Definitely the best service in the East Bay, Darcell is an amazing professional and very helpful! She made the environment very pleasant during the test and informed me about everything! We need to highlight the great work she does at the Pierce St unit, thank you very much Darcell, you are incredible.

I can’t tell you enough how helpful Darcell is. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. This clinic in general is great and I plan on coming back here when I need help with anything. 5 stars.

Ms. Woods was so personable, professional and friendly. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She is a 1 woman show so the wait was a little longer then expected, but she was so amazing it was worth it. I’d happily wait again.
