I have called and left 3 messages in 7 days for someone to please return my phone call. No one has called me back. Every time I call it says they are busy helping other patients. I am a patient!!!!! This is ridiculous.

I am new to the area and needed an annual exam and to discuss hormone replacement therapy. NP was nice but once I mentioned I wanted to go the more natural approach I was given roadblock after roadblock. I was literally having a nervous breakdown in the office crying hysterically that I was starting a new job and could not function. There was really no rush to get me hormones. I was told only 1 doctor could prescribe them and he stayed booked up for weeks, I would need a mammogram first and blah blah blah. No, I didn’t have time to do all this as I mentioned and my metal health was suffering greatly. Why was I not told about who can do what when I mentioned BHRT when making my appt? Though I would not say it was a wasted appt bc I needed my annual, I went to the manufacturer website and found a wellness clinic who prescribed these types of hormones and they got me in next day, ran a full hormone blood panel and found my levels were incredibly low and they are now treating me for the pellet therapy. I just found that my severities were not taken serious and I felt I was just another slot in the day and left incredibly frustrated. Because of this, I will not go back to this office again.

Dr. Massengill is great, but it takes way too long to get in for an appointment or for a nurse to call you back with a concern that you have. There is no reason why I should have to wait for a week and half for an appointment. It’s not on occasion where I have to wait that long, it’s every single time I call, I am always having to wait a ridiculous amount of time to be seen. I am better off going to the urgent care than using my OBGYN and that’s sad. I think I will be dropping this doctor and finding elsewhere to someone who actually values my time and my concerns.

Why do all these medical facilities double and triple book. Why is our time not as valuable as yours. If I schedule a 130 apt with your office in should get seen NLT 140. If I was a no show I would possibly require to pay a no show fee. What do I get when you’re late? Nothing, my kids have to sit at school and wait because of lack of concern for your patients….. this is outta control across the whole medical community now a days…..

Want answer the phone. And they give you the wrong phone number on your paperwork. Took in a walk in before appointments. Been sitting here for a hour. The girl working the window isnt very friendly. Once I got back to be seen the Dr. was nice and talked to me about getting the hot flashes and night sweats taking care of. Hopefully this time is the charm.

It takes calling a few times an hours for a few hours to get anyone to pick up. Appointments are always sooo far out and if you call with a concern they just tell you to go to the er. (The er then tells you to see your ob) 😒 The staff is friendly but no matter if you are on time or a little early for your appointment you will wait close to an hour before being called.

Staff is very incompetent, been dealing with them for 8 months or more on a referral, they say they sent it and they have not. I spoke to office Manager and they assured me they woould send it .Never was sent ,they sent my bloodwork and not the referral. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in all my life Doctor was very nice its not his fault

This place is a joke. I have been waiting 3 months to get a appointment to get my depo shot and no one can get me in. Everytime I call about a appointment they say they will have to call me back to schedule a appointment and they never do. This has been going on for 3 months now and I am very late getting my depo shot. Its ridiculous

The nurses and Dr. Yarbrough are always welcoming. They alhave treated me so well I went there the first time when I was pregnant 2 years ago. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. They answered every Q and made sure I knew what was going on with my body. I had a great delivery as well. Now Im continuing to go there for help with my birth control. Im about to get an iud put in. Hopefully everything goes well. I trust everyone there :).
