I waited a whole six minutes with no customer service representative at the front desk. The lobby was empty. They asked me the same questions two times for me to pee in a cup and then to send me to Jefferson emergency room. They charged me $125 copay to just sit me down talk to me. Take my urine and send me off to the ER! the doctor was great with information but the front desk and the triage nurse needs to work on their customer service and overall empathy and care for their patient. The little questions lole how are you feeling today , would help. The responder to the review seems like they’re very into making changes in their clinic, but it seems like the same issues continuously present themselves with no change.

Had to bring my 6 year old in. We were in town for a wedding, and lucky this spot was only a couple blocks from our hotel. Wonderful staff, welcomed from opening the door to leaving. Great communication and felt comfortable during the entire visit.

My experience at vybe urgent care could not have been better! The service was very quick. The MA was so nice and the PA, Alex, was excellent. My prescription was called in promptly, and I was able to get it easily from the pharmacy. I highly recommend this urgent care. I’m very appreciative of the excellent service.

Vybe urgent care was so efficient and so pleasant. The front desk staff was a pleasure to interact with and they made my check in process very smooth. Dr Jose was truly a Gem! He made my sons visit so comfortable and you can truly tell he enjoys what he does this place is 5stars all around! Definitely highly recommended.

I really hate leaving bad reviews. However, I went here last week with an upper respiratory infection, hoping to get a thorough consultation, and instead was thoroughly dismissed. I didn’t mind paying out of pocket when they told me my insurance wasn’t taken (my insurance sucks anyways), but what I did mind was the fact that I told the provider that I have a diagnosed autoimmune disorder that effects my ability to fight infections and he didn’t listen. I knew whatever I had wasn’t getting better, but he proceeded to tell me that “covid is rampant and I probably have a cold,” even though he didn’t test me for anything, as well as to take honey instead of throat soothing medication because most of them are “placebo.” So I basically spent 130 dollars for a lousy doctor’s note. Turns out, my URI turned into a chest infection, and I could’ve easily gotten pneumonia if I didn’t get a round of antibiotics from my usual urgent care MyDoc. So just as a warning, this place might not take you seriously, which for people like me could have serious repercussions!!!

I wasnt feeling well all week, and I was a walk-in today and was seen right away. The exam was quick and sent on my way. She sent over some meds for me, and I was happy I was there a very long time not feeling well. Thank you for the staff who helped me today.

From the time I entered the office the greeting was welcoming. The waiting area and patient room was very nice and clean. I did not have to wait long to be seen for vitals or the physician. Great care with patients. I do recommend. I will return

I had a great experience. There was no one else in the waiting room, no wait time, easy check in process and I was out of the office within 30 minutes. The staff was very helpful and kind.

My daughter cut her finger at school, made an appointment quickly since it was close to school… the facility was immaculate, staff very friendly, and the a physician assistant was absolutely amazing, she was friendly, explained everything that was going to be done, such a great bed side manner, truly cares about the patients. I highly recommend this facility

Came in with a neck muscle spasm and wasn’t offered a lidocaine shot, which other friends who have chronic pain conditions, including neck, said should have been standard care. The muscle relaxers prescribed also don’t work, so this was a massive waste of my time and moneyAlso just noting that while they open at 8, they’re did not give me the first patient to sign in, a check-in iPad until 8:10Also they list xray on their services but don’t seem to have an xray tech on hand. Awful. Watched them send a woman to a second location for itThe doctor (Ania, I believe) didn’t even ask to see my past xrays and assumed the ER doctor I saw for my issues earlier in the June diagnosed me correctly, but we know that’s not always the case so it just felt like they didn’t do their due diligence and left me in pain

The atmosphere, the kindness, the patience in the space with people is so lovely. I went to this place bc I had such a nice experience at another one is another state and it was true again. The kind of way I want to be treated when I’m not feeling well! Thank you!

Was fortunate to get Dr Tosha Kadakia & couldn’t be more pleased. She took the time to listen to my issues & she clearly and thoroughly explained what was going on. She was great.

I had an 1130 appointment and still came in 15 min early for check ins . The doctor comes in at 1:20 . I asked at 1230 how much longer and the nurse said “ oh crap “ and says you’re next . I wouldn’t have wrote a review if the doctor was sympathizing with me for the 2 hour wait after all that wait , was rude and rushing . I still have to get an X-ray done here and I’ve been here for 3 hours and the X-ray would probably take me to 4 hours . Why is it called URGENT care ? Horrible experience.

I am not quick to leave a review. I had Sheena Patel and never have I left a doctor’s office so unheard. I came in with an issue I’ve had in the past. I made it easy and explained what was going on and what antibiotics worked for it in the past. Left with a useless topical. The problem progressed and I had to seek help elsewhere. Just go to vybe in UC, much more knowledgeable.

I felt that the provider (Haley) was honest and listened to all my concerns. She was easy to talk to and together we discussed the next course of treatment.

I LOVE IT THERE!!! I was in sooo much pain before I came and did a walk-in they seen me less then 30 minutes after coming into to the office I honestly was in and out and the stuff was very nice helpful and kind and the place was very very Clean… definitely coming back

Completely wasted my time. Waited in the office for over an hour and finally asked what was taking so long. Front desk worker said that they thought that I had left (even though I was sitting in the waiting room the whole time) and deleted me off of the walk-in waiting list. I had to create a walk-in appointment all over again and then was informed that they couldn’t take my insurance. All of this could have been solved if they reviewed my insurance information right away. I can’t even review on the treatment because I couldn’t get seen after 1.5 hours of waiting.

Came in for a check up. The staffs are amazing especially the nurse kareema, she is a very excellent nurse who knows how to take care of people and knows what she is doing.

Good service front desk staff is very cold and you do all the work for them ... you enter everything ..... yet she still couldnt manage a smile or hello ....... otherwise my service was stellar and professional

Aziz is a wonderful person, he usually works towards the front, but when he checks me in he is always so kind and understanding, very polite and Respectful Individual.

I just went today and even though it’s Christmas Eve everyone there was very nice. The front desk lady was nice and Dr. Snow was very thorough in explaining what my prescription was for and background knowledge on my pink eye. She also checked my cornea to make sure that it wasn’t scratched or anything. Will definitely be going there in the future if I need to go to an urgent care again!

The service was warm and friendly, and the speed to be seen and diagnosis was very quick. Truly had a good experience while traveling on business and unfamiliar with this location.

The bathroom was dirty and there are no doctors. X-ray machine was not working so after taking my money they still want me to pay ER instead. No treatment plan was discussed without me asking why I should do at home and for work. 1 out of 10

This place and location is absolutely horrible. From the minute i was called in to proceed to a room, I was met with an attitude. I originally came in for an EKG. When the intake clerk came in to ask about my symptoms i let her know i had an auditory processing disorder and may need her to repeat things. She later came back to ask me where my hearing aid was? When it came time to do the EKG the tech administering the test and the same intake clerk did not know where to place the patches and we’re going back and forth on the correct wa as they stated to me, truly do not know if my results were accurate. As they were administering the test, a male clerk came in unannounced as I was topless to ask the location of supplies. Regardless of their sexuality I did not feel comfortable and was reprimanded to remain still as I tried to cover myself. I was met with Dr. Michael Minni who was the only one to have some sense of urgency and respect for me as a patient. He had ordered some blood work for myself. The initial intake clerk came in with the equipment to draw blood and was apologizing because she did not set up correctly because , “it was a long day”. In addition to her apology she began the process and stopped when she realized she did not have gloves on. When she started to perform the blood draw she did not stick the needle in the noticeably visible vein and quickly took out the needle. On her attempt to try again, i quickly declined and asked for blood work to be ordered and administered to a medical lab instead. The entire ordeal took 2.5 hours. I even came in an extra half early to make sure all information was completed on my end. Again, I will never come back to this establishment and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone, even on a short term emergency.

Probably my most pleasant experience at an urgent care ever, all staff were extremely kind and thorough. They acknowledged my concerns and ran several tests to rule out any sort of infection/virus. Would definitely recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE. I have never left a review of anywhere before, however the service here was beyond horrendous. First they never even pulled down the paper on the chair, gross. I was never asked thorough questions about my symptoms only where the pain was. Finally when the PA came in she failed to introduce herself and was visibly mad when I began to describe my symptoms as no one there had asked. Then proceeded to tell me basically that I do not know what I am talking about and how I was feeling was wrong about where my pain was. DO NOT GO HERE if you want to be talked down to and not listened to.

Nobody at reception, nobody answering phone, waited 10 minutes so far and its unclear how long Im supposed to wait for someone to realize Im here.

Had a great experience here. Place was quiet at 9:15 am and the atmosphere is professional and clean.I was treated by Kate. She was great! Very patient, attentive to fixing up my injury, and she answered the million questions i had, which I really appreciated.Highly recommend!

I am from out of town and was hopefully optimistic about finding a walk-in clinic. This place was absolutely fantastic and very professional and very quick.

Everything about this group is what you would want in your medical care. I was in a car accident yesterday and went unplanned; the entire staff was professional, kind and so knowledgeable. The amount of time they take with you is 5 stars. I highly recommend this particularly urgent care, Vybe 1420 Chestnut street.

Came in this evening with a deep cut on my finger. The great experience started with the front desk greeting me kindly, explaining the process clearly. The wait wasn’t long at all (I was a walk in). The nurse that took my vitals, and asked me the preliminary questions, was so kind. And the nurse that treated my injury was so delicate with my wound , thorough, and explained everything so clearly. This experience was great and I would only come back to this location.

Easy booking with plenty of available appointments. Reasonable wait time. Once inside they got me diagnosed and RX issued quickly. Doctor was kind and professional. 👍🏼

I never typically leave negative reviews but this was terrible. When I checked in the person at the front desk walked away after asking me what pharmacy I used then told me I could sit down. I assumed they had it in the system but apparently not because after waiting 1.5 hours (I had an appointment I was on time for, not sure what the point of an appointment was) I saw the doctor for 5 minutes and he prescribed me medication. Problem is, they never took down my pharmacy and don’t answer their phones so now I spent a lot on a co-pay to wait 1.5 hours for a 5 minute appointment and no prescription. Absolutely nothing urgent about this experience.

Really kind and efficient team from the check in desk, to the nurse to the physician. I felt well cared for. The facilities were sparkling clean and I was seen right at my appointment time.

This was the first time ever making an appointment at an urgent care and I will never try to again. I made the appointment in hopes I would be seen and an X-Ray to be done only to be notified an hour prior that there was no tech available and then tell me the only place you can go is the Philadelphia location. I said I am not going into the city and she stated ok then have a nice day and hung up all I can say is WOW!! Thanks for your help!

Don’t usually leave reviews but my experience was so awesome I had to do so. I was seen by Heather who was a godsend. I had been in pain for a week and unable to get an appointment at my primary care. She fixed me up with a minor procedure and prescribed meds. She and the office were on-time, super communicative and pleasant, smiling people to be seen by!

Walked in about 6:30 (they close at 8) with no one in the waiting room and they refused to help. Said they weren’t taking walk ins with just a shoulder shrug. Awful service and professionalism.

I came here when they first opened years ago and just had to come today (day after Xmas, my Dr office wasn’t open).The waiting room and patient room is just as nice inside as I remembered. So many medical spaces that open in center city start off pretty and clean but look like they’ve been ransacked and squated in after just a couple years. This place has been maintained so well not only visually but also it smells so clean but not in a chemical way like it doesn’t have a smell at all. It’s like fresh air. Kind of a weird thing for me to comment on but I have a sensitive sense of smell on a level that others cannot relate and can easily be turned off by a place bc of it.The check in /check out / forms / payment process is simple. Like they just have everything in place so you don’t have to add stress to your situation.I wasn’t rushed in my appointment the first time I came and I wasn’t today either. They were even short staffed today and tbh I think it was the most efficient urgent care /Dr visit I’ve ever had.

Vybe Urgent Care is more than just a care facility its a place where you can feel welcome and know that youre going to receive the care you deserve by the staff that is not only knowledgeable but friendly and the doctors make you feel important. I was very impressed with the facilities cleanliness and the speed at which I was seen and the facility has top grade equipment and a nice little area while you wait. Ive been to many urgent cares and I can honestly say I was thoroughly impressed with Vybe and and I will definitely be making it my go to center. If you havent tried VYBE you are missing out. Thank you Vybe for my care. :)

Horrible experience. No customer service PA and medical tech were a poor excuse for medical professionals. I did not think my concerns were addressed adequately or with proper concern I was left asking questions for things that should have been properly explained. Getting a medical professional to give you 10 minutes of time should be the bare minimum.

Just FYI: YOU CANNOT WALK IN AND GET A RAPID TEST. Rapid tests are by appt only that can only be secured online. 4 rating because Im sure this is a great place, you just cant go here to get a quick test and go unless you have a prescheduled appt.

I initially had an appointment for my vaccines at the east Market location, but the night before I got a notification saying that it was suddenly temporarily closed. Instead I was told to go to this location on Chestnut. When I get there, I tell them I was transferred from the other Vybe to get my vaccines, only to be told that I needed an appointment in that location. I wasted my day just to be denied of service when I was just following the instructions I was given to. I was given the option to do a walk-in, but that the wait time was around 45mins-1hr. There was only one person in the waiting room. It was a very unwelcoming experience and Im never going back.

I went to confirm a positive home COVID test per my employers request. I kept my KN95 mask on during the entire visit aside from the COVID test. After I mentioned that I had a positive COVID test yesterday, the tech left the room and I heard the employees out in the hallway discussing who wanted to go in and see me. The tech ultimately came back in and gave the quickest and least inclusive COVID test I have ever had, he barely swabbed my nose and then ran back out of the room. Upon leaving the room and closing the door behind him, I hear him loudly say “Well now I need to go home and take a shower”. If you work at an urgent care facility or any medical facility, you need to have better etiquette when treating sick people - it is literally your job. I will never be returning or recommending this facility to anyone.

I went to urgent care bc my toe would not stop bleeding. They glued it and then immediately put a tight wrapping on my toes which was extremely uncomfortable. Took the wrap off and my toe was bleeding more than when I walked in.

UPDATE 2: The response from the owner is dismissive and not helpful- much like all of their customer services reps. To think I haven’t already bothered to email them directly. I’ve been dealing with your billing department for months. Phone calls, emails, etc. You have everything you need to contact me, I’ve been doing my due diligence. Your company is just such a nightmare that nothing ever gets solved. In fact, I was told yesterday someone would be calling me in the afternoon for an important update. Did they call? No.UPDATE: Just had to speak with their billing department again because I’ve received yet another harassing email about my non-existent balance. Funny enough, it takes me to an Aetna portal. I’ve never had Aetna insurance in my life. No one knows what they are doing at this company or this location. To add insult to injury, I’ve just learned from VYBE directly, that back in 2021, no one should have even been charged for a COVID test. So many headaches and predatory practices from this place. I can’t express enough: avoid this place at all costs.This place is an utter joke. I was seen back in March of 2021 as a walk-in for an antigen test…yes you read that right, over two years ago. I was asked to pay the $75 fee upfront and submit a claim to my insurance for reimbursement. My insurance took less than a month to cover this expense and pay it out, but did Vybe give me my money back right away? No. They waited over a year and nine months to issue me a refund. THEN five months later, decided to resubmit my claim for literally no reason (as I was explained to on the phone) and try and force me into paying for this test again by harassing me daily with numerous emails and mail. Yes, pay for a test that is now free for millions of Americans. Best part, it’s taken five phone calls, numerous emails and contacting my old insurance company to straighten this out. All Shannon in billing had to say was “it slipped through the cracks”. How about instead of lying to your patients about liability and speaking to them like they are an idiot, you actually do your job and get to the bottom of your mistake. Unbelievable.

Staff was great, one-woman wonder managing all the processes. Tech could have been smoother - I made an appt 2 weeks prior for 7.30pm but somehow the system booked me for 4.40pm (not sure how that even happened). Would also have been helpful to know ahead of time that I could collect a physical copy of the test results at the end of the day - the staff told me that, and it was helpful to go back to collect it.

The reviews were all correct. I had to find an urgent care near my place and found this clinic with 5 stars. I went in and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The wait time was minimal. Everyone was really nice and friendly. Registration was easy and painless. I would definitely go back (hopefully not very soon) in case I have another urgent medical needs.

I am so happy I came here, I feel better already. Everyone there was so nice to me, and knowledgeable, one of the best doctors visits Ive had! I waited maybe 5 min, however I didnt even notice. There was tea, and coffee available, in the waiting area. The staff there really listened to me, and because of them, I am already beginning to heal. Way better than going to the ER!

Fast service, knowledgeable staff, and clean facilities. Great urgent care. I had a terrific Medical Assistant named Monica. She knew the answers to all my confusing insurance questions, carefully asked me about my symptoms until she fully understand what ailed me, and did it all with a smile. The doctor was good, but it was really this Medical Assistant that made my experience exceptional. Adrian was pretty good too.

The online registration is customer-friendly with both PCR and antigen test options. They also have the regular and fast options. We wanted to change the booked time and type of test and the person on the phone was nice and efficient in changing the time and type for us. One glitch might be that it was hard to change our time online because we needed an account.

I cant stop singing the praises of the Urgent Care staff and facility at 14th and Chestnut Street, the care I received was top-notch. The staff was professional and kind, the facility was nicely decorated and clean, there was even coffee! But best of all the actual care I received from Dr. William restored my faith in doctors. He was compassionate, personable and intelligent. Everything I was hoping to find. I left feeling cared for. I wish he was my primary doctor. Great experience, I highly recommend.. 👍👍👍⭐

Incredibly fast service. I had a walk in appointment for the first time here ever and was seeing a nurse and Doctor in about 20 minutes.The nursing staff were great, and very friendly. Answered all my questions and took time to do so, never felt rushed at all.The Doctor I saw exceeded my expectations as well. She asked all the right questions and came off like she cared. She listened to all my concerns and took the time to respond to each of them. She knew her stuff and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Definitely recommend this place.

My experience at vybe urgent care was great!! Everyone was so welcoming and professional I was seen within 15 minutes. the doctor was very attentive and met all my needs. This is a great place to go for urgent care. They even had hot and cold refreshments for the patients while waiting in their beautiful waiting room.

I needed to get a rapid RT-PCR test for travel so I called the urgent care, the lady on the phone told me I could just walk-in as their system was down and not taking any appointment at the time for some reason.I walked in this Tuesday and the front desk lady seemed to be pretty frustrated that she was the only person in the clinic and refused to take any walk-ins. I then made an appointment for the next day and successfully completed the test.According to the testing result report, the lady that helped me this Wednesday was Nisha. She was amazing! She’s super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made the whole process from checking in, to collecting samples, and receiving results super smooth and comfortable for me. The result took 3 hrs to come out. The clinic was clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

I took my 6 year old in for a rapid COVID test. Booking the appointment was super easy, staff were friendly, wait time minimal. The nurse who gave my son the test was so sweet. She could tell he was feeling a little nervous and so she explained to him exactly how she was going to use the swab, reassured him it wouldn’t hurt and should just feel like a tickle in his nose. He was so relieved to hear that and also by how quickly the whole process went. We received the test results within 15 mins. Overall a good experience!

One of the best visits to a medical facility in my entire life - no joke! I went there and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. They answered my questions about the paperwork which is always a great point. When the exam time came, the medical assistant Mike was super knowledgeable and took the time to listen to everything I had to say, while also exploring all possibilities. He even offered options that would benefit me, and assured me these were the best options for me. Dr. Yeh is super kind and wise! She also helped me tailor the visit to make sure all of my concerns were taken care of properly. She was very easy to get along with and comforting in a professional way.Overall I would go to this facility again, I almost wish I could have them as my primary doctors office!! They really made me feel welcome. Thanks!

Best urgent care in center city! I went in with a sprained ankle; the staff and doctor took really good care of me. The wait was minimal - if I gone to another place I know it would have been at least 45 min. Everyone was really great and cordial. I would definitely come here again!

The staff was incredibly friendly. I was greeted as I walked in a was brought back to be seen rather quickly (aprox 15 minutes after walking in... including filling out the paperwork). The medical staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my injury. Hopefully I wont need to, but if I ever need to go to urgent care again, this is the place Ill be going to.

Very sweet and caring. Not a very big place so they dont have a ton of equipment, but they are very helpful.

I had an excellent experience. I arrived around 830 in the morning with a deep laceration. I immediately saw a doctor who stitched me up in no time and with little pain. The staff was attentive and pleasant. All together, they had me in and out in 20 minutes (but I in no way felt like they rushed me). I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Visited a couple days ago because I had been having some GI distress. Was seen extremely quickly, and the receptionists & nurses were friendly, helpful, and efficient. When the doctor came in, she too was very friendly and knowledgeable, and after hearing my complaint and history she ultimately recommended a course of treatment that ended up being spot on (some over the counter meds but no prescription antibiotics). My only complaint with the whole experience was that the A/C was broken, so it was very hot -- but of course this was a temporary issue.I will not hesitate to return here in the future, and I would definitely recommend it to others based on my visit.

I’ve been to a few urgent care facilities and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Everyone from the woman who signed me in to the Dr. made me feel like they genuinely cared about my health and concerns. It’s sad to say but a lot of times you don’t get that in some of these places. I really appreciated them (especially the NP Jamie) for taking the time to answer all my questions and for making me feel comfortable. Highly Recommend!

My family and I had to updated our Covid testing due to missing our connecting flight to Dubai. I was able to make a same day appointment and the test only took a few seconds for each of us.The staff was very friendly and accommodating!!! Thank you so very much for assisting my family with this matter.

I called today to ask if they take walk-ins and when did they close. The lady that answered only said yes we take walk-ins and they close at 5pm. When I got there around 3 something she said we stopped taking walk-ins at 2pm, but she never told me over the phone or nothing. If I’m asking about walk-ins she should have told me that. It doesn’t say it online.

The service is so great here. The 2 nurses that were working on June 4th around 5:50pm were amazing and so kind when answering my numerous questions. I wish I got their names because they were both wonderful and most importantly so nice. Definitely going back if I ever need another PCR test!

Had an excellent experience here. I was able to walk in and be seen in a timely manner. Doctor spent quality time with me. She showed care for me and I felt appreciated and respected. I would recommend this to anyone. Quality service, friendly experience, was covered by insurance, and I got a lot out of it.

Kind. Caring. Respectful. Courteous. And the most time efficient urgent care I’ve ever been to! I was in town for work. 3000 miles away from my normal doctor and they saw me only minutes after I walked in at 8am. I was discharged with prescriptions in tow by 9am!

Went second time for foot injury. Great, fast service once again!Very friendly, helpful, fast and effective. The receptionist was especially helpful. I would return and recommend this to friends. I was impressed that they did something to treat the problem beyond just checking it out and prescribing something. The co-pay was expensive, but less than the emergency room on my plan. It was more effective than I had hoped and the peace of mind was worth it.

Service was fair and one hour test results took 5 hours because “they were too busy with people coming in and calling” to get the results sent. That is what I was told when I called to find out why I hadn’t received my results. Would definitely not go back. Jefferson Urgent Care is much more professional with much better service.

Took my son in after round two of a fever hit. everyone we interacted with during our visit was professional, kind and patient. the doctor’s evaluation was clear and she explained options and possible outcomes clearly at every step of the visit. the place is super clean too! only downside is that the whole visit took 2 hours from start to finish.

I am new to the city and was not feeling well. Deep cough and had no doctors in place yet. A friend recommended this specific medi clinic and I can see why! Everyone was so kind, thorough and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. The appointment site was incredibly easy to use. Pre-registration link was clear and easy to use. Once there, the staff was courteous and quick. I had my test results within minutes of leaving. Great experience all around.

Quick and easy if you follow the instructions. make sure you download Health Passport app and have your passport. In and out in 10 minutes. Results ahead of when expected. The QR code in the certificate was not automatically recognized by VeriFLY but was accepted within minutes of uploading. Would recommend. Just make sure you book at least 24 hours ahead otherwise the emergency appointments get expensive.

Had an awesome visit, to get my rapid test to travel to Canada! Norine was amazing and a ton of help, she really made the visit worth it. I even got a few recommendations for Philly Cheesesteaks and Pretzels! Very happy to have dropped by 🙂🙌🏽

Came in on Monday to get my shoulder looked at since I was experiencing pain from a recent slip/fall. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would suggest reserving your spot online, as I was seen almost exactly at the expected time they gave me. There were no hidden fees like Ive read about other urgent care centers charging, just my regular copay. I would definitely recommend Vybe to anyone!!

Before I made my appointment online I decided to read the reviews. I seen more bad reviews then good reviews. I thought I would just go somewhere else. Then I read good reviews and I said well I will go and check it out myself. I dont believe everything I read. The person at the front desk was nice. I made my appointment online when I arrived I did not have a long wait I was the only person as far a a patient waiting to be seen.The staff was nice the doctor assistants were very nice. I will likely return in the future if I need to.

So pleased with my visit! Jessica at the front desk was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the care I needed during my visit. Will be using Vybe on chestnut whenever I need an urgent care! I went around 4PM on a Sunday and there was no wait time, I’m not sure how busy it is at other times.

Needed a COVID test for travel to get home. Messed something up on the online form but the nurse checking me in was super nice and fixed everything up in the computer and did my test. 5 minutes in and out with 5 star service. Very relieved compared to the administrative headache other places wanted for a simple test.

This was my first time to Vybe. The place looks great when you walk in. The decorations have a good vybe. The receptionist was okay. She was not welcoming nor not welcoming. She was simply nuetral. There to do the job and go home. The nurse who saw me prior to the doctor was amazing. She too her time to really understand my concerns. She did not rush me or make assumptions. I felt as if she understood the definition of excellent patient care and worked to achieve it. The actual doctor on the other hand left me not wanting to return. She seemed rushed and as a result, she rushed me. She did not hear all of my concerns, and I couldnt tell her because she was out the door as soon as possible. I had two problems the went unchecked. I had hoped she would return with the prescription, but the nurse brought it back. I suppose my most severe problem was addressed but not well. If I come back to this area and have a problem, I will go to a different Urgent care center.

This experience was pretty good. It was easy to fill out all my information on the iPad and I was brought in to be seen fairly quickly. The facilities were clean and bright. The first nurse I interacted seemed kind of distracted and disinterested in anything I said, which was kind of a bummer. I waited a while to be seen after seeing the nurse. The x-ray technician was almost alarmingly informal, but he was very friendly. The radiologist that saw me couldnt have been nicer. She was patient, empathetic, kind and informative. One of the nicest health practitioners Ive ever interacted with. The paperwork I received afterwards gave me pretty clear instructions on what to do next. I felt taken care of and like I had a plan walking out of there. Overall a pretty seamless experience. Just knocked points off for some less than friendly interactions early in the visit. Would return (but hope I dont have to!)

Issue 1- The PCR rapid test results are not sent in a format that certain countries require for travel authorizations. The paperwork does not clearly state the collected date and resulted date. If you want that info, be prepared to physically pick up a hard copy from Vybe as they cannot send electronically. I learned management has been notified of this issues multiple times (as quite a few customers pay only to run into issues) but has not made any changes.Issue 2- I made a 10:30 appointment and showed up early. Waited until 11 then asked where I was in the line because I would need to add more parking if I wasn’t going to be seen soon. The employee told me she was running all over the place and couldn’t check. I left and added parking. Another customer told me she called me 2 min. after I left… this is all while carting around a (thankfully) very patient toddler. Pretty uncaring and unhelpful attitude from that staff member.Issue 3- Same employee had me fill out the same paperwork twice. When I checked in for my appointment, she located my profile in their system and had no trouble running the credit card. But apparently, she had moved my paper to the bottom of the pile because she couldn’t read my name (which would be clearly legible on my profile if this was truly the issue). She could have asked if confused but just moved paper to bottom of intake sheets.

I as very pleased with its their professionalism, courtesy and understanding . They took me right away and there was no wait. Starting with front desk ( they are super polite and greet you with smiles ) and all the medical personnel , it was a very satisfying experience !Thank you very much !

This place seems efficient and friendly. I was in and out in 5 minutes. While they do post results on their patient portal, one must return to the testing facility to obtain a written report of sufficient detail to satisfy most foreign ports of entry.

The whole process was streamlined.I selected my appointment time online, entered my information and waited for my appointment confirmation. Upon arrival, there was no wait and I was seen immediately after the $75 co pay. The facility was clean and the staff followed all CV-19 protocols.

Today I visited Vybe urgent care on Chestnut St. I was greeted by reception in a friendly and professional manner. Registration was simple and easy using an iPad. The waiting are was extremely clean. I was seen by a very professional nurse and then was seen by the Dr. she was so warm and caring and made me feel very comfortable. I was treated in less than hour including wait time. I highly recommend this facility.

Jennifer and Marcia were amazing!!! I was a walk in, and they got me right in. I had a bit of insurance mess and Jennifer figured it all out, and with a great sense of humor!! I would definitely go back to that location! Thank you ladies!

Everyone dreads urgent care because.. waits are usually ridiculously long and staff can sometimes be rude. This was definitely NOT my experience at Vybe - quite the opposite, actually. Everyone from reception/check-in to nurses and doctors was professional and friendly. The space was clean and modern as well. Most importantly, they were quick and efficient. In the future, this will be my go-to spot for urgent care.

Came in to get a TB test. The medical assistant took about 20 min to draw my blood, which is odd because I have no issue giving blood. She also remarked I hate doing this, this is hard, while drawing my blood! Several days later Im notified that the lab didnt pick up my sample, so I have to go back to get my blood drawn again. As someone who hates needles, this was a truly disappointing experience.

The wait was longer then anticipated, and I’m pretty sure I was asked to do something that I know for certain my insurance is paying the doctor to do! I didn’t like them asking me to treat myself, I’ve never had that happen before. I said no, I don’t feel comfortable and then the doctor came in., once the doc came in things seemed better. I probably won’t go back!

Vybe was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly, the place was immaculate, and they doctor was very knowledgeable. The overall experience for someone who was not feeling well was quite pleasant! I dont have a primary doctor here so I will definitely be returning if I have any further illnesses.

I came in for a check up on my foot/toe, as I thought I had broken it. I was greeted by a friendly woman at the front desk and promptly taken back to the examination room. The doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful. They even had an on-site X-ray machine, but had to wait for the radiologist to confirm the results. I would return for any other medical needs!

Not sure how this place got anything over 1 star. Complete waste of time going here. I’m a medical professional myself and would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time and money.They claim to have a quick check in where you fill out a form before coming in to reserve your spot. You end up having to fill out the same form over again when you get there. The people weren’t as friendly as the reviews say. I waited an hour and was the only one in the waiting room. The doctors assessment only consisted of listening to my lungs and asking me which symptoms bothers me the most and she used that to come up with her generic speech. Her solution was that I take over the counter medications. Wow.

The entry nurse was very helpful. The nurse administering the test could not have been more rude, less careful, or less helpful. I appreciate the quick turn around, but really did no appreciate the terrible treatment.

The receptionist was nice and pleasant. She took my information and insurance card. I easily filled out the iPad and she charged me a co pay 50$ . She told me the amount before it was charged and emailed me the receipt. They were short staffed and she also took my vitals. There was almost no wait from check in to being taken back . The doctor was pleasant and professional . Washed his hands right away upon entering the room. Checked my cyst and was able to pop it and drain a little. He wrote me a prescription and recommended I follow up with a dermatologist since they are likely to come back . Overall great experience and nice stafff

My experience was great until it took 6 hours and 3 phone calls for them to finally call in my prescription.Update: the antibiotics they gave me didn’t rectify my problem, and I need an extended course of antibiotics. They are making me come in again so that I have to pay them twice. Do not use this clinic.

The care I received from here was way better than my PCP!! I went in at 7pm and didn’t even have to wait... they even stayed past closing time to help me. I called on the phone in advance and the lady was very helpful! From the front desk (Danaya) to the everyone else that cared for me, was amazing! I wish I could come here all the time. Jamie asked me so many questions and tried to help figure out my problem! She even gave me some notes to take home and referred me to some amazing places! I will always come here if I need urgent care again

It was quick and easy. The guy out front who also did my COVID test was very nice and answered my questions. Was not crowded at all, though I did go later in the day.

She took it upon herself to called another location for me and apologized that I had to travel so far out of my way. I came to vybe urgent care on Chesnut st for a COVID-19 test before flying home to Israel. They were very polite, quick and welcoming.By 5pm on the same day I got my result by email.The problem was that they required an American phone number, and I dont one, so I couldnt reach my results.So I ran there, 5 minutes after closing hour, and knocked on the glass begging for help.Jeniffer opened the door, listened to my problem and solved it right away. She just printed my results right on the sport.Very very welcoming and helpful staff.Thank you very much!

Fast! Super nice! And very clean!Doctors administered the test so you know it’s as legit as it could be. They also have lots of open appointments as well. It is $75 with or without insurance though so keep that in mind.

Found this place on Google, nice environment very friendly people. I was able to check in a head of time so the wait was just a few minutes. The doctor was very nice and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend and if needed I will definitely go back again.
