Just stopped by here because I went to another site where they didnt offer drug screening anymore. Everyone here was kind and courteous not to mention the doctor has a good sense of humor. The process was super quick and straightforward. Looking forward to coming back when I need to again. 10/10 recommended.

Excellent testing center. The ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and professional and the person who conducted the test went above and beyond in helping me understand exactly how the process worked. I just got a general feeling of these people care I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing testing done.

This location was amazing. It was so easy to schedule an appointment. The people who worked there, specifically Krista, was so friendly accommodating and made the process very easy. I will definitely be going back here when I need more bloodwork, etc!

Im from Encinitas, Ca and I had ordered a nutritional test kit that no lab from North to South San Diego could do it except ARCpoint Lab in Santa Ana which I was so thankful! 58 miles away, I left early because I was afraid I would hit traffic and it was well worth the trip. They were friendly, professional, painless and they took me in 45 minutes earlier then my appointment time.Thank you for a great experience! I highly recommend!

Friendly and communicative service! I work with a lot of patients remotely and sometimes find it challenging to find locations to send them for phlebotomy for our test kits. Not only does ARCpoint help with phlebotomy, but the owner of this location called me to clarify and was super friendly and helpful. Will be using their service as often as possible.

Fast, professional and courteous even though we were a little late for the appointment.

They worked around my schedule. Place is super clean. Im a little OCD about infection control since Covid and they were very careful and conscientious which I truly appreciated.
