Went for an US after a miscarriage. Made it clear that I lost my baby. Still, the staff asked me for a urine sample and the radiologist congratulated me and asked me how far along I was. It was traumatizing and no one apologized for this mistake. They wanted me to continue to come in so they could rake in the revenue, but there was no compassion or empathy whatsoever. This place is awful and the parking is awful. Don’t come here. Also, they act like they are so busy, but I never see another soul there.Do not trust this facility or doctors for your OB/Gyn needs

Had doctor Sarah childress through my pregnancy she was wonderful. Always showed interest. Helped me when i got sick at the end of my pregnancy. With Covid it has changed some way things are done but you just have to be patience and ask questions.

When I see my Dr every 2 weeks and when they ask me questions, they act like Im denying everything which Im not and it feels so embarrassing to be there

An embarrassment to Carilion. Bradley Free Clinic is sending those that cant afford healthcare to this office. I was there as support to a woman from Afghanistan. The nurse there was unfriendly and rude to the patient.

Good luck getting anybody to answer the phone at any time of day or return your call when you leave a voicemail. Don’t waste your time. Just go somewhere else.
