The staff is wonderful and really helped when I was confused with the process. Dr. Thorn has so much knowledge and knows how to work with different medical conditions. I am now pregnant with the girl I always wanted thanks to the wonderful team. I drove an hour to get there and I’m glad I made the choice to go to them for my infertility needs!

I had a phenomenal experience with RMA from start to finish. We ended up working with them for about 9 months total due to our difficult diagnosis and I only have good things to say! Dr. Thorne was great, he was thorough and understanding during a difficult time and never made us feel rushed during consultations. He gave his honest opinion about next steps. My nurse Jenna was also AMAZING! I absolutely loved her and she was so genuine and so patient, and answered all of my questions and walked me step by step through a difficult journey that was totally new to us. She was quick to answer all of my messages through the portal which was a very convenient way of communication by the way. I hardly ever had to wait more than five minutes to be seen for all of the ultrasounds and bloodwork, front staff was pleasant and the girls that did my bloodwork were very kind as well. All in all the 45 minute commute I had to make numerous times was worth it, and I will be returning when we are ready for baby #2!

RMA King of Prussia location was a wonderful experience! The staff is incredible! The nurses are so caring and respond to questions very quickly. My nurse Andrea always went above and beyond! Dr. Thorne was very kind, considerate and never minded answering our many questions. They truly make you feel that they are as invested in your fertility journey as you are. I am very happy to say that they have made our dreams come true as I am currently pregnant. My husband and I highly recommend this practice!

I simply cannot say enough great things about this practice! I had a wonderful experience all around! Dr.Freedman did an operative hysteroscopy to remove scar tissue right before he retired. He was amazing! Dr. Thorne took over after him and we absolutely loved him! We went through IVF and were successful the first try! I’m currently holding my baby girl and I am so thankful for the entire team! My nurse, Andrea was so kind, knowledgeable, and supportive! The lab girls Danielle and Bree were always a pleasure to see and always made me laugh. I love Dr. Thorne and will recommend him and his team forever!

I cannot thanked RMA, my nurse Cheri, and Dr. Thorne (and all the other doctors) enough for our journey to parenthood! The entire staff at KOP are friendly, accommodating, and caring. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. The early morning check-in appts are super convenient and efficient. Dr. Thorne was such a compassionate doctor. After our first failed transfer he personally called me to share the news but also encouraged us to try again. We took his advise, tried on my next cycle, and we came home with our now almost 9 months old healthy baby boy! Though we intend to continue to try conceiving naturally next time, it gives us peace of mind that we still have 2 frozen embryos waiting for us for when that time comes.

Working with RMA to build our family had been nothing short of great. Going into this journey we did not know what to expect but the level of care we received from everyone at RMA was amazing. Through the ups and downs we never lost faith. Dr.Castlebaum was so reassuring and helpful through it all. All of the doctors always made us feel so comfortable and informed every step of the way. We would recommend RMA to anyone looking for fertility care.

The communication with the nurse who was assigned to my case was awesome. She was always kind and supportive. The downside is you don’t get a lot of direct communication with the doctor to ask questions or have discussion about next steps. Scheduling was also difficult at times. I had trouble scheduling a D&E procedure after an IVF miscarriage because they were busy with egg retrievals that week. I ended up having to get the D&E procedure with my OBGYN. I also had a complication during my IVF process and couldn’t get in touch with anybody at RMA to be seen. I ended up going to the ER and got surgery, which turns out was probably completely unnecessary. For the 30K I spent, I expected a much smoother process.

Sensai Gerry, Coach Kyle, Coach Matt and the rest of the instructors at East West Karate are absolutely amazing teachers. They make Karate fun! My children have learned so much and love attending class. I highly recommend giving it a try and you’ll be hooked!

RMA has been an absolute godsend. My nurse Cheri has been nothing but amazing & all of the doctors are absolutely amazing. So sweet and understanding at every visit. Very prompt on responding to all questions , very thorough with explaining financials. I will recommend them 10x over. They helped me get pregnant after years of trying and losses with IUI. Thank you Dr. Guttman and all of RMA !! ❤️🫶🏼

Everyone at RMA is amazing. Dr Castelbaum came highly recommended to me by a few of my friends. He is outstanding! He is genuinely interested in his patients and their success. He explains everything in a way that makes it all understandable. All of the doctors and he entire staff there is great and really cares. I have been to 3 of their offices on a regular basis and have always been 100% happy my the results.

I am so grateful to all the wonderful staff at RMA King of Prussia and Willow Grove. I am now lucky enough to have a wonderful baby boy after years of trying, including a heartbreaking miscarriage. A special thank you to Dr. Castlebaum, who is smart and confident and got the job done! Jodi from finance was a huge help. I loved all the nurses, especially Jill from the willow grove location. Also a huge thank you to Dr. Gutman who made me feel like I was her only and most important patient during the implantation. I am so thankful that my family is now complete, and I recommend RMA to anyone having trouble with fertility.

Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with RMA. After 4 rounds of embryo transfers (using donor eggs), we had zero success. It was very disappointing, but the most disappointing part was that we never heard from Dr. Gutmann after the last failed attempt and our experience ended. I dont know if she didnt want to put in the effort to deal with sad news or just forgot, but after all of the hours, time and money we spent, a courtesy call would have been nice. Dont expect much sympathy or compassion from this practice if it doesnt work out. The only thing we received from them at the end of our time was a bill.

RMA has been nothing but wonderful. They have helped my wife and I conceive twice now. Wonderful bedside manner, very loyal and committed. And they actually listen to you and respond! Wonderful doctors and staff. Never once has the staff been rude or impatient. We would go back again and again. And special thanks to Dr. Gocial, he really knows what hes doing and you really feel like hes on your team during the whole process. Couldnt say better things about him!

Amazing care at RMA! The best is that we have finally experience success with them. We visited so many fertility clinics, but at RMA we had awesome service, and we will be shortly welcoming a new family member. Dr. Freedman is amazing compassionate professional that will work very hard to help you in making your dreams of having a baby a reality!

RMA is seriously an incredible place. The doctors and staff are above reproach; I have had nothing but incredibly positive experiences with this group. Dr. Castelbaum is a dear and he really makes you feel so comfortable. He truly made me feel so much better about our chances of conceiving our first baby. Hes upbeat, funnyand wonderfully proactive. Im so glad I found RMA. It makes me feel like the huge burden I was carrying around is now lifted off of my shoulders.

Each and every doctor at RMA of Philadelphia was kind to my husband and I through the entire process. The nurses and doctors were wonderful at answering all of our questions in a timely manner and explaining new procedures. They were extremely flexible in scheduling tests and exams around my work schedule. They helped to turn in everything in to our insurance provider. We achieved our dream of a second pregnancy at RMA after a real struggle trying on our own. We were lucky enough to get pregnant after our first IUI. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Philadelphia or surrounding suburb area.

Dr. Thorne and the entire team were incredible throughout our whole process. Going through fertility treatments during Covid was hard. Not being able to have my husband in the office for all appointments was made a lot easier by the staff allowing us to FaceTime and Dr. Thorne talking to us both as if he were in the room together as well. Everyone there was thoughtful and caring. I never waited more than 10 or 15 minutes for scheduled appointments and the process itself was made much easier with how much they would explain everything that was happening. My life is changed because of this extraordinary team now my husband and I have our beautiful son and hope to grow our family even more as soon as we can with the help of RMA.

When I first went to RMA at the recommendation of my OBGYN, I had no idea how much I would come to value this practice! The 7 day a week schedule, friendly and engaging staff (who start to feel like family) and the incredible doctors have made our experience through two conceptions particularly fantastic. I never hesitate to recommend RMA when friends/acquaintances discuss fertility challenges. Dr. Gocial and the whole RMA team are simply the best.

We went to Dr. Freedman with RMA after a terrible experience with another doctor. We originally were scheduled to go with another specialist, but looked on the Aetna website and found that Dr. Freedman had incredible reviews and are so happy that we switched to him. When we first met with him we were taken back by his compassion and knowledge, we immediately felt at ease and so comfortable with moving forward with him for the next steps in the process. Throughout the journey with Dr. Freedman and the whole RMA team we felt like it was one big family. The bedside manner of all of the doctors and nurses is incomparable to other practices and doctors we have been to, the ease of making appointments leaves you stress free, and the timeliness of the results is unheard of. When you work with one of the doctors, you work with the whole practice, and we got to meet each doctor and felt comfortable with every single one. We cannot say enough great things about Dr. Freedman and RMA, We do and will continue to highly recommend this practice. I am an anxious individual, and I remember emailing Dr. Freedman many times at various times during the day and night and the response time was almost immediate. My husband and I cannot thank Dr. Freedman and the whole RMA team for where we are today, we are beyond appreciative.

RMA of Philadelphia is absolutely amazing! Dr. Thorne is such a wonderful doctor and I am so lucky to have had him. We had a game plan every step of the way and once we would finish step 1 we would talk out the game plan for step 2. During any procedure I had with him he was so verbal on what he would be doing and was verbal as he was doing it. He never made me feel like any question was stupid and always fully answered he never short answered me and was always honest while taking my feelings into consideration. I also saw Dr. Freedman a good amount he did my second IUI that resulted in a pregnancy and I am currently pregnant. Dr. Freedman is also very very sweet and kind and has amazing bedside manner. I would recommend RMA to anyone trying to get pregnant and is having a hard time.

Went in for my first visit yesterday. I was not sure what to expect. All the staff members I have spoken to on the phone, by video chat, and in email have all been very helpful, kind, and put me at ease. It was the very same experience when I went in to the office, in person. Compassionate, genuine, helpful and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend RMA to anyone looking for help on their fertility journey!

We were referred to RMA by our gynecologist after repeated failure with our natural way of getting pregnant. When we reached RMA, Gutmann doctor briefed us fully with process of IVF, different process and provided the best solution based on analyzing my wife health history. Got successful on the third try. That doesnt mean doctor didnt try the best on the first two attempt. Everyone has different body condition. So, I would suggest just listen to what doctor says and your road to getting pregnant will be not too far. Thanks to all the doctors and medical staff team members for supporting us.

We couldnt be happier with our experience at RMA. Their flexible schedules, caring staff, and supportive doctors made every visit pleasant, even the most difficult ones. Weve had been working with RMA (Dr.Gutmann) for several years. I have zero complaints about the doctors here. My office was the King of Prussia office. Thanks to them we are currently expecting our first baby. I couldnt be more grateful. All the doctors here are very professional, down to earth and easy to talk to. My only complaint is about the two of the older ladies at the front desk. They are rude, unsympathetic and several times caused my husband and I grief. One of them actually told me wrong information when it came to making my appointment for my pregnancy test. She told me I could test at home. I didnt need to bother to come in and confirm my pregnancy. So I followed her instructions. Than when I called them, they told me that I shouldnt be using a test to confirm anything. A scheduled blood test was the only way to confirm it. So me and husband where stressed and on a roller coaster. For us it was horrible, to feel excited and not be able to enjoy the moment, she really ruined our first positive for us with her aittude and mis information. There was one more mishap but I dont wish to go into detail with that issue because it was fixed for us. As I stated when it comes to the practice the Doctors are top notch and professional. They are very good about making sure your comfortable and understand the process. Its the front desk older ladies that kill the vibe in that place. They need some customer service, etiquette, sympathy, empathy classes seriously. Or just get replaced by people who can understand couples feelings. Everyone who steps in there is fragile and very sensitive. So they need people who can understand that. Other than that I recommend this place a thousand times. We plan on using them again if need be in the future. Dr Gutmann and the other doctors where the biggest blessing to us. You wont regret using them. They where highly recommend to us by my husbands doctor. Irvin Hirsch MD urologist at Jefferson. He was our first blessing he worked with us and never failed my husband. He was professional and is the main reason we can celebrate our success this year. We wouldve never known about RMA or Dr. Gutmann if not for him. We recommend them.

Dr. Gutmann was AMAZING to work with. Going through fertility issues are never fun, but she answered all of our questions and was very proactive with our treatment. She also made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to everyone!

I successfully conceived via IVF and gave birth to a baby girl in year 2017, thanks to the help of RMA.The Doctors, nurses and staff are very nice and compassionate.Dr Gutmann is my main doctor who coordinated all the procedures. I believe, I have met all the Doctors in there and each of them has done procedures on me and they are all very professional.

I was referred to RMA by my obgyn today and called to schedule a new patient appointment at the KoP office. For some reason the woman who answered my call was immediately rude. It really took me off guard. I got off the phone so confused by her tone with me. I am going to cancel because I dont want to feel like this every time I call the office. No thank you.

I had a great experience at RMA of Philadelphia! Dr. Allison Lange was my doctor and I was very impressed with her! She was thoughtful, caring, respectful, and a good listener. I trusted her completely and felt very comfortable following her guidance. I tend to ask a lot of questions to doctors and I found her to be patient and understanding to my numerous questions.I also found her to be very conscientious and thorough. Just to give an example of this:I spoke to some other REs when I was first seeking help for infertility this year. One of these doctors told me on the phone that he did not think it was worth me doing an HSG since I had already had a sucessfully pregnancy in the past (although it was a while ago I had a child). Another RE told me that he thought I should go straight for IVF because he thought it was clear my trouble with conceiving was clearly due to egg quality.But what I liked about Dr. Lange is that she wanted to check if there could be any other factors, besides my age, that could be a contributing factor. So she took the time to do a hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy. I am not sure if all REs would have taken the time to do the hysteroscopy and the endometrial biopsy as others might have immediately assumed that only my age was an issue.I feel this is an example of her wanting to be meticulous.I also thought the nurses were very sweet and pleasant. They were very quick to respond to messages and I found the office to be well organized! I highly recommend Dr. Lange and RMA of Philadelphia!

I could go on for days about RMA, my primary location is Langhorne and everyone is always! Amazing and comforting, also my doctor Dr. Castlebaum is awesome!! Today was my Egg retrieval at the surgery, I was definitely very nervous but from the moment I went back I already felt at ease and comfortable, with so many nurses being in the room I knew they had my best interest in mind. I just want to thank all the nurses, Anastasiologist and Dr Gutmann for making this experience as best as it could get.

Dr. Gutmann was awesome. This was the 1st time I have ever been to the doctor and the doctor came out to meet us and take us back to the office. Not the nurse but Dr. Gutmann herself. She answered all of our questions and had a few of her own. She explained the entire process and the next steps to expect. Next we had a financial consultation to find what insurance will cover and what will be paid out of pocket. This was super important to us. So far they have been impressive and I will update as things progress. If your having trouble trying to conceive, give them a try.

I started with Dr. Freedman April 2017 in an attempt to conceive a baby after a miscarriage. Dr. Freedman is a great doctor, down to earth and very easy to talk to. In June 2017 after receiving an IUI and with the outstanding help of Dr. Freedman I was able to conceive my second child in June 2017 and am currently 11 weeks pregnant. I would totally recommend this doctor and facility to help conceive successfully. Im glad I came to him and allowed him to help me expand my family.

Dr. Castelbaum is an amazing doctor. He is honest and will make sure that you are comfortable with your treatment plan. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He has given me and my husband a family that we didnt think we would ever have.

I have been a patient here for 1 year. My husband and I are in early 30s with no medical history. So far we have had one miscarriage while under RMAs care. While we have experienced kind and professional staff, nurses, and doctors; generally, I have not felt proper communication, particularly with regards to scheduling, conversations around billing, responsiveness, proactivity, or level of urgency. There have been quite a few substantial errors that have been made and you can expect to repeat yourself numerous times across the various lines of people you interact with, as though no record of yours exists and no one talks to one another. This has happened with regards to change in meds, change in costs (a difference of tens of thousands), improper or total disregard of filtering of information (I was told the gender of my lost baby after numerous requests to put in my file we did not want to know), one-two hour delays in appointments without prior notification. This has been a personal, stressful and painful struggle and process, but I would like to post as a helpful resource to other women about to embark on this journey. Unless they take steps to improve, RMA may not be the right choice for a tailored comprehensive and holistic approach to individualized care with ongoing thorough and responsible communication. Weve personally wasted a valuable year, we combine for weeks missed from work, thousands of dollars in the hole, and are finally now on to other options so that we might finally be one of the lucky ones.

We have been with RMA of Philadephia for 2 years now, at first they were Amazing, Dr Gutmann was awesome. But, then I just started feeling like We were getting nowhere. The woman at the Desk In King Of Prussia is SO RUDE, get a personality, you are dealing with women who are fragile. Then I had a miscarriage, and They have no emergency Number to call, I had to leave a message on their regular machine and I am STILL waiting for someone to call me back!

The Communication is excellent! They really care about you having success! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! All of the Dr. are extremely qualified and know what they are doing!! They are very honest and will not recommend something if they think it will not work. Communication is KEY and they are 100% great at getting back to you same day!

Highly recommend RMA and Dr. Freedman! Ive never met a more caring or compassionate doctor, and hes incredibly competent--he knows what hes doing! Thanks to RMA, we are 24 weeks pregnant and expecting our first child in December!

We were trying for a baby for almost 2 years. My primary physician suggested RMA. We read about them and schedule appointment with Dr.Jacqueline Gutmann. We went there and spoke with her. We felt positive and it was a good experience with her treatment. In first try I got pregnant. Thanks to Dr. Gutmann. It was best experience in my life. I suggested my friends.

After our first meeting with Dr. Thorne in December and he told me to call when I started my next period to schedule test the day of. A few days later I got my period and called and but the receptionist said he wasn’t in the office. The following month I called and left a voicemail for the nurse. No one called me back.

Always anxious when I go to the kop office at their surgery center. The nurses are always in a rush , makes me feel so uncomfortable. Last experience was terrible , during my embryo transfer one of the older nurses made me feel like I was not a person, just a number.

I honestly cant think of a single weakness when it comes to Dr. Castelbaum. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and kind. No two people are the same and he knows that and it shows in how he interacts with each of his patients. Our first transfer here resulted in our now 3 year old daughter. We went on to have 1 miscarriage and 2 chemical pregnancies but currently pregnant and just about into the 2nd trimester. Its so easy to blame doctors for a failed embryo transfer. My failed transfers were devastating to me; but I also remember how shocked and upset Dr. Castelbaum was for us. Ill never forget what Dr. Castelbaum said to me on my last appointment: I know you were ready to jump ship and I understand why. But Im so glad you didnt. It takes a lot of courage to do what you did. Im glad I got to be a part of this and am so happy for you. These words will stick with me the rest of my life and I still tear up thinking about it. I could never thank him enough for all hes done for me and my husband.

RMA has been incredible in our journey to add to our family. I had many complications in prior years that included many miscarriages and ectopic pregnancies which made it impossible for me to conceive naturally. When I came to RMA I was being seen by another doctor who left the practice while I was midcycle in my IVF treatment. Dr. Freedman called me immediately and I formed me of the change and stated hed take over my care. I did not miss any time during the transition. Dr. Freedman picked up excatly whwre the other doctor had left off. We now just about 17 weeks pregnant and couldnt be any happier or more grateful for Dr. Freedman and the entire staff at RMA.

My experience with RMA of King of Prussia was excellent. Dr. Freedman and the entire staff were extremely thorough, professional and polite. Their constant communication made me feel confident and informed every step of the way.

I am giving them two stars because The Doctors are good, but they sometimes like to take advantage of people. The lady called Michelle is the worst person to deal with in the accounting department. She’s rude and not helpful.

RMA was so helpful helping us get pregnant! The staff is all so nice and the weekly ultrasounds were definitely something I missed once I was done! Definitely recommend this practice :)

I went to the King of Prussia office and through my time there discovered that this practice only cares about the money and isn’t patient centered at all. After 6 unsuccessful cycles (4iui and 2ivf) and about 30k down the drain, they told me at 31y/o my only option was donor egg/embryo. I switched to a truly patient centered practice and got pregnant 3x in 7 cycles via timed intercourse and minimal amounts of oral and injectable meds. I think I spent about 2k max with the 2nd practice. First 2 pregnancies ended in miscarriage and the 3rd is my healthy 4m/o baby boy. I will always regret the time and money I wasted here. Do not go here!!

I highly recommend RMA. They are always very responsive and answer any questions I have so thoroughly. Fertility challenges are anything but exciting, but RMA makes the process so simple and encouraging. I have recommended a few people to RMA based on the exceptional service I have experienced during my TTC journey.

I so love love love RMA dr throne was the best ever me and my wife been trying for years and going to different places…. It was so crazy one day we looked up rma in kop had our appointment spoke with doctor throne and from there..everything was so perfect 👍🏿 I was scared 😱 at first but heather my nurse and doctor throne was theee best ever and they give us so much hope and when I went through with the ivf my first try it worked so now I’m sitting here with my baby boy ❤️ My wife and I wanna thank y’all so much for blessing us with this beautiful angel everyone always asking me how me and my wife did it and I tell them about rma thank y’all so much again

After 12 years of trying different methods of fertility (holistic, medication, fertility drugs) the magic of RMA gave us our precious princess! The process was explained and we were told our chances were good. Well after the first round of attempting, it was successful. FIRST TRY!!!! Just wish we found them 10 years earlier. Quinn James Beal was born May 30, 2019 and is beautiful and healthy.

Dr. Castelbaum is wonderful. I really enjoyed the whole staff at the Langhorne office. I seriously have no complaints. My husband and I both recommend him to anyone who needs help with infertility.

I visited the Center City location. The service that I was provided was excellent. Dr. Schlaff and the nurses were very helpful and receiving. Having a child can be difficult for struggling families but when you have warm, welcoming and supportive staff to help you along the process, it makes the process less difficult.

I went for a time-sensitive diagnostic test 2.5 days ago and they wont send over the results to my doctor. They havent answered the phone or responded to a single message left by my doctor, my nurse, or myself. What good is 2.5 day old results?? I also had to pay out of pocket so I wasted this money on a useless test because they havent sent the results.

I love and appreciate the love I received from the staff at RMA King of Prussia. They answered every question, was patient and super kind any time we communicated. I am truly going to miss the warm and kind approach from the staff here! I did not want to leave them!
