. Shakiba and his team’s willingness to accommodate me.If you’re dealing with pelvic issues, endometriosis, or anything similar, this is *the* place to go. I highly recommend them!

The office beautiful. The wait was minimal. Dr. Shakiba was well spoken and walked me through all of my possible options. I was so nervous before my appointment and he reassured me that there was nothing to be nervous about. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Shakiba! He was able to diagnosis and give me solutions when other doctors hadnt been able to. I saw him and he knew right away what I needed to have done. He explained everything and was very patient. The office is always responsive and very kind and understanding. They follow up after procedures to ensure you are better than ever. They also have several machines and techniques in office, like radio frequency machines to get you back to everything working the way it should.

These doctors were amazing! I have been trying to figure out what has been wrong with my bladder since September… and finally Dr. Shakiba was able to help me. Everyone was very nice and everything is very clean! I highly recommend!

Doctor. Kateryna is very nice. She’s very gentle and kind during the exam. The office is clean and well mainted. Front staff is very welcoming as well. Overall a good experience on my first visit here .
