Only reason it’s not 5 is because there was a bit of a wait (but with short staffing and high numbers, I really can’t be too mad at that!)The care I have had from everybody has reduced my medical fears tenfold, and I’m so happy to be taken care of by such wonderful people!Queer friendly, supportive, and magnificent advocates have done nothing but impress me and keep me happy and healthy!

Smooth same day std testing with professionalism. Sometimes it takes close to 2 hours, but you can get a comprehensive std test including for herpes here, and they also have a more advanced test for herpes with less chance of false positives, which is rare. Keep in mind that you can only test every 6 months due to limited resources.Also, if you like contributing to research studies, they frequently offer those here. Sometimes you can participate in a new std testing method, and end up getting your results earlier + getting paid, making your test cheaper.

No matter if I arrive an hour early, or on time. The wait is consistently long. The front desk isn’t very friendly, and welcoming. I tried getting PrEP in this clinic, and the front desk insisted i give them my insurance even though the state can get you in their PrEP program for free if you’re uninsured. I arrived an hour early for my appointment, and I waited 1 hour/half to get in. Ridiculous. So I went and arrived on time during my next appointment, and still waited for an hour. Make sure to add 3 hours to your appointment the next time you schedule it.

Poor service. Front desk staff are divas. Not approachable nor helpful. This place turns down patients.Front desk staff asked what is wrong with you infront of the lobby while people are listening. Speaking about confidentiality. Where is the federal law called HIPAA?

My case manager called to see if they take walk ins, and the woman who answered the phone was not only VERY rude but she hung up on us when we were in the middle of trying to ask a question.The customer service is 0/5.Were on our way to their clinic right now so Im writing this pre-visit...Ill add a post-visit to rating for the clinic visit experience after I get seen.

The staff here is great and I always had a good experience whenever I want to be tested.

25 minutes on hold…Wait 35 minutes on hold…Had to hang up.RidiculousActually walking in the clinic makes up for the phone issue. Nice people and friendly medical care. I’ll go back if need be.

Was lied to about the eligibility requirements of the monkeypox vaccine. I called again to let the lady who connected me to the facility from the main harbor view center know. They will be reviewing the matter.

Was amazed by how seamless my experience here was today. I was seen my an MD, nurse, and research assistant. The amount of care that these people invest in the public is bar none. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of this amazing team.

Very sad that they have limited their availability. No clinic compares... I am not happy with the remaining options in this city and Im very grateful for all of the years of care that i received with this clinic. :(

What is the point of an appointment if it isnt kept?? 90 min wait...even with apt. also no water fountain..just wait and get dehydrated.

My wait was around 45 mins for a walk-in standard STI checkup.

Showed up for my 9:30 appointment at 9:30. I have been waiting an hour and have still not been seen.

Little attention to communication? they are amazing: communicative, careful, thoughtful, easily able to read the client and adjust...

Kudos to the staff here for vaccinating so many people in an orderly fashion for MP.

I was in and out and had several test done all at the same time. Efficient and friendly.
