Midwest Express Clinic

We use the Midwest Express Clinic in Portage for so many things: Sports physicals, bone injuries, illness and moderate emergencies. The staff if always very pleasant and the treatment has always been top notch! Everyone is friendly and has great bed side manner. It is so great to walk in and be seen so quickly. They are the best!

Check in was super fast, Staff was kind, caring and sweet. Made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns and researched to make sure there would be no interactions from prescription with underlying health issues. Treatment went well and I’m doing much better. Seems like everyone there is happy to work there.My husband also had a great experience when he went a couple weeks back with pneumonia. They are very knowledgeable and the place is clean and well run. Would definitely visit again and recommend 10/10

Fast check in! Fast service. Those nurses had everything moving like a well tuned machine. One isasking you admission questions, they other is taking your vitals. The doc comes in, shes right to the point and explaining things. I was impressed!

I was seen by an amazing nurse practitioner! She was sweet and thorough with her examination. I was diagnosed on the spot, with necessary medication called in to my preferred pharmacy.The front desk was very inviting, with no wait time!The entire facility was very convenient to get to, and was ver clean and orderly. I highly recommend!

I can’t say it enough, I love this place! My mother is 94 years old and has dementia and is slightly disabled. She came to live with me 5 years ago. Whenever she has a problem I bring her to the Portage, IN, Midwest Express. They are always courteous, helpful, and fast. I call ahead or online for an appointment. We are in and out so fast, which is a big deal for my Mom.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We were treated quickly and with much respect. We were given clear instructions upon discharge and sent on our way. It was a very pleasant experience. I dont want to have to go again, but if I need to, Ill gladly go there!

It is a small building with less doctors so you might be waiting a littler longer then normal but it was worth the wait. They actually tried to figure out what was wrong instead of quickly trying to get me out of there with no answers. From the front desk to the nurses and doctors everyone was very nice!

Had an emergency visit due to a serious eye injury. I was seen immediately by your staff and the Doctors advised me to go to a local hospital emergency room, as it would be better treated by an actual eye Doctor. I appreciated their quick response and honesty on their medical capabilities.

I have visited several Midwest Express Clinics and I have nothing bad to say. The staff is courteous, my time there is not long and they are always clean. Thank you Midwest Express!

All of the ladies here are so wonderful. They made a very big day for me feel very comfortable and helped me feel even more happy and excited. Thank you all for a very welcoming and comforting experience. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Anytime I need to be seen quickly due to some kind of illness that just makes me feel poopy, the staff at Midwest Express Clinic is so friendly and attentive, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They listen well and do their best to get you in and out so you can get your necessary medication and be back on the road to recovery.

I came in yesterday morning after being really sick and they got me in right away. The front deck ladies were very nice and accommodating with me. I was greeted by the med tech who led me along the clinic. She was very professional. I saw Sheryl Weber DO who was so kind and professional. She was so thorough with my care. I would recommend this Midwest Express clinic to everyone!!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were very busy and I did not have to wait long and was taken care off rather quickly. Would recommend them to others!!

Great staff. Didnt have to sit and wait long at all. And the dr I saw and I am so sorry I dont remember her name, was the sweetest dr. Even though I just went in for an eye infection she was concerned on what medicine to give me because of my other conditions. I just loved her. Will go back there for minor issues. Totally recommend !!!!

I took my son as a walk-in for a sports physical. Crystal was the doctor who examined him. She is great as was everyone we encountered during the visit! I highly recommend Midwest Express, they offer many services!

What can I say the nurse practitioner was amazing.. She was so knowledgeable and really cared that I was in pain( my shoulder and arm).. She prescribed some meds ( muscle relaxers) that really helped.. Let me also mention that the nurses were exceptional as well Thank You Midwest Express

We went to Midwest Clinic on a Sunday. It was the first time for both my husband and me. Although they were very busy (every seat was taken) the staff was very organized and things moved smoothly. Everyone was friendly and professional. If we ever have a problem, we would definitely go back.Update: April 25, 2024Have been back to the clinic a total of 4 times. The latest being April 25th. Midwest Clinic is very organized and all the staff are very nice. Even though they are usually busy, the wait time is never that long. The team works together to get you in, diagnosed and treated. Thank you for another good experience. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service! From time I walked in til the time I walked out was roughly 30 minutes. The receptionist, nurse, and Physicians Assistant were all very cordial and efficient! First time using a quick clinic, great experience! Thank you!

Vicky was excellent!! She was super helpful, friendly and professional. The medical assistant and NP were also awesome! Great customer service and we were seen in a timely manner.

The overall experience was very pleasant in the doctor and receptionist was very kind and very informational. It was just an overall good experience I think them all for their patience, kindness, and help.

I have see different Doctors at the Portage location in the past, every one has been fantastic. Yesterday I had Keri, who explained everything to me, and like my past experiences, Keri was fantastic

Staff was very friendly. It was busy at the time we went so there was a little bit of a wait but nothing excessive. We were in and out within an hour, Im sure it would have been much faster but like I said it was busy at that time. I love that they were open on Sunday and was just able to walk in and get help quickly.

I usually go here for urgent care matters and have been pleased with the services from start to finish. However in my last visit, the NP wrongly assessed my son’s skin condition which is getting worse and they had no remedy for the mistake. My only option was to be charged for another visit for someone else to guess a diagnosis. I am very disappointed in the lack of a procedure to make things right financially (e.g. a free follow up visit) after the initial visit and a prescription was already paid for that rendered no results.

I visited on July 5th and was scared it would be packed from 4th of July accidents. I scheduled my appointment on line and was seen about 10 minutes after the time I selected. The lady at the front desk was very nice, welcoming and muli-tasking like crazy. The nurse who took my blood pressure was also nice, fast and efficient. The doctor came in quickly, made me feel at ease and let me know what was wrong. I will definitely use this center for emergencies.

Some front desk staff are rude and unprofessional they think they’re better than the next person

I like this urgent care for my daughter and myself they are fast no long waited unless flu season but they take care their time before you leave the clinic . Very friendly and care about patients

This is the place. When I need help with the little things, getting sinus inf. Staff was great, got there early for a DOT physical and was in and out within an hour even being a first time visitor...definitely would recommend anyone to go there for whatever you need

Terrible !!!!!! I’m a struggling single dad and down to my last 50 dollars, my daughter was sick and this place wouldn’t treat my daughter unless I paid them 20 bucks because I owed them 100 , they care more about their financial gain than their patients health or well being! Don’t take your kids to this place ! Instead go to portage north shore where they will treat you no matter if you’re struggling with money.

It was my 1st time there and everyone was so beautiful, nice and very helpful. If ever I’m in need of assistance again, this will be the 1st place I will go, no questions ask. Thank you all 💕

I highly recommend the Midwest Express Clinic! The facility was very clean and inviting and the staff was very nice! I was in and out very quickly and my script was sent over to my pharmacy right away.

Went to the Portage ER first for a dog bite waited a half an hour while theres nobody else waiting. Asked a cleaning lady where I could go and she pointed me to here. I was in and out in five minutes. The doctor treated me washed my wound cleaned it out gave me antibiotics and I was on my way. I will always go here first now.

Kylie is the best! She always greets you with a smile. Very personable and informative. Need more people like her.

I have visit the portage site in front of Walmart about 4 or 5 times. Every time the staff is very friendly, always listening to my concers , and take their time but yet you wont wait long..

I received great care and follow up appointment with doctor. They’re more understanding than my PCP. They took their time with me and made sure any questions I had were answered before I left my appointment. It’s better to have an appointment set up but they do accept walk ins. Like how they have late hours as well. Recommend.

I saw Dr. Victoria in 3 different visits hands down the BEST experience ever every time. Shes very sweet and very smart. I have a complex health and every treatment shes given me works without fail or complicating anything. I Trust her with me. This location in particular has given me quick and consistent great service not just from Dr Victoria but the rest of the staff also they are very polite, respectful and professional. 👍

Every time that I need some type of urgent care needs met Midwest Express is always there. They address your needs effectively and efficiently. They provide speedy service and they provide quality care.

Took my daughter for a sports physical, great, friendly staff, efficient, got us in and out in about 20 minutes. Went back this year because last year it was so easy.

I brought my daughter in for a laceration on her leg. Everyone was very kind to her and helped calm her fears. They brought her back quickly and took great care of her.

There were some concerns about cleanliness when this place had first opened, but have since been addressed pretty well. The care is good, and the convenience is very much appreciated. I am glad that this clinic is an option, especially in an area where there are not many options for patients seeking medical care! I recommend visiting if you need to!

I’ve had a lot of awful experiences at doctors in the NWI area, but I am so glad that I have found the opposite at this Midwest express clinic location!! The people working there are so kind and helpful. They get you in and out as quick as they can, while still making sure you get your questions answered. Today I went and they were SO busy. Checked in, waited in my car, got called in, and was out in 35 min! I also watched two GROWN men raise their voice and be incredibly disrespectful to the staff member working at the front desk. Kudos to her for handling the situation with grace and empathy, something these two men clearly lack ❤️

They went so far as giving him a popsicle & breaking him out of his fears of doctors!! We have been here several times and have yet to have any problems with the staff or doctors!! Great service from front desk following clinic staff. NP Keri was great she assessed my daughter who was not feeling good. Who was previously was told that it was seasonal allergies by Northshore NP. So glad that I decided to get second opinion. My daughter is feeling much better. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Easy to register online & quickly got in. My insurance is a little spazzy so they couldnt confirm or bill it directly (Sunday morning) so the whole staff was conscious of what my out of pocket costs would be and advised me every step to be sure I would be comfortable with the costs incurred.Will definitely be back should I find myself in need.

The facility is clean and the staff is professional and friendly. They did everything they could to ensure that our visit was time effective while doing a thorough job. We were able to complete our necessary paperwork and the medical check more quickly than expected. The atmosphere of the office was very positive. We appreciate all of the work that the ladies did and their cheerful disposition.

I called ahead of time with some questions and was helped accordingly and scheduled an appointment and was able to get in within the hour of calling. I arrived and was greeted by staff and was helped with any paperwork questions. The medical assistants were great and had great bed side manors. The Nurse Practitioner Keri Whitcomb was absolutely amazing and her level of care and knowledge help complete the visit knowing I was given the proper diagnosis.

Just went there today 9/2024 to have my grandson checked and they refused to see him due to a bill. Come to find out its their billing department that did not submit properly so there should not even be a bill. Convient for their billing dept not to answer their phone when insurance company has tried to call them to straighten this out. Girl behind counter when we arrived to be seen was rude and not helpful at all. Boy now Im am informed and lady you need to get informed. No one ever, as many times I was there with him, did they say anything was owed to them. Well if their billing dept would do their job by resubmitting they would get their damn money. No one answered phone so problem could be corrected so I am posting review. This is the first time I have come across a rude employee in this clinic. Lady its your billing dept fault not mine. I cannot fix this only your billing dept and the insurance company.

This place was great. Even notified everyone up front there was a wait, so I do appreciate that. NP was very nice and helpful and actually took the time to answer any questions. Compared to Northwest Health, I will come here from now on.

My son was scared of the swabs and Kylie was so kind and gentle with him, easing his worry. Great job!

I took my boys to get their school physicals and the staff was amazing and very quick. We will be back next year.

My son bear 🐻 loved his experience there! He went during the holiday season and loved their Christmas tree and helped himself to a gift… giggles he’s only 4 years old but still. Too funny, I thought the staff would be mad but nope they gave him a candy cane too and of course he put the present back. The service is always great and they are patient and kind, even if it’s an ongoing medical problem. Thanks kindly. This clinic has been there for me and my son since we’ve moved out here. Keri and everyone are amazing! Went early in the morning shortly after opening and was taken right in. I had been feeling bad for a couple days, tested me for strep, Covid and the flu.The flu test came back positive.Was treated and released, in and out in less then an hour!Everyone was very kind and supportive.Thank you

Great experience. First time I used them and I will definitely use them again. The entire staff was pleasant. It was a Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. and I was out the door in less than an hour.

The staff was super nice and very informative. Midwest doesnt take outside referrals but they still saw me and gave me all my info so I could fax it myself. I am absolutely horrible with names but the nurse that did my ekg was so nice and talked me through everything she was doing. I was so nervous about it but she was great with getting my mind occupied so I could calm down for the test. They were super busy but it didnt even feel like they were, I was in a room in no time and taken care of. I actually work next door to the clinic and the staff is always so nice to talk to. 100% recommend friends and family to go for their primary and urgent needs.

I’ve visited twice. Both times I was in an exam room, diagnosed, treated, and headed back out the door in less than an hour. I can highly recommend Midwest Express Clinic! Efficient, friendly, organized, and effective are the best ways to describe their operation.

The Nurse practitioner was amazing, I was greeted well and processed quickly. My Nurse knows her stuff, after seeing her and taking meds I was like new the following morning, amazing. You guys are Great!

Was not real thrilled about going here but from the time I walked in the door to the time I left everybody was super helpful and nice.

All the nurses and doctors were very helpful. I was mauled by a dog and they were able to clean my wounds and put me in the right direction for the best care. They were super nice and made me feel comfortable. Zero complaints during my visit. I would go back.

Since I do not have a family doctor, I usually come to midwest express for the majority of my health needs. I came in around 7pm yesterday and was seen within a few minutes of waiting. The doctor and nurses were very nice, and willing to listen to my issues. I ended up testing positive for strep throat. The entire visit was excellent, and will continue to refer friends and family.

I went to this location in Portage, IN., with some concerns. I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as i walked in. No sooner than me filling out the paperwork, I was being called to see the doctor. Every employee that I had an encounter with, was pleasant. Great experience especially that being my 1st visit there.

In the past going to other facilities for a CDL Physical I’ve waited up to 3 hours just waiting to be seen no names mentioned. I will never come back to them.Midwest by far exceeded my expectations beyond what l thought.I will be going to Midwest for all my immediate medical needs in the future. Thank you to all the staff for the best express service I’ve ever had anywhere.In addition it is just great to visit a facility and see the same employees that you have seen before.Other businesses tend to move around people too often.In addition my interactions with all staff are always pleasant.Now they are in Walgreens on Willowcreek and 6.I’ll have to check out.

I love Midwest Express Clinics. Ive been to multiple locations and all are equally great. The NPs and medical assistants are the best! Oftentimes, I choose Midwest Express over my own primary care physician . When I dont feel well, I want to be seen now, not 2 weeks later. I love the convenience of online check-in. I pick the day and time...never a long wait. The whole experience is very comfortable and I know Im in good hands! Thanks, Midwest Express.

I came in with severe back pain. I had hurt myself. The staff was extremely friendly and listened to my concerns. Really listened!

I took my dad for a B12 shot. He is elderly and they offered to come out to the car to give him his shot to make it easier. Fantastic gesture and such kind staff!I received one too and it was quick and easy. I will definitely be going back each month.

I take my kids here any time we need quick help! We never wait very long and the staff is always amazing. My son went with a stomach virus and got sick all over the floor and they didnt even bat an eye. The doctor showed a lot of care, concern and passion for my son and didnt let us leave until she knew he was going to be okay!

I have been going to the Portage, Indiana location and they are always pleasant and professional. Krystal was my practitioner, and as a First Responder for over 30 years, I say with certainty, no one has ever shown me more genuine care!!! She was awesome!!!!

The entire staff was so nice, I had an issue with my insurance and they took time to figure it out, and the Dr. herself treated me like a person, asked questions, and made sure she understood what was going on. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I usually have the worst time anytime I have to go in for something at other facilities, but not this time. They were so kind.

I was the only person there so i got in fast which was good cause i was in extreme pain from bee stings.

Took my child after she came home with a fever and sore throat, some coughing. Went in as a walk-in, and in triage she was tested for flu, covid and strep. In and out within an hour, diagnosis in hand and antibiotics on order. Very quick, very professional. Will use this facility again.

I came into the office about an hour before closing for a rapid test for covid and flu. The staff and PA i had were all very nice and welcoming! I definitely will be back and recommend this urgent clinic to anyone.

My kids needed sports physicals. I had limited time due to our crazy schedules and they were quick and incredibly helpful! I had trouble checking in online... they quickly resolved that at the front desk. I forgot to bring the physical forms...the front desk found them online and printed them for me! The front desk, nurses, and doctor were exceptional.

I didn’t have to wait very long. The staff from registration to the input nurse was very kind, caring, and professional. Crystal was very kind and compassionate. She listened and was very informative. I have never been to an urgent care before but thanks to all the staff I will be back if needed.

Would give zero stars if I could. This place is a scam. My credit card charged $150 (appx. cost per visit) on four separate occasions when I had only had been there two times. Level of care was subpar as well but the fact they charged me double of what I should have been tells you to stay far away

The NP Brittany was fantastic. She had the best bedside manner Ive ever seen and experienced. All the staff, from reception to nurses who checked me in and took vital information were wonderful. Super friendly and really listen to what I was saying. Another thing: the wait time! While there were several people ahead of me, I was in and out in under half an hour where I receive not only care in the clinic but also after care (prescriptions) when I left to help with the allergic reaction I had. Hopefully I don’t, but if I ever have a health issue that arises that warrants visiting an urgent care again, I will absolutely return to the Portage clinic. Thank you!

Normally this place is amazing five starts and above but I just had a throat swab and it actually hurt not just made me gag like nothing with mild irritation like really hurt like a stabbing sensation!!!! One nurse is not nice!

The waits are never long, we’re always in and out within an hour. Drs and staff are great and they are our go to place when we can’t get in with our primary or need care during later hours!

Great experience and staff! Ari and Jessica went completely out of their way to get me the help I needed. They even went as far as helping with my insurance from the VA to cover charges that I didn’t even know I was able to get. I was ready to pay out of pocket for the services just to avoid the hassle. Everyone there was a pleasure to work with and I can see these people as assets to this business. I will be recommending them to others who are in need of services. Highly recommend!

I am so thankful for Midwest Express Clinic. They were so professional and kind. I was out in less than an hour, even without an appointment. Kathy (FNP) was so thorough and kind, and explained things so clearly. I felt very confident in my care and my provider. I would highly recommend this facility.

From the first phone call and registering online, everything was smooth and efficient. There were 5 of us scheduled and the effective way of how everything was set up, we were all seen within a reasonable time frame and on our way! The Dr we saw was extremely pleasant and so nice! If I could make her my PCP I would! There was a second occasion I needed one of my daughters to be seen and the next Dr we saw was also extremely pleasant and nice! The assistants and phone personnel were a great experience as well! Thank you!

Staff is exceptional. My husband and I have taken our daughter to midwest express in portage IN twice now. Both times we got in within 15-20 minutes and they went above and beyond with treating her and checking off all the boxes. From the front desk to the nurses and doctors - they are amazing

The absolute best!!! Came in with an ear wax problem that another doctor couldnt resolve, and they had me fully unclogged within minutes. My whole urgent care visit was about 30mins, and I was in and out. The team was amazing, caring, understanding, and listened to me and was extremely helpful. They made sure I didnt leave without my issue being fully resolved. They were awesome! I am so happy I can hear again. I would definitely return if I have any other urgent matters and would highly recommend!

We got in quick during the evening and the staff was incredible, especially Jessica! I’ve been here once before with my son and also had a good experience but tonight definitely stood out!!

I have been here a few times now and they are outstanding. Very short wait. All of the staff is so friendly and patient. Especially the physician I have seen twice now. I cant remember her name and its bugging me now but she is the kindest and most gentle doctor Ive ever worked with, even better than my family doctor. The nurse who did my EKG and blood work, Lindsey, listened to my concerns and took the extra time and care to make sure I was comfortable and safe. They are truly doing it right here.

The care we received was phenomenal...so much better than we expected! We travel in our RV full-time so urgent medical care can be complicated. From check-in to intake, x-rays to the doctors exam and treatment...we felt very well cared for. We received an excellent referral to an area ER for one of our issues and all was resolved. I would definitely recommend this kind and well-organized staff!

The wait was next to nothing and all of the staff was super friendly and very fast and efficient. I have a follow up scheduled for Saturday. The whole process was very quick and informative. Great Job everyone

Update: they apologized for me having to wait so long and gave me a refund, at least they compensated for making me wait for so longWent here for a physical examination for my clinicals and have been waiting over 40 minutes and still havent seen the doctor. The triage nurse was nice but why do I have to wait over 40 minutes to get a paper filled out. This is ridiculous, and not to mention I came right after work so I just worked 10 hrs to come sit in a room for over 40 minutes without hearing from anyone.

This was my first visit to Midwest express clinic, and I was very impressed! I just needed a Covid test for an upcoming procedure, and I got in the next day with no problem. They do have a small waiting room, but luckily, I wasn’t there very long. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They’re online check-in, really speed things along as well.

2nd poor experience will not return. My son was seen for discomfort with his eye. The doctor was dismissive of what he explained was happening. When asking for an excuse for school we were told why. I wish I would have went to Community Care in Munster, their urgent care doctors are always top notch.

Walked in, reception was great. Was seen within 15 minutes of arrival and that’s with doing paperwork. Nurse was great as well. It was clean and procedures to be seen were quick.

First time going into Midwest Clinic and I will be going again. I checked in online to hold my spot in line, and as soon as I got there I was called in. My daughter was seen and we were out of there in 15 minutes. The nurse was very nice and listened to my daughter. She also made us laugh. Thankyou for the great experience.

I was very pleased with my experience. It was my first time visiting the clinic and everyone was really nice, pleasant, and helpful. Im going to tell you why I love this place with good reasons: I with full-time weekdays with 4 children that catch this and that and scheduling ahead of time makes my day!! Its so easy and even allowed me to photograph the insurance and my ID, so when I arrive theres nothing to fill out! Its immaculately clean, everyone is extremely nice, free masks at the desk (even lil one sizes!), very quick and succinct examinations and explanations that are always correct and reassuring! I cant say enough good things! I trust them with the health of my little loves if that tells you how highly I think of this wonderful place.

Jessica (the manager) and I just spoke. Ive been to this location for the same problem 3 times and needed clarification on a new medication so I dont have to come back for a forth visit. She was short tempered and rude to me. So far my insurance and I have paid nearly a thousand dollars to this practice and have gotten nothing but attitude in return. I would suggest CVS Minute Clinic over this place. Doctors all three times have seemed clueless to my ailment, the only plus side to this place is they gave me whatever drug I asked for probably due to the fact they don’t know what they are doing…

Quick, efficient, and great care! We don’t have a regular doctor close by and most often, we try to treat things at home with natural remedies…but when our kids can’t fight something off, Midwest Express is our go-to. Always impressed with the care and the virtually non-existent wait time.

I will from here on out go here first if I cant get into my doctor. Twice they have done more for me to get me back to healthy. First time an ER sent me away with an inhaler for covid pneumonia, Midwest got me on an antibiotic and prednisone. This time ( 2 weeks ago) went to an urgent care, got an antibiotic, inhaler, and sent home. Not any better. Went to Midwest yesterday, x-ray of chest breathing treatment, z-pack, prednisone. Treatment for pneumonia, better care from Midwest.

Both times I have been here I’ve been able to make an appointment and be seen within half an hour. This was particularly important to me recently when I came down with strep throat. The last thing I wanted to do was sit in a waiting room for hours to be seen as I needed to be home resting and healing, not out and about waiting for hours to be seen. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and professional and they asked sick people to wear masks, which they provided. The PA who saw me was observant and asked all the right questions. This will continue to be my go to place for urgent care!Side note: I first visited the urgent care at Northshore, which is only a block away, before coming to Midwest Express. The waiting room at Northshore Urgent Care was crowded with sick people and none were wearing masks. The whole situation seemed understaffed and unprofessional. Not to mention I was worried about catching some other illness while waiting to be seen for mine. I was so uncomfortable at Northshore Urgent Care that I decided to see if Midwest Express had an appointment. They did. I left Northshore, went to Midwest Express, was seen by a caregiver, and was on my way home in less than an hour. That’s a huge win! Thank you, Midwest Express!

If customer service is important to you, Midwest Express Clinic is the place to go. They are polite, professional, considerate of your time and very informative. I was in and out in 30 minutes! No more ERs for me. Thanks Midwest Express Clinic for an awesome urgent care experience!! 😊

Omg excellent place! I cant say thank you enough to everyone that was working last night! I brought in 2 nonverbal autistic boys and everyone was wonderful to them! Thats extremely had to find! If I ever need an urgent care I know where Im going! Their compassion, understanding, respect, towards my boys and I was amazing. For the 1st I didnt feel invisible, they didnt let their degrees out weigh my knowledge of my kids. I was asked whats the best way to examine my son? Normally Im not asked cause no one cares. If anyone ever needs a compassionate, autistic friendly urgent care, I cant recommend this place enough! Update! I took my nonverbal son here yesterday cause of a bad cold. Every time I visit this place their compassion & understanding is above and beyond every time! Thank you very much!

Ive always had great care here, they are very informative. Ive had high blood pressure for years and my doctor tweaked my medication last year, my B.P. has been great ever since. When I went to my cardiologist for yearly visit, he was amazed. Thanks Midwest Express.

I believe I seen Dr Lambert. Wonderful Dr. She took her time. Very thorough and nice. The nurses was excellent. Talked to me and helped me relax. I definitely will be back to Dr Lambert (I hope that was who I seen). I do recommend her hands down.

Good walk in service. No long wait. Nurse come right in. Dr. coming in after nurse is finished. I took my Covid test got my results was on my way home.

I had an eye issue I was dealing with, so I decided to visit. I scheduled an appt online (very easy) to do. Once I arrived, everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming. The doctor assistance was great and she diagnosed me wyh an abrasion on my eye. Prescribed an ointment and made a referral. Very pleased with everything!

They were also able to get me in when I walked in which is very nice and I didn’t wait long at all. It sure beats going to urgent care or the emergency room or waiting til the following week for a dr app. Overall a great experience. I will be returning weather it’s for me or my children.
