DR. Heather Van Raalte has an outstanding beside manner. She truly loves what she does and is an excellent doctor. I had to robotic surgery done in 2018 and everything went well. She explains everything in detail. Today I went back for my yearly checkup and there were changes in the office due to Covid19, but I just love how she takes her time with you and answers all your questions. Please dont hesitate to call and make an appointment..you will definitely love her. Thank you Dr. VAN RAALTE! Your the best!

My mother really likes Dr. Van Raalte, but the person answering the phone is such a horror that she is reconsidering whether to go to this doctor in the future. My mother is in pain and needs an appointment or at least a call with the doctor, but the person manning the phone is barring any communication whatsoever. Shes completely unsympathetic and nasty. Completely unprofessional and should be dismissed.

This is a consistently outstanding medical practice. This includes medical staff and office staff. My appointment today was with Andrea Barker and once again she was knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. She makes difficult conversations easy and not the least bit embarrassing. I highly recommend this Urogynecology practice!

They are awful. They are not accommodating. Cancelled my dates with no good explanation. Can’t be bothered to think about doing anything that is suggested but reinforce their own way and have to do it that way. It has been an awful experience like no other I can recall with a physician’s office. More interested in following a narrow script than in providing a positive experience. Everything requires another visit. If there was an alternative in the area they would certainly lose out to that practice. I cringe with every interaction with the staff.

Terrible customer service and rude staff. my wife set appointment 4 month in advanced , she went there 25 min early so she can finish paperwork. they refused to provide paper work initially and recommended cancel appointment. after 10 min they provided paperwork to fill and she finish before here appointment time, still they refuse to take her... please be kind to patients

Front desk is not informative nor friendly. In need of an emergency appointment, and the next available appointment is November? Not even an offer was given to call back in case anyone cancels. They most CERTAINLY won’t be getting my business.
