The service wait time was short and the front desk receptionist was fast and kind. However my provider was a little aggressive with care. I did not feel comfortable and will never return.

Well, I went to vibe and it was very, very good. They took care of me. They gave they they looked after me and they assess my injury. And told me exactly what that needed to do I enjoyed my time there. They were easy to talk with and they did all of the medical things they were necessary

The staff at the front desk were very good, the doctor was not good, I was given a covid test and was told I would be notified if the test results were positive. She prescribed nasal spray for treatment. I didnt receive any calls pertaining to my test. I went to the emergency room on Sunday and tested positive for Covid so i will never recommend anyone to this facility....

My first time going to vybe care and I have to say the staff are very nice, friendly and caring. 10 out of 10 service, medical office clean PA’s pay attention to your concern and communicate very well. If need be I will be going back to that office.

I go to this Vybe all the time because of the friendly staff and fast service!! 😍😍. I am usually coming from working or on my early to work and i think the longest i’ve waited was like 10 mins to get seen. Amazinngggg

The attendant was curt. The process was quick, but when doing the lab work testing, the attendant did not wear gloves.

They charged me $135 to tell me the same thing I told them I need antibiotics they didn’t even prescribe me nothing for the pain that keeps me up all night SMH then at one point this white lady just stared at me for like 3-5 minutes not saying nothing just staring, that was extremely rude worst urgent care place I would not recommend the receptionist was nice and polite tho

Came to get my DOT card renewal, I was seen at my appointment time(which was a walk-in appointment). Everyone was polite and helpful.

I was told that a prescription would be sent to the pharmacy while i awaited final test results. 3 days later no prescription has been called in, and no results available, even after trying to get a hold of the doctor (no response)

Amazing customer service by Sabriah so pleasant over the phone. Looked up our information since i was driving. This girl is great at her job. She deserves a raise. I went in with an arm and wrist injury. I had an excellent experience. First of all I was very grateful for the fact that they provide a parking space for patients. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find parking, and with my arm injured, I really didn’t want to do a lot of driving to find parking. And then once inside, I was seen right away and everybody was extremely nice and did a great job taking care of me. Based on my experience, I would definitely go back there again.

The facility is clean and the young lady that checked me in and did my intake and vitals was a great asset to this facility. However, I was seen by PA Kristen M. And she’s very concerned just seems to be in the wrong profession. I did like how she was speaking to me and being honest, I was in too much pain to even respond the way I wanted but everything happens for a reason. This person did not take my pain serious and totally dismissed my experience. I made an appointment with my doctor for tomorrow and hopefully we’ll get to the bottom on the swollen throat are and even swelling.

The staff and medical professionals at Vybe Urgent Care were extremely helpful. From the friendly receptionist to getting diagnosed, it was a very short wait to see the doctor and medical staff, who promptly checked vitals and provided a complete diagnose. As someone who is travelling, it was a stress free experience which provided me with peace of mind. Would definitely recommend A++++

DO NOT GO HERE I’ve never written a review before, but it was so bad here I actually have to write one. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The place is clean and the ladies working are all extremely nice. The doctor on the other hand genuinely doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing or talking about. To give back story for anyone that might be reading this…. I had a snowboarding accident 2 months ago and have had horrible back pain ever since. I’m in college so I decided to go to an urgent care that had an X ray machine with a request to get one. I know my body more than anyone and know there is something seriously wrong with my lower right back bone. Anyways when I told the doctor the pain I was having he asked me to touch my toes. Because I was able to touch my toes he believed I was fine and just needed PT. He didn’t even LOOK at my back where I was saying it hurt. He didn’t even FEEL where I said it hurt. God forbid something could be seriously wrong and he didn’t even care to CHECK IT. He literally just guessed what was wrong. I asked for an x ray because I know there is something wrong. He Denied it and said I didn’t need one. Such a waste of my money and so unprofessional I am so angry because I still don’t know what’s wrong with my back and wasted money going to this stupid place. I’m sure they will reply back to this saying how sorry they are that I had such a terrible experience. They’re only apologizing due to embarrassment if anything. Most disregarding doctor I’ve ever encountered. I won’t dis the nurse tho she was very nice and helpful when I had questions but I could go on about how unprofessional that doctor was. I think his name is Curtis or something I don’t even know. Anyways don’t go there if you’re looking to get an X ray or anything honestly.

Absolutely amazing experience…As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by security and the front desk staff. They were very nice and helpful. It took less than ten minutes for me to go in the back. The nurse and doctor went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were both extremely patient with me because I was in so much pain. I highly recommend anyone that seeks medical care to visit this location!

Fast and efficient i was in and out in less then a hour…

Easy to use. Was able to make the appt online. I parked, came in, waited about 10 min and was immediately seen. Staff was friendly. Online portal was easy to use to view any medical tests and/or billing.

I felt that I was given the best care, o felt attended to and that all of my concerns were valid. The pa mister curt is incredible as well all of the staff. I would definetly recommend this urgent care to everyone

This is my second time visiting this location in a two week time frame. I first brought my husband here early Sunday morning as a walk in patient. We were in an out within 20 mins with scripts and his problem resolved. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient.Because of such a great visit, I scheduled an appointment for my myself for a cough I was having. The young lady at the front desk (with the braids) was AMAZING! She has the biggest smile on her face when entering the facility. She is professional and welcoming. She remembered me from my previous visit. Kelly and Peter were also patient, professional and understood the needs of my visit. I was in and out within 30 mins.My only issue was the parking. Contractors are utilizing the parking spaces designated for vybe patients. I had to park in the garage. Other than that everything was perfect.Thank you for giving patients a place to go where they feel heard and respected. I’ll definitely be back.

The whole staff was so great. I had dislocated my shoulder and they did everything from helping me fill out intake paperwork, being really gentle with movements and such, and ultimately popped the shoulder back in place with minimal pain.

Clean environment, I was in and out within an hour.

. When walking into the office I was greeted by a nice young lady who checked me in. She informed me where to sit and told me I would be called shortly, if I had any questions I could ask her. After siting for less than 2 minutes I was called to the back where I was seen for my blood pressure and heart rate from another nice young woman. After she completed my vital she told me the doctor will be in. Less than 5 minutes I was seen by the doctor who was very nice as well. He explained the everything in detail and was very nice.The office was clean and the staff were really nice!The only con is the bathroom there nothing to sit your belongings on and the sink is outside of the bathroom.Overall a very good experience will be going back the the office

Very poor experience. The front desk lady was not pleasant. The nurse did not care about my situation, one of which warranted little attention. She asked me what my weight and was as opposed to actually measuring it. I had to take 3 trips to this place for probably one of the most simple procedures. The first time I went there it was about 730 (they close at 8) and 3 different excuses were made as to why I couldn’t be helped. Very disappointing experience. However, the doctor Allison was very nice and helped me right away. Had to talk to 5 different nurses and people before I got to someone who actually wanted to help.Very dissatisfied with the service in this great Philadelphia community.
