The wait to talk to someone on the phone is long and initial appointments are booked weeks out. Once you get through on the phone, they are very kind and helpful. Greeted by everyone as soon as I walked in for my appointment. Front office ladies are kind and helpful. The doctor was super attentive, patient and she listened to everything I had to say. She responded with follow up questions, answered every question I had and laid out a detailed plan of care. By the time I left, we had already started the first step in my care, all my concerns were addressed and subsequently, 2 follow up appointments were scheduled. Upon my exit, all the ladies said farewell and wished me a good day. Overall great experience!

It sometimes takes a long time to get an appointment. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous and very nice. My provider is very professional and listen attentively to your concerns. And gives sound medical treatment and advice.

I have been through so many Drs! & I think Emade is the one for me! She actually listened to me! And did the necessary steps to get me the extra care I needed! She didn’t rush me or brush me off. She took her time with me, no short answers. She even asked at the end did I have any other questions. I loved this! I think I finally found the Dr. for me that I can trust with me care!

The clinic or the doctor is very rude. I recently get pregnant so I need to visit the OB doctor their behavior for was. Unacceptable.

Great place for healthcare. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I went in for an appointment it’s been a week. My prescription has not been sent over to the pharmacist I’ve called over 4 times I get no answer. Doctors don’t care about patients health or concerns!

In this medical center from the reception staff, the doctors assistants, nurses laboratory staff and obviously the Doctors are very professional and are very friendly Thank you for their services!!

They are terrible. Impossible to get an appointment even for something like a physical. I called and they gave me an appointment 2 months out. Well that appointment is a whole month away and now they are telling me i have to push it out another month till June. They are rescheduling on THEIR behalf and the next available appointment is a whole month later??? How does that even make sense?? If you have a busy schedule and request time off from work for Drs visits like me, do not waste your time coming here.

The doctors there are good. They are thorough and caring. Thats why this place is at least getting a 1 star. The front staff on the other hand and other administration dont have their information straight and go back in forth. They tell you one thing and then another person tells you something else. * Sliding scale system there is a joke!!! They say they will help you and then its different information when it comes to apply. They have made mamy mistakes with appointments. Will not be returning to this place.

The absolute worst. I had a virtual appointment set. I was sent some links by phone/email prior to that seemed broken. The day of the appointment (literally an hour before the appointment), they asked me to come in IN PERSON to fill out the pre-registration forms. After rearranging my schedule for this, I show up only to be told that they were going to call me instead. I waited for the call, nothing. I had to call them to remind them about my appointment. What a waste of time.

I have had excellent service. I love my doctor Zurita, I love that she makes me understand whats going on. She makes the proper referrals and follow ups, she always tries to get all my concerns. As for her MA Daisy, she is also very attentive. All the girls in both the pharmacy and referrals depts go out of there way to get things done.

I recently visited this clinic with my wife she treated unfairly I don’t recommend this place especially for OB patients

Came for a bleed test I waited a hour, they never called me I left with the blood test slip to go get the blood test somewhere else. Their was a man that got their 15 minutes after I got their and they called him in. This place is getting worse. I think its time to find somewhere else.

Two appointments made for telehealth. They failed to call and documented lies about the reasons for no contact. Yesenia (Medical Assistant) and Veronica Cisneros (Supervisor) clearly do not care about the health and well-being of those residents in their community. Remarkable.

I dont recommend the dental clinic here at all. The dentists were very rude, and didnt even bother with being courteous. Every dentists exam gave me inconsistent results, for example one appointment they said I had 3 cavities and the next I had none. After my last appointment here were the dentist proceeded to let the assistant know I would have to make another appointment to address a question I had about my gums after waiting a month to get in, I will most definitely never trust this clinic and do not recommended others to.

Very good! One of the best doctors I ever met. dr wu , he listens understands and try’s his best to help you and what ever is wrong with you. I have seen many doctors who just seem to see a chart and time sheet , this doctor will see you while helping you understand why or what or even figure out what’s wrong while treating you with respect that goes along way! Having a good doctor is the only way you have a chance at finding what’s wrong with you while getting the right treatment.

They tell me they will have an appointment in two months I can’t wait too long for that. I’m considering changing clinic. Disappointing I really did like the service but lately all my appointments I have to wait months

I did test COVID-19 there,been waiting 18days and two calls for my result, finally second time My call transferred to doctor and told me I was positive, no message and no email to me result ,and doctor told me just stay home for 14days , but is already 18 days. COVID-19 is not just simple like Cold and normal cough stay home wil be ok, it is easy infect family members,and easy intimidate life, even though kids easy get infect too, is not easy to tell me I was positive.as doctor even though don’t notice what is dangerous is COVID-19. Just simple tell patient even not Clear they are result . This is easy let patient very stress maybe become other sickness.I was so worried and I did test again 18th and it was Negative.

I like my doctor but the staff cant even manage to get my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy, i keep calling and they keep resending but my pharmacy doesnt receive them, you think someone would have enough brains to checkand make sure the info they have for the pharmacy is correct but evidently not. If you go here demand paper scripts because theyre not smart enough to use a fax and youll fight days to get your meds

This place was absolutely horrible. I had an appointment for my son at 10 and checked in at 10 on the dot, they sat me in the waiting room for 30 minutes while my 4 year old cried about his tooth hurting then called me on my phone to tell me I missed my appointment...while I was sitting in the waiting room. I just cried for a half an hour because I am helpless to fix my childs pain and this place thats supposed to help is so absolutely incompetent.

My family and I will be going else where today was the last thing I will take from this unprofessional office!!!! The receptions are so not train for customers service we pay insurance tho find some good doctors good service and here has only been bad !!!!!! my mother went in for pain on her kidneys dr said it was just infection next day ended up in The ER my husband went in with the flu fever chills they send his medication to a pharmacy that didn’t take our insurance yet they didn’t even ask or informed us we went at 11 in the morning until I called they told me about the situation so I had to look around where they took it because they didn’t even help with that mind you we got the medicatin till 6pm . I called this morning to try and give them another chance to schedule app at 11:40 reception put me on hold it got disconnected I called again 11:50 put me on hold again 11:55 picked up the phone and hung up 11:56 called back office it’s close i was furious never going back I rather pay some one else that will actually care about my family and time . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PEOPLE

It’s clear that whoever runs this place does NOT care what so ever . I’m surprised people go here bc I cannot get through for an apt at all . Waited over 30 minutes to make an apt just to get hung up on . Had to switch clinics bc I can’t even get through to be seen !!!!!

I was on hold for 25 minutes just to get hung up on!.. I also used to work at a pharmacy where I constantly had to be calling this place and the hold times were always insanely long.. the only reason I was trying to get a hold of them now was to schedule a COVID test for my dad.. I guess they still have the same terrible staff they used to years ago 🤷

I called and asked if needed an appcantment for PPD and they said no! So i went and they made me wait more than 30 minutes after that they told me they couldnt do it,that i needed to see a physician and they had to order it! Waste of time they should of at least told me when i called never coming here i dont recommend it either!!

This place is horrible my 6 year old had to get a surgery ASAP, her pediatrician said it was just a flu I went to the er to see wat was going on for the same pain and as soon as the doctor seen her he told me she had to be transported to loma linda hospital in a ambulance ASAP because her pendis had erupted and had to go to surgery as soon as possible how could she miss something like this.

Come here several times and everytime the staff has been kind and patient with me. Ive never had a bad experience everyone is knowledgeable and knows what they are doing. Highly recomended!

Wonderful, caring, and understanding doctors and dentists for my son and I while we lived in Riverside those last 4 years. Very thankful I found this health center

I had an appointment at 1030am. We left at 1110. Lady was like let me see why it is taking so long. Appointments should be honorred thats why we make them.

Worst place ever! The receptionist are so unprofessional, i made an appointment to see a gynecologist and the day of my appointment arrived and they sent me with a counselor, they just made me waste my time.

The facility it self is great but it took me 3 days to reach the dental office and Im in pain going on my 3rd day and I have yet to get the operator

From scheduling to their pharmacy department this place is horrible. I honestly don’t think anybody knows what their doing. Please stay away from this place!

Im surely gonna miss Dr Wu but Im sticking with the center they do have alot worth sticking around for.

I loved being a patient here. They handled the entire process of my pregnancy and are honestly an extraordinary team!!! Super excellent service, Excellent treatment. Very good doctors, nurses, all the staff. I recommend this place with my eyes closed.

The poor service at this clinic is incredible, weeks to be able to have an appointment after the doctors assistant attends to you, the receptionists never answer the phones with the worst activities, now I only have to look for another clinic that offers better attention,

The worst service to talk to them 20 minute wait 2 hour wait even if you have an appointment if you are lucky. I always struggle to be able to fill my prescriptions since they always forget to send the prescription they are negligent, my pregnancy is high risk and I cant give them The same if before they had more or less, their service is now terrible.

THE DOCTORS ARE VERY GOOD, BUT THEY NEVER HAVE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE, YOU HAVE TO WAIT MONTHS FOR THE PEDIATRIST TO SEE YOUR CHILDREN, THEY SHOULD HAVE A REPLACEMENT FOR WHEN THE DOCTORS TAKE VACATIONS, NOW EVERYTHING IS BY VIDEO CONSULTATION AND YOU CANT EVEN FIND AN APPOINTMENT, THIS PLACE GOES FROM BAD TO WORSE.

I really recommend this place for Prenatal care and womens health.I was going to Raincross Womens Medical Group and switched to this clinic. (I’m glad I did)Great customer service.Mayra and Dr. Arcone are the best.I recommend this clinic for prenatal care. Mayra gives you all the help you need, gives you advice and information.Dr. Arcone takes his time with each patient and explains everything in detail.Ami recommended Dr. Arcone to me and now I recommend him too.

They dont answer, and if they do they tell you that they will call you again. They dont. Wait times of 30 minutes to answer your call. I dont know what happened to the clinic, it used to be very good.
