Loved our experience with Pozitivf. The doctors and staff were always great and communicative. I’m truly grateful for the front desk ladies. The waiting game is hard and they answered every phone call happy and even remember me from all my calls 😂 our baby girl is going ok 4 months and we are truly happy we have her!

Switching to Pozitivf was the best decision we have ever made. Dr. Arredondo, the nurses, the embryologist (Brittany) and the front office staff were amazing. They were so compassionate and understanding during this whole process. I brought up concerns, they took them seriously and made changes. Pretty unheard of in the medical field, let alone the fertility space. Our journey has been such a wild ride and we are so grateful for Pozitivf. Hoping to come back for Baby #2❤️

Words cannot begin to describe how amazing the staff are! From the moment you walk in the door, you can sense that they are not your ordinary doctors office. My husband and I have nothing but praise for the doctors and staff at Pozitivf Fertility. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, and they answered all our questions and listened to concerns. Communication was excellent. We struggled to conceive for years and it finally happened on the first round of IVF! We will definitely use Pozitivf for baby number 2 in the future!

The staff is amazing! They really make you feel known and taken care of. Pozitivf was really flexible in addressing my needs. The only issue was right at the end when I needed medical records transferred. None of the records they provided had a due date, so it took a little extra work to get that situated.Overall, highly recommend!!

All the Doctors and Embryo Techs front desk receptionist were all exceptional! My tubes had been tied for a long time my youngest child is 8 years old. Pozitivf was a blessing in our fertility journey! I was referred by a friend who had Dr. Arredondo years ago and loved him. We had tried other doctors and got nowhere. Plus the price of fertility services alone is ridiculous. We were shocked to see how affordable it can be when a doctor truly wants to help people. Dr. A and his team know what works best and have such a Pozitivf approach. They truly showed they cared by giving us time to ask all of our questions. From our initial contact with Maria to texting the nurse Chris (anytime after hours) we felt supported throughout the whole process. Our journey with Pozitivf was such an amazing and fulfilling experience. From the second we had our first consultation, to our first foot into the office until our last day when we got to ring the bell we felt the warmth of everyone’s as a family.The whole team was very caring, attentive, and accommodating to our needs, especially since we live in Houston as the commute was challenging at times.All of our doctors through each session were so attentive, personable, and showed so much compassion through our journey, especially when we got to bring our family around for the retrieval and insemination.We spent about 3 months with all of the treatments which we were well informed, and the teams guidance honestly made us feel so at ease through this process.We are now 22 weeks pregnant and couldn’t be any happier. The doctors here are incredible! It was so refreshing to show up in person on day one and Dr. Paco was already fully up to date on our unfortunately long and complicated history and had so many new ideas to talk through and try. They worked so hard to help us succeed and were so contagiously optimistic that working with them was so fun. Everything was very thoroughly covered and clear too, including medications and appointments and billing. They were able to help us make and bring home a healthy baby too, thank you Pozitivf!

I cannot recommend Positivf more! They are so accommodating, kind and really care about you as a person. Each person I interacted with got to know my name and I felt so supported every step of the way. My doctor was Dr. Gallagher and she was super kind, however, she happened to go out of town right around transfer day. Dr. Arredondo stepped in and was also a pleasure to work with. We got pregnant our first try with invocell after trying 3 years and are thrilled!

I cannot say enough good things about Pozitivf. I am currently almost 16 weeks pregnant and I have already referred friends and random strangers I’ve met to Pozitivf! My only complaint is that they don’t give you a punch card or credit for referrals Haha!My husband and I felt very taken care of during our entire journey. Going through the IVF process in general is very emotional and difficult but having a supportive fertility clinic that makes it as easy and affordable as possible really made such a difference for us.The entire Pozitivf staff is very caring and I am especially thankful for Sabrina. I have always been terrified of needles and getting my blood drawn but she was very patient with my husband and I and made the effort to make us feel comfortable. She would always be quick and gentle when she would draw my blood and took the time to show and explain to my husband how to do the injections so they were as painless as possible for me.We had originally met with another fertility doctor/clinic before deciding to go to Pozitivf but we did not feel heard or understood there. We felt very rushed every appt and like we were just a number and they just wanted our money. We experienced the complete opposite with the Doctors at Pozitivf. They ended up giving us the same diagnosis as the other clinic/doctor but their delivery of the news was very different and we didn’t feel rushed or like there was something wrong with us. We felt heard and understood like they actually cared about us as people and our desire to start a family.Also, they are very organized there and the lab has glass windows so everything is visible. It made me feel very comfortable knowing that our extra embryos are very safe and stored carefully for the future. I was so happy to have met Brittany the embryologist. I can tell how much she and each one of the staff truly care about your success and getting pregnant!

I just want to say how much I appreciate everyone at Pozitivf. I am now almost 10 weeks with a healthy baby! I experienced some bleeding complications around 5 weeks, and Dr. Arredondo and his team were quick to get me in to check on things. As things progressed and my bleeding issue became a bit more serious later on that week, they monitored me weekly to make sure baby was alive and growing, and that the bleed was dissolving. They didnt want to let me graduate until they and I felt confident about everything. Happy to say I graduated last week at 9 weeks, and the bleed has resolved. I want to shout out Otilia, Carolina and Paco (Dr. Arredondo) for taking such amazing care of me during a very uncertain time. Otilia especially took her time to explain our situation, and answered our questions, and provided us with tons of information I wouldnt have known otherwise. I cant wait to bring our little miracle back once they are born so they can see where they came from and meet the people who made their life possible :) Thank you Pozitivf!

So many wonderful things to say about this clinic! They were incredible considering working closely with us as we traveled back and forth from Dallas. They worked so hard to help us during our first IVF transfer as we ran into unexpected challenges. The team was very optimistic and truly caring for their patients as it’s a very emotional journey. I always felt I was in good hands with them. Each individual did a great job on going into detail over all the billing, medications, and all the appointments. Unfortunately, our IVF transfer was unsuccessful and the team was amazing in checking in us post transfer. When we’re ready to give IVF another try, we definitely will be coming back to PozitIVF!

Me and my husband graduated a couple days ago,we started our journey in august and 5 months later here we are graduated (for now because we will be back, hopefully next year for our next transfer).We will miss each and every one of them, everyone was amazing with us, the first time I walked in that clinic We were very nervous, but that didn’t last for long because the staff welcomed us with such big smile,and made us feel very comfortable. We never received any bad attitude from them which I love so much because it made me feel comfortable calling them anytime I had question, I knew they would help me with no problem, god knows how many times I emailed my nurse chris, and she would always have an answer for me, she is such a very patient nurse, you can tell she loves helping her patients.Dr.Arredondo and Dr.galagher are both amazing, they will be honest with you and tell you what you need to know.If you are thinking of checking out this clinic, please give them a chance, I promise you will not regret it, not only do they have the best staff there but they also have the best deals for you.I have tried many fertility clinics and couldn’t go forward with them because they were extremely expensive. Until I found pozitivf clinic, I wish I would of found them way earlier but God’s timing is always perfect. We started our IVF journey over 2 years ago we had been to 3 different clinics. Some of them were extremely expensive and the other one made us feel like they genuinely did not care about us. I found Dr. Arrendondo online and we are so thankful we did. The entire team made us feel like family and everyone was so welcoming. Everyone knew us by name by our 2nd visit. We had one failed cycle and they really made sure we were ok and maintained a positive outlook. They have programs to make this process as affordable as possible! We started fertility treatments in January 2023 and we had our little girl in February 2024! We have since referred 9 friends who are now patients as well!!Thank you to the Pozivf team for making our ivf journey amazing and completing our family!!

I had a wonderful experience with everyone at Pozitivf Fertility! Process was very easy and now I have my beautiful 4 month old baby girl!

Although it seems very cohesive, clean, friendly and orderly … as we progressed further into the program, we felt mislead. Having done several preliminary tests with them, and then finding out that they DONT accept any kind of health insurance after all, was disappointing. So much wasted time! After going thru similar process with another IVF clinic, learned more misleading practices. Expect to only pay out of pocket no matter what! The rate of success is not as high as described. Misleading

Pozitivf made our dream of having a baby come true the care and the process was a little longer then we expected, but it’s the required process and it was great we are happy with the whole process and will return for our second time.

Dr. Arredondo is who you want in your corner. He is very educated and compassionate about fertility treatments. He also will make you walk away feeling like your family is achievable. Every single person on his staff is amazing. You walk into his office and you feel a family. Chris is one of the best nurses and will always do her best to help you, Maria will always help you with anything and she actually takes the time to get to know you and your family, Brittany is an amazing embryologist and makes you feel as your little embryo is so safe in her care, Carolina has one of the most welcoming smiles and is very attentive. This office helped my husband and I achieve our dream to have a family and we are pregnant. I will forever be grateful to have found this office.

Positivf Fertility is the most amazing fertility clinic in San Antonio. I immediately felt at home and like I was part of the family there! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. It was the best decision!Their pricing allowed IVF to be an more feasible option for us, which was one of the first reasons we were interested. But, once I went in for the first appointment I realized I would have switched there even if that wasnt a factor. We got in for an initial appointment quickly, which can be difficult at other clinics. I met with Dr. Arredondo, he explained the whole process in depth and really listened to my concerns and questions. He is a highly experienced and knowledgable doctor, plus a super cool guy to boot! I left the appointment feeling optimistic for the first time in while. During that appointment and throughout our IVF treatments, I felt heard and important.The staff is so friendly, and helpful! They all go above and beyond to answer all your questions and help you through anything you need promptly. You really feel like every member of the staff is invested in your success and is rooting for you.We are now expecting our first; a little girl. I don’t have the right words to express how grateful my husband and I are for the fertility care we received at Pozitivf fertility clinic. We went to two other clinics to be diagnosed with “unexplained infertility,” with 3 failed IUI’s with Clomid and felt so stressed, defeated, and worried if IVF would be successful for us. The financial burden of IVF was greatly lessened with the much more reasonable costs through Pozitivf fertility. The staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere is much more personal and intimate than the other clinics we experienced. We felt a more personal connection and that God definitely led us to this clinic to ease our stress and help us find the right fit and team of staff to help us have our baby. Today we graduated from our Fertility clinic🎉🎉🎉 5.2.23Garcia FamBam!It was bitter sweet as we been on a 5 month journey with this staff! We highly recommend Pozitivf FertilityThe whole place is a vibe!!!! Positive words on every wall and fun photos plus decorations are halarious inside joke to every fertility moment. Even the area where all the magic happens had quotes and QR codes where you can get a background on them. Every room was comfortable along with getting to see the entire process of each step on big screen where family can enjoy the moments with you.The embryologist are soooo awesome and interactive it definitely made the journey fun and informativeThe main Doc Paco is halarious, his jokes made this transition fun. Dr Arredondo was awesome. He made me feel like I had to issues to get pregnant and very hopeful . Consultation was awesome he had a whole PowerPoint about me to describe my options and explained why I had 3 chemical pregnancies. (Something my other doc didn’t) he is honest and will tell you what are the correct next steps to take . I cannot wait to start treatment with this facility. Oh the MA of course was awesome as well and the front desk people . I met too many helpful people that day it was awesome . I had no questions left at all and felt comfortable asking my “dumb” questions 🤣

The GREATEST! The missus and I were not at all SOP. Dr. Arredondo was still willing to work with us and made our absolute dreams come true. Our first appointment was very early, and all of the staff was awake and on point; with Dr. Arredondo clapping his hands as he walked (with heaps of pep) down the hall. I knew we made the RIGHT decision selecting Pozitivf Fertility. We are so grateful that the GOOD doctor and his staff didnt give up on us as we gave them a huge challenge and we also didnt give up on them. For three years I was told I was in premature ovarian failure and that the only way I would be a mother would be through donor eggs. Through Devine intervention I was led to Dr Arredondo. He was the ONLY physician who not only provided hope but he took the time to explain all my options. He was very supportive and did not push for any particular option. He presented the facts and allowed me to a make decision based on evidence based medicine. What I was most impressed with was his incorporation of holistic care. He truly believes in the impact of mental, physical and emotional health when trying to conceive. My visit with him was a breath of fresh air. I cannot recommend him enough. I wish I would have met him earlier in my journey. Regardless of I thank God for placing this big angel in our lives. Our miracle baby is due in April of 2023.

Back in 2017 after 10 years of trying to conceive a baby , visiting tons of doctors all over the country, spending thousands of dollars, my husband and I came across the wonderful one and only Dr.Arredondo. I had an excellent experience with the doctors and their staff, they are very friendly, they make you feel at home, and the best thing is that they also communicate in Spanish. I recommend them in their entirety.

My husband and I knew we were in the best place and in the best hands from day one. Our first experience was the best, Dr. Arredondo explained to us very patiently what our options were, he gave us a presentation of the statistics of the treatments and was very kind answering all our questions, in addition to being a very nice doctor who shows interest in their patients. That same day they showed us the facilities, which I can only say are beautiful, spacious and clean. It was the best decision my husband and I made to go to Pozitivf.We already had everything ready in another clinic but the treatment they gave us was very dry - little communication. One day my gynecologist told me to go with Paco Arredondo. From the first day we always had good treatment from him and from all his staff, they always answered all my questions at any time and day. It was in January when my treatment started and we are already waiting for our baby who will be born in November. We are very grateful to everyone at Pozitivf.
