The doctor and staff member are very helpful and nice. All the process including online reservation, registration, and onsite diagnosis and treatment is very speedy and smooth. The facility is nice and clean.Update: I dropped two stars. Their price is outrageously high. For the cheapest level of office visit (simple disease, less than 30-40 minutes of visit time), they will charge more than $390. Cost of anything else such as lab tests is additional (usually $120-150 per lab test). I had visited urgent care services in Boston, Chicago, etc. before, the price of this urgent care is three times higher. If you dont want to be surprised by an expensive bill, I suggest you think of alternative. One of the two dropped stars is because the clinic is not accessible over phone, and it is difficult to communicate with their billing office. I saw another customer had exact experience in a previous review.

I went to this location with a swollen knee due to a fall from an electric scooter. They straight told me the provider is leaving soon so they can’t do x-ray even though they had the tech. I drove in pain and they sent me to another location all the way in the other end of the city without even checking the other location would have a tech. The new location didn’t as well. I have never been disappointed by dignity health but this location seemed to want to go home early ignoring a patient in pain.

The urgent care on Columbus is the best urgent care ever. I always felt very well taken care of coming to this location. The doctors, nurse practicers, & receptionists are all thorough, empathetic, and knowledgeable in many different fields. High recommend if you ever need to go to an urgent care.

I have had a consistently good experience using this health care facility for urgent care needs. Their ease of use and solid advice from the doctors, as well as a clean facility, make me feel comfortable and well cared for each time I go there.

I came here on Sunday morning. Wasn’t busy so the wait was not long. Easily one of the more pleasant urgent care experiences I’ve had—staff here is amazing. They are quick, kind and good at what they do!

The staff at this urgent care was incredible. They offered the right level of help and were very informative through it all. Special thank you to Daniel who spoke with me both on the phone and in person and was all around great as a provider.

Avoid this place--prices are outrageous and the patient care is unsatisfactory. My daughter had a rash, so we went in for a checkup. They charged $391 for the office visit and $120 for a strep test, which came back negative. In the end they had no idea what the diagnosis was, and it kept getting worse even though we used the OTC medications they suggested. Customer service for billing was mostly unresponsive and completely unhelpful.

I disembarked from a long cruise trip and immediately called this location in order to be seen for a pretty bad cough, congestion and other symptoms that had been progressing for about a week. The front desk person told me that they would gladly accept my out of state insurance, in network so i only had to pay my regular co pay. She offered an appointment at 10am, it was 9:55am, so awesome to be seen right away! We got there a few minutes late due to Uber but she was super nice about it. Took my information and they called me in after just a few minutes. The medical assistant was great, she took vitals, a covid(positive result) and flu test(negative result). Then the PA came in, PAUL D KRETKOWSKI, what a great guy! He was so concerned because I sounded terrible and was out of breath. He immediately asked me questions and checked my lungs which did not sound good. We talked about checking for pneumonia he agreed that an xray would be best so he arranged for an xray technician to be called in. Paul constantly kept me and my husband updated on everything that was going on while we waited. Since I was positive for covid, he checked my husband as well who also turned out to be positive but thankfully he wasnt very sick otherwise.The xray tech arrived about 15-20 min later, did the xray which was positive for pneumonia but luckily not severe. Paul gave me 2 different antibiotics and advice about how to best care for myself during my illness. I have not had a better experience at any urgent care ever. Everyone at this location was super nice and attentive and they really went out of their way for us. Its been almost a week since and I am feeling better already:)

Great customer service (friendly, helped me figure out the best way to reduce my cost for my issue) and quick service (Tuesday around lunchtime). Highly recommend, for some things may be cheaper than going through your insurance / PCP.

Best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. I was seen exactly at my appointment time and had completed all my insurance and ID info online beforehand. Very easy.The front desk attendant was super friendly and sharp, the RN/PA who took me back was also excellent, and the attending physician, Paul, was one of the best medical professionals I’ve ever encountered.Highly, highly recommend

The clinic/rooms look a little dated but most importantly the service I received was far less than adequate. Came in for a simple issue as I was visiting sf and away from my usual doctor. It has happened to me before and I knew what medicine I needed (prescription). I explained everything to them, they did some “testing” (and the day after they called to say that the test returned nothing), the doctor still prescribed me with the medicine, I took the prescription to cvs and they said it had someone else’s info on it. Just a total mess. I saw my regular doctor as soon as I got back and she confirmed what I had, whereas their test said “nothing”

Efficient. Online. Checkin. Whole experience was easy and treatment was provided. I was traveling to San Francisco and urgent care was only option for minor illness. Highly recommend.

Avoid. I was charged 445 for a 15 minute office visit and positive covid test. This is an in-network provider as well. What a scam.

I was seen promptly with little wait time and the staff was very friendly. This is my third time visiting this urgent care and this has been my experience each time. It’s very easy to make an appointment online so they know to expect you even if you’ll be there within the next hour.

My doctor Emma was very good. Got 7 high quality stitches. Staff was courteous and efficient.

If you have to be sick, this is the place to be at the staff was all professional and kind and the place was immaculate. waiting was very short.

The receptionist (Sophie) was great and attentive. The MA (Sophia) was engaging and empathetic. While on a trip, my partner visited this urgent care earlier and I am appalled by the terrible standard of care she received under Nurse Practitioner Michael Britton, Jr. The entire day my partner has been vomiting and has been unable to keep anything down, likely due to food poisoning or stomach bug, and so I advised her to go to an urgent care to get some treatment. She was brought to a office with just a chair to sit down, nothing to lie down on, and Michael offered some nausea medication and water to drink. When she inquired about an IV, she was told word for word its too time consuming. And she overheard Michael tell the nurse if she vomits again for her to go to the ER. As a physician myself, this is grossly beneath the standard of care in medicine. My partner desperately needed fluid resuscitation and electrolyte repletion for which she was denied. When she asked the nurse again why she has to go to the ER to get an IV, she was informed I think Michael wants to make sure hes not missing anything if youre still vomiting. Michael still denied the IV second time she asked. He did not even do basic lab work to check for electrolyte abnormalities/infection. I asked my partner to ask for a physician, to which she was told there is no physician on site. My partner left nauseous and lethargic with chills. A quick google search shows Michael is an NP with only 7 months experience. What kind of urgent care allows an inexperienced midlevel to practice without direct supervision. This incident should be thoroughly investigated, as Im sure other patients similarly are receiving lackluster care.UPDATE:My partner went back to her residence and continued to vomit and feel worse. She called EMS, who upon arrival immediately put an IV in her for fluids and took her to a nearby ER for further fluid/electrolyte resuscitation. This could have been prevented if Michael provided the minimum standard of care, or at least if a supervising physician was present.

10 for sure and I will recommend to my friends who intend to visit SF . Your empathy and effort to speak slowly and clearly for a non native English. Quality and professional approach to learn on the general health status. Sympathetic dialogue and quick diagnostic. Very clear end report and excellent advice to find a pharmacy with the needed reduction cards. Very well appreciated.

The provider who saw me was super kind, smart, thorough, had a great bedside manner, and was incredibly nonjudgmental. I also really appreciated that she asked me if I was safe in my relationship to screen for domestic violence - that wasnt my issue, but I know it is for so many others and medical providers should always be advocates for survivors who need help from someone they trust. In addition, she let me know that the clinic was a safe space to go if I were ever dealing with mental health issues, which was great to hear; I know urgent care isn’t always where you’d think to go for that kind of support, but she assured me it was and I hope that others know it’s an available resource as well. Great experience and great care. Thanks to her and the entire staff for their help that day.

I was able to get a next-day appointment easily. I didn’t have to wait at all. They were so fast and friendly. I was quickly seen, diagnosed, and treated. Michael the Nurse Practitioner was so helpful.

Pretty impressed for an Urgent Care. Booked appointment for 10am and was admitted nearly immediately after short paperwork. Doctor came in, immediately called for X-Rays, came back in 10 minutes, and provided the diagnosis. Gave me the referral and off I go. That was efficient.Very good job putting a cast on also. Would gladly go back here - just make sure to book an appointment first to reduce the 1 hour wait.

I love this place! I would normally never go to the doctor when I’m sick because it’s too difficult to make an appointment with my primary care physician and I refuse to wait in urgent care for hours. This place allows you to make same-day appointments online, or see how long the wait is (10 minutes!!) if you want to walk in. Amazing!! This might have been my most efficient doctor’s appointment ever. My whole appointment took 20 minutes and they’d already sent my prescription to the pharmacy so no waits there either. As other reviewers have mentioned, the office is very clean and modern.

The staff were wonderful... friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Check-in was quick and easy, especially in light of the fact that I was a new patient. Quality of care was excellent, and I left knowing how to deal with my issue, what warning signs to watch for, and what to do in the case something worsened. The facility was clean and modern, and digital and phone follow-up was reassuring.

The nurse and doctor were really nice and my visit ended up going smoothly. However the receptionist didn’t make me feel welcomed at all. He told me about my copay and I asked if it could be billed to me because I just wasn’t financially prepared to pay copay for a sickness I didn’t plan on. As soon as I asked for my copay to be billed to me the receptionist’s attitude made a 180 turn from nice to kind of rude. Like it altered how he felt about me and altered the service he gave me. I went on to tell him that I’ve asked for this before without any issue. I understand insurance companies want their payment but something that I’d like for all to understand is no one ever plans to get sick and not everyone gets paid on a weekly basis and not everyone is rich with all this extra money. I’m still a person who needed some medical attention and it was almost like it pained him to check me in and to be seen

Responded EVERY single time I called office to work out issues at pharmacy ! AND they tried to get my son in as quickly as possible when he had horrific sinus pain reducing him to tears. Can NOT say enough good things about this center!

While visiting San Francisco I got an infection and needed to see a doctor. I forgot my insurance card back home and braced myself for a nightmare. When we arrived at Dignity Health, the staff was warm, caring, and friendly. They were sensitive to the fact that we were on vacation and had Giants tickets and got me in and out. Despite the fact that I had to pay out of pocket for the visit, I left super happy and satisfied. I couldnt have asked for a better experience, and honestly dont even mind I had to pay since it was Sunday and I couldnt contact insurance. Thanks so much!! Had a really disappointing experience at this facility yesterday. I was with a patient needing an X-ray. When we described our healthcare needs to the person working the check-in desk, he was curt, rude, and dismissive. He asked us condescendingly that once we had the X-ray image, what we were expecting their facility to do with it? He didn’t acknowledge how stressful our situation was nor offer solutions. While the message may not have been wrong, the tone was so distasteful that I felt compelled to leave a review.

Before I finished walking in I was greeted with a friendly smile and, “Good Morning.”I love the on-line check in!!!I really don’t like the check-in tablet by the door. These people are so nice to you but when the first thing you are asked to do is to use a machine it takes so much away from the experience. Check-in on line!! DO NOT GO HERE unless you are willing to pay nearly $400 for just walking through the door. I went thinking I had strep and went to get a simple strep test. I asked the front desk if my insurance covered my visit before I went in and they assured me I was fully covered. My strep test took less than 10 minutes, I never saw a doctor until the very end when she just read me the strep results, and I was not given a physical exam. Lo and behold, weeks later, I receive a bill for nearly $300. My strep test cost $30 and I was charged nearly $400 for just walking in the door. I called the billing number for 2 weeks with no answer. Finally got through to someone after selecting the pay bill option on the line and she explained that this was their charge for walking in the door and cannot be changed. Literal highway robbery and taking advantage of sick patients.

This place has a cold, greedy, money-first, you-are-irrelevant-as-a-person approach to healthcare--even by US standards. I had a really bad cut in a finger and was bleeding profusely. My insurance listed them as in-network providers. I came dripping blood (not a figure of speech). No one asked if I was ok, they wanted my insurance info. No one offered any help to fill the insurance forms. The guy in the front desk couldnt care less. They didnt even offer gauze as blood dripped down my hand. They made me wait 45 minutes just to tell me that as of last week, they were no longer in network. 45 minutes. Cold, unpleasant, and unethical.

First time Ive come to GoHealth for urgent care. I did a walk in, there was no wait to go into an exam room, the doctor came in quickly, the diagnosis was fast, and I was on my way. One of the better doctor visits Ive had, and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I went to the clinic 3 weeks ago with my 6-year old daughter. She had fever and an upset stomach. First of all, I had to pay USD 250.00 because we were traveling from Europe. After assistant did some tests we had to a long time (at least 1 hour) the doctor came finally to see us. The doctor stayed for maybe max. 3 minutes and she didnt even listen to my description of my daughters symptoms...!!! She just told us, that my daughter has maybe a viral infection and it would last for approx. 7 to 10 days. We walked out of this clinic after 2 hours with NO prescription, NO diagnosis and NO added-value.It was so obvious they just wanted to get the USD 250.00 and didnt care about the sick patient.My worst doctor appointment ever!!!(The only good thing was that my daughter felt better already the next day and stayed healthy for the rest of our vacation. So on the top the uncertain diagnosis from the doctor was wrong!!!!)The worst Doctor experience I had so far!!

My first time here was on June 6th 2017. I became ill early in the morning and found the facility on Google, as it was close to my hotel. I walked in and was seen immediately in a beautiful, modern, clean office. Lisa and Kevin were my caregivers and were efficient, professional, and kind. I cant say enough about this place. Even the paperwork was easy!

I was so pleasantly surprised how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Cindy and Shirley, were so helpful and were so kind. It was a really great experience. We will definitely go back there

Horrible experience, no care, way over priced, they made me sit in their lobby for a long time, there was no patients, just made me sit there. Once in the Nurse Practitioner ask what was wrong, I said, Im sick, my stomach hurts, she says, Cant do anything for you, you have to go to a Hospital! They sent me on my way, $750! Went to another place, I had a stomach virus and fever, they got me medicine I was much better in 2 hours. Dignity! Ha! Hippocratic oath! Ha! Ha! Dignity should be ashamed of themselves. I would never recommend them to anyone, even if I didnt like the person! This assistant and Nurse should be fired immediately!

My doctor Christen was amazing and passionate about giving me the best care. Raquel signed me in and took an X Ray, she was a bit slow and unfriendly. It seemed like she was either having a bad day or maybe she doesnt like her job.Update: I came back again hoping theres someone else at the front desk or Raquel is in a better mood. She was there again and without remembering me. She treated me so bad that I had to leave before seeing a doctor. I cant possibly come back unless I know theres someone else at the front desk.

Only go if you have extra cash you dont want. Dignity Health charged me $750 extra when I went in with back pain. It was just a normal appointment, no xrays or anything. They just add a bunch of made up services on there cause they know you cant do anything about it! Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache!

Doctor saw me for 5 minutes and told me to take Tylenol for my horrible sinus infection and then I left. The doctor I saw does not care about patients whatsoever. Went to a different Urgent Care the next day and got proper care and help. Would not recommend going here.

Being from out of town I was really concerned about what area to go to as there was nothing close to my hotel. I looked on line and decided to go here. Im so glad I did, fast and friendly. Went in for tailbone pain and they wouldn’t even examine me. The pa did not give me good instructions because my symptoms got worse. Went to the ER instead. Turns out I had a pilonidal cyst. waste of time and money going here.
