From the moment I walked through their doors, I knew I was in good hands.Dr. Merhi, Dr. Marco, and their entire team at Rejuvenating Fertility Center go above and beyond to make you feel not just like a patient, but like the most important person in the world. Cody, who greets you at the front desk with warmth and efficiency, sets the tone for the exceptional care youll receive. Liana and Ashley, the compassionate nurses, made every step of the process as comfortable as possible. Stephanie, the ultrasound tech, impressed me with her knowledge and genuine concern for my well-being during each appointment. Precious, who coordinates everything seamlessly behind the scenes, was a true lifeline when I needed to relay messages to the doctors.The addition of Dr. Brown to their team was a game-changer. Her hands-on approach and compassionate care were exactly what I needed after struggling for seven long years. Under their guidance, I underwent the Ovarian PRP and Adipose PRP treatment, and Im thrilled to share that it resulted in a healthy embryo. Now, at 12 weeks pregnant, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude towards the entire staff at Rejuvenating Fertility Center.They didnt just provide medical expertise; they provided unwavering support and encouragement when I needed it most. My experience at the Westport, CT. location has been phenomenal. Dr. Merhi is empathetic, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. He has a happy and positive aura surrounding him at all times. Dr. Merhi made me feel comfortable at all times and explained every procedure and test I had done. He listens to patients and adjusts treatment plans accordingly. This is not a one size fits all kind of fertility clinic. Every patient is different, and so is their plan of care. I like that they are not aggressive with medications therefore frequent visits and labs are a must. The office is clean and modern and in a very nice location with lots of parking. Patients have an App for their phone which is nice for communication, a calendar for appointments, lab results, and much more.Behind every phenomenal doctor, is the staff in the front lines, which is Dr. Merhi’s staff. I cannot express in words the amount of praise that goes to these girls. All of staff at the Westport location go above and beyond to make every patient feel valued, respected, and heard. They genuinely care about patients at a personal level. My emails and phone calls regarding prescriptions/general questions have been immediately returned, even after hours and on weekends, which I never expect responses the same day. This goes to show professionalism that the staff have.When comparing my experience at RFC to another fertility clinic I went to for 1 year, my experience at RFC was a complete positive 180 in every aspect possible. I had been searching for a new fertility center for a year, knowing there had to be alternatives to the suggested treatment plan that was proposed to my husband and I. One morning I read about RFC, called and was scheduled for a consult within days. Speaking with Dr. Mehri made me feel special and human again. I didnt feel like another infertility patient put in a bucket with minimal options and not being heard as I have in the past. From day one, the ENTIRE staff have been unbelievably informative, attentive, responsive, professional, and enthusiastic. The Westport office is bright and beautiful with beautiful staff who perform great clinical care. And I love the patient portal which is an app as well. Im a firm believer that everything happens for a reason at the time they happen and I am truly thankful my husband and I have found RFC.

My experience with RFC Westport CT has been wonderful. The staff and doctors treat each of their patients with special attention and kindness. Starting from the front desk to the lab techs to the nurses.Dr.Merhi is a talented and personable doctor - which is exactly what you need when dealing with such a sensitive, physically and emotionally draining process and I feel blessed to have been under his care. Dr.Merhi is an innovative doctor, he thinks outside the box, and gives you options and guides to to the right decision for your treatment.Jessica office manger/nurse is incredibly nurturing, knowledgeable, patient and very kind. I really value her support, quick response with emails and calling me when she said she would with updates!The entire team at RFC Dr Thornton, Dr.Marco extremely professional and helpful.I am excited that the Westport CT Center offers now all the procedures in-house, from painless bloodwork, sonograms, PRP, Ozone Sauna, retrievals, embryo transfers... I cant emphasize enough how much they are patient-centered and have great bedside manners!They are absolutely the best! I highly recommend RFC for a stress free fertility journey.

Havent completed my procedure, but I will say my consult with doctor meher was amazing. Felt super comfortable talking with him. He seemed that he truly cares and is passionate about his career.

I have been on my journey for several years now, and Dr. Merhi, Dr. Marco and everyone on the team are simply the best. Jessica the practice manager goes above and beyond always. The doctors are incredibly skilled, compassionate and empathetic, and think outside the box. The entire staff is kind and welcoming and it feels like a big family. Everyons is positive and encouraging. Ive had many setbacks during my journey at other places but feel hope and optimism once again. The facilities are also fantastic, brand new and state of the art. It is super convenient living in CT and working in NYC having several locations where both Dr. Merhi and Dr Marco are. The practice offers PRP and Ozone therapy and work with Aimee Raupps team for acupuncture. Cant say enough great things and hope to bring home our miracle thanks to this fabulous team!

I cannot speak highly enough of RFC Westport.The office is absolutely beautiful, upscale, but also homey.Dr. Merhi and Dr. Mouanness have incredible bedside manner. They are gentle and communicative with trauma-informed care. They offer expert advice and guidance while putting the patient in the driver’s seat for their own care.The practice manager Jessica is knowledgeable, caring, and reassuring.The acupuncture services at the clinic are also top of the line. Aimee Raupp is a well known and highly experienced acupuncturist and fertility expert. Add this to your treatment plan!I’ve had awful experiences at other clinics and have been shamed about my weight by many doctors but I’ve always been treated with love and respect at RFC. I have never felt like a statistic, I have always been treated like a whole human - they make space for my physical care AND acknowledging the emotional portion of the fertility journey.

After years of trying to get pregnant, we found success with Dr. Merhi and his team. My husband and I were treated as an individual couple and our course of action was based on our specific needs (not a one size fits all sort of approach that we experienced with other doctors in CT). Dr. Merhi was immediately able to uncover the cause of our infertility and treat accordingly. We were mind blown, that neither of our previous doctors uncovered this! Its also important that I mention Dr. Merhis approach is much more gentle on your body. I used ozone therapy (not offered at any other facility to my knowledge) which helped with my egg quality/quantity and prepared me to achieve a successful pregnancy. Jessica (office manager) was genuine and so supportive through this journey. Dr. Marco was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our anxiousness and numerous questions. We always met Sandra with a warm smile and she ensured things went smoothly. I cant say enough positive things about our experience and our new found family from RFC. We are eternally grateful and highly recommend to anyone trying to achieve pregnancy. Especially to women who are 40 and over.

I am so grateful to RFC and especially Dr Marco! I had tried to conceive for 5 years prior to coming to RFC. I tried all fertility treatments at other clinics such as IUI and IVF but nothing worked for me. I was so desperate that I was considering using a donor. But then my OBGYN doctor at Avery Center recommended this clinic as he heard good things about it from his other patients. That changed my life. RFC offers this one treatment that helped me that was not available in other places I went before. It is called PRP and it involves injecting your own plasma into your ovaries to rejuvenate them. So no hormones, pills or shots. It was a very quick procedure which can even be done without general anesthesia. After I got it done, I got pregnant in the next cycle and was able to carry the baby to term. Thank you so much Dr Marco and the RFC team!

I did egg freezing at RFC and I could not recommend it more! Dr. Marco is extremely thorough and I got to see him every time I had my ultrasound. Jessica the practice manager is super attentive and answered my questions immediately. Thank you RFC!!!

They abruptly decided they were no longer taking any insurance . They never informed any of their pts , and now they have my embryo,and asking me to pay out of pocket for whole transfer. This place is a scam. Please do your research!!! I spent alot of money,and time working with this clinic. They ignored all the symptoms. If you can find another doctor please do. I wasted 3 years with this clinic.
