CCRM Fertility of Sugar Land

If you are serious about your fertility journey do not waste your time here.We had meetings set up to go over test results and when the meeting occured the Dr. didn’t even know I had the test done that SHE ordered, and the staff is more worried about billing the insurance instead of the level of care they are providing.Yes, your questions will get answered but not much more.This was seriously a waste of my time.Best of luck but this would not be my first stop if you want to be more than a number.

Had an awful experience here. We were told our insurance covered everything up front except for an amount that we paid. We went through 3 full fertility treatments before being told we weren’t covered and had to back pay thousands of dollars. Had we known this the first time we would not have gone through with the next two treatments. We did IUI and expressed our concerns with timing (we felt they missed our window every time) and they did not listen and tried the same timing method every time. After this whole experience we decided to try at home and had a successful pregnancy on our first attempt. My partner was also told she may have infertility/a polyp by a nurse and were told we probably couldn’t get pregnant without a very expensive and painful procedure (which we thankfully did not do). We did not see or meet with the Doctor after our initial consultation and had many appointments there over several months.To make matters worse, we just received a new bill for ultrasounds that we were told we paid over a YEAR later! I now have constant anxiety that we will receive yet another bill from what ultimately was the worst decision of our lives.

Dr. Zhou is AMAZING! She comforted me when I was overwhelmed in her office and she was really good at explaining processes to us. The IVF process is so mentally taxing and I felt that Dr. Zhou and Nurse Allie were just so wonderful! I’m glad we chose CCRM.

We have had two successful FETs in less than three years with Dr. Kudesia. It is rare to find a doctor who is patient, attentive, very specific to your needs and still able to give excellent overall medical care. We feel extremely blessed to have found her.The staff was always helpful and very professional; there is however one particular person that deserves plenty of kudos and that is Amanda the phlebotomist and M.A. I have always had a difficult time with blood draws but Amanda was on target every time. Whenever I had an appointment and Amanda was not present the other phlebotomist on staff had a verydifficult time with my blood draws; I was unsuccessfully poked repeatedly. Though these ladies were very kind those particular appointments did not go as smooth; I dreaded having blood draws when Amanda was not present.Our experience overall at CCRM has been great and we are forever grateful that we chose this clinic. We would highly recommend them.

Its always wonderful coming here, 🩷 everyone makes me feel so comfortable, so much love and care. Being here its sad, but with all this staff and all the hopes they give, everything changes to happiness. Thanks to everyone in here, you guys are doing such a good awesome job.

This review is way overdue! I started my fertility journey with Dr. Kudesia and her team. I can truly say without the CCRM team and their professionalism, kindness, and more, I wouldnt be pregnant. The team was incredibly responsive and made the entire process stress free which is CRITICAL in this journey. Not only did Dr. Kudesia answer all of my millions of questions, she did so patiently, thoroughly, and validating all of my thoughts. Everyone on the team felt like family and I was so sad to graduate. If you are considering a clinic for any part of your fertility journey, you are in the best hands.

I love when Amanda M, the senior phlebotomist draws my blood. Despite my fear of needles,I don’t feel anything because she will stick me once which is usually quick and a little prick. She is awesome and an expert at what she does. Please have her in Clinic every day of the week especially for patients who have a fear being stuck.

I would like to sing the praises of this wonderful clinic. We were trying for over a year before we came in, and we worked with Dr. Rashmi Kudesia, who we cannot sing enough praises for. She was absolutely fantastic, down to earth, willing to joke around, and a fantastically educated and professional. We cannot recommend her enough. She took us all the way through our IVF process to pregnancy and her and the entire staff was top notch. They always catered to my wifes needs and concerns and they have fantastic office staff and communication. Emails were quickly returned and appointments were never difficult to make. We cannot recommend this facility enough.

Coming here has been the best decision my husband and I have made. Everyone here is super nice and welcoming. Thessa is amazing love her!!! & I love Amanda who takes care of me when doing my blood work. She’s awesome!

Through this whole process you gave us hope, encouragement, love and the best gift we could have ever get pregnant After all the years of hoping and wishing we are finally a family. The process was often hard at times, but you were always there and showed us kindness and encouragement (especially THESSA was so patient with me answering all my questions concerns she was so an angel to me ). I dont think I can adequately put into words just HOW wonderful it was to work with Dr. Kudesia, her nurse Thessa and their office. Doing IVF is no easy feat- and nobody truly prepares you for how harrowing of a journey it will be. But after a previously failed cycle where I felt like I had zero support from that doctor, I found Dr. Kudesia and immediately felt like things were looking up. I totally clicked with her over our first video meeting. She was so fun! She was so SMART and informative and knew things I hadnt even thought to ask- I felt like I had a huge girl-crush on her because she was so professional and yet so down to earth. She made me feel 100% like I could be my goofy, anxious, weird and giggly self.Going through 2 rounds of egg retrievals and then a Frozen Embryo Transfer was a LOT. And not only was Dr. Kudesia available as a resource and answered all of my tough questions, but her nurse Thessa was with me every moment of every step of the way. I felt seen, heard, validated, and incredibly supported. I felt like I was FAR from a number- but a real person with feelings (who was dealing with a TON of hormones!! lol!). She helped me off the ledge when I was feeling scared, cheered me on when I was so tired, and also delivered difficult news with an enormous amount of grace and sensitivity. A true professional in every way, with a heart of gold.And now, newly pregnant, I have this rockstar team to thank. I never thought Id see this day- and I just cant imagine how it wouldve happened if I hadnt worked with them. Im SO glad I listened to my gut and worked with Dr. Kudesia; a true life-changing experience that was ushered in by the kindest, most wonderful team a girl couldve ever wished to have.My husband and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Hi, I had very depressive situation from this clinic, I took appointment on June 2 nd week, when I took appointments filled form and included my all insurance details. My appointment suppose to be July 7 th, but june 30th they called and informed your insurance is not accepted , all process is self pay.This is very disappointing situation after3 weeks, waited For big dream ,they are just calling and simply saying . Please check before confirming appointment date. I don’t want to anyone go this same situation .

Let me start off by saying Dr. Kudesia and my nurse Thessa are simply the best. I was on my last cycle and will not give IVF a try again due numerous miscarriages. Dr. Kudesia told me about this new natural FET cycle for individuals like myself that have experienced multiple miscarriages of unknown cause. I tried it and it worked. Ive been attempting IVF for over 10years and never thought a day will come that I will actually be discharged from an IVF clinic.

This our first experience in USA doing an IUI . We cannot express our experience in words. The doctor Rashmi kudosia and specially her nurse Nikkie and even the plabotamist and the front desk team are awesome. Every one is nice and courteous. The office is so clean . I really recommend CCRM for any one first time looking for a fertility clinic
