Main Line Fertility

I found this practice to be very sloppy, for better words. The doctor always seemed be trying to talk as fast as possible and nobody called me with test results, so I had to go pick them up and google the results. I also had some PA who kept calling me trying to get me to take Clomid, which wasnt what the doctor had recommended when we talked.As I was sitting in the waiting area waiting for my appointment for a test to start, I overheard the receptionist schedule someone for the same test and tell them to take ibuprofen beforehand - they sure hadnt mentioned that to me. The doctor seemed visibly annoyed when I asked her about one of my abnormal test results, so not sure when if ever that was supposed to be discussed with me. I guess they try to schedule people in and out as quickly as possible to make as much money as possible so they dont have time for that. The patient experience is not great. They werent doing anything cutting edge for me, so Im sure the experience at another clinic would have been much better.

Main line fertility is seriously amazing! I struggled to get pregnant and I first saw them right when the pandemic started. Dr. Brasile was amazing as well as all the nurses I saw. I went to the west Chester location but mostly to paoli and I just can’t express enough great things. I was treated to such kindness and there was always a next step in place to continue the journey. My baby girl is now 9 months old. And I will always remember the amazing support and help i received. Thank you so much !

I would NOT recommend MLF to ANYONE. This company is all about the $$$ especially since the switch to prelude. I went through 6 months of fertility treatments with this practice, and had multiple nurses tell me that they thought I had endometriosis, but nobody ever followed up with me about it. Not even Dr. Glassner, who knew about it. In addition to that, after about five months of failed treatments/IUI’s, our doctor decided to tell my husband to go to the urologist to get more tests. Done to see what the issue was. First time in five months that my HUSBANDS issues were addressed. We would’ve loved to know this in the beginning of our fertility journey as it could’ve made all the difference in us actually conceiving a child through Mainline fertility. not to mention the fact that nobody in the office seems to ever be on the same page, especially when it comes to billing, which is probably one of the most stressful, but important things while going through the fertility process! They let bills back up into huge balances that people can’t afford to pay, and then they subsequently cannot get their fertility treatments until they pay. I absolutely despise this practice and all of their practices. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO TO SHADYGROVE OR RMA!!!!!!!

My wife and I were patients for the better part of a year. Their staff never followed up on testing, missed results, treated us like strangers, and failed to notify us of a cyst that they apparently detected over 6 months before disclosing it. We payed thousands for repeat tests after they failed to record the results from previous tests.I assume Dr. Orris is a competent fertility specialist, but his inattention to detail and mismanagement of his staff is border line criminal.We’ve switched to Shady Grover Fertility and they’re fantastic. Night and day. They were able to look at our file from Main Line and in 60 seconds noticed things that Orris missed for a year.

I found main line fertility after having 2 pregnancy losses and they were the best I could’ve asked for. I just graduated today after being seen every week until 10 weeks and I’m already recommending them to all my friends and family.Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and receptionists for being so kind.

I have been with Mainline Fertility since 2016 and I cannot express how grateful I am to my doctor (Dr. Orris) and the staff at both Paoli and Bryn Mawr. They have made it possible for me to be a mother to my 3.5 year old daughter and another baby on the way. They worked closely with me to help make my appointments convenient. They are not only professional but caring and empathetic. I would highly recommend Mainline Fertility.

I am mainline fertility’s biggest fan! They have helped us to get pregnant 2 times now within record breaking time! Everyone from the office staff to the doctors and nurses are EXCEPTIONAL and so friendly. They treat you like friends! I have always looked forward to my appointments which I think is probably unique for the nature of the situation! 10 stars!!

I went for iui today at mainline fertility Paoli. I must say all the workers there are superb, excellent service there. Dr Diana took her time throughout the process and I really liked the way everything went I am soo grateful. I pray I get pregnant with this iui. Thank you soo much mainline fertility you are the best.

I am very pleased with my experience at Main Line Fertility. The staff was kind and encouraging. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. I was given a realistic opinion of my chances of success which I appreciated, but they were willing to work with me and the whole process went smoothly.

Everyone on the Main Line Fertility team, from nurses and front desk staff to the doctors, were amazing and encouraging and supportive—even when we experienced a loss, they never lost hope for us and pushed us to keep going. And now we have a beautiful baby girl and we couldn’t be happier!

The nurses and staff are amazing. Compassionate, caring, proactive and they do an amazing job to support parents through the difficult fertility journey. Highly recommend!
