Terrible treatment, they cheated on you with the insurance. We traveled from Tampa because on the phone they said that they did accept the insurance and when we arrived, apart from treating us badly, they lied to us about everything.

I took a friend here everyone was very nice and helpful.

My first interaction with the staff was via telephone and the young lady was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me make an appointment. When you get there, the outside of the office is very unassuming, which is probably a good thing considering. Nevertheless, from the moment I got inside until my final visit, I experienced professional and pleasant service from the staff there.Just be aware that when you have a time for your appointment, there will be others who have the same time so it’s best to be there in time or early. If you get there after your appointment time, they WILL reschedule you.I had a great experience and I want to thank the staff for being non-judgmental and helpful. 💜

Honestly at first I thought the place was ok, a little dirty & old but I wasn’t judging. The staff was kind & didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. The only thing I’d say is if you know the first day of your last period don’t believe them if they say you’re less than what you are.. I was told by them I was 5 weeks & 3 days, took the pills & ended up in the er due to how much blood I was constantly losing over 12 hours & had to get an ambulance ride to an actual hospital & had to have a d&c done, also had to get 2 blood transfusions. I was 9 weeks 1 day & that the pills I was given should’ve never been handed to me. They knew the last day of my period, they risked my life. I trusted that they knew what they were doing, & I understand I went there for an abortion, & had paperwork to show me risks but if I was told it wasn’t safe due to the gestation I would’ve chosen a different route. So they either need more information/education or update their technology. I’m not asking for anything but ladies get a second opinion when it comes to how far along you are before you go through with any abortion. Now I’ll be recovering for weeks to replenish the blood that I lost.

I have visited this facility at least twice with a client in the past 4 years. they have always been friendly, warm, concerned, cooperative and professional.The client, on both occasions seemed to be very appreciative of the service. Both of them remarked about their surprise that there was minimal discomfort if any. They expected much more.

A few years back I went in for abortion services. I had to pay a down payment upfront, and although I was farther into my pregnancy, was told I was well within the legal 15 week means to have a d&c performed. I had blood taken in an extremely unsanitary setting, and was pushed, prodded and lectured on some pretty sensitive issues. After that I was sent into a room for a bit of time, not sure what I was waiting for in there. Remember, folks, this is not always an easy decision to make for not only betterment of potential mother, but also potential child.When I arrived to my appointment a few days later I was humiliated by the entire staff. I was given an unnecessary ultrasound and was urged that I look at the screen. Then, after being there for over a half hour, was told that I was past 17 weeks and I would have to travel to a clinic over 2 hours away.Stick with places that have registered doctors and nurses with state backed aid like Planned Parenthood.

I do not recommend this place.. This is my first review ive ever written about anything.and here is why.. I was nervous, I have terrible anxiety and i really didnt want to be there in the first place. I get there, everything is fine. The ladies at the front were so sweet.I got called back, getting my blood taken went well.But when i went back for an ultra sound the Man who was doing it was very rude. Didnt say a word to me at all except for when i mixed up the months with the nurse who was also rude. I was only 4 weeks, which nothing can be done until 6. I was not informed that over the phone prior to coming nor was i informed that i needed to wear lose fitting clothing. They were so ugly about both situations. That is a place where you need to make women feel comfortable. Not make them feel terrible about themselves. Some of us actually give a crap and its not our 10th time there. It was going to be my first and only time.Also during the ultra sound i was crying a bit because of nerves, he proceeded to tell me to stop and keep still as he is pressing down HARDER AND HARDER on my stomach. Ive had several ultra sounds for other medical reasons and ive never been in pain afterwards. Ive now rescheduled an appt.

My experience with this office has been wonderful. The staff is compassionate and empathetic to the patients and their circumstances. It’s not easy work, and it takes a very special staff to do what they do.

I came in with my girlfriend for an appointment and everyone was very professional and with the most caring , and empathetic attitudes. They were beyond helpful I would so recommend this clinic to those in need in the future.

DO NOT GET YOUR ABORTION DONE HERE!!!!!!!!Went through with the procedure at this place, and we found out later after going to the hospital that they didnt take everything out and my Girlfriend Still had products left in her. She was in Tons of pain and was Bleeding like crazy ever since the procedure happened, She got VERY Sick and we had to do another abortion from a different place on top of this one to fix it which was 1200$. On top Of all this they make you sign papers so you cant get your money back or go after them.. Now we have over 3000$ in hospital bills and 2 abortions because this place couldnt do it right the first time... DONT COME HERE, PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!

Everyone at this location was very professional and courteous, they made me feel very comfortable!

They have the WORST ILLITERATE RECEPTIONIST NAMED THELMA. She is a disgrace. Think twice about using this insensitive company
