Bianca and Natalie were so helpful and nice! I had had a bit of a stressful morning trying to figure out bloodwork needed for IVF and they helped me sort through everything and even took care to ship the samples for me, saving me so much time. They also offered a military discount! I am so happy I found them and will definitely be back

I had an amazing experience at the AnyLabTest Now located 7933 North Mesa St, El Paso, Texas. Thanks to Bianca and Natalie. I arrived at 8:20AM and was immediately greeted by the two aforementioned individuals. I did not have all of the correct orders that I needed for a certain lab test, however, Bianca went above and beyond to make sure my labs would be processed, by calling the third party tester. She could have easily turned me away, but she did not. Bianca took ownership of the situation and found a solution, which I was grateful for. As I had driven 30-minutes to that location and was glad I did not have to return another day. However, because of the great service that I received from Bianca and Natalie, I will be returning with my business to this location. Awesome job ladies, I applaud you!

Found out about this company from a car advertisement and decided to look it up. The reviews were all positive, I easily set up my appointment and looked up prices on the website. But the actual experience in house was phenomenal! Very professional, very inviting, very knowledgeable. Jessica made sure that i recieved my lab results within hours of drawing blood. I was fighting my first pro fight and didnt have my blood tests in time. Jessica ran my blood results and had them sent to the licencing committee in New mexico nd i was able to fight the next day. Her great service is the reason i returned for my second natch of testing.

Last summer, I needed specific HCG blood tests (quantitative) and I could not wait. I wanted a more convenient location to travel to. I made an appointment to Any Lab Test Now for the blood draw. The results came in fast with an email sent directly to me and to my doctor’s. The phlebotomist and clerical staff were very attentive and friendly. (Now cupping my little one in my arms. Its been a remarkable journey.)

These photos are of my left and right arms. I went to AnyLab Test Now last Wednesday morning in El Paso. The technician could not draw blood after a few minutes on my left arm “even with a butterfly.” My husband who is a retired fireman/EMT poked his head in the blood draw room as it was taking longer than usual and later told me “no wonder the tech could not get blood to flow…she did not loosen the rubber strap/tourniquet.” I never watch my blood draws and had not noticed. I guess she was so flustered from the failed (and quite painful) blood draw from my left arm that she blew the vein in my right arm. Not a good experience. A different visit, the other technician did not put an ice pack in my specific blood work to be mailed out. I was called by the El Paso Any Lab Test Now to come in and do the bloodwork again after the failed mailing. Maybe more training is in order. I used to really get good service at Any Lab Test Now.

Tell me why I had my blood drawn 2 weeks ago, for the gender of my baby. I was poked not once but twice, and I’m waiting and waiting for the results and my doctor ends up calling me, telling me that girl that poked me TWICE, didn’t send the paperwork with my blood? Isn’t that your job? I’m totally confused how something like that even happens? You don’t send my paperwork to the lab along with my blood? It expires after 7 days so it’s no good now, so I have to get poked again now and wait an additional 2 weeks? How do you not send my PAPERWORK with the blood samples??? How does this even happen? I call to find out and she says it’s because the owner is selling the place and they’re switching things over and it’s “a whole mess” as she said. So just because the owner is selling the place and it’s a “mess” soooo they neglect what’s important? While still being paid on the clock? crazy. Get a new job if you’re in a rush and rushing things just because “it’s been a mess.” Unprofessional & im glad this place isn’t staying open. Worst experience ever.

I went in Saturday for a 9 panel UA where I met Jessica, she was courteous and made me feel comfortable. I called Monday morning to check on results she assured me that she’d call as soon as she received them. Later that same day she called me and promptly sent over my results. They were quick just like she said! Will be going here for the next 5 months for UA testing. Glad I found this place! It was clean and there was no wait. I was in and out. Overall 5 star experience!

Workers flirt with the customers and dont do the correct paperwork, and did not even provide an accurate receipt, my husband went in for a drug test he needed done for probation both ladies were so unprofessional, and didnt do no paperwork not to mention last time they sent the wrong paperwork ending with the wrong drug test that he needed done. Maybe if they wont flirting they might of then done their job right

Speedy lab work in person, speedy lab work results, speedy on emailing me results. This lab is on top of it! Actually good. I travel around for work and i get bloodwork every 6 months to monitor health. This place is one of the best labs ive been to. Hands down.

The testing went well. One of the best needle sticks that I have ever had. Results were fast. I wont give it three starts because there are come lab results that they will not upload on their portal and your stuck with just a piece of paper that you can misplace and you no longer have your results. They need to make that more known in their policies

I went in last week right before Labor Day and Via was the medical assistant who took care of me. Not only was she extremely professional but managed to take the necessary blood without me even feeling a slight pinch! She was amazing! She told me she would email my results as soon as they were in- I received the results sooner than I expected! She even called to make sure that I received them! I will definitely go back to this location when bloodwork is needed!
