Priscilla is a wonderful phlebotomist. She was patient and so kind because Im not easy to draw blood from. All three ladies go above and beyond to provide excellent care.

Staff was very friendly. Service was fast. Lab is small not a lot of room for any privacy. In front or back area. There is only a half wall to separate. Front desk staff has no choice bt to ask you personal questions in front of other patients in waiting area.

Very easy process, very kind and upbeat friendly staff and the B12 injections help tremendously.

I came in to get blood work done and all the staff was super helpful. Yelina and Priscilla were really patient and answered all the questions I had prior. Iliana the phlebotomist was super gentle and talked to me over the whole procedure which was awesome since I was a nervous wreck. 10/10 definitely recommend this lab.

I just wanted to say that Ive used this Mason Road location a few times now and they have the best service ever. They are very patient, kind, and are well knowledgeable of the tests and services they provide. They are always very friendly and and are willing to answer any questions and/or provide handouts in advance of their tests and service. The front staff is amazing! Iliana was most helpful when I first called in to inquire about an available test. Pricilla was very patient when I requested a handout on a particular vitamin test that the offered. And, Yelena is always so pleasant and easy going (and she has a sense of humor too. :) If youre looking for a great lab thats quick and convientient, look no further. These ladies will take really good care of you! And, their boss is pretty awesome as well.

Yelina was a kind phlebotomist. I was in and out within 10 min. No wait at all.Such a sweet staff!

So I took my TB skin test on Thursday around 1:45. I was told to return back to the location on Mason road around the same time on Saturday. I get here around 1:30 and nobody is here to read my TB test. The office is closed although they knew I was supposed to be returning to have my test read. NOW I HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER TEST! I’m not sure how long I have to wait until I can take another TB test nor do I want to take another TB test. I’m bringing this to corporate attention and everyone else on your leadership team.

Best experience. Yelina is so nice and gentle. I didn’t feel a single pain during the blood drawing.

I have had blood drawn many times, and Yelina is the best. I barely felt anything at all, and she had a warm professional attitude. She should teach others her technique.

This lab is totally professional with kind and helpful personnel. The lab is extremely clean and they even have comfortable chairs to sit in if you have to wait. This location is always prompt, courteous and caring and I greatly appreciate each one there! The supervisor needs a raise in my opinion for her excellent management!

I had a 9:30am appt. I didnt get to go back for my labwork until 10:07am.They allowed others to walk in & go in front of me. Staff very unprofessional. Apparently, appointments are worthless.

This place is a disorganized chaotic mess. Do not go here. Just don’t do it. If you do, expect to wait at least 2 hours. There’s not enough staff. They had one person answering phones, checking people in, drawling labs, etc. I’m worried my labs may be improperly handled or lost. The manager, Tiffany, is amazing, but they need to get her some help at this place. She’s doing the jobs of 4 people.

I come here for my b12 shot all the time and the young ladies that work there are very professional and helpful with any questions that i have. i will continue to come here , 10 out of 10 place .

System is down one day the next the can’t find the case I was told 3-5 business day. You would think with modern technology one could access their results from an online portal. No help in a stressful moment just makes the moment even more stressful.

Efficient service. Several of the staff upfront did their DD of double checking my requests and orders prior. The phlebotomist was also thorough in verifying my test, info and labeling placed immediately. Got my results the next morning. Beats the process at a docs office. Highly rec this team at this location. Havent experienced any other.

Im really disappointed about the customer service of this lab, they took forever to sent back my results and when I call to ask for information they hung up on me three times, finally when I communicated they told me they would send my results whenever they have the time, really poor customer service

Yelina was super helpful when I encountered issues with my test results! She spend 30 minutes resolving the issue for me before opening time!!!

Lupe was courteous and patient, all while being the only technician present, he handled my tests thoroughly and quickly and answered all my novice questions. There were 3 other people waiting in front of me and he got everyone in and out in about 20 minutes. Great service.

Best place to go to in Katy for any kind of lab work! So kind and caring. My doctor wanted me to get blood work done to check my epilepsy medicine levels and needed it at the latest possible time I could get it for what he needed. I was turned away from Labcorp, so I called Any Lab Test now and even though had already stopped doing blood work for the day, they took me - on a Friday after 5. Seriously, God bless them! 10/10 am going to come here for any future blood work.

Easy to schedule an appointment; received my thyroid results next day. The lab made sure to get in touch with me via email and phone to confirm Ive received the results.

Front desk person Talks to Customer rudely and in a condescending manner.I asked her a questions about the paperwork and received a rude reply.My first experience here a few years ago was good but the front desk person at the Katy location is incredibly RUDE! Unbelievable!

Every time I go to get lab work done, this place is just so wonderful. I went in today, and they we’re all so polite and explained each procedure very patiently and we’re quick to answer any questions I had. Very clean and neat environment, but I would say the best part of my experience was, over all the staff. ❤️

There is one person checkin in, answering phones, taking paperwork/payments, calling for help/instructional questions, doing the actual lab draw. Most inadequate lab testing facility I’ve ever experienced in my life. Will NEVER use this service again. This location is off Mason Road in Katy, TX.

Ooorah Pat is always very helpful. The new girl did a good job on blood draw. Several of us showed up when they opened and yet they still had us out in 20 minutes.

HORRIBLEEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I should have read comments before going there. SUPER RUDE lady In front desk and guy is annoying as well. Like they are doing you a favor. I been here x2 to give them a second chance but hell no. Besides the rude faces they don’t know how to take blood tests. Both time multiple pinches and they said sorry I couldn’t get the blood. I’m like are you serious ??? Hire people that knows NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. I rather drive further.

I called them multiple times during business hours over the course of three days and not only did no one pick up, but their answering machine was down. I drove in person for a lab check with my lab order slip and was told their electronic scanner was down with no known repair date, so I would have to get my lab drawn elsewhere. This location needs help- at least pick up your phone!

This lab is a great place to come to. It’s quick and inexpensive. You are in and out in no time. The staff is very welcoming. I also like that you receive your results very quickly. I highly recommend this place.

Do not like speaking to the guy at the front desk. I went in once with my mother and called too. Both times he rushes you like he does not have time for you and for some reason (guessing to impress himself) TRIES to talk over your head. When someone is concerned with health issue(s), they want full attention. Do the public a favor and put this guy somewhere in the back if hes such an asset to your lab.

They gave an appointment by the website at 2 pm. I came here and it is close, then 30 minutes later at 2:00 pm a guy inside said that they open at 3 pm, even he open the door to talk me, everything was thought de mirror

Fast lab results but asked them to send results to doctors office. They were sent but report was not readable. Dr office called and results were sent again, same problem. If the point of lab work is to report in medical conditions, this is kind of an unforgivable thing to have happen especially twice. Considering this is being used to adjust diabetes medication, even worse. Definitely won’t return.

The first time was Friday and that day they didnt take the exam I needed. The second time the person doing the blood tests was not working, when I returned another day for the third time they sent me to another location. Lack of profesionalism.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I received a free B12 shot with my visit. Will definitely use them again.

It’s not obvious on the website and the times on the test order are wrong. Pre screen testing cuts off at 5:30 even though they are open until 6. I called the number ahead and they said cutoff was 5:45 (which I made). Boy was I disappointed and in trouble for missing the deadline (thanks traffic!)

The tech barely dabbed my arm with an alcohol swab to clean it and didn’t take the tourniquet off until I reminded him while I was holding gauze on the site trying to prevent blood from pooling out of my vein.

Incompetent nurse who attempted to draw my blood and said she “rolled it”?? Horrible experience today at least they refunded my $239

A very sad place to go..... My Mother was sent here by her Doctors office and she has insurance and they didn’t tell her that insurance was not taking here and they talked her into paying 289.00 a 76 year old woman with cancer...... SO SAD....... Very sad of this company .......

When someone calls and sets up appointments for their “two children” it would be a good idea to tell them that you don’t do tests on minors.

Terrible treatment, the sign shows that they close at 6pm...my husband went there at 5:40 and they didnt want to tell him why I didnt arrive earlier...thats stupid since they are supposed to close at 6 They would decide to put the time in which they feel like not serving people anymore.
