Dr. Hall is always very kind and knowledgeable. She listens to my concerns and looks for ways to help. I appreciate her attentiveness and compassion. She is an exceptional physician, and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Angie King, Krystal and Jen have recently helped me with some recent health concerns and I am SO thankful for them. Thank you for making me feel comfortable, for taking the time during the appointment to listen to my concerns and for helping me without any judgement. It truly means alot

From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. No one wants to interrupt their day with a doctor visit, have bloodwork, etc. However, from the front desk, nurse, doctor, phlebotomist, and overall staff I had a perfect visit! They made it a lot less of a cold, impersonal process, and more like I was going to have a chat with my sweet neighbor, catching up and updating. Very grateful to not feel like a number, but a valued person!

I had an issue that I had visited 3 emergency rooms and multiple (think 10-15) drs due to almost debilitating pain. I sat in the office and just cried from my frustration, she listened, realized I wasn’t looking for pain meds (as one dr thought at another practice; which I did not even ask for by the way), found the problem, fixed it, and literally changed my life. No more pain (after 3 years of looking for a solution and literally thinking I was going crazy). The Dr even asked if she could pray for both of us before the surgery (that her hands were steady and that I did well through it all). I have never had this before and it probably won’t happen again. But it put me at peace. However, if I had said no I’m sure she would have respected that as well. It ended up being very complicated (way different than expected), but she continued and literally changed my life. I am now completely pain free. We hugged at my after surgery appt because she also realized how she had impacted me! All because she didn’t dismiss me and listened when MANY others would not. I am now a patient for life!

I was 5 weeks pregnant and scared about the meds I was on having contraindications with the pregnancy. I called multiple times and left messages with RNs who never called me back. They just said “we will see you when you’re 8 weeks.” My PCP pushed for me to be seen and I finally got an appointment. After waiting for an hour in the lobby spinning with severe morning sickness, I finally saw Dr. Davis and she opened with “so why are you hear today?” - I was flabbergasted. She questioned why I was even on some meds to begin with and told me “you can stay on them if you want though.” I’m now 8 weeks and in the ER with cramping worried something’s wrong. Nothing worse than feeling pregnant and alone.

Waiting and exam room was very clean at the Mayfaire office. Dr. Hall is a sweetheart! The staff behind the desks and the nurses are also very nice. Would definitely recommend 👍

Dr. Hall is an exceptional provider. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and address your healthcare needs.

I am grateful to Dr. Hall, who is always attentive and very kind, and she also always tries to speak to me in my language.

Everything went so smoothly from checkin to the nurse and meeting Dr Hall. She was so patient and explained my upcoming surgery completely

Friendly staff! Dr Carroll is wonderful! She has a great bedside manner and so much wisdom.

I adore Dr. Carroll. She listens. While I’m sure she is incredibly busy, appointments do not feel super rushed. My surgery with her was spectacular and smooth and follow up was easy.

I am always impressed from the moment I check in for my appointment. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I have now scheduled an appointment for establishing my primary care provider with Wilmington Health. I am sure I will see only WH providers when necessary.

I was treated with the utmost care, kindness and professionalism. I really like Dr. Hall and trusted her during this procedure. She spoke with my husband about her findings and really put him at ease. The nursing staff was great as well. Very helpful and always asking if I had any questions.

Everyone I have ever interacted with from Anjie King’s office has been top notch! She and her staff make you feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment you walk in. For about 18 years, I used to go to another practice for OB/GYN. I’m so happy I made the switch to Anjie and her team! :)

From the front desk to the check out area everyone was so polite, helpful, and caring! This was my first time at this office and seeing Dr. Mealy who is the best of the best who makes you feel so comfortable, it was a great first experience !

I was truly blessed to have met such an amazing staff. They truly understood my needs in my journey through what I have gone through Dr. Parks is amazing and she was very comforting when I broke down in her office about what I was going through. Every staff member from the receptionist, to nurses, Drs, you name it, are so pleasant. Very professional, they take their time to explain things and address any concerns you may have.

No complaints. My experience at Wilmington Health is always positive. It’s easy to make appointments and when I need to be seen, response time is quick.

Dr. Sandra Hall is the best OBGYN Doctor ever .

Dr Hall and her staff are excellent! I drove from Raleigh and was late due to I 40 closure from bad wreck. Dr. Hall graciously agreed to see me late! I’m very grateful and the staff was also very kind and helpful!

I waited two hours past my appointment time to be seen by the doctor for a 15 minute appointment. One hour in the waiting room. No one spoke to me to tell me what was going on. Then once in the exam room, and undressed, I sat another hour without a single sole coming in to inform me of what was going on. Finally the nurses told me they had double booked the doctor all morning and she was running behind. Once she got to me, my visit was pleasant and professional and I loved the doctor, but having me wait two hours past my exam time is unacceptable. It was also awkward for me that the OBGYN is shared waiting room and exam rooms by non-OBGYN patients (elderly men, young men, kids, and those will illness).

From Crystal who took my vitals and history to Dr Parker, it was a great experience. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The doctor listened... also knew her stuff. It was a quick, efficient appointment which I appreciated too.

Wait time wasn’t horrible, I’m okay with waiting as long as needed if I’m going to get the attention I deserve when it’s my turn. The nurse that took me back was great, super nice, she listened and was funny to talk to. The doctor however, did NOT listen to my concerns, I immediately knew this was going to be a waste of my time 30 seconds into the visit. I was able to briefly explain why I was there and wanted to get to the root cause of my pain, she was short with me and didn’t even give me a pelvic exam. I left feeling completely defeated.

Felt so comfortable meeting Dr Alison Parker. It’s never easy going to a new (to me) gynecologist . She made it easy. And cudos to Krystal and Tammie as well. They create a great environment . Thank you

Great experience! I thought the ultrasound tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Davis was friendly and efficient as well

I loved Dr. Carroll and found her to be very compassionate and understanding. I have always had male OB GYN and when my beloved Dr. Stewart retired I never thought he coukd be replaced. However, I am very happy with Dr Carroll and look forward to developing a long term relationship .

Staff is always pleasant and short wait time. Dr. Hall is the most compassionate Dr. She takes time to listen, gets to know you, and makes sure you are up to date with all your health care needs. Wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of my gynecology needs.

PA Clara Ribinson and Dr Hall were excellent. Very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and took time to explain and answer all my questions and concerns.

This was my first visit with this provider. She listened to me and asked questions. She expressed concern. The exam was explained and put me ease. This was a good visit although I am waiting for laboratory results.

I always feel like I am being listened to with My providers at Wilmington Health ( Dr. Brannin and Dr. Carroll). There is always a quick response through the portal and a compassionate team working behind the scenes.

Anjanette King Ave her staff are the reason Ill be sticking around. Ive never been treated so well and made to feel so comfortable.

I waited a while to get blood taken. No one had been called back and it was almost lunch time. I asked the receptionist if it would be after lunch or how much longer. She phoned them and I was called right back. There seemed to be an issue with the order coming through their system.

I was very, very happy with PA Angie King. She was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

My dr and the staff are always efficient, reassuring and sensitive. I appreciate Dr Carole’s approach to health care, and always feel seen and heard.

I have had a great experience with the doctors and nurses and would love to give this office 5 stars, however the front staff needs a lot of work. During my last visit they were very rude and werent helpful at all.

I needed to find a new ob/gyn because glen meade no longer takes my Humana insurance so I called Wilmington health. I was told they don’t take my insurance and to check my insurance website, however they pop up on the Humana website. So I then called the business office and was told they are contracted but must have met their quota so I can’t be seen while I’m currently having ob/gyn health issues. They used to be good years ago but if this is how they will treat me from the start even if they accept new patients I won’t waste my time here
